军训期间，大多时候都阳光明媚，学子们就面对阳光在站军姿。北方的太阳，晒在皮肤上是干干的，对南方的学子们来说就更是受不了。晒着眼睛都睁不开。这是我深有感触的。但无论谁都没有退缩，在跟太阳作战。在站军姿中，学子们付出努力越高就站得越好。齐步、跑步等训练都是很耗体力的活动，只要认真去做就能走齐、跑齐。内务训练亦如此，就拿叠被来说吧，压被压的时间长，被就薄;扣被扣的时间长，被就能更好成形。

那一排排的队伍犹如大树般伫立在草坪上，那一声声口令响亮的回荡在每一个莘莘学子当中。口令变了，队形也变了，这就是军训，一次有组织性的活动。

记得高中军训时，我们比这大学的军训还要苦。那时我们就十五六岁，每天早上天蒙蒙亮就得抓起来去军训一小时，然后再吃早饭，吃完饭又开始训。上午到__点，下午到_点结束，完了晚上还要自习，不说别的就军训时间就够拖累人了。而且，我们南方的气温比北方要高得多，九月份正是我们那儿热的时候。反正军训时你就别想穿干衣服。训练过程中，不时有人倒下，哭的人就更多了。但是军训结束后，整整一年，我们都特别的怀念那段生活。想想啊，和新结识的同学一起在烈日下流汗，流泪，和黑黑的、帅帅的教官在休息时瞎掰，以及时不时的捉弄一下教官：趁教官不注意时做做小动作，然后在与教官分别时哭得稀哩哗啦，扯着他的手不让他走。真的很有意思，也很感人!

现在又经历这大学军训，人长大了点或许吃苦的能力也强了吧，除了太阳猛烈了点外感觉没有以前累。但是军训时间比以前长，与同学教官建立起的感情就更深厚，特别是像我这样远离家长的学子来说，军训真的给了我们一个很好的适应过程。在军训过程中，劳累紧张的训练不仅减轻了我们的思乡情绪，消除了我们的陌生感，更锻炼了我们吃苦以及独立生活的能力。而且通过学习军事理论也让我们懂得了军训的意义，增强了爱国意识，也让自己多了一份责任感，感觉自己成熟了许多，所以特写下我的军训心得来纪念这次难忘的军训生活，为以后留下回忆。

这时，你会感到无比的震撼，因为新一届朝气蓬勃的高一新生正经历严肃而又充实的军训。

军训的辛苦是显然的，但在经历的一天过后，充实填满了每个同学。

随着起床号的吹响，宁静的宿舍喧嚣起来，穿衣、叠被、刷牙、洗脸，一气呵成。完成个人的卫生工作，又开始整理宿舍的内务，一会儿的时间，干净、明亮、整洁的休息场所又展现在大家的眼前，这让我明白，一个令人舒心的居住环境是需要所有人的共同营造的。

训练中的中午，骄阳不是火，但是热量就感觉在自己的头顶上盘旋，尽管如此，同学们还是绷紧双腿，挺直腰杆，抬头挺胸，咬紧牙关，目光坚定的站军姿。站立不是很累，但是要长时间，还是在烈日下，真的很能锻炼人的意志，有句话说，吃得苦中苦，方能人上人！

这句话，放到现在也不过时，换个角度，24小时守卫在边疆的军人，难道他们吃得苦仅像我们这样吗？当然不是，所以我们又有什么理由去埋怨军训吃得小苦呢？

夕阳西下，劳累一天的“士兵”们洗完澡后，有条不紊的将自己的衣服清洗一遍，然而在家，或许我们只是轻松的将脏衣服扔进洗衣机，摁按钮就完事。不得不说，军训仍然是我们的能力的提升的一个大跨步，增强了同学间的联系和友谊更是短短几天的最大收获。

短短五天的训练，我们挥洒汗水，增进浓浓友情；我们再次凝聚累累硕果，我们更加成熟。

起床了，快起床，在生活老师的催促下，惊醒了睡梦中的我。我赶紧穿上衣服，叠好被子，和室友们以最快速度奔向操场。晨曦中，我看见了同学们早已整齐地排好了队，个个精神抖擞。由北大附中组织的军训的序幕就在这里拉开了。

我们的教官姓陈，名军，个子高高的，我对他的印象是---很和蔼。今天的内容是队列训练，训练的是站姿，头抬高，腰挺直，双手放在大腿两侧，别看站军姿简单，要是叫你一动不动地站一两个钟头，肯定受不了。

在教官口令中，训练开始了。教官一开始就给我们来了个下马威，让我们在原地一动不动地站一个小时。啊？要这么久。再说就再加时间。‘无奈，只好站呗！一开始，同学们个个都非常认真，一会儿大家就显得有点不自在了。只见有的同学再抓痒，有的双手抱着膝盖，直叫腰酸腿疼，反正都是一副懒洋洋的样子。教官看见我们这副模样，吼道：刚才动了的人马上去做一百个俯卧撑。唉1我刚想动一动，但听到教官说的话便不敢再动，可我这也痒，那也痒，只想挠挠，但我也只好忍，忍，忍。时间过的太慢了，我脚和手以有些麻木，但看到被受罚同学的样子，真是掺不忍睹，我自然也不敢轻举妄动了。

好了，可以休息了。吔！在一片欢呼声中，单调枯燥的站军姿终于结束了。唉1终于重获自由了。我这时回全身都痛。对教官恨得咬牙切齿，恨他对我们这么严厉，恨他没有人情味儿。他在我脑海中美好的印象全破坏了。

这五天来，我都可以听到都在叫苦连天，但同学们依旧坚持训练。

军训快结束时，北大附中组织了汇报表演。表演过程中，很多学生家长都来观看了表演，但天有不测风云，使得我心情紧张。虽然天下着雨，但同学们依旧动作迅速，专心致志的参加队列表演，受到了部队教官和学校的赞扬，附中学生——响亮的口号响彻在训练场上空。

汇报表演完毕，我们便和教官合影。这时，我却觉得对教官们依依不舍，舍不得他对我们的严厉，舍不得他们的笑容。忽然，我脸上滚落下一滴水，不只是雨还是泪！

这样的军队生活好开心，太令人难忘了！

军训的日子里，我们的意志得到磨练，毅力得到挑战。的确，军训使我长大了许多，我变得更为坚强了。

军训，让我体验了这非同寻常的生活，更让我感受到了人间的这一份真情。这时我才真正想到，就是这生活中的酸甜苦辣，使生活如此美好

军训，是我最难忘的经历。

When I was alittle child, I had many dreams. I wanted to be rich, so that I can live in abig and beautiful house. I can go everywhere by car. But now, my dream seems tobe better and more realistic. I went to a summer camp where I experienced the life as a soldier. All I can tell you is it was not easy at all. Each morning, we got up at 5am, quickly brushed our tooth and cleaned ourselves up, then made our beds before we dressed up in our army uniforms. At 6am sharp, we were called to the square where we began our march. Breakfast was at 8am. Then military activities began at 9am till noon when we had our lunch together. Afternoon activities started at 1pm till 5:30pm each day. At 6pm, we had our dinner. After that, its was time for all of us to take a good rest until the next morning.

When holiday comes, thousands of people pour into the tourist sites, they want to relax themselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery. But Chinese people have a bad habit, they like to leave some notes on the site, proving them have been here before.

Such a behavior has been criticized by the public, because the leaving note will damage the preservation of the tourist site.

Most of the tourist sites are part of our country’s historical relics, these sites are priceless, it is everyone’s duty to protect the sites.

When we go to travel, we should behave ourselves. First, we need to have the idea that no rubbish being leaved behind when we leave the site. We should take away what we bring, keep the environment clean. Second, no any notes being written in the sites. Though in the old days, Chinese workers like to leave their names on the sites, but now it is a new world, we need to behave ourselves.

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, when that day comes, we can

see the Christmas products sell everywhere, though Christmas Day is not

originating from China, in our country, more and more people spend that day. A

foreigner pointed out that Christmas meant to be grateful for them, while for

Chinese people, it was just a day for celebrating. To me, Christmas indeed means

a day to have fun.

When I was small, I did not have the concept of Christmas, because in my

离军训结束仅仅只剩下一天了，明天星期五，也就是结束的那一天，结束的那一天初一年级要军训表演比赛，我们班级是第五个军训表演的。

今天也跟前三天一样，重复着一样的动作：立正、向右看齐、向前看、向右转、向后转……每个动作必须整齐、到位，不能有一点儿差错，教官无非是想让我们把动作做的熟练、整齐吧!毕竟不认真是要被打的!

跑步时，教官喊“立定”，我们必须喊：一、二、三、四，动作也要到位，但总学不会动作。教官取下了帽子，我们本以为教官取下帽子会更帅，结果……唉，画面太美!不忍直视……
