军训的这几天是非常辛苦的。天很热，我们就那样在操场上站军姿。当时的训练主要是立正，稍息，跨立，齐步走等。而迟到、动作不规范者，则要接受体能训练。当然，个人的情况迥异，于是有的人跑了几圈后就吐了。第一天的军训十分辛苦，也许这跟诸多方面都有原因吧。第二天的军训则显得稍微放松了些，但因为之前下过雨的缘故，没有太阳的照射，则显得轻松一些。下午的时候也稍事娱乐。第三天便没怎么训练了，主要是娱乐。毕竟上午下雨，而最后一天的下午又不会进行正式的训练。

总体而言，应该说没有想象中的那么累。比之前暑假军训的那一批要轻松不少。我们的食宿是在自己家的，而且训练间的休息时间也比较长，可以在家里调整好状态，当然，即使这样，军训也是蛮累的。大家体质不同，而军训又要求都穿军训服，这对于晚上的换洗衣物是个挑战。有时晾不干，第二天则必须穿着潮的衣服。况且有的人身体就好流汗，半天过去衣服就湿透了，便更加不好受了。

现在回想这三天的军训，应该说，印象不是特别的深刻。虽然很不想军训，很怕军训，但又不想比同龄人缺少这样的一个宝贵的人生体验。但军训完了后，因为是压缩了的军训，时间并不长，所以并没留下多么深刻的印象，但即便这样，也学到了一些东西。

军训非常强调集体荣誉感。军训的时候做一些动作会让一排一排做，做的不好的一排便要集体跑一圈或者做几十个俯卧撑。而个人表现非常糟糕的当然也要被揪出来。个人认为，军训最强调的便是纪律性。做任何事情都要打报告，站军姿的时候便不能做小动作或东张西望，否则便会严惩。

有的时候军训也会炫耀自己所在的连队，走过其他连队的时候喊喊口号什么的，或者是对着喊1234等。在训练之余，便是休息。一般来说，原地休息居多。为了保持队形的整齐以及能够在喊起立时迅速地站好队形。原地休息是十分重要的。

怎么说呢，军训毕竟也是一次人生体验，虽然不是很想再经历一次，但还是学到了很多东西。而且今后的学习确实需要强健的体魄作为基础。

呵呵，明天就要去军训了，我的心情可谓是三重奏:激动好奇兴奋。今天的日程安排全和军训有关，1、参观军校;2、购买解放鞋。

经过近一个小时的奔波，我终于来到了军校，放眼望去，整个军校竟满眼是绿，我揉了揉眼睛，不错，这儿真的全是绿耶，而且不是迷彩服的迷彩色，全是清一色的植物的鲜绿!就是应为这些绿，让我对军校留下了不错的映像。

好在有了店主A的指点，我和妈妈很快就找到了另一家军用品店，和店主A一样，店主B拿来的也是最小的鞋了，我一试，才明白什么是“山外有山，天外有天。”我的脚和那鞋子比起来，简直是小巫见大巫，我得脚丫子和鞋子还是有不少距离，没办法，我和妈妈只得又找店铺。可是我们找来找去，就是没看见第三家店铺，不得已，只得买下了这一双解放鞋。

军训，到底是怎样的呢?

“啪、啪……”几下皮带抽搭地面的声音，既响亮又吓人。顶着9月的骄阳，带着几许新奇，我们饱尝了军训的酸、甜、苦、辣。随着时间的脚印，军训生活已随风飘去，但军训的日子，还时常浮现在我眼前……

我相信，军训的每一个脚印都深深地印在我们每一个人心中。操场的地面知道我们流下了多少的汗；脚下的小草知道我们使了多大的劲；路边的树木知道我们走过多少的路；树上的鸟儿知道我们吃了多少的苦……

短短三天的军训已经结束了，但教官那句“掉皮掉肉不掉队，流血流汗不流泪”的话，仍回响在我的耳边。从军训中我们学到了很多、很多：坚强的意志是磨练了出来的；强健的体魄是锻炼出来的；铁的纪律是靠大家维系的……

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

In my hometown, the air is polluted seriously. However, in recent years,

the pollution gets from bad to worse, because of the increasing number of

private cars. Especially during the rush hours, too many private vehicles move

新的一天又被黑暗覆盖，从11日军训以来这已经是第五天了。曾以为我最多是坚持三四天，原来再苦再累只要有一帮愿意陪你挺下去的人，一切都可以过去。

遇到了麻烦并不可怕，可怕的是逃避问题，经过这次军训后我会更清楚以后的道路。

一提起军训，很多人首先想到的就是严明的纪律。的确，在这个军令如山的队伍里，每个人的责任就是坚决服从命令，积极配合训练。但军训给予我的何止这些，两天的时间一眨眼就过了，可当中的点点滴滴却足以令我回眸千百回。

“苦”就一个字，却是军训的生活最真实的写照。试想，一群整日与教室书本为伍的公子小姐，一下子要接受此强硬的熟练，该是一件多么苦的差呀!不过苦归苦，能与友爱的同学们一起挥汗如雨，共同接受阳光的“洗礼”，又未尝不是一件幸福的事。跟上了训练的节奏后，我们开始进入状态。毒辣的阳光无法掩盖我们震天的口号声，苦涩的汗水不能打乱我们坚定的步伐。因为我训练辛苦，所以休息显得舒服。此时，一杯凉茶成了一份多么惬意的享受，一份多么自豪、多么心安理得的报酬。因为我们付出了，以我们就有收获。我们付出了什么?收获了什么?我们付出了平日所没有的坚强，收获了平日所不能体会的幸福。

军训生活到来了，我充满了期待和好奇！

炎炎夏日，太阳散发着火辣辣的光芒，照的人睁不开眼睛。各班找好自己的位置，首先是进行队列的基本动作训练。训的第一课就是排队形站军姿，抬头、挺胸、收腹，双腿并拢双手十指夹紧贴于裤缝，双脚微分呈外八字型。老师做着标准的姿势，喊着口令让同学们跟着一起练，反复练，我做起来也真是难受。有的个别同学由于不集中精力听口令而动作都跟不上。老师训斥着，操场上似乎只有嘹亮的口号声和同学们一次又一次重复的动作，一直坚持到下课，腿脚都不由得酸痛。

My mother has no idea that her ninetieth birthday is coming up. She has no notion of the time of day, the day of the week. the season of the year, the year of the century. No notion of the approaching millennium. And no idea any longer, who I am. Her forgetting of me happened just a few months ago, after I had been traveling for more than a month and hadnt been to see her. When I came back, she asked me if I were her niece, l said no, I was her daughter. "Does that mean I had you?" she asked. 1 said yes. "Where was I when l had you?" she asked me. My mother was once a beautiful woman, but all her teeth are gone now. Toothless. No woman can be considered beautiful. Whenever I visit her in the nursing home, she is sitting at the table in the common dining room, her head in her hands, rocking. Medication has eased her anxiety, but nothing moves her from her stupor except occasional moments of fear, too deep for medication. This is a room that has no windows, that lets in no light, in which an overlarge TV is constantly blaring, sending images that no one looks at where the floors are beige tiles, the walls cream colored at the bottom, papered halfway up with a pattern of nearly invisible grayish leaves. When I walk into the dining room on the day of my mothers birthday, I see that she has already been served lunch. The staff has forgotten to hold it back. l have brought her a bouquet of crimson, yellow, and salmon-pink snapdragons. She likes the flowers very much. She likes the name. "Snapdragons. It seems like an animal thats going to bite inc. But its not an animal, its a plant. Thats a funny thing,"

I have bought food that I hope will please my mother, and that will be easy for her to eat: orzo salad with little pieces of crayfish cut into it, potato salad, small chunks of marinated tomatoes. My friends Nola and Gary come for my mothers birthday. When we are about to leave, I tell my mother that Im going on vacation, mat I wont see her for three weeks, that 1 am going to the sea. 到了第二个教官训练我们的时候，我们明显有气无力，无精打采，我们已经在烈日下站了一个多小时了，有许多同学经受不了烈日的折磨都退出了，可还有大部分同学选择了坚持，虽然我已头晕眼花，可我也不打算退出，因为坚持就是胜利，我不能让老师失望，于是我又迷迷糊糊的在那坚持，有和教官一起把剩下的所有项目都练习完了，当军训完毕，我飞一般的冲出学校，大喊：终于结束了！
