终于熬过了那漫长的十五分钟后，本以为教官会让我们休息一下子，没想到他直接就让我们开始学习新的课程，这个新的课程其实就是我们前几天学的齐步与正步的结合，只不过在变换的方面有点困难，虽说是有一点困难但我们练了一整天也没有练得特别好，不是快了就是慢了，教官看了便单独训练我们的步伐一致性，等到我们快慢训练的不错时，又有新的问题出现了，总之，第三天的训练不是一帆风顺。最终老师和教官为了彻底将我们训练好也算是拼了命，我们也终于不辱使命完成了这个“高难度”的动作。

最让我难忘的事情便是听讲座了，这次演讲主要有三个人，在这三个人当中其中有两位便是刚刚毕业的高三的学姐，她们分别以优异的成绩考入了北京大学和复旦大学，在她们的演讲当中我听到的最多的词语便是“勤奋”这二字了。是啊，那么多的好学生并不是因为他们的天赋特别高，我承认也有那样的同学但是那毕竟是少数，大多数的同学的智商都是差不多的，所以成绩好都是刻苦出来的，因此我也从这次的演讲学到了很多有关于好学生平时学习的方法同时也了解到了他们学习的态度了。

夕阳西下，落日的余晖洒满了整个操场，望着这个使人有无限遐想的世界，我的思绪似乎飞到了遥远的天空：是啊，若是没有勤奋的话，哪来的好成绩啊，难道他们都没抱着一丝不苟的学习态度去学习吗？我想不是的。因此我该用自己的行动去证明，是吧！

big cities. In village, life is closer to nature. The sky there is clear and

我在队伍中位列首排——这是一个责任重大的位置。在好几次练习中，左右的同学因为我的失误而打乱了步伐，这让我感到不安和愧疚。更让我紧张的是我的背后还有一整列——5双眼睛，5双眼在应和着我的步伐，这让我愈发感到责任重大。

There is no denying the fact that it has been a hotly debated topic whether students should attend military training in China in the past years. Opinions on this issue differ sharply. Some hold the positive view. They say that the training can not only build up students’ bodies but also temper their willpower. Besides, through the training, students can develop their team-spirit and sense of discipline.Others, however, hold the opposite view. They say that a short period of training as students are having now cannot work well in building up their bodies or strengthen their will. Instead, we should lay emphasis on their daily exercise and activities for such purpose. What’s more, a sudden increase of intense physical exercise, especially during summer, does harm to students’ health and may even cause deaths. What happened in the past years has proved this.

Weighing the pros and cons of these arguments, I am inclined to agree with the former point of view. Military training is not only a means to strengthen student’s physique and willpower, but also an effective way to enhance their sense of national defense and foster their patriotism. Though some deaths happened during the training, we should not give up eating for fear of choking. Besides, the deaths are perfect evidence that students need more such training. Of course, measures should be taken to ensure that the least harm is done to the trainees.

1、通过训练各班增强了集体凝聚力、荣誉感。

军训前许多同学还是互不认识的，但大家都十分珍惜这一次的集体活动。在共同学习、互相帮助的过程中互相熟悉，并在短期的训练中，由来自五湖四海的个体同学变成是一个懂得团结、向上的集体。有些班中某个同学病了，其他的同学帮忙打水、送药;很多同学带病坚持训练，甚至在休息时间也不忘请别人帮自己开小灶;在拉歌时喊得声嘶力竭，以至声带受损，但仍坚持，目的是为了不让自己的班集体落后于别人。

2、通过了军训，同学们的精神面貌焕然一新。

训练期间，同学们按军人的标准严格要求自己，从作息时间的遵守到规章制度的执行;从队伍的迅速集合到活动的积极参与;从就餐到就寝;无不体现了一切行动听指挥的军人作风，涌现了一大批严守纪律的标兵。

训练是艰苦的，但学员们自始至终表现出相当突出的吃苦耐劳精神，以饱满的热情投入军训。队列训练，一站二三十分钟，一动不动;站晕了，出列在旁坐一会又到队列中进行训练了，一改在家的骄气。烈日下，汗透衣衫，湿了干干了湿，没人叫苦。“一不怕苦，二不怕死”的军人作风在学员身上得到充分体现。让人感动的是，第一天训练就有多位同学晕倒在训练场上，但他们咬紧牙关，不屈不挠，一直坚持到军训结束。

3、通过训练学习强化宿舍内务。

本次军训把强化内务、强化卫生意识也摆在了突出的位置。教官们严格要求、学员们积极响应，把内务整理、卫生打扫作为一项重要任务贯穿于军训始终。几天来，学员们床被衣衫、生活用品摆放整齐有序，寝室环境干净。全体高一新生已初步形成了良好的内务作风。学校要求全体学员以军训期间的内务、卫生标准严格要求自己三年的高中住宿生活，用军人的作风把我们的校园宿舍整理得更加优美、有序。

4、以评促进，激励竞争。

为增强学生的荣誉感，营造“比、学、赶、帮、超”的竞争氛围，在军训过程中进行“军训先进班集”、“军训汇操评比” 、“拔河比赛”等激励竞争活动，组织了老师、教官进行认真评优工作，并在军训汇报表演时给予表彰。还选出一男一女两个方队代表学校参加兄弟学校军训汇操，更进一步激励了学生们为校争光的集体主义精神。

丽开学了，妈妈也回家了，丽明天就开始军训了，学姐带着丽和同学来到领取军训服的地方，丽仔细的看着前面的同学如何领取，丽想要一套大一点的衣服，军训结束后可以拿回家给爸爸干活穿。

回寝室后，丽迫不及待的试穿衣服，裤子很肥很大，即使裤腰带系紧了还是感觉会掉。裤子腿都肥的可以两腿同时穿一进一个裤腿，室友也差不多和丽一样，不过丽要的是比自己的尺寸还大一号，所以比室友的还肥一些。室友急忙拿着裤子去学校改衣服的地方把裤子改瘦，丽也想穿瘦的裤子，但是改一条裤子就要二十元呢，军训结束就不用穿了，如果坚持半个月就不用花那二十元了，也可以买点自己想吃的，丽想来想去，还是决定就这么穿着了。

军训的第一天，丽很不喜欢穿军训鞋，不跟脚还很难看，穿时间久了也不舒服。最重要的是，一点底也没有，丽觉得自己很矮，如果穿上这种鞋，自己就是最矮的了。丽认真的抹着和妈妈一起买的防晒霜，丽第一次用这么贵的护肤品，有些不舍又有些温暖。室友都穿好了鞋，丽也不得不穿好鞋，穿好了之后，丽和大家一起来到体育场。

如今，已经是高一下半学期了。期待下一届学弟学妹们的到来。估计教官也是同样期待，期待狠狠的“操练”他们啊!

整个下午，我们就像木偶一样，在操场遗失的一个角落里杵着。听我们教官说，这是“拔军姿”。呵，还别说，整个操场密密麻麻都是“拔军姿”的高一新生。还挺有军营中的气氛。可整个下午都这么站着，铁打的脚掌也受不了啊!收队后，大家一起蹲下对着教官画圈圈。

军训的第一天，很辛劳。虽说并没有太多的练习内容，也许是大家不太适应吧!上午到学校领取军训时的迷彩服，下午带来六十元服装用度，就像做生意一样。上学就是做生意，生活也是。谁能说不呢?

作为一名已经透露着成熟气味的高中生，我觉得军训有一点好处。军训了，我就不会由于无聊而花钱往上网打游戏，省下来的RMB就可以往买我喜欢的牛仔裤。

在此，我觉得有必要阐明一下什么是军训。“军训”就是军人的练习。说白了，那就叫“操练”。至于操练何解，就是往日教官在部队里受的累，以往吃的苦，一次性还给新兵。也可以说是“媳妇熬成婆”。他曾经的苦累，如今我们全盘接收，个别人还会加“俩菜”。隔壁班一男生，站队不老实，诶教官发现，然后，操场十圈。实在，十圈也就半个小时左釉冬教官不在乎。大家不约而同向导一句话：“兄弟，节哀。”

以后的几天都是艳阳高照。前方的人，在强光的折射下，显得有些弯曲。可我们仍然在联系那该死的姿势。大家对教官的态度，又厌恶了几分。在众多的姿势中，要数“蹲下”这个动作是最难受的了。

军中的“蹲下”与平时的不同。首先右脚后退半步，前脚掌自然着地，臀部坐在右脚跟上(膝不着地)，双脚分开约60度，手指自然并拢放在双膝上，上身保持竖立。用我们教官的话来说，半小时的“蹲下”，是莫大的享受啊。军中每次都要蹲2~3个小时。回宿舍都要互相扶着。但我们还是祖国的花朵啊。身体素质差的兰兰，很不性冬她，晕了。

军训期间值得留恋的，那就是嘹亮天际的军歌了。

当“我们都是飞行军，每一个子弹都消灭一个敌人……”响起时，我们豪情万丈;当“军港的夜啊，静静静……”响起时，我们心神向往;当“冷风飘飘落叶，军队是一朵绿花……”响起时，我们感慨万千。军人为我们付出了那么多，难道我们连小小的军训都应付不了吗?努力，努力在比赛上的第一。

相比之下，“坐下”应该是比较舒服的了。双腿盘起，双手自然放在膝上，上身保持竖立。我想：要是每人再配上一瓶冰红茶，我们就该放声高唱：“我自得的笑，我自得的笑……”

比军操，是我们练习成果的证实，可我们班没有拿奖。不能怪我们做得不好，以我们的实力，那评委老练的目光，安慰奖是志在必得的吧!可是，我们的教官也太紧张了，有一项竟然被他忘记了。十分啊，就这样say-bay了!真验证了我哥们那句话：“啊!郁闷啊!”

军训结束大会上，每个教官都选出了自己所带班级的七名优秀兵。很不好意思，我和教官关系不错，我也挂上了一个名额。这不算左后门吧!牵强点，也只能说是教官给我开后门，还逼我走进去。听说优秀兵考军校可以加五分。嗯，感觉还是不错的!

I was so busy in the previous winter holiday for I am going to take the

Besides, because I did bad in mathematics and physics, I had to do much more

hours a day in studying. When I was tired, I watched TV or listened to music for

我家的小狗

去年，朋友送我一只小狗，我非常喜欢它，放学后就和它一起玩耍，无论我走到哪儿它都跟在身后。我很高兴有这样一位“保镖”。

去年冬天我忙于功课，每天回家都很晚。然而无论我到家多晚，这只小狗总是在学校附近的一个角落处等我。当我从那经过时，它全冲我叫两声然后跑过来，似乎它是在叫我。

我家的狗不但对我照顾周到，而且还肩负着看家的重任，每当有陌生人来到我家，它总是叫个不停，但并不咬他们。多么可爱的一只狗啊!
