This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for

five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so

excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw

there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The

students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked

around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was

so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so

creative, it reflected the students’ wisdom. Though we were busy with our

subjects most of the time, some students still kept on their hobbies and made it

Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young.

The term came into fashion after the 1980s. However, in recent years, the

How does generation gap come into being? The first reason is that the two

Competition is a common phenomenon in our society . We compete when we play games, we try to do better than others in our study, and there is constant competition for jobs, fame, wealth and so forth. Therefore,we can say that, in a certain sense, competition is one of the motive forces of the development of our modern society.

It is often believed, that competition and cooperation are in opposition to each other. Some people stress competition, without which, in their eyes, there is no responsibility, no drive and ultimately, no progress. Others advocate cooperation whatever they do. They are of the opinion that the dependence of people on one another has increased, without which the society we live in can not keep going smoothly. In reality, we find that in many cases competition goes hand in hand with cooperation. Lets take a football game for example. During the game, one team is competing against the other, but each member of the team must cooperate with his teammates. As far as Im concerned, I do not agree with the view that competition and cooperation are always in conflict with each other. In my opinion, while advocating competition, we should never forget cooperation. In our social life, cooperation is especially necessary because most work is fulfilled with or through other people. So Ive come to the conclusion that competition are equally important.

其中，最有趣的是打气枪，前面的同学握枪时，看的出很激动，不少同学都打中了。我心想;“没事的，别的同学都行，我就不相信我不行。终于，轮到我了，我一手拿着枪，心里激动得直跳。我一打，啊!没中，一连几下也都没中。

6个班举行了汇操。烈日照在我们身上，但我们做的也如此认真，一心为班级争光，手脚有力，喊口号时，大家声音强大，虽然就这么5、6分钟，但这里是我们几天学的动作。

豆大的汗珠随着发迹滴落，还有的直接流进了我的嘴里，轻轻的抿一下，好咸!教官的指令还不停的在耳边响起，立正，向左转，齐步走，每一步迈出的都是那么艰难。好不容易结束了一天的训练，还没来得及休息，便有迎来了一个难关——整理内务。我并不是一个自立的学生，被子好像故意和我作对，怎么也叠不出棱角来。只好一遍一遍的练习。第二天早晨教官们检查内务的时候，我的心一直砰砰跳个不停，生怕教官生气骂我，把我的被扔掉。但好在教官并不是那么严厉的。

高一军训固然辛苦，但也很有趣味。晚上，教官组织我们席地而坐，教我们唱军歌——打靶归来。这首歌我已经听过无数遍了，从前并不喜欢这首歌，但是那天晚上，听着教官唱起，全校的同学大声的唱起，嘹亮的歌声冲击着我的耳膜，突然觉的这首歌好动听，好想学会。军训过程中还看了场电影——盛世大阅兵，突然又觉得军训的日子，并没有那么难熬。

这个9月，我彻底地变成了一个疯子。因为16岁的我，经历了人生第一次军训。一开始的时候，以为那是世界末日般黑暗的天，但是后来，进入了为作业而疯，为时间而疯的学习生活后才发现，原来那是一段最最快乐的日子。

事实证明，我们的教官只是普通的凡人而已，不高的个子，性格内向，不爱说话，还有一张不知是遗传因素还是炽热的阳光造就的黝黑的脸。第一次见到我们时也只是说了三个字——向右转。如果这样子持续七天，未免有点太索然无味了，于是上帝安排了一瓶调味剂在隔壁班，时不时的让我们增加笑意。那是十三班的何教官，个子也不高，瘦瘦的，特别爱开玩笑，在我的眼里，就像一个稚气未脱的孩子。每天早晨1小时的站军姿时间，他会准时跑过来“祸国殃民”，以致于他的名气连同外号一路飙升。最可笑的一件事就是他到女生宿舍教我们整理内务，结果被子叠好了，床单却被他弄得惨不忍睹，被他班的一女生戏称为“拆迁工程”。

也许是上帝眷顾我们这些被父母捧在手心里的孩子们吧，军训前四天天气都阴沉沉的，尽管这样还是晒黑了许多。就这样，我们“享受”了三天的“温暖”阳光，教官们熬过了三天的咽痛之后，军训结束了。依旧是寻个地方，依旧是一排整齐的迷彩，此时此刻却多了一分亲切，多了一分不舍。亦像是一抹风景，匆匆而来又匆匆而去。留下了什么呢？留下昂扬的红歌，留下了一颗颗打磨好的宝石，留下一张合影，还留下了然天的美好回忆。

下午我们还进行了一次拔河比赛，各个连队都使出了吃奶的劲，我也参加了这项活动，但始终因技不如人，败下阵来。最后我们连队拿了第三名，不禁有些失落。从这次活动中我体会到团队合作的重要性。考虑问题要全面客观，综合对手的实力，掌握和洞悉对手的优缺点，然后合理布局，充分安排，先发制人，一击制敌。小小的拔河中也有着大道理。

晚上，我们看了一部记录性的电影《钱学森》，对这一位伟大的科学家缅怀和学习。这一批老一辈的科学家现在大都已退休，又的已经过世了。但他们的精神，永远留在我们心中。他们是中华民族的顶梁柱，是建国初期和社会主义事业探索时期的灵魂工程师，是无产阶级共产主义世界推翻资产阶级帝国主义世界的王牌战斗员。没有剑和有剑在手不用完全是两个不同的概念，这句话一点也没错。世界格局复杂多变，面对老牌资本主义国家的核讹诈和军事威胁，人民群众受到了空前威胁，中华民族遇到史无前例的灾难，还是这一辈科学家挺身而出，毅然回国，为建设自己的祖国而努力奋斗。

面对这一批科学家，我们还有什么理由不好好学习?我们要向他们学习，报效祖国，为实现中国梦，为中华民族的伟大复兴而努力奋斗!

i do the normal routine, eat dinner, clean the house, write-the usual stuff. and then i lay down hoping to fall asleep quickly so my new day will hurry up and arrive. a new day with a brand new sun. but as i lay there and wait for the world to turn half way around, i think about her. and sometimes i smile, and sometimes that smile will turn into asnicker, and then often that snicker will turn into a burst of laughter.

我按平时的规律吃晚餐、打扫屋子、写作--做着日常事务。然后我躺下，希望能快点入睡，新的一天就能快点到来--拥有新生太阳的崭新的一天。可当我躺在那儿，等待着世界的日夜回转时，我想到了她。有时我会笑起来，有时那微笑变成了窃笑，然后窃笑又常常变成爆笑。

军训已经是第二天了。教官好像对我们好了些，也没有那么严肃了，只不过今天要学齐步的行进与立定，上身要保持立正的姿势，要高度重视摆臂，尤其是后摆，整个上午都在练摆臂，没有站军姿那么累，可是教官要求一个口令3个，5个，21个，31个动作，要是数错给教官注意到，就要给教官骂个狗血淋头了。

中午回到宿舍午休时，骤然发现，我还要上5楼!这不是要人的命吗……好不容易上了五楼，还要寸步艰难地一步一步爬回宿舍，累垮了……滚上床，睡着了。下午的时候，我们站军姿都累得晃来晃去的，教官说：“现在就晃来晃去，看你们今天晚上的体能训练怎么办。”我们大家的心立刻抖了一下。

幸好，体能训练并没有想象中的难受，我们先是跟着漂亮的女教官学唱了“团结就是力量”和“打靶归来”两首歌，然后被十五班的教官整的很惨，俯卧撑，正步练习，蹲下起立。

晚上10点后，渐渐入睡，耳边还萦绕着：“团结就是力量，团结就是力量。这力量是铁，这力量是钢，比铁还硬比钢还强……”

有句话说得好：不当家，不知柴米油盐贵。我想通过一整天的“训练”之后就该变成：不军训，不知踢站转坐难。

这一天的早上还兴致勃勃地带着与学校重拥的美丽心情像小鸟般飞进教室，一肚子话说不尽。但还没到中午便开始“摇摇欲坠”“泣不成声”了。还没过几分钟已经有同志开始倒下，这时的心情已不再“艳阳高照”甚至达到了痛恨的地步，昔日的小公主、小王子也免不了被教官瞪眼大骂，郁闷的快要崩溃了。

万事开头难嘛。在这个最严厉的教官的指导下，我们已经不知不觉比别人一步，每当休息的时候看到其他班不尽人意的训练，心里早就没了那份不堪，竟洋洋得意起来。

最苦最累的是在开饭前的20分钟站军姿，汗水像不要钱似的往下淌，从未感觉20分钟有多漫长，脚跟也站痛了，腰杆也站麻了，教官的身影像鬼魅一般，悄无声息地出现在面前。

但当总教官吹响下课的哨音时，我还是觉得他挺可爱的。

总之，苦尽甘来，我想今晚可以做个好梦吧。

Chinese intellectual revolution and sociopolitical reform movement (1917 – 21)。 In 1915 young intellectuals inspired by Chen Duxiu began agitating for the reform and strengthening of Chinese society through acceptance of Western science, democracy, and schools of thought, one objective being to make China strong enough to resist Western imperialism. On May 4, 1919, reformist zeal found focus in a protest by Beijings students against the Versailles Peace Conferences decision to transfer former German concessions in China to Japan. After more than a month of demonstrations, strikes, and boycotts of Japanese goods, the government gave way and refused to sign the peace treaty with Germany.
