今天是最后一天我们通常意义上的军训了。大家都在感慨，时间飞逝，不即遮挡。虽然在军训过程中，同学们老爱抱怨，但到了要和军训暂别与教官说再见时，大家真还有些依依惜别之情。心底的文字堵住出口，我已失去表达，字字生涩。

3月16日，这天是一个特别的日子。深圳市布心小学开展了为期三天的社会实践——军训，艰苦的军营生活，让我懂得了坚持、团结和责任。

每天一早吹响的集结号，让睡眼朦胧的我不敢有丝毫怠慢，一骨碌爬起来，迅速装好军服，叠好被子，开始了紧张又快乐一天。虽然私下里教官和我们开玩笑、做游戏，显得那么和蔼可亲。可操练时教官却翻脸不认人，对我们非常严厉，有时烈日的烘烤下操练，一站一个多小时，不准随便乱说乱动，即使有一只虫子在你身旁飞来飞去也不能动一动。一旦有人违反纪律，立即受到来厉的惩罚。这让我们平时缺乏锻炼的“小皇帝”们苦不堪言。烈日下不一会儿，大家就已经满头大汗了，可是我们咬着牙关，凭着顽强的毅力坚持着，努力地完成教官布置的动作。

七天的军训生活，我尝遍了酸甜苦辣。在这短短的七天里，我懂得了军训的真正意义，知道了华附为何一定要每届新生进行军训，更深深地了解了吃得苦中苦，方为附中人。的含义。

当然，教官们也是会说笑的。当大家休息时，教官就会教我们唱军歌，还与我们聊聊部队的生活。每当我听到他们讲部队生活时，我都会感到敬佩。原来，教官们比我们年龄大不了多少，也就大一两岁，可是，他们的生活和我们可是天壤之别。而且，他们都很后悔当初没读好书，所以，他们没天白天就进行训练，而晚上则打着手电筒看书。听到这些，我的眼眶都有点湿润了。我不能想象他们是怎么熬过来的，比起教官们，我不禁有些惭愧了。是啊，如果我们有这么好的学习环境和生活环境而不努力读书，该是多么对不起父母和家长啊!我也知道了华附坚持每年军训的真正意义。

在训练中，让我感受最深的要数拉练了。拉练，也是华附每年军训的一个必须的项目。要求我们从附中跑步到华师大。再回到附中，全程大约一个小时。而规矩就是：每个班必须要全部同学回到附中才算赢，也就是说一场团体战。这是附中为了锻炼我们的集体凝聚力而开展的。一开始，大家都兴致勃勃地跑出校门，没有一点累的感觉。但是到了中途，不少同学都泄气了，还有几个同学受伤了。这就难办了。可是，尽管同学们只认识了不到三天时间，大家还是左右扶搀，帮助有困难的同学。集体的力量是多么伟大啊!大家好像早已不把名次和荣誉放在眼里，只要大家都平安就很满足了。

这次的拉练，把原本是散沙的我们合成了坚硬的混凝土。高一(11)班，已不再是散沙一盘了。

在七天中，我们不只军训一个项目。每天晚上，都会有一位学校领导开报告会。在这些报告会中，我学会了许多。懂得了做人的正确价值取向，集体注意的价值取向。懂得可华附学风的意义，认真刻苦，是苦学精神;求实创新，是科学精神。懂得了华附学生学习的苦乐观：1.吃苦的过程是财富;2.先苦后甜贵在先苦;3.苦得其所。更学会了许多科学学习方法，我们要学会科学借助，因为借也一种学问。

我盼望已久的夏令营终于开始了，怀着紧张而又激动的心情走进中山大学珠海校区。眼前的一切一切都感到陌生。陌生的环境;陌生的营友;陌生的老师;好不容易拿到了一切证件和书本，接下来是找宿舍。随着拥挤的人群，终于来到了榕园。望着眼前这座高大雄伟的建筑物，想着我将在这里住半个月，我不亦乐乎。经过咨询，才知道我的宿舍在301。我们三步并作两步走了进去。哇，眼前的一切让我感到吃惊。宿舍又小又闷，而且没风扇又没空调，这半个月我要受苦了，真惨啊!但一想：来这里就是要学会独立自理的，又不是来享福，所以我要学会吃苦耐劳!

我们宿舍里每个晚上都有蟑螂、飞虫之类小虫子飞进来，我们都又怕又不知怎么办，只好呆呆地坐着。幸好宿舍里有两个高二的姐姐保护我们，否则我们不知该如何是好。晚上虽然有点热，但是感觉很新鲜，很快便入睡。

我们在这里天天都要上课。从宿舍走到教学楼需要一个钟头。而我们每天要走3个来回，所以想减肥的人来参加这个夏令营一定能减肥成功!我们上课是外教和一个助教上的。上课的形式很灵活，一会儿玩游戏，一会儿单词接龙，一会儿听老师讲故事。我们上课也很随便，外教不会要你坐得整整齐齐，我们喜欢干嘛就干嘛，可以到处乱走，可以下位同其他同学进行英语交流。因为外教喜欢自由，所以也让我们自由。

在这里，我认识了许许多多的朋友，同她们在生活上互帮互助，一起学习，一起聊天。每当我无聊时，她们便会讲笑话给我听;每当我作业不会做时，她们便会一题一题地讲解给我听，直到我会为止;每当我生活上遇到困难时，她们会尽自己最大的力量帮助我;每当我伤心时，她们会安慰我;同她们在一起，我觉得时间过得飞快，觉得十分开心!

军训的第七天，大家都在为9月1日的军训汇报表演而刻苦训练着。今天教官带着我们重点训练了正步走。正步走要走齐真是很困难，大家的手臂总是摆不到一个高度，腿也踢不到一个高度，而且步幅的大小与速度的快慢还不好掌握。有的时候怎么走也走不齐，有的时候走到是走齐了，可是速度却像是跑。为了让我们走好正步，教官可是伤透了脑筋。由于走不好，我们要从最基本的动作重新练起，最先练的当然是摆臂了。摆臂这么简单，大家当然很快就练好了。

可接下来又要加上腿的动作，金鸡独立我们总是站不稳，整个方队都晃来晃去，非常的乱。没办法，教官使出了他的杀手锏，让我们单腿正步走的姿势站立3分钟再换腿。3分钟，我们连半分钟都站不稳，更别提三分钟了。左腿悬空站着，大家都歪歪扭扭的，于是我们把腿放低，这样便可以轻松一些。

尽管这样，还是有人坚持不住放下了腿。不过，我可是坚持下来了，虽然腿抬不了太高，但没有放下。坚持住了，就战胜了自我，我做得并不是最好的，可我会努力做得更好，别人能够做到的，我一样可以。

军训，军训，顾名思义就是军事化的训练，严格、整齐、统一的标准。今天是军训的第一天，最先开始必然是站军姿，站军姿中的规矩十分多，要收腹、挺胸、手呈半拳状、双脚呈60度分开，身体稍微向前倾。这个过程最为艰辛痛苦。

按着流程训练了没多久，天公不作美，稀稀拉拉地下起了连绵的细雨。慢慢地，雨越下越大。教官们组织着去楼里避雨，休息了足足一个小时之后雨终于停了，我们又开始了艰苦的训练。十点左右开始了训练成果的表演，我们排获得了表扬，自己的努力得到了肯定，大家的训练更加热情。

下午练习了齐步走正步走之后接着学习了军体拳，刚开始练大家都还很不熟悉，但随着我们的努力，一定会有所进步。

在与自己意志的较量中，我们结束了今天的军训，虽然大家感觉都很累，但是大家知道了什么是坚强，什么是军人铁的纪律，期待着明天我们排会有更好的表现。

军训的第一天我感觉到好累，住在军营的大院里，我深刻的意识到了在家的那种幸福感。军训时没有好吃的饭菜，没有每天睡到自然醒的权利，没有手机和电脑的陪伴。有的只是严肃的教官，永远站不完的军姿和队列动作。前几天我们都是在重复着一样的工作——训练。其实，别看我们天天喊累，但是我们每一天都过得很充实。我们甚至一直都在想着如果训练没那么辛苦，我们愿意一直过着这种集体生活。后来几天我进入了队列示范班，认识了更多的朋友。虽然不能在班级体中训练有点可惜，但我们能为班级争光也是一种幸福。在军训的第四天我们的生活规律已经养成了，在训练时也不觉得那么累了，那时我已经爱上了军训的集体生活。军训时总会有些小插曲。例如说某位同学坚持带病训练，我不认为这是正确的做法，因为身体是自己的，无论是训练时还是休息时都应该以自己的身体为重。

在军训中我们班的同学也为彼此付出许多。在回来的前一天晚上，我们有一个集体的表演，朱思同学一直在忙前忙后，为那一天的表演付出了许多。有的同学受伤了，其他同学纷纷拿出药物，帮助她。

军训后，回到家中，我真有点舍不得军队，舍不得和教官同学在一起的那些日子。

What is your favorite kind of music? Do you like jazz, popular music,

classical music, folk songs, blues, and so on? In high school I took one course

called music appreciation which I greatly enjoyed. This was not to learn how to

play a specific instrument but to learn how to read and listen to music as an

art form. We read the stories about the lives of many composers and the history

of the musical instruments themselves. Sometimes we listened to tapes at the

language laboratory, or concerts. Music is sometimes called a universal

language. A composer who cannot speak a single word of our language can make us

feel joy and pride, exaltation and despair, peace and mystery through his

music.

今天是军训的第三天，离全校会操还有两天的倒计时。大家像以往一样来到操场进行训练。复习着前几天学习的动作。虽说做不到跻跻跄跄，但也算得上整齐。

今天练习的是跑步走和半面向左向右转。刚开始就闹出了一连串笑话。跑步走怎么也跑不齐，乱七八糟；半面向左向右转总是用人把左右搞混，自然也就转错了。于是教官把走错的人叫了出来，让他在我们面前做。他一做错不打紧，全班哄笑起来。教官没有说什么，耐心的教他，让体委带着我们跑步。过了一会，我们扭头看那位同学，终于在教官的耐心指导下做到了标准。第一场哄笑结束了。

接着大家伙一起练习跑步走。又一场全班哄笑在悄悄的降临。跑起来还好，四个人还算整齐，可立定的时候怎么也站不齐，跑步要求“四步立定”，所谓就是前两步有个缓冲的时间，跑步速得降下来，第三步往前跨小半步，同时把手臂还原成准备跑步的姿势——双手握拳，拳心对着腰间，上体直立。第四步稳稳地停下来，然后同时右脚靠左脚变为军姿。问题就出在这里。四步立定总有人的步伐和别人不一样，要么就是跨多了，要么就是跨少了。用教官的话说，我们跑起来就像大杂烩一样。这句话引来全班哄笑。之后教官为了惩罚我们，让我们全体蹲下蹲了接近五分钟，大家安静极了。不一会，哨声响了，军训结束了。拿完杯子排好队后，教官对我们说：“明天还有最后一天，后天还有一上午，希望大家努力训练，争取在会操时取得好成绩!”大家用力的点了点头。

总之，坚持必定可以创造出奇迹的!我相信，在最后会操的时候我们班一定可以取得优异的成绩!
