There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

“又做军训的梦了，”我有好几段微博是这么开头的，梦里的军校和军训场景各色各样，有刚进校时候的兴奋莫名，有队列的枯燥难捱，有种菜归队的疲惫，拼接上去种种奇异的情境，最多的是在军校笔直的林阴路上奔跑，奔跑……军训至今已经二十年（写下这个数字，心下兀自惊悚），军训的梦从未断过，隔三差五，会再做一个。 我去的这个军校是南昌陆军学院，坐落在南昌的望城。望城，这个地名当年写信的时候一次次地写到，不过其实从来没有去过，至今不知道它是什么样的。部队里纪律很严，请假销假很麻烦，一个十二人的班，轮上结伴去一次南昌城少说也得等上两个多月，所以逢到星期天，最常见的消遣就是窝在寝室或者自习室，一边塞着耳机听广播，一边一封一封地写信。写得最多的是家信，其次写给各种闺蜜，再然后翻着中学毕业抄下来的通讯录，一个一个给不相干的男女同学写信。

那时候复旦的军训是1990-1992三届学生，北大是1989-1992三届，满打满算一共七届的学生，惊动了四个陆军学院。好在当年学生少，像我们这一届去南昌的文科生，分了六个中队也就住下了。我参加的是复旦的第一届军训，这一届后来颇出来过几个风云人物，有美女作家，有主持明星，甚至还有全国首富。想想看，我当时就是和这样一些未来的精英在一起半夜站岗、早晚点名、叠豆腐干样的军被、挑粪浇菜、养猪帮厨、出操走队列、唱歌喊番号、上黄洋界野营拉练…… 军校唱得最多的歌是《团结就是力量》，短小精悍，朗朗上口，张嘴就来。《三大纪律八项注意》就不那么好唱，太长，我是从来只记得第一项纪律，然后就跟着乱唱了。

还有几个歌叫不上名儿来，什么“十八岁十八岁我参军到部队”，很应景的；拉练的时候唱“红米饭那个南瓜汤”，也是题中应有之义；还有一个上打靶课必唱的《打靶归来》：“日落西山红霞飞”，好听极了的军队歌曲。我从小不擅唱歌，被音乐老师指为“音盲”，就是一唱歌就跑调那种人，到了部队也只好跟着唱。因为一日三餐整队之后必须在食堂门口大唱特唱一番才能进去落座开吃。前几年看《士兵突击》，七连已经解散了，许三多一个人哇哇地唱了一首歌，然后才走进饭堂去吃饭

高中生活已经拉开序幕，首先迎接我们的是为期四个半天的军训。起初，听到军训，自认为很简单，可直到亲身体验过才知道有多么的不容易。在这四个半天中我学到了很多，收获了很多。

一大早就怀着无比激动的心情踏进校园，准备开始军训。首先陶教官告诉我们要学的内容是站军姿、立正、稍息、等，听到这些心中不以为然，觉得这些内容自己早已掌握，可没想到这些动作在教官眼里都是错误百出。先说站军姿吧!其实站军姿说起来容易，做起来难呐!陶教官说为了锻炼我们的意志，要求我们每次训练前都要纹丝不动站5分钟军姿。天哪!心中不禁暗暗叫苦。时间一秒一秒过去了，整齐的队伍中，只听见呼吸声，渐渐的，有的同学坚持不住了，只感觉汗水十分淘气，在你的脸上慢慢往下蠕动，痒痒的，但你又不敢去擦，心里难受极了!我也快要坚持不住了，就在心里默默地想：平时的五分钟一眨眼就过去了，这5分钟为什么就这么漫长呢?

environment at first, because there were so many subjects to learn, I fell

Oceans becoming more acidicThe worlds oceans are slowly getting more acidic, say scientists.The researchers from California say the change is taking place in response to higher levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.The lowering of the waters pH value is not great at the moment but could pose a serious threat to current marine life if it continues, they warn.Ken Caldeira and Michael Wickett, from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, report their concerns in the journal Nature.Increasing use of fossil fuels means more carbon dioxide is going into the air, and most of it will eventually be absorbed by seawater.

今天是军训的第一天，早上7点30分我们齐聚在学校操场举行军训开营仪式。负责此次军训教学任务的武警浙江总队警勤中队的官兵们早已列队整齐。

开营仪式由政教处副主任诸杰锋老师主持，首先是升旗仪式，战士们挺拔的身姿，标准的姿势给同学们留下了深刻印象。随后，学员代表和教官代表依次发言。学员代表发出铮铮誓言，决心不怕吃苦，不怕流汗，保证高质量完成军训所有任务，努力在军训中锤炼意志，磨练毅力，争取交出高中阶段第一份漂亮的成绩单。最后，陈雄副校长宣布最新高一军训开始。

更重要的是她很有耐心和责任心。每次我遇到麻烦的时候，她总是帮助我。她愿意和我交流。我不知道如何感谢她。没有她，我的英语不会这么好的。

“啪、啪……”几下皮带抽搭地面的声音，既响亮又吓人。顶着9月的骄阳，带着几许新奇，我们饱尝了军训的酸、甜、苦、辣。随着时间的脚印，军训生活已随风飘去，但军训的日子，还时常浮现在我眼前……

我相信，军训的每一个脚印都深深地印在我们每一个人心中。操场的地面知道我们流下了多少的汗；脚下的小草知道我们使了多大的劲；路边的树木知道我们走过多少的路；树上的鸟儿知道我们吃了多少的苦……

“还不站好，这回我让你们尝尝什么是‘地狱式’训练！”教官冷冷地笑着说。那雄浑的声音加上那冷冷的一笑，真叫人毛骨悚然。开始，教官先给我们一个“下马威”：如果谁做错动作——蛙跳。由于太紧张，我们屡屡做错，我们的脚都被罚得不会走路了，真让我们吃尽了苦头。当一滴滴豆大的汗珠从你的脸上流下时，你不能用手去擦汗，还得站好。否则，你将会受到很好的“待遇”——“罚”。除了罚外，还是罚。大多数同学都说：“军训苦呀。”苦就苦在一个“罚”上。经过几小时的严格训练，我们俨然一支训练有素的队伍，那整齐划一的步伐，那雄赳赳的气概……看到这些，同学们所有的怨言都被抛到九霄云外去了。

训练的间隙，是我们最快活的时间，校园里到处飘荡着我们的歌声。“一二三，三二一，一二三四五六七。快快快，不要像个老太太；咚咚咚，不要像个老公公……”一听到这声音，就知道教官教我们拉歌了。那歌词，多有趣呀！歌词道出了军人的雷厉风行。听，我们又在快快乐乐地拉歌了：不管你是冬瓜皮，还是西瓜皮，就是不许你耍赖皮……看，我们唱得多起劲。完全忘却了操练是的艰辛，忘却了对严厉的教官的怨恨；忘却了对毒花花的太阳的诅咒……

短短三天的军训已经结束了，但教官那句“掉皮掉肉不掉队，流血流汗不流泪”的话，仍回响在我的耳边。从军训中我们学到了很多、很多：坚强的意志是磨练了出来的；强健的体魄是锻炼出来的；铁的纪律是靠大家维系的……

军训，就是要把军人的风范带进校园，让军人的精神永驻我们的心中。我要大声地说：“无悔军训！”

It goes without saying that english plays an important role in our modern

society. english is an international language. wherever you go, you can hear

english spoken by many people.

From this point of view, it is true that english is important to our daily

life. learning english is like learning to swim or learning to play ball. our

primary trouble is that we have tackled the study of language from the wrong

end. we are like theman who thinks he can learn to swim only by reading books

about swimming. in actuality, we learn by doing. the grammatical rules are

valuable as we plunge into the language and need some assistance. in the same

way, advanced instructions about swimming are helpful as we learn something from

actual experience in the water. but reading books never makes a swimmer and

learning rules never makes a practical linguist. the regular procedure in

learning english involves listening first, to be followed by speaking. then

comes reading, and finally the writing of the language. the way you learn

english is much the same as the way you learned your own language.

First of all you must listen and then repeat and repeat until you can use

the language easily. in other words, you have to build up language habits in

english just as you build up english habits in your own language. to sum up, we

must bear in mind that nobody can learn to swim for you. nobody can learn to

play ball for you. nobody can learn english for you. its up to you. you must

learn for yourself and you will learn if you really want to and are willing to

practice.

军训是新生入学的第一课，是一堂综合素质的提高课。这次军训，得到了训练营部队的大力支持，他们派出了以一些优秀的教官，每天都准时精神抖擞地出现在我们同学的面前。他们展现了新时代军人的风采，也用自己的行动无声的教育着每一位同学。这一次的军训有着更特殊的意义，通过军训，我们进一步强化了国防意识，增强了爱国热情。军训就像一条鞭子，时刻鞭策着我们前进;军训又像一把尺子，时刻规范着我们的行为;军训更像一盆火炬，时刻照耀着我们的前方。军训，让同学们普遍增强了体质，磨练了意志，培养了团结协作的精神，形成了良好的纪律观念，增进了师生之间的了解和情感的沟通，为较快地形成一种积极向上的良好班风和班级凝聚力奠定了基础。

这次军训得到了学校的高度重视，学校制订了严密的活动方案，组织有序，分工合理;学校领导经常到场关心指导工作;提供了矿泉水，让中途休息的同学随时有水喝;医务室全天开放，随时做好医疗服务保障。全体班主任全程跟班，兢兢业业，一丝不苟，全身心投入，与同学们同甘共苦。这些，都是本次军训顺利开展并取得成功的有力保证。

十天的军训虽然结束了，但留给我们的是永远美好的回忆，是严格的组织纪律性和不怕苦不怕累的作风，是坚强的意志和不断追求、勇往直前的精神，是强烈的爱国心和报效祖国的理想。经过十天的训练，我们相信，这十天必将在我们人生的里程中留下难以磨灭的记忆，挥之不去，我们一定会把在军训中形成的良好习惯，学习到的好思想、好作风，继续发扬下去，贯彻到我们的整个人生。

我会珍惜这次军训的经历，铭记所学到的知识和做人的道理，用心去感受军人的爱国之情，并见之于行，在今后的学习实践中，互相帮助、团结友爱，关心集体。并把在军训期间养成的良好品德和作风带到我们今后的学习中去，高标准，严要求的规范自己的言行，遵守学校的各项规章制度，踏踏实实地学会学习、学会做人，刻苦锻炼，遵纪守信，自强不息，自立有为，培养创造性学习能力，力争在新的起跑线上步伐整齐，一同前进，做一个“讲文明、讲纪律、讲诚信、争三好”的合格的大学生。

军训很苦，苦到你觉得你快升天了，苦到你觉得世界都变得黑暗。军训很累，累到你连喘气都难受，累到你想好好的睡一觉不愿提前醒来。军训也很美，美到你爱上这身绿装不愿脱下，美到你宁愿在这里受苦也不愿意回家。很快，我的军训生活结束了了，不知道自己是喜，还是悲。 军训这几天，我学到了很多，首先我真正地了解遵守纪律的重要性，不单单是以前的听话就好，而是要把纪律放在心上，要有责任感，对自己所做的事负责任;其次，在这几天里我感受到军人那良好的生活习惯，我会朝着那个标准努力，让自己拥有良好的习惯。回到学校后我会认真努力地学习，像军人一样吃苦耐劳，我不会忘记这最后一次军营生活。

军训的第一课就是站军姿，抬头、挺胸、十指夹紧贴于裤缝，真是难受。第二课则是齐步走，正步走，跑步走。同时我们还要喊口号，我们经常因为喊口号不齐或者是声音不够洪亮而被罚，一罚就是喊五遍十遍的，导致我刚第三天嗓子就哑了。最后则是练军体拳，这是我最喜欢的项目，也许是最简单的，也许是最轻松的，我们有足够的时间歇息，放松。

军训是一种能增强我们身体素质和纪律意识的有力活动。结束了几天的军事训练后，大家如同刚受阳光滋润过的小草般，充满着无限的冲劲，显得无比生机盎然。静心回味起那短暂的时光：有泪、有汗、有痛，更有无止休的劳苦。但是我们都坚强地挺了过来，因为我们都十分明白，这小小的劳苦与红军的二万五千里长征是无法相提并论的。军训刚开始。那“一二一”、“立正”、“稍息”、“齐步走”……一遍又一遍地反复着。教官的嗓子早就嘶哑了，可他们仍然地认真改正我们每一个动作，这一切激励着我们，也要努力锻炼。 给我们训练的教官是一个十八岁的小伙子，他身材不高，年龄和我们相仿，甚者还比我们同学中有的人小，在他那稚气未脱的脸上写满了严肃和认真。他还很爱笑，而且笑的时候原本就不大的眼睛变得更小了。但是，教官在军训的时候对我们的要求还是很高的。只要大家不努力，他就会批评我们;只要大家动作不规范，他就会一而再，再而三地示范给我们看。这可是我第一次与军人接触。

最后一天是军训成果报告演出。起先是领导查阅，然后是走队，经过了十天的训练，每个班都走得十分整齐。接下来就是各项节目表演，有盾牌操，有女子舞蹈，最后是由我们八十人组成的巨形方阵，来表演军体拳。我们做得整齐，口号响亮，为整个大会画上了完美的句号。

高中的军训，就在今天，圆满结束了。回想起这些日子，我感慨良多。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”是军训的体会。“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。 炎炎烈日下，我们挥洒着汗水，却无怨无悔。尽管酷暑难耐，但我们的脚步依然整齐，口号依然有力，歌声依然嘹亮。因为我们都明白自己的使命。

这军训真实地反映了我们高中生丰富多彩生活的一个侧面，叫人受益非浅：它教会了我纪律要严明，劳动是可贵的，生活是美好的。其间，我在劳苦的军训中更有体会的是甜美的劳动成果。 军训不但锻炼了我的意志品质，还增强了我的爱国精神，在这里我可以自豪的说，参加这次军训，我觉得很值得。

今天已是军训的第四天,也是最后一天.前三天发生的一切事情还记忆忧新,就好象是刚才发生的事情.现在我已习惯了军训的生活,也习惯了苦和累,记得刚开始军训的时候感觉很辛苦,还有几次晕倒了.可现在我不怕苦不怕累,只有个心愿,就是希望我们班在今天的军训比赛中获得第一.

上午的训练严格来说是比平常更辛苦一些,因为下午就要比赛了,教官只好严格执行了.好在上午是阴天,老天爷给我们创造了一个很好的训练环境,就这样,一大早就是复习前几天训练的内容,中午也就是吃饭睡觉,转眼间就到了下午,就要开始比赛了,我十分紧张,生怕自己在比赛中一不小心做错动作而连累我们班的荣誉,更担心我们班得不到奖.这种忐忑不安的情绪一直延续到比赛开始.

前面几个班的同学表现都很好,可是世上毕竟没有完善美,每个半豆油一些差错.终于轮到我们班表演了,教官的口令,同学们的精神面貌,评委门和其他班的同学门都看得很清楚,依据移动都将会被口风.同学们容光焕发,配合社教官的口令,做出一系列标准的动作,照相机的镜头也对着我们闪光,那时侯真有一种自豪感.不知过了多长时间,终于表演完了,我们昂首挺胸,踏着整齐的步伐回到草地.

这次的军训表演使我了解到,有志者，事竟成!
