And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. 这是军训的第2天，也是第一次接受这样正规的训练。来之前，满心好奇，但仅一个下午就已经游离在崩溃边缘了！

高中的军训很顺利的就这样结束了，我们艰苦训练了六天的时间，在一个下午的时间得到了检验，虽然没有得到第一名，但是我们付出了汗水，，得不得第一都无所谓.

(一)

这六天的训练，我们主要训练了立正、稍息、停止间转法和三大步法，就单单这几个看似简单的动作，我们就训练了六天，而且不管是从个人还是集体，做的动作还是无法达到教官的要求，更无法达到军人的那种又快又齐的地步.教官从第一天就开始重复的教这些枯燥的动作，有时真的会厌烦，可是教官他们是如何做到完全适应到这种单调乏味的训练中的呢?是因为习惯了这种生活;还是因为他们喜爱了这种严格的军式训练呢?

要做到全部动作都和其他同学的一致性，就要通过全部人的一起训练，一起流汗，不但但是我们班，其他班的同学也利用了休息的时间去练习，大家都在为自己班的荣誉而奋斗!

(二)

说到我们训练成果的功臣，最大的功劳还是属于教官的，这六天的训练，他和我们一起训练，而且我们的陈教官都把嗓子给喊哑了，其他教官也都很辛苦.而且通过他们的动作和肤色，就可以想到他们在太阳底下晒了多少个小时，训练了多少个小时.听排长说，训练我们的这些教官，只在一起训练了三个月;九九大阅兵就练了一年的时间.
