终于，要开始军训了。一位陌生的教官，用他那无法令人的抗拒的声音，命令我们站在操场上那天，正是个大晴天，太阳公公无私 的放出他所有的能量，炙烤着大地，连空气都变得燥热起来，教官叫我们整齐的站在太阳下，教我们立正和站军姿，那别提有多热了，个个汗流浃背，汗如雨下，心中隐隐的有种说不出来的滋味。过了 一上午，我和同不穴，终于练成了号称史上最标准的军姿。个个筋疲力尽，腰酸背痛，心中十分愁闷，烦燥。

过了一天 ，我和同学们依旧站在操场，动作行云流水，整齐，心中不免有些得意，想到这些天这么辛苦的训练，终于有点收获，心中不免有些感慨，可就在我得意忘形，高兴的找不到北时，教官的一句话把我从 白云之上，扔到了地面上，原来，在摆臂时，后臂没有摆开，教官说：你后臂怎么没摆开呀？这一排就你一个人没摆开。唉，人不能得意忘形啊。

离军训结束还有一天了，同学们 都使足了劲，以争取做得最好，得到教官的表扬，可表扬的少，受批评的占大多数。看来，兵不是那么好当的。这几天，我很佩服教官，他陪我们一起在太阳底下晒，一起训练，却依旧那么精神，神采 奕奕。反观我们，却一个个不停的在发牢骚，一个个累得坐在草地上，唉，真是人比人，气死人。不过，经过这次天的努力，和前几天的经脸和教训，我也取得了不小的进步，虽然，没有受过表扬，却 也没有再受过批评了。自我感觉良好。

军训终于结束了，我们在太阳下暴晒的苦日子到头啦。通过这几天的军训生活，我终于知道钢铁是怎样炼成的了。终于明白了吃得苦中苦，方为人上人的 真谛。军训真得使我爱益非浅。（凡是在军训时露肉的地方全晒黑了）

8月19日，我踏进了憧憬已久的高一教室。刚步入高中的我就像海绵，对周围的事物充满了好奇。什么都想试试，什么都想去凑凑热闹。觉得高一的生活应该是酸甜苦辣咸五味俱全，而知识则是赤橙黄绿青蓝紫七色皆有。就像一盘色、香、味俱全的美味佳肴。

军训生活更让人难以忘怀，严肃的教官对我们进行了3天魔鬼式的训练。我们头顶火红的太阳，流着苦涩的汗水，踢着正步。感觉只有一个字——“苦”啊!但又很有趣，至今印象最深的就是那句从教官口中冒出的“82号又错了”(82同学经常穿耐克82号T恤，初来乍到也不晓得名字，所以他的代号82，呵呵)。听后全班目光朝82射去，停顿1秒。全班狂笑，就连严肃无比的教官也忍不住笑了。随后强忍住，镇定下下。脸一板，呵斥一声：“不要笑!”不说还好，一说，笑声就来得更猛烈些了!嘿嘿还有我们班罗夏同学别看K歌还行，但装晕技巧真是不怎么样!连退几十步，到了草地才慢慢的躺下，一看一副惬意样，引来一片嘘声!

我们迈着整齐的步伐，喊着响亮的口号，展现着勃发的英姿。脸红了，皮肤黑了，骨骼却硬朗了，意志也坚强了……

Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. The second largest of the Chinese provinces, it covers an area of 220,100 square miles (570,000 square kilometres). Szechwan is bordered by the provinces of Kansu and Shensi to the north, Hupeh and Hunan to the east, and Kweichow and Yunnan to the south and by the Tibet Autonomous Region to the west and the province of Tsinghai to the northwest. It is the most populous province in China. The name Szechwan means “Four Streams” and refers to the four main tributaries of the Yangtze River, which flows through the province. The capital, Cheng-tu, is located in the centre of the province.

From economic, political, geographical, and historical points of view, the heart and nerve centre of Szechwan is in the eastern basin area, commonly known as the Sichuan, or Red, Basin. Its mild and humid climate, fertile soil, and abundant mineral and forestry resources make it one of the most prosperous and economically self-sufficient regions of China. The area has been seen by some as China in a microcosm and is often viewed as a country within a country. The Chinese call the basin Tien Fu Chih Kuo, which literally means “Heaven on Earth”.

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.
