今天是高一新生军训的第一天，我们怀着无比激动的心情参加今年的军训。以前总是听别人说，军训很苦很累，几天军训下来绝对让你黑个够，但是怎么办呢?军训是高中的一个开始，是新起点，所以军训是无可避免的。

由于今天是第一天，教官只是教了我们几个简单的动作，站军姿是军训的必修课。首先身体要微向前倾，双脚张开约60度，双腿夹紧，双手自然下垂，中指紧贴裤缝，大拇指微弯曲，一站就是几十分钟。出现几次头晕后我并没有放弃，我想挑战我的极限，我相信：我能行!最终，我还是坚持了下来。

然后就是练习停止间转法，“向右转!”教官的声音在耳畔想起，“1——2”。转身时，教官总是批评我们在合脚的时候不一致。接着就是跨立，脚张开与肩同宽，左手握住右手手腕，右手手指微微弯曲，和站军姿的手势差不多，立正，合脚。

练习蹲下这个动作时，教官要求我们使尽全身力气往下坐。为此，身上也擦伤了一点。蹲下与站军姿比较起来还是挺难的，我的耐力不行一蹲下去总是少不了左摇右晃，被教官发现了就是一顿骂。但我觉得，别看我们教官表面凶巴巴的，但心里还是对我们挺好的。

最后就是整理着装和原地踏步，本人觉得整理着装说简单点就是自我检查，原地踏步要求大腿和小腿成90度，前后摆手。总而言之，统而言之，一天的军训生活算是结束了，对于我来说，是满载而归的一天。

军训的第一天!累!军训第二天，很累!军训第三天，特别累也特别欣慰。我们每天的训练内容非常简单，不过是原地转法、跨立、立正之类的动作。但我却从中体会到很多有益的东西。就拿第一天的训练来说，每个动作看似简单，一开始我们却什么都做不好，非要在教官的反复督促下才能做出个型来。由于我们长期坐在教室里缺乏锻炼，半天下来就有人嚷嚷腰酸背痛了。下午，很多动作都做得稀稀拉拉的不够整齐，队伍里还时不时传来说笑的声音，我们就像一盘散沙，各自训练各自的，毫无集体荣誉感可言。我不禁暗想，我们这样哪里像一个集体呢?照这样下去，肯定达不到理想的效果的。由此，我开始对“团结”两个字有了深刻的理解。为了一个整齐划一的目标，大家只有听从指挥，齐心协力，团结一致，才能充分发挥集体优势，否则，所有的努力和汗水都会付诸东流的。

第二天，整体训练情况有所好转，加上老天帮忙，天气一直比较凉爽，大家也渐渐地习惯了军训生活，齐步走、正步、跑步都有了很大进步。这些成绩的取得是大家共同努力的结果。首先是每个人端正了态度，能够认真投入进去，因而收到了良好的效果。由此我想到在日常工作和生活中，每个人在处理个人利益和集体利益时，一定要把集体利益放在首位，充分信任团队并能超越自己，才可能达到成功的彼岸。其次，这些进步和教官的辛勤指导是分不开的。一个人自身的素质固然重要，正确的指挥也是非常必要的，这就是指挥者的魅力所在。只有指挥到位，才可以事半功倍，否则就会事倍功半了。

最难忘的是第三天的检阅了，训练场上早已坐满了同着绿装的“战友”。早起的疲惫之余，每个人脸上都洋溢着对军训的兴奋。有的早已坐不住了，踮起脚看着大门口是否有期待已久的身影踏着正步出现……期待的目光中，大家不由地正了正衣领和军帽，挺了挺腰板，一副等待检阅的神情。伴着“1-2-3-4”的口号声，响彻校园，所有的人不约而同地站了起来，看着一队身着军装，头戴军帽，腰间系着粗厚的皮带，肩上佩着肩章的真正的军人，迈着整齐划一的步伐向我们走来。尽管这军训只有短短的三天时间，我们却可以一改往日的慵懒，投入到紧张有序的训练中去，感受到超越自己的快乐。军训不仅培养了我们坚强的品格，也增强了我不断超越自我的勇气，使我们懂得了责任感的重要，更加强了我们的团队意识。我相信在以后的工作、生活、学习中不管从对待生活的态度上、意志力上，还是思维方式上，我们都将受益匪浅。军训是苦的，可也是快乐的。正如一首军歌所唱的，“战士的生活就是这样，有苦有乐有声有色”。这便是我的军训生活。

老师上课的时候也很认真，语法讲的也很详细，以前的英语笔记我现在也保存着，厚厚的一本，也可以算是我的宝典了吧，老师每讲一课单词，都会拓展，每周周三和周五是固定的考单词的日子，老师会叫两名同学在黑板上写，每桌写一次，如果座位上的同学抬头看了黑板就不用继续考了，就直接补考，老师的补考就是晚自习的时候在走廊里听写。

虽然她要求的严了一些，但是那段时间我的英语成绩确实很好，只要跟住老师，英语成绩就不会差，后来老师因为教的好，被别的学校挖走了。

不知道她现在怎么样，如果我看见她的话，一定会大声喊“英语老师！”

今天算是军训第四天也是的最后一天了，我们班也要开始选几个优秀学员了，我把名单拿在手里认认真真地看了一遍，咦，怎么没有我的名字?我想：我这几天表现一直不错，学习时很认真，练习就不用说了，尤其是今天：

下午上课时，郑教官没有来，我就站在那里。等郑教官来了，我站得更加认真。下课的时候，大家都在休息、玩，我却还在那里练习正步。这时我想：我一定要评上优秀学员。傍晚时分，叶老师来了，我又想：叶老师来了，我要做得更好一些。于是我做得更认真了。

但是我又想：我今天是做得挺好的，可是前几天呢?也做得这么好吗?不!前几天，我做动作时经常做得不到位，甚至有时还和旁边的同学说话影响了同学。

国防教育内容：“魅力东方、精彩绿舟”京剧演出

早上5：40起床，整理被单、洗漱;6：00打铃，打扫卫生。6：30集合，统一练习前一天的训练内容，然后去食堂。相比学校的早餐，东方绿舟早餐略显逊色，每天必有榨菜或是萝卜干。

上午8：00再次集合，在未来广场上练习齐步走。每教一个动作，教官都会说明动作要领，与我以往印象不同的是，齐步走和正步走都不是握拳，而是四指轻轻握拢、与地面平行，大拇指贴于食指第二关节处。齐步走和正步走最大的问题在于排面的整齐程度和人与人之间的距离的控制，这是训练的重点所在。

下午14：00左右，前往绿舟剧场观看“魅力东方、精彩绿舟”京剧演出。说是演出，其实是讲座加演出，上海京剧院的老师向我们介绍生、旦、净、丑等京剧的基本常识，还通过许多演员的生动演绎来展示京剧的基本表现形式;最后还请部分同学上台体验京剧的表演艺术。

15：30左右开始训练。由于中午吃饭时，连长同学急于冲进食堂没有听从教官指挥(可能是没听到)，集体被罚蹲五分钟，别看只有五分钟，其实很累的，况且还要挺直腰板。由于我姿势比较标准，教官第一个让我站起来休息。随后，以排为单位练习齐步走，要求动作和排面的整齐;最后，开始练习正步走的手部姿势，动作要领为：手指轻轻握拢，拇指伸直贴于食指第二节;向前摆臂时，肘部弯曲，小臂略成水平，手心向内稍向下。我们每学一个动作，教官都会一一纠正。我也佩服教官一直不停地大声喊口令，很少喝水且声音不嘶哑。

18：00晚间集合时，教官规定了连长或指挥员向营长报告的流程：先敬礼，后说：“报告营长，十七连参加此次集合，应到四十二人，实到四十二人，(…人……，)列队完毕，请指示!”随后营长回答：“稍息。”我回答“是!”，最后敬礼。教官要求我声音洪亮，站姿标准。在以后的几天里，我尽量地模仿着教官的声音语调站姿，过了一把军训指挥员的瘾。

今晚是练习正步走的腿部姿势：腿要绷直，脚尖下压，脚掌与地面平行，离地面约25厘米，上体正直，微向前倾。这是我们整个军训当中最难的一个姿势，刚开始我们都东倒西歪，坚持不了多久，但经过几次的练习后，我感觉其实这并不是非常难，只要依靠站立那只脚的大腿肌肉，以此为支撑点，找到合适的重心，虽然身体难以保持挺拔，但也能够坚持比较长的时间。

练了一会儿教官说：“如果有谁能和我一起坚持这个姿势1分钟，全班就可以休息，而且在以后的练习中这几个同学可以多休息一会儿。”我没有多想立刻举手，和其他两名同学一起接受挑战。记时开始：大约十几秒后大腿肌肉酸、然后疼，再过十几秒大腿肌肉酸疼加剧，再过十几秒觉得腿麻木了，整个人像是僵住了，任由那汗水“大珠小珠落玉盘”般地垂直落下，再环顾四周，一双双充满信任、期待的眼睛，我告诉自己一定要坚持。倒计时结束，掌声响起，我们赢了。

教官随即兑现诺言让我们围坐在一起，开始教我们拉歌。以19连为假想敌，主要有以下几种“格式”：“19连，来一个;来一个，19连;19连来了没有?没有!要不要来一个?要!”“唱得好不好?好!要不要再来一个?要!”下两种是对对面领头的：“…长得帅不帅?帅!来一个要不要?要!”“…!嘿咻嘿咻!来一个呀!嘿咻嘿咻!”最后一种是最经典的：“要唱!干脆!不唱!撤退!时间!宝贵!”拉歌可以说是我们七天军训中最愉快、最难忘的回忆。

最后，教官教我们唱一首军歌，名为《当那一天来临》：“这是一个晴朗的早晨，鸽哨声伴着起床号音，但是这世界并不安宁，和平年代也有激荡的风云……”教官告诉我们，唱军歌不需要什么技巧，只要扯着嗓子喊就可以了。借着未来广场主席台上微弱的灯光，全班同学围坐在一起，在丝丝凉风的吹拂下，扯着嗓子集体拉歌、学歌、唱歌，有一种令人心旷神怡的感觉。

晚上的训练结束后，教官组织寝室长开会，我莫名其妙地成为了寝室长。教官宣布了寝室注意事项：人离开时，床上、衣钩上不能有东西，床边的桌子上和地面上不能有水杯，行李箱不能露在走廊上等等，一连串的“不能”让我实实在在的体会到军人严格的组织纪律，不仅仅是体现在战场，生活上也同样如此，难怪中国军队有战无不胜的美誉。

洗完澡后，主教官在女生寝室乔治亚公寓门口向寝室长们演示内务整理。主要是教我们怎样将被子叠成豆腐块状，教官全然不顾满脸汗水，耐心细致地一步步演示军人叠被子的过程(在叠棱角的时候还用卡来刮)。我们都全神贯注地看着教官的每一个手势，完毕后，所有人不约而同地报以最热烈的掌声。我知道，这掌声不仅仅是因为惊叹教官叠出了如此整齐美观的被子，更是对军人们吃苦耐劳敬业精神的赞赏!

回到寝室已近21：30，还有半个小时就要熄灯了，急急忙忙打开军训日记本，教官叠被子的身影一直在我脑中徘徊……
