Besides, there are people, for example diabetics, who do require food at various times to maintain blood-sugar levels.

Personally, Im against the ban because of the huge inconvenience it would cause to commuters, and the expense involved in enforcing it. Still, I believe we should have a little common courtesy. I think we all have responsibility to try to treat our subway system and fellow riders with respect, and that extends to food as well.

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as

well as focus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the most

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My

parents prepared the big dinner and I could only act as assistant. The dinner

was so delicious that I ate so full. In the next several days, my parents and I

visited our relatives and friends or they visited us. Sometimes, we went out for

fun together. We children were always the most excited. Now, holiday is coming

仅仅两天的在校军训虽然不算很长，但也足以让我们体验一把军人的滋味。骄阳伴着热雨，满地绿茵，我们随着口令，认真努力尽量做出最标准的动作，我们用最坚定的步伐践行着自己一个简单的愿望——绿衣下的军人。

军训，其实是对我们人生难得的考验和磨砺，它不但能培养人的吃苦精神，更能磨练人的意志。

两天来的军事训练内容看似非常简单，不过是原地转法、正步、立定、齐步这些基本的动作，这些动作平时看起来非常简单，而现在做起来却没有那么容易了。第一天下来，我们就累得半死，全身都疼。回到家手脚早已无力，连台阶也迈不动了。第二天的训练，教官比第一天更加严厉，当吹哨休息的时候，大家都一下松懈下来，教官又发出“起立”的命令，可真是让我们措手不及。反反复复十几遍，可算是可以坐下好好享受仅剩几分钟的休息时间。但是直到最后大家没有一个人退缩，都坚持到了最后。让我深深体会到了“坚持就是胜利”的真正含义。

通过拓展训练，我深刻的理解到了什么叫“团队”。在困难和挑战面前，大家都能凝心聚力，充分体现了挑战自我，熔炼团队的精神。如果没有团队精神，这次所有的拓展项目都无法完成。正是大家严格要求自己，注意细节、一丝不苟，才能顺利完成。

我很感谢能通过这次的训练活动有这样一次深刻的体验和有意义的经历。

Tourism in China

Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban residents travel regularly, and 28% rural residents also make their tour across the country. The survey also shows that more people are interested in tourism, and will join the army in the future.

Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. What’s more, it is believed that people now take a more positive attitude to tourism, and regard it as a life style. In addition, tourism facilities are becoming better and better. For example, transportation develops fast, and many scenic spots are available now.

最近几年，在中国的趋势，旅游业增长较快。根据最近的一项调查显示一些专家认为，约47%城镇居民定期作出旅行，28%的农村居民，也使他们的全国巡演。该调查还显示，更多的人在旅游有兴趣，并会在将来加入。

面对这一趋势，我们不能不说是负责任的开发一些潜在因素。在第一个地方，随着改革开放政策，对中国人民的生活水平有了很大提高，因此，他们大多数都不能周游。更重要的是，它相信，人们现在更积极的态度，旅游业，把它作为一种生活方式。此外，旅游设施正在变得越来越好。例如，交通运输发展迅速，许多景点都已经上市。

午睡过后，我拖着慵懒的身子走到了客厅，打开电视。突然，我看到一部军人题材的电视剧。看到那些军人大汗淋漓的训练情景，我不禁心生感叹，脑中的记忆也越来越清晰……

步入初中，第一件大事就是军训。当我知道要军训时，心中一阵窃喜，我终于能过一次独立的生活了，终于能摆脱父母的“统治”了。可没想到，军训的第二天，我立马改变了自己的想法。

那天，经过几个小时的颠簸，我们来到了军训基地，到宿舍放完行李，还没喘口气，一行人就被叫到一个操场上。教官一声令下，我们全都坐到了地上。就这样坐了几十分钟，我才明白教官的用意，他这是要锻炼我们的毅力啊！这样盘腿而坐，坐久了腿会麻的，这不是休息，而是训练。再看看同学们，个个都面色难看。想必他们也和我一样，腿都快麻了，可教官对此毫无所动，时间就这样慢慢地过去了。不知过了多久，我的脸上冒出了一颗颗豆大的汗珠，腿早已没了知觉，我用手使劲一掐，不痛不痒的，仿佛这腿已经不是自己的了。现在每分每秒都是折磨，坚持！坚持！我一定要撑过去，咬咬牙，就过去了。幸好过了一会儿，教官就大发慈悲，叫我们都站起来。

难忘的训练结束了，可这次的艰辛回忆我却永远都不会忘记。

军训的生活真令我难忘，我要自己洗碗，自己洗衣服，白天接收累人的训练，又只吃一点点饭。军训完后，我整个人都瘦了一圈，但军训也让我体会到了家是最好的港湾。当然，我也得到了磨练，虽然军训很辛苦，但它将会是一段珍贵的回忆。

只有拥有美好的回忆，我们才会有完整的人生。

一眨眼为期七天的军训结束了，留给我们的是辛，酸，苦

，辣和我们永恒的记忆。结束并不意味着句号，而是漫长的高中生活中的一个逗号。需要我们努力的日子还很长，路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下求索。

灼热的大地，火辣辣的阳光，汗流浃背的学生，构成了一道特别的“吃苦风景线”，若大的体育场在阳光下一点一点的熔化，缩小，直到把我们吞噬。飞舞的蝇虫流淌的汗水，酸痛的四肢，我们并不在乎，在乎的是我们学到了什么，学会了什么。吃苦不是时尚，需要用汗水和毅力去交换，吃苦给我们留下无尽的财富，强壮的体魄，雷厉风行的作风，和敢于战胜困难的勇气!

我感觉军训已把我们这一群十六七岁的人锻炼成了真正的高中生，让我们知道了什么是汗水，什么是真正的快乐，以及让我们学会怎样独立，怎样面对生活，面对困难，怎样去承担那份光荣而艰巨的责任。

记得才训练了三天的时候，平日拖拖拉拉的我早已疲惫不堪。刚学立正时，我就疑惑，为什么体育课中要常做的动作，早已会的动作，教官要如此仔细地讲解，为什么一个左转一个右转要教官如此煞费苦心地让我们练习，实践出真知，五天的军训就让我明白，小小一个立正所包涵的丰富，几个转身所容纳的博大。站军姿，给了你炎黄子孙不屈脊梁的身体，也给了你龙之传人无穷的毅力。练转身，体现了人类活跃敏捷的思维，更体现了集体主义的伟大。不积滴水，无以成江海。

对手是最大的朋友，在比赛中我们是对手，在赛后我们是朋友，互相激励着前进，让军训变得更精彩，更充实更有意义.

其实军训也并非是常人心目中的魔鬼训练、灰色的咏叹调。紧张忙碌的军训之余，我们一同感受军歌的嘹亮，尤其是其恢弘豪迈的气势，拉歌时大家围坐一团的亲热劲儿以及互相争论的不服输劲儿。而这些都是我们平日中未曾感受到的。大家齐声喊出了当兵人的心声，并与之不可遏制地引起了强烈的共鸣。所有这些都是我们人生道路中难得一次的奇遇，定会铭刻于心。

白驹过隙般的，时光像一条潺潺流淌的小河。仿佛一眨眼的工夫，军训生活的句号就来到了眼皮底下。回首丰富多姿的军训生活，我更多的还是感慨——“忆往昔，数风流人物，还在今朝。”

今年的九月一号让我终身难忘，今年我们的九月一号比较特殊，不仅是开学的第一天，而且是我们军训的第一天。

“军训”这两个字，读起来简单轻松啊，可军训起来不是这么简单轻松，是多么的辛苦和累。

我们的教官姓曾，我们大家都叫他为曾教官。教官穿着一身军衣，脸上带着和善的微笑，我就隐约感觉到这位教官对我们一定会很好滴!

果然，曾教官是一位很好的教官，不仅懂得关心我们的教官，而且还很和善、脾气很好、有耐心的教官。他总是跟我们说

“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且还要做的比别人更加好!”这句话犹如清风吹入我们的心中，在他那张年轻俊俏的脸上写满了鼓励与关怀。我无比感动，这是我几次军训中见到对学生的教官。

第一天军训我们学习的是：稍息、立正、停止间转法、敬礼与礼毕、跨立与立正、蹲下与起立、原地踏步、齐步的的行进与立定。

开始我们就学“立正”和“稍息”。我就在想：立正和稍息，谁不会啊!立正的时候教官教导我们要两只手都要五指并拢，紧贴短裤黄色边，脚呈八字形，大约为六十度。挺直腰站好，不能动。随后学习稍息就要左脚伸出大约半米远，动作要快，不要擦地。而且只是下半身动。不一会儿，部分同学们豆大的汗珠随着头发滑落到红通通的脸颊上。

随后，教官要我们练军姿，我们一个个就挺起胸，抬头，正肩，收腹，双脚叉开60度，稍微踮起脚来，步步到位。曾教官要求我们站直5分钟，在5分钟内没有教官的命令和批准，我们是决不能动一下的，如果一位同学动一下全班同学多罚一分钟。开始的时候大家身体站的很直，后来站的时间长了，某位同学忍耐不住站的累呼呼就动了动，被曾教官见到就罚我们多站一分钟。在剩下的2分钟里，又有同学忍耐不住，偷偷动了，这，还是逃不过曾教官的火星眼，结果我们就要站3分钟。休息的时候，同学们个个叫苦不迭的，都说：“累人啊，腿都麻了。”

接下来，我们又练了原地踏步和敬礼与礼毕等等项目。在训练的过程中，我们11班的同学们发扬不怕累的精神，我硬是咬着牙通过了后面几个小时，因为在训练的时候，教官老是对我们说：“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且做的比别人更加好!”这句话对我起到很大的作用，我就不怕苦、不怕累，坚持着，咬咬牙齿就过去，认认真真的训练!
