Li Ying is one of my classmates.We share a bedroom with four others,so we

are also roommates.Today is her birthday and it so happened that it is Sunday at

the weekend.We decide to hold a party to celebrate Li Yings birthday in our own

bedroom.Since she is the youngest in our room,we all feel responsible to take

care of her.We hope that this party can relieve her homesickness.

We bought some fruit and candy,nineteen small candles,and a cake.At seven

in the evening,the party began.We lit the candles and sang "A happy birthday to

you" to Li Ying.And then we each gave her a small present.Li Ying looked excited

军训如梦一般匆匆的来，又在我没有细细品味那份感觉的时候悄然而逝，七天的疲劳在肩头隐隐的告诉我，已经结束——这如梦般的日子啊！我在呆呆地想着，向着和教官一次邂逅地美丽，想着那整齐或凌乱的踏步声，以及同学们那的窃笑声。军训究竟带给我什么？唉，军训，真像一场梦啊！记忆已经在疲劳的压迫下变得愈发模糊，对于军训，我能说什么，是从崇高的为保卫祖国而刻苦训练来说，还是充斥在这期间的铁骨柔情？

军训的七天里，给我总的感觉是吃不好，睡不下。每天的饭菜都差不多，四菜一汤，十个人享用。那些饭菜差的连我炒的都好过它。不过每次我们都吃的盘空碗尽，因为没人会跟自己过不去，也没人想在军训的时候因为体力不支而晕倒。还有睡得是硬梆梆的木板床，但是我们照样睡得动都不动，军训的目的也是如此，就是要我们养成吃苦耐劳，能适应任何恶劣的环境而生存。也因为军训教会了我适应环境，无论怎么恶劣的条件都必须学会适应，达尔文的进化论也曾告诉过我们大自然是公平的，适者生存的道理任何生物都会明白。

而给我映象最深刻的是训练的时候站军姿走正步。按规范动作站二十分钟甚至更长时间，一动也不能动，谁要是动，就会延长时间。站在那里的滋味，真是无法言语。但想到站军姿就是站军姿，别人能做到，我为什么做不到？站完后，我走路时连脚都不能曲，只能像机器人一样直着脚走。还有练正步，手要放在一定的位置，脚一定要踢到位，最惨的是分解动作，每做一个动作，都要定位，等教官检查完全班同学后，再做下一个动作。用一只脚支撑全身，另一只脚还要直直的提在半空，这种感觉是惨过下地狱。如今回想起来腿仿佛还隐隐作痛呢！

作为一个比较偷懒的人，军训中我吃了不少苦。但是大家似乎都一样，对于我们这些娇生惯养的“公主”“王子”而言，军训的苦、离家的苦，相信很多人都会是第一次尝试呢。虽然我努力想要从记忆深处寻找军训时不易的幸福，可结果却反复记得咬紧牙关想着的一句话：“好累啊，一定要撑下去！”也许许多年后我还能体味离家军训时那份不自在、那份累，以及汗流满面而不能擦的那种无法形容的难以忍受的感觉。有人说这是非人的日子，是人生最黑暗的日子。我想如果是这样就应高呼万岁了，因为我们都熬过来了，这是再自己体味，仿佛我已找到了那一份不易的幸福了。

训练之初，站军姿。教官不厌其烦，耐心为我们做示范，纠正我们的错误动作。“严师出高徒”，很快，我们便达到了站如松的最高境。当然，我们脸颊上滚落的汗珠，都是连成一条条线啊!

训练之时，烈日当空，热浪滚滚。“赤日炎炎似火烧”一点儿不夸张，度日如年啊!大多数同学都咬紧牙关，没有退怯。当然，也有一些同学体力不支晕倒了。可见，身体健康多么重要啊。

几日过去，日渐黝黑的皮肤已证明我们更加顽强，更加强壮了。

最让我们开心的，还是休息时，大家围坐一起，教官也收起了平时的严肃，像一位大朋友，和蔼可亲，跟我们一起唱歌、做游戏、聊天。这时的教官才最真实、最可爱。

军训最后一天，汇报成果。为了班级的荣誉，我们丝毫不敢放松，谁也不想做“害群之马”。团结就是力量，一点儿不错。骄阳下，我们接受着最后的检阅。整齐的步伐，严谨的动作，我们表演得非常到位。虽已汗流浃背，但我们个个英姿飒爽，士气昂扬。当我们骄傲的走过主席台时，赢得了阵阵掌声……我们胜利了!

军训几日，感触颇深。军训如攀高峰，“苦”是路上的荆棘，“乐”那沿途的风景。军训如一杯浓茶，入口苦涩，但回味无穷。军训，它教会了我们团结、坚强和集体意识。付出了辛苦和汗水，得到的却是一份沉甸甸的收获，我觉得非常值得。

5：30，我们在睡眼朦胧中开始军训起程。啊呀呀，都怪我在家太松，要迟到了，抓紧抓紧。好不容易及时赶到训练场，又忍不住打个哈欠，困哪~

6：00了，one、two、three，开始早训。先背，呵，不错考验我们的智力。之后，我们又进行了那漫长的站军姿之旅，1分钟、5分钟、10分钟……时间老人，您咋走得那么慢呢，我的脚都麻了，要倒了。但是看到同学们都好坚持，我就使劲坚持。好锻炼毅力啊。

叮当，该吃饭啦。我们一列一列的进入餐厅。我的天，太震撼了。各个窗口前都排起“长龙”。尽管我饿的前胸贴后背，但还是乖乖的排队。经过漫长的等待，终于我到了窗口前，我拿出那神圣的饭票，得到了喷香的饭菜。哦，太幸福了。

下午我们还是进行着那叫苦不堪的训练。停止间转法把我转的分不清东西南北，蹲姿是我的脚几乎没知觉了，摆臂定性差点让我不知道我的胳膊还是我的不……太累了。当然，中途退出的不少，但大多数仍屹立于训练之中（呵呵，包括我。鼓掌）。

晚上，我们的晚自习可丰富了。要背《弟子规》、还看了教育讲解、教官还叫我们唱军歌、给我们讲部队里的故事、还进行自我介绍……下课了，赶紧回宿舍。累死了，真是倒床就睡啊。谁料在军训第六天的夜晚，当我们正呼呼大睡是，被一声嘹亮的哨声个惊醒。我的天，干什么？nobody知道，到操场上才知道，要进行拉练。什么啊，大半夜不让睡觉，出去拉练。（不过蛮兴奋的，能出校门啊~）于是乎，我们浩浩荡荡的出了校门，开始了4千米的徒步拉练。超累的说，好多好多同学出列了。好不容易我们回来了。又累又困又渴啊~

最后一天了，我们进行阅兵典礼和结训典礼。太激动了，我们这几天的汗水要今天体现了。我们进行了跑操、对正、转身、背弟子规……虽然很累，并且还下着雨，但没有一个人偷懒，每一个人乱动。

军训要结束了，教官要回去了，我们心中还有些不舍。想起他教我们唱军歌，他给我们讲笑话、他给我们的惩罚，他给我们的鼓励……当我们的老师多好，可是那是幻想。

值得高兴的是，我们变得能吃苦了、我们变得更坚强了、我们能够遇见困难不退缩、同学之间相处得更好了……（太强大了）

听说要军训了，心里有一点小小的兴奋，虽然自己初一的时候学校组织军训过，但那时是自己学校的老师训练，而且也算不上是军训吧，只是每天花上一节课学做操而已。

这次，是请军队的军官来帮助我们训练，心里有点按耐不住，想见识一下什么叫做军队的教官。

早上升旗结束后，在学校的军训启动仪式上，终于见到了军队的教官。果真不一样的整齐，不一样的威风凛凛，是啊!这就是军人。

一大段的讲话过后，终于要军训了。我也见到了我们的教官，是个男军官，(潘帅)，有点黑，眼睛炯炯有神，发型嘛!说实话，有点像少林寺的和尚。

他先把我们带到了训练场地，在学校广场的东北端。接下来，就开始训练了。他先把我们分为四排男女各两排，先教我们站军姿，教官告诉我们站军姿要：两脚跟靠拢并齐，两脚尖向外分开约60度……他一边说着我们一边做着，我感到不难做，但很难坚持下来。学会后，教官要我们再站一分钟，快到一分钟时，本以为没事了，可是我前面的一个同学动了一下，被他看见了，唉!没办法，我们又强挺着站了三十秒，等到可以休息的时候，大家都累得不行，我觉得全身都很酸尤其是小腿肚子，过了一会儿，教我们学习向左转向右转。这个嘛，比较简单，不用学也会，但是我们还是练了许多遍，是因为有些同学的手没有紧贴身体造成的。紧接着我们又学了跨立，不过有时候同学们会忘记，弄得手足失措。在就要休息的时候，教官还教我们怎样坐下，之后我们就休息了很长时间。教官告诉我们，回答问题的时候，要干脆，不能拖拖拉拉，像个小学生似的。

下午，教官先是给我们出了个智力问题提起了我们的兴趣然后教我们学齐步走，教官先是教我们摆臂，当我们摆好之后，他就教我们齐步走，先迈左脚伸右臂，再迈右脚伸左臂。有很多同学会出现顺拐，教官说他，同学们就都笑他，教官夸我们班同学“真爱笑”好不容易练得好一些可以休息了，教官拿出他的哨子，准备吹哨子下课，同学们见了，放松了许多，教官发现了，说，我们再看他就不吹了，同学们怕了，教官一吹哨子，全部的班级都停止了训练，休息了。我们也连忙站了起来，正式休息了，教官问谁会唱歌，同学们有的说刘佳，有的说徐彤辉，教官让她俩准备节目，一会表演，他们一边推辞一边跟教官“撒娇”，华帅在后面唱起了歌，同学们听见了，又让华帅起来唱歌。最后刘佳终于唱了几句素颜。然后又是不断的练习，又一次休息后，我去放水瓶，跑得快了些，结果，被说了一次，教官说我，跑什么跑再跑让你爬着过去。当场同学们都笑了让我有点难堪。

军训第一天，感觉还不错。
