我们的教官姓曾，我们大家都叫他为曾教官。教官穿着一身军衣，脸上带着和善的微笑，我就隐约感觉到这位教官对我们一定会很好滴!

果然，曾教官是一位很好的教官，不仅懂得关心我们的教官，而且还很和善、脾气很好、有耐心的教官。他总是跟我们说

“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且还要做的比别人更加好!”这句话犹如清风吹入我们的心中，在他那张年轻俊俏的脸上写满了鼓励与关怀。我无比感动，这是我几次军训中见到对学生的教官。

第一天军训我们学习的是：稍息、立正、停止间转法、敬礼与礼毕、跨立与立正、蹲下与起立、原地踏步、齐步的的行进与立定。

开始我们就学“立正”和“稍息”。我就在想：立正和稍息，谁不会啊!立正的时候教官教导我们要两只手都要五指并拢，紧贴短裤黄色边，脚呈八字形，大约为六十度。挺直腰站好，不能动。随后学习稍息就要左脚伸出大约半米远，动作要快，不要擦地。而且只是下半身动。不一会儿，部分同学们豆大的汗珠随着头发滑落到红通通的脸颊上。

随后，教官要我们练军姿，我们一个个就挺起胸，抬头，正肩，收腹，双脚叉开60度，稍微踮起脚来，步步到位。曾教官要求我们站直5分钟，在5分钟内没有教官的命令和批准，我们是决不能动一下的，如果一位同学动一下全班同学多罚一分钟。开始的时候大家身体站的很直，后来站的时间长了，某位同学忍耐不住站的累呼呼就动了动，被曾教官见到就罚我们多站一分钟。在剩下的2分钟里，又有同学忍耐不住，偷偷动了，这，还是逃不过曾教官的火星眼，结果我们就要站3分钟。休息的时候，同学们个个叫苦不迭的，都说：“累人啊，腿都麻了。”

接下来，我们又练了原地踏步和敬礼与礼毕等等项目。在训练的过程中，我们11班的同学们发扬不怕累的精神，我硬是咬着牙通过了后面几个小时，因为在训练的时候，教官老是对我们说：“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且做的比别人更加好!”这句话对我起到很大的作用，我就不怕苦、不怕累，坚持着，咬咬牙齿就过去，认认真真的训练!

8月20日，这个令我盼望已久的日子终于来了。身着军绿色的迷彩服，挺立于偌大的操场上，我们将面临初中生活的第一次挑战——军训。

站

军训的第一天，我们的任务是“站”。挺胸，抬头，下颚微收，手贴裤缝，双脚叉开60度，站好了不能动。没想到，简简单单的军姿都有这么高的要求。操场上，同学们整齐地站着，组成了十个方阵，这是校园里一道靓丽的风景。太阳光无情的将矛头直指我们，那汹汹的来势又岂是薄薄的云盾可以阻挡的?我们伫立在烈日下，当我站着军姿，几丝热流飘过脸庞，留下的是一颗颗闪亮的汗珠。我向上瞟了一眼，那可恶的太阳刺的眼睛好痛。而军姿一站就是半个小时，整个身体早已麻木，膝盖处发酸，脚底下如一团火在不停的燃烧，背、腰、肩如针扎一般疼痛。老师在一旁提醒着：“如果挺不住，可以向教官报告……”渐渐地，头晕忽忽的，“To be or not to be”两种想法在我脑里争执起来。最终，我选择了坚持。

淅沥的小雨从天而降，天灰蒙蒙的，雨灰蒙蒙的。萧瑟的秋风吹拂过行人的脸庞。好想笑，因为雨中留下了我们坚定的留下了我们坚定的脚印和快乐的笑声；有好想哭，因为雨水的味道让我们感到苦涩，但倔强的性格硬是将那夺眶而出的眼泪强拦了回去。 ——题记

201x年9月19日，是中国传统文化节日——中秋节，在这个特殊的日子里，我们2013级全体新生仍然坚守在训练场上，体验那艰苦却又快乐的军旅生活。不理解为什么大一新生要参加军训，但参谋长说军训是要严明大家的纪律，锻炼大家的意志，提高大家的凝聚力。是啊，这大概才是学校的真正用意？但不管怎样，该坚持的还必须的坚持，于是，在天公不作美的情况下，我们毅然坚守在训练场。

不知道该惊还是该喜，面对神奇威武的教官，面对淅淅沥沥的小雨，我们这些平日张扬的女生开始变得胆怯。不是怕他们僵硬的面容，和高亢的声音，而是挫败在了那身神圣的军装下。于是，雨中，我们昂首挺胸；风中，我们高喊“一二三四”。风雨中的我们像一棵棵小草，虽然摇摆不定，但仍想深深扎根。我们尽自己的努力与劳累搏斗，与艰苦抗争，我们坚信，我们可以。

一首首军歌传遍镐京的没一个角落，一次次的感动在心底油然而生。朴实真诚的歌词，铿锵有力的曲调，在旋律中我们寻找乐趣，在乐趣中我们学会面对。“纪律中有你，纪律中有我，纪律中有无穷的战斗力”，镐京有镐京的纪律，作为镐京之子，我们必须遵守那不可逾越的校规；“妈妈你不要牵挂，孩儿我已经长大，站岗执勤是保卫国家，风吹雨打都不怕”，多少年的苦读，我们背着行囊来到镐京，不为别的，只求获得佳绩，再创辉煌，于是我们变得坚强！

听君一席话，胜读十年书。参谋长是个有见识的人，一句“社会只相信实力，不相信眼泪”让多少在场的学子震撼。竞争如此激烈的今天，眼泪已经不能博得他人的同情。军训，让我们增长实力，退却眼泪。如今，我们不想再做哭泣的女孩，我们要做视力健将。

虽然天公不作美，但我们不会放弃，更不会忘记，我们要在风雨中坚守诺言：做个勇敢的镐京人！训练场上，我们无视风雨，在苦累中学会成长，在成长中享受快乐；在娱乐中变得自信，在自信中也逐渐成长！

时间总是飞逝的，转眼间军训生活就要结束了，军训的过程虽然是乏味的，枯燥的，艰苦的，但它却锻炼了我们的意志，提高了我们的自信心。“不经历风雨，怎么见彩虹”，未来的道路是艰苦的，我们正需要有这种迎难而上的决心去战胜困难，只有这样，我们才能在未来的日子里更好的独立生活。

我们坚信，在以后的生活中我会用昂扬的斗志度面对前进道路上的困难，更加努力的生活，努力建设祖国美好的明天。

[高中军训作文：雨中成长记

Some people like to work alone while others enjoy teamwork. In my opinion,

everyone had better learn to work with others together because teamwork is

definitely necessary and important in modern society.

First, working in a team provides a chance for us to communicate with each

other. Just as the saying goes, “many hands make light job.” Working in a team,

teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better

achievement. Second, working in a team is a way to broaden our horizon.

Teammates in a team can learn something from each other because they are from

different places, owning various experiences and hold different views towards

things. Therefore, getting along with other teammates is also a process of

increasing our knowledge. Finally, working in a team is also a way to establish

our friendship. Teammates in a team have chances to help each other, to solve

the problems together, to share the happiness of being successful, which make a

great contribution to establishing friendship. Thus, working in a team is one of

the most effective ways to extend our personal relationships.

To sum up, to learn to work in a team is really necessary and important and

we should try to enjoy it.

Chinese New Year is the tradition festival in China.It is the same as the christmas day in the west country,it is welcome the new year.

It is the day that the families get together.

The spring festival is usually in the February ,sometimes in January.In the spring festival,every family all paste the lucky inscriptions,they fire the cracker,they eat the dumplings.The day before the new years first day is the new years eve,same as the christmas eve,all the families get together to have the new yaars dinner,wishes each other,talk about the wishes about the new year.Small children will receive the money given to children as a lunar new year gift.

As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping

each other makes the world more beautiful.
