来到一个新的环境，人们往往会表现出不同程度的孤独、焦虑心理，渴望交往但有怯于交往。而军营生活给我们提供了一个极好的机会。军训期间，同学们朝夕相处，喜怒哀乐袒露无疑，而在艰苦的环境中往往又能自觉的抱成团，相互关心，相互帮助，这给了大家极好的机会去相互了解。我们都知道，军人复员后是非常看重战友情谊的，因为那是他们在摸打滚爬中一点一点建立起来的，相信在我们的军训中，你们也将在举手投足中收获友情，结交朋友。

我们都知道一只蚂蚁的力量是微乎其微的，但上百万只蚂蚁滚在一起足以摧毁森林，倾倒大厦，这就是团体的力量。而军营则淋漓尽致的体现了集体精神，希望大家通过军训，形成一个团结的、力量强大的集体，在这样的集体里，没有恶意的批评，没有不负责任的言辞，有的是对同学的积极支持和肯定，有的是一人有困难，大家一起帮，一人有病大家一起关心，有的是纯真的笑脸，灿烂的歌声。军训结束后，将这样的团体精神带到以后的学习生活中，则班级将无往不胜，个人也会有最大的发展和提高。

二、通过军训，养成积极的精神风貌和良好的意志品质。

坚强的意志品质和积极向上的精神风貌是任何事情成功的重要保证。

认真的看看我们的教官，看看这一位位在军营这座熔炉经过锤炼的人们，你能从他们的眼中看到刚毅、自信与成熟，是什么让他们拥有了卓然不群的气质呢?答案很简单，是军训!是简单的队列训练，是一次次立正稍息，整齐报数。老子说：“治大国若烹小鲜。”讲的是大到治国平天下，小到修身养性，都要注意细节，如果把炼就军人气质比喻成一道工序，而齐步、踏步、跑步就是这道工序中的一道道环节，只有一丝不苟，细致入微的付出，才能创造出像海尔那样经得起时间检查的品牌，反之，则会功亏一篑，正所谓：“千里之堤，溃于蚁穴。” 。 。

艰苦的军训结束了，我十分感谢学校学校能够给我们高一学生这样一个感受部队生活的舞台。是我们流下了辛苦的汗水，付出了艰苦的奋斗，收获了人生那美好而有难忘的回忆。

踏入部队，一种庄严的气息感染了我们，悄悄的在我们心里留下了难以忘记的烙印。在部队，一切的一切都在跟时间赛跑，哨声就是命令。有人快了，心里还想着要更快，有人慢了，心里还想这要快点。在部队，每个人每时每刻都在准备着，每时每刻都处在一种随时候命的状态。

每天对哦偶重复着训练，虽然有些枯燥，有些无味，但是每次一道拉歌时间，大家都尽情的歌唱，努力的发泄自己。正如教官们所说的，部队的生活并不是像你们想像的那样单调，无味。他们也会创造快乐，学会快乐。

在军训的过程中，我想过退缩，想过放弃。火辣辣的阳光照在我们的身上，汗干了又流，流了又干。地板就像一个大蒸炉，而我们却在这样一个大蒸炉里面训练，这样的训练条件让我想到退缩，想到放弃。但是看到同学们依然在那里训练，没说半句话，看到同学们在训练结束后，相互帮忙，不管是认识的还是不认识的，大家都在一起交流，因为我们都知道，是部队让我们团结在一起，是部队让我们感受到了我们是一个集体，而这个集体的组成就是由我们大家在一起组成的。每每想到这些，我原本的想放弃的念头没有了，取而代之的是一种自豪，一种骄傲，因为我们是一个集体，我就是这个集体中的一份子，集体离不开我，我也离不开集体。

军训结束了，我学会了服从，更学会了履行自己的责任。因为我是在部队的训练中成长起来的，我就是一个兵，一个让祖国骄傲的兵。

军训的最后一天了，这一天，我才真正知道，军训也挺苦挺累的。以前我总是想：其实军训也没什么大不了，军训也不就是在操场上练习嘛!不过，现在我才明白，军训是一种“药”，是一种很苦很苦的药，但是“良药苦口”，军训能治好我们的懒惰、娇气和懦弱。

军训的这六天，我们被烈日晒过，也被小雨淋着过，我们常常坐在地上大喊着累，也曾经恼火地说：“最好快点与这种日子告别!”但是，我们的教官，不也是在烈日下、在小雨中一直陪伴与教导着我们吗?

今天，我们将要脱下这饱含着我们的汗与泪的军服，站在校门口与我们的教官依依惜别了。要交军服的时候，我们都磨磨蹭蹭，一会去趟厕所、一会和张影，一会再去溜达一圈……却迟迟不肯脱下军服。放学回家的路上，一遍遍回想着军训的景象，一次次温习着齐步、正步、跑步……在同学面前总想炫耀一下前些天学过的军体拳，和朋友不厌其烦地一遍又一遍讲述着自己的教官。

军训刷洗掉了我的娇气与懒惰，在我的心里刻上了永不磨灭的记号!

随着时间的推移，我们不再是小学生、初中生，而是一个高中生。高中是新的一个开始，在这之前我们有过一段短暂而又精彩的军训生活。

记起军训生活的第一天，我们满怀激情的徒步从学校走到目的地，在路上我们抱怨过，但是到了目的地我们又是激动的、喜悦的。到军训地后，整理了一下队伍就开始给我们安排宿舍，安排好后我们休息，我们犹如一群好奇宝宝在军训地瞎摸乱撞。因为是第一天，所以我们草草收队了。夜晚躺在床铺上还在回想着白天的精彩，我们带着微笑进入了梦乡。

第二天清晨我们兴奋的早起了，开始真正意义上的第一天军训，同学们精神抖擞的迎接挑战教官们的教学。时间说快不快，说慢也不慢，5天就过去了，在这5天中，我们开始觉得累了、厌了，在军训期间因为我们的状态不佳，被教官骂了，特别是男生。但是过后教官又认真耐心的教我们，同学们也认真的练了起来。

时间到了最后一天，我们的军训生涯要结束了。一日为师终身为父，虽然和教官们只是相处了短短的6天，但是都留在了彼此的心里。在这最后一天有喜悦、激动，但也有悲伤、不舍，同学们在离别时流泪了。在这几天的军训中，让我们知道了军人们在训练时的艰苦与辛酸。我们只是这几天就很想念家人，那可想而知这些教官们几个月几年都见不着父母，虽然很心酸，但他们的职业是伟大的。

军训让我们变得更坚强，更勇敢，更坚持不懈。在这军训中有欢笑但也有眼泪，但是我们都坚强下来了，因此，这“泪”又何尝不是成功者的喜悦呢。

书面表达历来是英语教学中一个难点，要想在限定的时间内写出一篇质量上乘的文章，非一日之功。纵观几年来的高考书面表达，我们可以看出，高考英语写作越来越重视情景的设置，要求考生总结自己的感受和见解，给出自己的观点。书面表达又是全面衡量学生英语综合水平的一种测试形式，因此，我们不得不重视。

第一步，写作的内容，要求做到两点— 内容完整、相关。这两点只要考生不粗心，基本都能做到。比如陕西考区的题目，要求写暑假的安排，是一篇正反观点类的议论文。必须注意题目的要求，第一要提出讨论话题，Recently there has been a heated discussion about what the students should do during the summer vacation.(这是一个经典的模版开篇句型)。第二要写出一方面的观点，然后是另一方面的观点，最后提出自己的看法，根据要求缺一不可，否则就会被扣掉相应的分数，这就是完整。再比如，2005年广东考区的成语寓言故事，不仅要描写整个守株待兔的过程，还应该根据要求点名寓意，否则也是不完整，这点只要在课堂上强调，学生是很容易做到的。所谓相关，也就是不要过多出现文中没有的信息，不能过分发挥，一般学生犯此类错误的较少。

第二步，写作中的语法。在阅卷中，一般三个小的语法错误会被扣掉一分，一个大的语法错误(关于谓语的错误)会被扣掉一分。所以，学生应该尽量避免犯语法错误。我在课堂中会强调，对于语法基础薄弱的同学，除了加强自己的语法功底外，就是去背诵我给出的50个最高频用到的句法结构。这些结构不仅正确，而且一定是高考中的有效得分点，即使语法偏弱，记住这些句子然后在考试中使用也能避免学生自己造句中的语法错误，一举两得。比如，倒装句在考试中就很少有同学主动启用，但是一旦正确启用就会收到意想不到的效果，所以我会给出四组倒装句，然后让学生加强运用和练习。这些句子包括：

第三步，连接词的运用，使文章连贯、流畅。我把这些词分为8类，叫做“畅词”，往往学生由于中西方语言的差异，会忽视这一点，所以在授课中会通过大量的练习巩固和加强学生的印象。而且不仅要写，还写出高水平的畅词，因为高考是选拔性考试，要做到“人无我有,人有我优”。比如，“首先”这个表示次序的畅词，一般同学一定想到的是firstly 或者first of all。可是我建议学生启用to begin with, 或者initially (这个是建议水平较好的启用)。“然而”，绝大部分启用but, however，我建议学生采用on the contrary 或者oppositely。

第四步，也是整个课程的核心部分，要强化“复杂、高级”两个概念。为什么是核心呢?因为学生在这一部分没有正确的认识，在平时的学习中老师也没有有意识灌输和训练总结。大部分学生以为只要写出来、写正确就可以拿到高分，其实80-120个单词包括大概10个句子，如果全部是简单的词汇和句型没有办法达到最高档作文的要求。因此，我们强调高级的词汇和高级复杂的句型，不是说全部必须高级，而是必须出现一些才能符合高考作文大纲的要求。在这一步中，我总结的“高分词汇选择原则”、“简单句到复杂句的瞬间转换”、“高分句子写作策略”以及“钻石得分50句”，通过这些理论和实践结合的讲解，学生会感觉成绩的快速提升，效果明显。

一年只有一次，最热闹的也就是那个晚上，我盼望着那个晚上的到来，迎之后那个迷人的夜晚。

直到那个晚上的到来，给我带来了许多的快乐和乐趣。为了今年的“年夜大餐”，母亲和奶奶在除夕的前两天就开始“动工”了。因为母亲眼中的年夜饭是团圆饭，预示着新一年的开始，一切都要十全十美，不能有半点马虎。每到这时候，我便会言语谨慎，生怕不经意间说出什么不中听的或是不吉利的话，招来母亲的责骂。对我家而言，这一年一度的年夜饭已经不只是一顿简单的晚餐，更是全家都要参与的仪式。所以在物质生活极大丰富的这天，我们仍然保留了在家中吃年夜饭的习惯。

真正穿上迷彩服后，才觉得自己在军营生活是真的，虽然衣服不合体，但我心里美滋滋的，那绿、灰、青组成的衣服，是让我渴求已久的梦。见到教官们精神抖擞、文武双全，心里窃喜，是啊！我的梦想不是不切实际的，教官们的训练会让我初步体验军营生活的魅力！

同时也结识了一帮好朋友，她们性格迥异，但就是这样才让人欣喜，集体生活是初次尝试，团结互助，不搞个人主义……这些都是挑战，也是机遇和价值。

充实

一天被安排得井井有条，这里的生活严格而正规。烈日下的我们在享受着这漫妙的时刻。各种单兵演练的操作虽然开始难以适应，但来之前已经对自己发出了警告：“不放弃，不掉队！”在燥热的七月，在最让我迷惘的暑期七月，现在有了目标，生活得充实。这几天明白了生活充实实是种幸福。

不经受磨砺，何日能成长?不经历风雨，何时能飞翔?

顶着烈日，我们实验中学新高一全体学员驱车来到蔡甸区野战国防园，开始了为期八天的综合实践活动。

我们是初入高中的学子，就意味着必须接受军训考验。对我们这些一直生活在父母羽翼下的人来说，无疑是一种挑战，一种对自我的挑战。这八天，我们都是离开温室的花朵，要学会自力更生，独自面对生活。要做到这一切，我们必须改掉常日娇气的习性，从原本懒懒散散的暑期生活中脱离出来接受阳光的洗礼，面对种.种的考验，学会吃苦!

军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话意思是成功的大门从来都是向意志坚强的人敞开的。教官说，不严格的军训是锻炼，而严格的则是磨练。对，作为一名实验学子，我们就是来接受磨练的!

在军训中，的确很苦很累，苦在脚上磨出的泡，苦在踢正步而麻木的腿，苦在站军姿时酸疼的背，苦在烈日下黑黝黝的脸颊……军训如此的苦，我当然也有退缩的时候。但每我当我的脑海中响起“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”的铿锵口号，意志都让我坚持了下来。

都说人的意志是可以战胜肉体的，的确。军训就是一种人生体验，是一个磨炼意志的良机，是一个战胜自我的过程。半途而废，意志薄弱对于我们来说都是一种耻辱。现在回想起来，当初的忍耐与坚持何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗?

其实军训也并非是常人心目中的魔鬼训练、灰色的咏叹调。紧张忙碌的军训之余，我们一同感受军歌的嘹亮，倾听演讲的激昂，享受同学们表演的乐趣，分享室友们的生活小事。

军训给我最美好的印象就是是同学之间纯洁的充满人情味的关系，这八天让我们充分了解彼此，互帮互助，相互关心，让我们了解到各种各样的同学的多才多艺。与室友的八天朝夕相处也让我们学会自立，自理，懂得怎样与他人磨合，懂得欣赏他人的优点。

八天的军训，对于每个人都有不一样的滋味。而对于我，军训已经超越了其本身的单纯上的意义，它已经成为一种宝贵的难得的一种经历，扎根在我的记忆中，而成为不可抹杀的一部分，它已经成为一种力量，支撑着人生旅途的各种风雨中动摇的心灵。这一切，才是综合实践活动的真正意义所在!

今天是高一新生军训的第一天，我们怀着无比激动的心情参加今年的军训。以前总是听别人说，军训很苦很累，几天军训下来绝对让你黑个够，但是怎么办呢?军训是高中的一个开始，是新起点，所以军训是无可避免的。

由于今天是第一天，教官只是教了我们几个简单的动作，站军姿是军训的必修课。首先身体要微向前倾，双脚张开约60度，双腿夹紧，双手自然下垂，中指紧贴裤缝，大拇指微弯曲，一站就是几十分钟。出现几次头晕后我并没有放弃，我想挑战我的极限，我相信：我能行!最终，我还是坚持了下来。

然后就是练习停止间转法，“向右转!”教官的声音在耳畔想起，“1——2”。转身时，教官总是批评我们在合脚的时候不一致。接着就是跨立，脚张开与肩同宽，左手握住右手手腕，右手手指微微弯曲，和站军姿的手势差不多，立正，合脚。

练习蹲下这个动作时，教官要求我们使尽全身力气往下坐。为此，身上也擦伤了一点。蹲下与站军姿比较起来还是挺难的，我的耐力不行一蹲下去总是少不了左摇右晃，被教官发现了就是一顿骂。但我觉得，别看我们教官表面凶巴巴的，但心里还是对我们挺好的。

最后就是整理着装和原地踏步，本人觉得整理着装说简单点就是自我检查，原地踏步要求大腿和小腿成90度，前后摆手。总而言之，统而言之，一天的军训生活算是结束了，对于我来说，是满载而归的一天。

Cellphones are becoming more and more popular among the middle school students at present.About that,people have different opinions.

目前，手机在中学生中变得越来越普遍。关于这个问题，人们有不同的看法。

Some think it is good for students to bring a cellphone because its more convenient to contact to each other.But othersdo not think so.They think it is bad for students to bring acellphone.Because the students will use mobile phones to play games,sent text messages,watch movies and so on,which will do harm to their study.Andthe teacher and students would be disturbed if cellphone ring during the class time.

or every student, meeting a good teacher is very important, it will change their lives. I am so lucky that I met a good teacher and she opened the new chapter of my life. I will never forget the things she taught me.

When I was in high school, I felt so bored about the English class, because I did not understand it. Miss Li was my English teacher, she found my attitude to her class. One day, when the class was over, she asked me to her office. She did not blame me for sleeping in her class, instead, she smiled and asked me the opinion about her class. I said her class was a little  boring and I thought she would be angry. Miss Li smiled and agreed with me. She asked me to give some opinion. I was so surprised that she was so kind. Miss Li improved her class and I became very active.

Hope Project is a Chinese public service project organized by official organization. It aims to help children go back to school, build Hope Primary School and improve rural conditions in poor regions.

In many poor areas in China, there are many school age children cant go to school because their families do not have enough money. As a result, they have to stay at home and help their families do the farm work. We often say that knowledge changes fate. Therefore, only study can help them go to the outside world and change their lives, even change the poor condition of their hometown. Through the Hope Project, much money and books and other materials can be collected to improve the poor conditions.

That makes children can share more resources to get knowledge. Besides, many people in city have a chance and channel to show their kindness. The most important and meaningful is that they can help those children who are desperate in need.

希望工程是由官方组织举办的中国公益项目。该项目旨在帮助孩子们重返校园，建立希望小学以及改善贫困乡村地区的条件。

在中国，很多贫困地区的适龄儿童由于家里没有足够的钱不能去上学。因此，他们不得不待在家帮助家人做农活。我们常常说知识改变命运。因此，只有学习能够帮助他们走出外面的世界，改变他们的生活，甚至是改变他们家乡贫困的现状。通过希望工程，我们可以收集到资金、书籍以及其他材料以改善贫困的现状。这样一来，孩子们就可以分享更多的资源，学到更多知识。

除此之外，城市里的很多人就有机会和渠道显示他们的善良。最重要且有意义的是他们可以帮助那些极需帮助的孩子们。

[希望工程高中英语作文

军训，在我的心里原本是一个可怕的名词。在我看来，军训也许会充斥着教官的责骂，会有魔鬼般的训练，也会流下辛酸的泪水……军训，是令我生畏的，可顶过了烈日后，我发现军训教会了我坚持。其实，坚持也是一种快乐。

八月，连空气中都弥漫着一股炎热的气息。烈日炎炎下，我们挺拔地站立，任汗水滑过我们的脸颊，任皮肤被晒得黝黑……我们有过埋怨、有过无奈、有过彷徨，甚至想放弃，但我们都坚持了下来，经过这种磨练后，坚持何尝不是一种快乐呢?

同学们迈着整齐划一的步伐，个个挺直了身躯，那嘹亮雄壮的口号在空旷的训练场上空久久回响，这无一不在展示我们的训练成果。我们青春的活力、蓬勃与热情在训练场上显现得淋漓尽致。军训教给我们的不只是那立正稍息的军式训练，更多的，它让我们接受了一次意志的沐浴，精神的洗礼!

炎热的天气，有时令我窒息，我真的很想放弃，望着阳光下同学们充满笑容的脸庞，我坚持了下来。军训，教给我的不仅仅是挺拔的身躯，更教会了我坚持到底的精神。

酷暑中，我付出了汗水，却收获了一份终生受益的果实。就如古人云：“一份耕耘，一份收获。”

军训中，我辛苦却快乐着。虽然不能在空调下乘凉，但在火红的太阳下，我接受了高中的第一课，也是人生中的重要一课。

蝴蝶因为破茧而获得重生，因为磨练，蝴蝶得以新生;而我因为磨练，就学会了坚持，像沙漏里缓缓滴下的沙砾，坚持就是其中的一粒沙，我相信它将陪我到永远。

军训中，我学会了坚持。其实，坚持也是一种快乐。
