回想第一天见面，大家都像个好奇娃娃，左瞧瞧、又看看，一切都是那么的新奇有趣。我们互相问好，慢慢熟悉“我叫王伊戈，你叫什么名字?”

只见一个可爱的女孩伸出手向我问候。“我叫高欣怡，你好!”“那以后我们就是好同学啦!你有什么不会问我，我不会的就请教你啦!”我们两个就像以前认识的好朋友。到了车上，同学们像打了兴奋剂似得，一个劲和周围的同学讨论军训的事：军训累不累?吃什么呀?不过我听到最多的就是教官凶不凶?我们和谁一个宿舍?随着张姐姐开始说话到结束，我们不久就到达了旅馆，激动的心情已经压抑不住，当我们走进宿舍看见只有两张床，先是楞了几秒，然后马上明白了：原来是2个人睡一张床!我们看着对方都咯咯咯的笑了，想着：晚上的小惯可能都要报露了，从来没有过呢!

午餐来临，我们陆陆续续走进了餐厅。因为我们还不知道规矩，前一半的人一进到食堂，就拉出小凳子坐下了。后来的人刚想坐下，教官真的是像狮子大吼一声对我们说：“谁让你们坐下的啊，都给我站起来。”

我们吓得不知所措，木讷地站了起来。我悄悄转了一下头，看见教官双手背后，踱步巡视，我们就是管不住自己的嘴，特别作文是在旁边的一桌同学，吧唧吧唧嘴巴说个不停，他们到底是有几年没说话了，聊得热火朝天，你们不知道说话就不能吃饭了吗?望着已经端好的饭菜已经迫不及待的等进入我们着的口中，可是，却不能吃。我们眼巴巴地看着饭菜“准备凳子”我们拉出凳子，站在凳子前面，心中在想：还没结束啊，站得腿好痛，这是什么流程，未免也太麻烦了!“坐!”“开饭!”我们迅速分完了汤，提起筷子，夹到那个菜就往嘴里送，分分钟就把饭菜解决了。可是有些同学，拿着筷子有些迟疑地夹向了一根海带，慢慢吞吞地往嘴里送，皱着眉头，挖了一小口饭，咽了下去。我想：要是真的饿了，恐怕再难吃的饭菜也会很快吃完的吧!吃饱了，舒服了，我们一路走回宿舍，冲把澡，靠在软软的床上，不知怎么了迷迷糊糊的就睡着了!

2个小时过去了，周围安静得连一根针掉下来的声音都听得见，我们一个挨着一个起床，等穿好衣服，整理好衣襟，随身携带了一瓶水。我们充满精神地走出了房间，到了基地我们开始训练，我还记得我们练转体喊口号时的那件事：当时我们排好队，精神抖擞地站好，当教官说练转体时，我心想：不就是转体吗，我们原来学校练得很多，很简单的。可后来我才知道是有一定难度的，第一次“向右转!”我听见了往右转去，可是却忘记了喊团结，丢脸啊!“有同学没喊团结，声音到哪去啦?32个人声音怎么这么轻，是中午没吃饱饭吗?”接下来可就好多了，我们整齐的脚步声，教官都看在眼里，我们还练了齐步走、跨立……到现在还记忆犹新呢!教官还对我们说：“转的时候手要贴紧，脚靠拢时要用力跺下去。”还好教官告诉我们不足的地方，这样才能让我们不断进步!

第一项是站军姿，“腿要直，脸要正，身子微微前倾，双手并拢放在裤缝上，不许左顾右盼。明白了吗?好，立定，站好!”教官一声令下，我们四十多个人马上按教官的吩咐战好了，纹丝不动。时间一分一秒的溜过去了，“教官怎么还不喊停?”我在心里暗暗琢磨着，此时我感觉有些累了，便想偷懒，可又担心教官的眼睛不会放过我，想一想，还是努力坚持吧!“教官，快喊停，求求你了，快喊停，停、停、停!”终于，教官喊了停，站僵的腿终于可以活动一下了!接下来我们又练习了稍息，立正，转身……

唉，没想到军训这么苦，清晨的喜悦早已烟消云散，今后的几天怎么过，心底里涌上几分担忧……

xx月xx日，我怀着期待与激动的心情来到东山武警训练总基地，在那，我将度过为期六天的军事基础训练。刚到那，部队领导就召开了全体动员大会。会议上领导特别强调“三好”思想，“你们是来军训的不是来旅游的，每个人都要做好吃苦耐劳的准备。之后，我们便开始训练。

训练场、宿舍、食堂三点式的生活，虽然很辛苦，但却很充实，在训练的六天里我学到了很多。在那里，我看到了军人那钢铁般的意志，那勇往直前的精神，同时也看到他们幽默风趣的一面。在那里，没有个人，只有集体。。在那里，我真正的感受到126这个集体的存在，我感觉我真正的融入到这个集体中。在那里，126空前的团结，每个人都尽力的做好每一个动作，稍息、立正、跨立、向左转、向右转等，为的只是不拉这个集体的后腿。还有许多同学抱病训练，这一切的一切，都让我的心深深的震憾

什么是吃苦?军训中的苦又要怎么吃?然而，当我看见教官的时候，我放松了很多。那是个很和蔼的教官，很爱笑但又不缺少军人气质的教官!安排完一切，已经很晚了，怀着一种好奇的心情迎来了充实的军训生活! 第一天，大家起来地都很早，我迫不及待地穿上了我一直渴望的军服，走在军营里，一种自信、自豪的感觉围绕在我周围。第一项集合站队做早操。吃完早饭后，开始了一天的军训。

首先学战军姿、转体等一些基本的东西。训练很枯燥但是我们的训练并不像我想象的那么苦。教官很善解人意， 我们也很配合，提高做事效率的结果便是换取了更多休息的时间，总的来说训练并不是很苦。然而就在这个过程中一股很强烈的凝聚力逐渐地来到了我们这个新的集体。

一天下午，我们举行了第一次军训汇报演出，我们一上场便赢得了教官、老师们的掌声。我们的口号喊得出奇的洪亮，当时我心里很激动，每一个动作、每一个眼神、每一个口号都尽量做到最好。 当宣布结果：高一特1班第二名的时候，除了教官高兴地喊了一句“好”，其他人没有一个人出声。我第一感觉觉得挺好笑也挺为教官感觉尴尬的，但猛然间意识到我们这个集体中的目标是多么的一致，我们的目标都是拿第一，因此没有一个人欢呼，没有一个人为现在的成绩而感到高兴!就这样，我们结束了第一阶段的训练。

第二阶段我们连齐步、正步、变步走。这个阶段更要求人心齐，只有心齐才能步伐齐!休息的时候教官教我们拉歌，喊出我们的气势，唱出我们的自信!就这样七天的军训生活很快就结束了。在最后的汇报演出中我们给学校，给家长，给教官，更给自己交上了一份满意的答卷! 这里有我们的汗水，有我们的欢笑，更培养了我们今后在高中生活中所要用到的那种吃苦的精神!

军训结束了，结束意味着新的开始，真正的挑战的警钟此时响彻在心中!

How is everything going? I have good news to tell you. A volleyball match

is going to be held in a few weeks and our team will participate.

As for the detailed information of the match, there will be probably dozens

of teams which are going to make a revolving competition. Additionally, not only

can the top three teams each be awarded a medal but all the other teams taking

part in it will get a reward as well. What will be the most attractive is that

it will be a great honor for the top three teams to receive special volleyballs

that have the name of the most popular volleyball player on them. Therefore, we

must do enough preparations before the match, such as training as frequently as

we can.

So excited am I that I can’t wait to join in it.How about you? Looking

There are many festivals in China，During these holidays, my favorite holiday is Chinese New Year.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. 训练中的中午，骄阳不是火，但是热量就感觉在自己的头顶上盘旋，尽管如此，同学们还是绷紧双腿，挺直腰杆，抬头挺胸，咬紧牙关，目光坚定的站军姿。站立不是很累，但是要长时间，还是在烈日下，真的很能锻炼人的意志，有句话说，吃得苦中苦，方能人上人！

这句话，放到现在也不过时，换个角度，24小时守卫在边疆的军人，难道他们吃得苦仅像我们这样吗？当然不是，所以我们又有什么理由去埋怨军训吃得小苦呢？

夕阳西下，劳累一天的“士兵”们洗完澡后，有条不紊的将自己的衣服清洗一遍，然而在家，或许我们只是轻松的将脏衣服扔进洗衣机，摁按钮就完事。不得不说，军训仍然是我们的能力的提升的一个大跨步，增强了同学间的联系和友谊更是短短几天的最大收获。

短短五天的训练，我们挥洒汗水，增进浓浓友情；我们再次凝聚累累硕果，我们更加成熟。

The Autumn Festival

Chinese celebrate the harvest on the Mid-Autumn Festival since ancient times. Its the same as the custom of Thanksgiving Day in North America. The custom of the Mid-Autumn Festival was popular in everywhere in China in the early Tang dynasty. The Mid-Autumn is on August 15 according to lunar calendar, its the festival on which people will worship the moon.

On this night, the moon will be bright in the sky and people will get together to appreciate the moon in the family. The Mid-Autumn Festival was listed as one of Chinas cultural heritage in 2006 and was designed to be a public holiday in 2014. The moon cake is regarded as an indispensable food on Mid-Autumn Festival. People give them to their relatives and friends as gifts or enjoy them in the family party. The traditional moon cake is printed with cheracters "longevity", "blessing", "harmony" and so on. What a funny festival!

The quality of human life has improved greatly over the past few centuries, but Earth is being harmed more and more by human activity. As we develop our technology, we demand more from our planet. Eventually, this will harm people as well.

Our planet gives us everything we need, but natural resources are not endless. Strip mining devastates whole regions, leaving bare and useless ground. Deforestation removes old growth trees that cant be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they cant recover. We are too careless in taking what we want without giving anything back.

There are more people than ever, living longer that ever. So is it any surprise that many areas suffer from too much development? Anyone living in or near a city has experienced "urban sprawl". There is a new shopping area on every corner and new houses, townhouses and apartments everywhere. Traffic gets worse and worse because planners cant keep up with growth. Keeping up with human demand is hard enough. Environmental concerns come in last.

With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If were not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we dont, what kind of future will we have?

The period of high school stage is the preparation for college, all the students work hard in the purpose of the better future. In this stage, they hold the same target, fighting for the College Entrance Exam, especially in the third year, the sprint is very important. There are some suggestions for a better sprint. First, students should take a regular work schedule, it is very important to sleep in time, so that students can wake up early in the morning and then work with efficiency. Second is to keep the balanced diet. Students should pay attention to what they eat, the nutrition should be enough, so they can keep a better mind, thinking in a quick way. The last year of high school life must be hard and tedious, the one who keeps hold on will gain what they want. If they do as the mentioned suggestions, they can work better.

However mean your life is, meet it and live it; do not shun it and call it

hard names. It is not as bad as you are.

It looks poorest when you are richest. The fault-finder will find faults in

paradise. Love your life, poor as it is.

You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a

poor-house. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the alms-house as

brightly as from the rich mans abode; the snow melts before its door as early

in the spring. I do not see but a quiet mind may live as contentedly there, and

have as cheering thoughts, as in a palace.

With the development of technology, today we live in the world with high technology. People seem to cant live without computer and smart phone, once they dont have smart phone at hand for a while, the seem to be lost and feel something miss in their life. When I talk to my friends at table, I find them always play smart phones or check on the text all the time. Though we sit face to face, the distance between us is so far. The high technology brings isolation between people. Some people dont often visit their parents and friends, for they believe that a call can solve all the things. Communication in face to face is far more important than a call. It is time for some people to put down their smart phones for a while when they are communicating to others.

当我步入中学后，迎接的第一件事就是军训。在军训结束后的评比中，我被评为班级的军训标兵，这要这要完全归功于老师的支持和教官的严格训练。军训给我留下了深刻的印象，那一幕幕令我难以忘怀。

军训开始时，我以为军训也不过是在教官的带领下走走步、训练训练，最后各个班级展示一下就算了。可是，我错了。因为教官和老师曾多次对我们说，军训的目的不只是要校正和教会我们走步、立正和稍息的姿势，更为主要的是要培养我们的自制力、良好的行为习惯和严谨的学习作风，树立我们的吃苦耐劳和团结协作精神，以使我们将来在任何条件下，都能够端端正正地走好人生旅途的每一步。

教官和老师的教诲，我牢记在心中，落实在行动上。所以，军训中，我仿佛感到教官的那张严峻的脸始终在盯着我，在鼓励着我;看我是否偷懒?看我动作是否规范?于是，我在教官的鼓励下严格按照规范，做好每一个动作。会操前夕，教官曾对我们说：“凭实力，你们只要拿出百分之五十的努力，会操成绩就会得到优;但你们一定要用百分百的努力去争取。”我把教官这句激励的话牢牢记在心里，当作我努力的方向、前进的动力。事实上，看似平常的行走、站立、转身等动作，要往好里去做是永无止境的。我坚定了信念和决心：我要地努力做好每一个动作，尽自己最大的能力去做，以百分百的高昂热情投入到军训中去。因为我知道用全力去做只能达到合格，只有用全心去做才能达到优秀。

我没有辜负教官的期望，我在烈日下的汗水也没有白流，经过半个月的军训，我已成为了一名合格的“新兵”——风华大家庭中优秀的一员。我十分珍惜学校和班级给我的这个荣誉，但这并不是我努力的终点，我会一如既往地昂着头、挺着胸、迈着正步走好今后的每一步。
