那日，烈日高照。花园中学的中心塑胶跑道上，一个个整齐方阵正等待检阅。

“纪律严明!训练刻苦!内务合适……”一群精神抖擞的学生喊着口号大步向前，这便是我们九排。看啊!我们的步伐多么一致;瞧啊!我们与教官多么默契;赏吧!我们的动作整齐划一……这一切仅是六个日日夜夜造就的啊!

回顾军训第一日，那时的我不知军训的“残酷”。单说站军姿，我以为与普通站立无异，可不想……“两脚分开约六十度，两腿挺直夹紧，收臀，小腹微收，挺胸抬头，上体保持正直，两眼目视前方……”教官示范完后，我们便开始练习起来。刚开始，我还有些不以为然，要不是教官盯着，都有和同学交头接耳的冲动。可没过多久，劳累与饥渴便轮番向我发起攻击。火辣辣的阳光不停地考验我的意志。天空没有一丝云，阳光残酷无情地直射下来，躯体一点一点地被烤熟。喉咙像是着了火，有无数浓烟正不断呛着我的喉咙。“好想休息哦!”我这样想的同时，手脚又开始反抗了，身体到处弥漫着酸痛。“再坚持一会儿吧!”我一再鼓励自己。可不久，我眼前开始模糊了，前方的司令台霎时压缩，我在热浪中有些力不从心了。“要不打报告休息?……不行，我们排没有一个人倒下……我有什么理由倒下?坚持住!”

“全场休息十分钟!”就在此时老天也帮我，连长适时吹响了哨子，喊道。

“耶——”我们发自内心欢呼起来。我活动一下身体，瞬间感到全身心的轻松愉悦。这时，我才望见我的睫毛上挂着晶莹剔透的豆大汗珠。阳光下，汗珠上散发出的坚毅光芒。

如果说站军姿锻炼了我们的毅力，那接下来的训练便是在锤炼我们的决心。稍息，立正……等等这些小动作看似容易，但要做得全体一致却十分困难，特别是齐步走。

渐渐地，我对在紧张辛苦的训练感到厌烦。我为何要这么努力练?

从那以后，我练习也更刻苦了，因为我们是一起战斗的!

短短一周的军训，在这过程中，我们褪去了稚气，挥洒了汗水，收获了团结，赢得了荣誉，也尝到了成长的滋味……我已经从不懂事的孩子蜕变成自立刻苦中学生。

The Dragon Boat Festival， also called Double Fifth Festival， is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth moon of the lunar calendar. It is one of the most important Chinese festivals，the other two being the Autumn Moon Festival and Chinese New Year.

The origin of this summer festival centers around a scholarly government official named Chu Yuan. He was a good and respected man，but because of the misdeeds of jealous rivals he eventually fell into disfavor in the emperors court.

Unable to regain the respect of the emperor，in his sorrow Chu Yuan threw himself into the Mi Low river. Because of their admiration for Chu Yuan， the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons.

Although they were unable to find Chu Yuan，their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival.

“军训”这两个字，读起来简单轻松啊，可军训起来不是这么简单轻松，是多么的辛苦和累。

我们的教官姓曾，我们大家都叫他为曾教官。教官穿着一身军衣，脸上带着和善的微笑，我就隐约感觉到这位教官对我们一定会很好滴!

果然，曾教官是一位很好的教官，不仅懂得关心我们的教官，而且还很和善、脾气很好、有耐心的教官。他总是跟我们说

“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且还要做的比别人更加好!”这句话犹如清风吹入我们的心中，在他那张年轻俊俏的脸上写满了鼓励与关怀。我无比感动，这是我几次军训中见到对学生的教官。

第一天军训我们学习的是：稍息、立正、停止间转法、敬礼与礼毕、跨立与立正、蹲下与起立、原地踏步、齐步的的行进与立定。

开始我们就学“立正”和“稍息”。我就在想：立正和稍息，谁不会啊!立正的时候教官教导我们要两只手都要五指并拢，紧贴短裤黄色边，脚呈八字形，大约为六十度。挺直腰站好，不能动。随后学习稍息就要左脚伸出大约半米远，动作要快，不要擦地。而且只是下半身动。不一会儿，部分同学们豆大的汗珠随着头发滑落到红通通的脸颊上。

随后，教官要我们练军姿，我们一个个就挺起胸，抬头，正肩，收腹，双脚叉开60度，稍微踮起脚来，步步到位。曾教官要求我们站直5分钟，在5分钟内没有教官的命令和批准，我们是决不能动一下的，如果一位同学动一下全班同学多罚一分钟。开始的时候大家身体站的很直，后来站的时间长了，某位同学忍耐不住站的累呼呼就动了动，被曾教官见到就罚我们多站一分钟。在剩下的2分钟里，又有同学忍耐不住，偷偷动了，这，还是逃不过曾教官的火星眼，结果我们就要站3分钟。休息的时候，同学们个个叫苦不迭的，都说：“累人啊，腿都麻了。”

接下来，我们又练了原地踏步和敬礼与礼毕等等项目。在训练的过程中，我们11班的同学们发扬不怕累的精神，我硬是咬着牙通过了后面几个小时，因为在训练的时候，教官老是对我们说：“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且做的比别人更加好!”这句话对我起到很大的作用，我就不怕苦、不怕累，坚持着，咬咬牙齿就过去，认认真真的训练!

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. “暑假”坐着飞机离去了、“开学”坐着火车回来了、也许我们并没有做好任何准备就要去迎接新学期的到来、或许我们还沉浸在暑假的高潮里。不知道高中是怎样的一个世界、不知道新的同学是否很好相处、不知道新的老师会不会很严厉、不知道我们的未来会不会很精彩。

8月19日，我们迎来了高中生活的第一项挑战——军训。

穿上那一身亮丽的迷彩服，我感觉整个人都精神起来了，站在镜子前都舍不得挪开眼，左转转，右转转，新奇的很，感觉对“军训”二字感到又兴奋又有些害怕。

“军训”，这两个字给我的第一印象就是“流汗”“吃苦”。无疑，军训是艰苦而又枯燥的。第一天站军姿，要求抬头、挺胸、十指夹紧贴于裤缝。这对于平时自由散漫惯了的我是多么难受啊，真是站得我两脚发软。烈日炎炎，虽说站在树荫下，却也感受不到丝毫凉意。蝉在树上悠闲自在地大声歌唱，我们却不得不被教官严厉的目光所牢牢束缚，动弹不得，一站就是十分钟。这段时间说长不长，说短不短，却也足够让我们叫上一阵苦了。无奈，只能使劲咬着牙，任凭时间在微风中一分一秒地飘过……那一声“休息”的命令简直如天降甘霖，滋润了我们这些被灼热的空气炙烤的幼苗。我的脚几乎失去了知觉，感觉都不像是长在自己身上的。那种又酸又麻的感觉就别提了。

汗水从额头滑落，滴在地上，被蒸发化为水汽。每个人的衣服上浸出了汗渍，这是多么美丽而又雄壮的一幕啊！每个人都很认真，不让每一滴汗白流，这不正是对自己负责、对他人负责的一种军人精神吗？

教导我们的教官挺年轻，个子不高，皮肤被晒得黝黑。为此我们还调侃过他，他也只是大度的一笑了之。他虽然年轻，但教导我们的时候认真负责，不放过任何一个细节，不给我们任何一个打马虎眼儿的机会。闲暇时还会教我们唱歌，虽然他自己说他唱歌五音不全，但事实是他唱的真挺不错，声音有力，有节奏，一听就知道对自己的职业充满了热爱。他会给我们讲一些我们不了解的事情，像军人的官衔大小如何区分、自己大学的生活、他将要工作的地方……天南海北，几乎都与军事有关。他脾气好，制度严明，自然我们纪律就不会差，多次被表扬，也是我们心中小小的骄傲。

军训时间所剩无几，明明是那么令人痛苦，我却又充满不舍。那一身美丽的军装，那一个可爱的人，那一段难以忘怀的日子，都将成为我人生长河中一颗耀眼的星。

军训很苦，苦到你觉得你已经脱离了社会，苦到你觉得世界都变得黑暗。军训很累，累到你连喘气都难受，累到你想好好的睡一觉不愿提前醒来。军训也很美，美到你爱上这身绿装不愿脱下，美到你宁愿在这里受苦也不愿意回家。

写到这里，眼眶微湿。我想，我们应该记住，在那片青翠的树后，有我们一起挥汗青春的日子，有我们一起开怀大笑的日子，有我们一起感受阳光的日子。

How is everything going? I have good news to tell you. A volleyball match

is going to be held in a few weeks and our team will participate.

As for the detailed information of the match, there will be probably dozens

of teams which are going to make a revolving competition. Additionally, not only

can the top three teams each be awarded a medal but all the other teams taking

part in it will get a reward as well. What will be the most attractive is that

it will be a great honor for the top three teams to receive special volleyballs

that have the name of the most popular volleyball player on them. Therefore, we

must do enough preparations before the match, such as training as frequently as

we can.

一提起军训，很多人首先想到的就是严明的纪律。的确，在这个军令如山的队伍里，每个人的责任就是坚决服从命令，积极配合训练。但军训给予我的何止这些，两天的时间一眨眼就过了，可当中的点点滴滴却足以令我回眸千百回。

“苦”就一个字，却是军训的生活最真实的写照。试想，一群整日与教室书本为伍的公子小姐，一下子要接受此强硬的熟练，该是一件多么苦的差呀!不过苦归苦，能与友爱的同学们一起挥汗如雨，共同接受阳光的“洗礼”，又未尝不是一件幸福的事。跟上了训练的节奏后，我们开始进入状态。毒辣的阳光无法掩盖我们震天的口号声，苦涩的汗水不能打乱我们坚定的步伐。因为我训练辛苦，所以休息显得舒服。此时，一杯凉茶成了一份多么惬意的享受，一份多么自豪、多么心安理得的报酬。因为我们付出了，以我们就有收获。我们付出了什么?收获了什么?我们付出了平日所没有的坚强，收获了平日所不能体会的幸福。

在阳光无情的照耀下，我们重复着一个基本动作――起立，蹲下。到底还要做多少遍大家心里都没底。直到每位同学都累得双腿如灌铅般沉重，训练方才告一段落。还没休息够，新一轮的训练又开始了。滴落在黄土上的艰辛。我们我多想停下来擦擦汗，但强烈的集体荣誉感支持着我们。大家心里都明白，无论怎么艰苦，都不可丢集体的脸。别的同学没倒下，我们就不准停下，别的同学倒下了，我们一样要坚持住。

军训带给我们的变化着实令人吃惊。从肤色变成健康的古铜色，到真切了解生活一切得来之不易……同学们变了许多，也长大了许多。正所谓“路遥知马力，疾风如劲草。”两天的军训让我们懂得了，不是我们做不到，而是之前我们没去做。毒辣辣的阳光不可怕，汗津津的衬衫不恶心……因为我们共同战胜了这一切，我们共同跨出了充满挑战性的一步。此时我们突然觉得周围的一切是多么令人喜爱。芬芳的卫生纸为我们拭去油腻的汗水，宽大的床铺为我们尽情放松疲惫的身躯提供了一个绝佳的场所。

不论怎样，苦与累总是军训的代名词;不管怎样，骂与罚总是教官的招牌动作;不知为何，狠毒与热辣总是太阳与大地共同联手的结果。三重危机，并肩袭来，最终能够胜利者的法宝，只有：不断的忍耐和顽强的坚持。

这不就是军训吗?一种充满着忍耐与坚持的魔鬼训练营。

阳光下，我们需要忍耐与坚持。由于总有人表现不佳，站军姿几乎成了白天我们男生的全部生活。站就站呗，站着有什么可怕的?但是要知道，天空中永远是炎炎烈日。天地是微波炉，阳光是发射出来的微波，我们则是盘中的食物。白云不想做好事，它也跑了。太阳光一路上毫无阻挡，直接射入了我们的胸膛。那种又痛又痒的感觉，就是火辣辣的太阳散发出的无限能量所赐予的。但是，站还是要站的，只有站到让教官赏心悦目了，才能休息。我们不能动，多动一动就要多站一站。但是，我们还能干什么别的呢?于是，我们个个贴紧手，直起腿，抬起头。最终，忍耐着身上痒痒痛痛和坚持着以标准姿势站下去的我们，得到了久违的休息。

在被教官骂与罚时，也只有忍耐与坚持。一次，全体男生被罚蹲着，个个蹲得腰酸背痛腿麻木。当时是晚上，蹲不好就不准睡觉。可是，累了一天的我们，谁不想睡觉啊!个个也只能强打精神，不顾酸痛，好好地蹲着。这时，也只能忍耐与坚持。被教官骂也是经常的事情。教官是什么都骂得出来的。“老子”、“小子”、“白痴”、“弱智”这些词，我们早已耳熟能详了。教官骂着，我们还要站军姿。无奈，我们也只有忍耐他唾沫四溅，把难熬的五天军训坚持了下来。

泰戈尔说过：“只有经历地狱般的磨炼，才能炼出创造天堂的力量;只有流过血的手指，才能弹出世间的绝唱。”我们在军训基地里，磨炼了意志，增强了体质。通过军训，我明白了，只有学会忍耐与坚持，才能学有所成，将来才能做一个对人民对祖国有用的人!忍耐与坚持，就是我这次军训最大的收获。

希望我可以带着这些军训的收获在高中三年的生活中变得更加优秀!

As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

and everybody wrote down their names on the card. When we sent this gift to the

teachers, they loved it so much. They were so impressed by this precious

surprise and would keep it forever.
