在这次军训中，我从教官身上学到了认真和坚强。记得是星期三的上午，我们正在进行转弯训练，由于我开小差，当教官说向后转的时候，我却向右转了。正好被我们的教官发现了，他罚我做蛙跳，我极不情愿的跳了个来回，累得气喘吁吁，像打了败仗一样。当时我的心里是有些生气，甚至有点恨。但是看到教官训练时的认真仔细，想想教官一次又一次的不厌其烦的帮助我们纠正一些错误的动作及姿势，我心中的恨早就烟消云散了。

站军姿是这些活动中最难的动作了。因为我们平时好动、好玩习惯了，让我们站立几十分钟，就好像突然把我们的手脚捆起来一样，特别难受。不仅如此，我们的腿麻了、酸了，甚至发抖了，但是看看教官眼里的严肃，又不得不继续坚持下去。苦了，累了，但是，通过站军姿，我收获到了坚强，教官，由衷的感谢您!

五天的军训生活如箭一般飞逝而过，但是教官教给我的动作要领却将影响我的一生。感谢您!我们尊敬的教官。

今天的训练强度要远远大于前两天，残酷的烈日，聒噪的蝉鸣，蚊虫的叮咬，当然还有酸痛的腿脚，这里的一切都让我们越来越期盼回家的日子。

现在我真的觉得我很幸福。看看身边的教官们，他们都有贫寒的家境，并且远离家乡，远离亲人，他们都从摸爬滚打中一路走来，我会学习他们的精神，在以后的日子里吃苦耐劳，始终坚信：没有克服不了的困难。

对于现在的生活我没有抱怨，因为我发现在我们身边有一群比我们还要辛苦的人，他们就是教官。他们喊破了嗓子，却依旧坚持着。今天练队时我才发现，教官们让我们背对着太阳，自己浑然不顾刺眼的阳光，不顾额头渗出的滴滴汗珠，依旧加紧训练。

光阴似箭，年的学生活一晃便过去了。步入初中，都要经历一段艰苦的历程——军训。众所周知，军训这段时间必然是艰苦的，但是能在艰苦的军训悟出快乐的，那才是军训的真正意义呢。

星期四，是第四天军训。今天，我们又皮痒痒了。下楼梯说话、集合到位说话，又被教官惩罚——200个伸蹲。“一、二、三……”我心里默默数着。到200下时，我已经手脚发软，这真是自作自受。

星期五，最后一天军训。“天下无不散的酒席”，今天，我们怀着依依不舍的心情准备离开。开毕迎仪式时，我的眼泪像珍珠断了线一样掉下来。登上车时，我还不停地回头看着基地，看着我曾经走过的每一个脚步……

通过短短五天的军训，使我们明白：军令如山，服从命令是天职。令必行，禁必止。我把军训这“五味瓶”牵记在脑海里，相信，它所给予我的将使我终身受用不尽……
