There is no denying the fact that it has been a hotly debated topic whether students should attend military training in China in the past years. Opinions on this issue differ sharply. Some hold the positive view. They say that the training can not only build up students’ bodies but also temper their willpower. Besides, through the training, students can develop their team-spirit and sense of discipline.Others, however, hold the opposite view. They say that a short period of training as students are having now cannot work well in building up their bodies or strengthen their will. Instead, we should lay emphasis on their daily exercise and activities for such purpose. What’s more, a sudden increase of intense physical exercise, especially during summer, does harm to students’ health and may even cause deaths. What happened in the past years has proved this.

Weighing the pros and cons of these arguments, I am inclined to agree with the former point of view. Military training is not only a means to strengthen student’s physique and willpower, but also an effective way to enhance their sense of national defense and foster their patriotism. Though some deaths happened during the training, we should not give up eating for fear of choking. Besides, the deaths are perfect evidence that students need more such training. Of course, measures should be taken to ensure that the least harm is done to the trainees.

3月9日，我们全体同学来到“圆山军训训练基地”军训，我们用军人的方式生活了三天，我们时而快乐，时而悲伤;时而放松，时而认真;时而吵闹，时而安静。但我却喜欢那严肃认真的训练时间。

I havent write diaries for a period of time. I am now writing this just want to remember one thing. My study has fallen behind a lot this term. I can keep my score in the top ten in the whole school ranking before. But this term I fall behind. I nearly draw back to fifty. I know the reason is because I am too arrogant. Last May 4th was my birthday.I had a party at my home.

My relatives and friends came to my home in the evening.And I got a lot of presents from them.My mother prepared a big birthday cake for me.

There are even candles on it.After singing the song “Happy birthday”，I shared the cake with my friend and relatives.Then we watched TV and listened to music.Same of the girls danced with the music.We had a good time that day.

“现在这个动作还有谁不会吗?不会的话我可以再教他。”同学们早已全身酸痛，谁还想再练呢，便纷纷敷衍着“会了，会了……”。教官说：“那好，再练一遍!”这一遍，他挑出了好多不标准的同学。“刚刚问的时候，不是都会吗?作为一个军人，首先要谦虚、诚实，肯吃苦耐劳，做一个人也是如此。”

军训仅仅是第一天，教官的话却给了我如此震撼的感动，他给我的第一印象，是那份“流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队”的执着，是那份纹丝不动的忍耐，是那份细节决定成败的一丝不苟，是那份作为一个军人应有的朴素诚实。

诚然，青春需要个性的张扬，但严谨、朴素、务实的态度更是青春活力的“加油站”，我的第一天军训生活已经在我的记忆里留下了最深刻的印记，以后的精彩，我在期待，我们都在期待…… 回想那短短一周军训的日子，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便由然而生。

的确，军训是辛苦的，但却辛苦的美丽，辛苦的动人，辛苦的让人难以忘怀。在军训时，我们和训练员在烈日下同甘共苦，他们对每一个动作都要求严格，一发现我们的动作不规范，不到位，便细心的给我们讲解，纠正我们的错误，争取让我们把每一个动作做好。

尤其是在站军姿时，我们的双肩酸痛，双腿麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。

俗语说：“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹;没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。”它教会了我们怎样去面对今后的挫折。休息时，我们方队的男女生面对面的坐着，在训练员队长的引领下，我们每一个人的

脸上都微笑着，这微笑的力量，感动了周围的一切，细细想想，幸福，快乐时常酿造着并荡漾在我们的心中，只要我们用心去体会，用心去发觉，便能找到瞬间的幸福与快乐。此外，在军训的活动中，还增添可许多丰富多彩的活动，如组织我们看电影，听讲座等等。

这些活动，既磨练可我们坚强的意志，吃苦耐劳的精神，培养了我们的团队意识，增进了我们之间的关系，提高了我们学生干部队伍的沟通能力和凝聚力，又改善可我们的精神风貌，提高可我们的综合素质，团队精神，为交院的人才发展奠定可坚定的文化基础和扎实的能力。

白驹过隙的，时光像一条潺潺的小河，仿佛一眨眼的工夫，两周的军训生活就到可眼皮底下。回首丰富多彩的军训生活，我更多的是感慨——“几朝夕，数风流人物，还看今朝”。

Today is the first day of the New Year, the morning of fresh air and

sunshine, mother took me to feel the New Years day outside the atmosphere.

last week i went to mount emei in sichuan province with my family. early in the morning, we took a taxi to beijing west railway station. the station was very lively.

There is an old Chinese saying: Top students come from strict teachers.

Perhaps affected by this saying for a long time, we believe it right. However,

as time flies, lots of things have changed. Therefore, I am eager to discuss

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

willing to take your orders. I remember a story.One day, a lady had her rest

room decorated. And a skilled worker was bricking up the wall. Seeing large

cracks between the bricks, she questioned why. The worker told her after this

summer, the bricks would become bigger, and those cracks would disappear.That is

not only decoration, but also communication. The principle is the same.

If you ask someone that do they often go to library, I think they will

answer you with no, the reason I am saying this because of the development of

ebook. Many years ago, without computer, the only way to check the information

that you need is from paper books, it means you need to go to the book shop or

the library, while with the development of the Internet, people have access to

the information very easily, you only need to click on the computer, then what

you look for is in front of you. Ebook is a very popular form for reading,

people can find what they want to read in the computer, like the novel story,

then download. It is so convenient and fast, it can save a lot of time, we don’t

need to go to the library if we are busy. Ebook is a good way for reading.

Body language is used by people for sending messages to one another. It is very useful because it can help you make yourself easily understood. 我盼望已久的夏令营终于开始了，怀着紧张而又激动的心情走进中山大学珠海校区。眼前的一切一切都感到陌生。陌生的环境;陌生的营友;陌生的老师;好不容易拿到了一切证件和书本，接下来是找宿舍。随着拥挤的人群，终于来到了榕园。望着眼前这座高大雄伟的建筑物，想着我将在这里住半个月，我不亦乐乎。经过咨询，才知道我的宿舍在301。我们三步并作两步走了进去。哇，眼前的一切让我感到吃惊。宿舍又小又闷，而且没风扇又没空调，这半个月我要受苦了，真惨啊!但一想：来这里就是要学会独立自理的，又不是来享福，所以我要学会吃苦耐劳!

我们宿舍里每个晚上都有蟑螂、飞虫之类小虫子飞进来，我们都又怕又不知怎么办，只好呆呆地坐着。幸好宿舍里有两个高二的姐姐保护我们，否则我们不知该如何是好。晚上虽然有点热，但是感觉很新鲜，很快便入睡。

我们在这里天天都要上课。从宿舍走到教学楼需要一个钟头。而我们每天要走3个来回，所以想减肥的人来参加这个夏令营一定能减肥成功!我们上课是外教和一个助教上的。上课的形式很灵活，一会儿玩游戏，一会儿单词接龙，一会儿听老师讲故事。我们上课也很随便，外教不会要你坐得整整齐齐，我们喜欢干嘛就干嘛，可以到处乱走，可以下位同其他同学进行英语交流。因为外教喜欢自由，所以也让我们自由。

在这里，我认识了许许多多的朋友，同她们在生活上互帮互助，一起学习，一起聊天。每当我无聊时，她们便会讲笑话给我听;每当我作业不会做时，她们便会一题一题地讲解给我听，直到我会为止;每当我生活上遇到困难时，她们会尽自己最大的力量帮助我;每当我伤心时，她们会安慰我;同她们在一起，我觉得时间过得飞快，觉得十分开心!

Girls at a training course offered by the "Care for Girls" program in

Qingjian county, Shaanxi province, talked about their pursuit of dreams despite

living in unfavorable conditions.

Initiated by the National Health and Family Planning commission in 2013,

the program helps girls in underdeveloped regions to build their self-esteem and

self-confidence.

"I want to be a teacher teaching Chinese because I like Chinese and

writing," Xi said. "By teaching I can not only share knowledge with my students,

but also keep learning new things from new versions of textbooks."

She is living with her mother in a room that has no bathroom and costs 300

yuan ($48) a month to rent. Merit certificates she received from school are

displayed on the wall. Yan Lingling, Xis mother, said she is proud of her

daughter.

According to the family planning policy, couples in which both the husband

and wife have rural residential permits can have another child if their first is

a daughter. Yan said she isnt planning on adding to the family because she

wants to give her daughter the best she has.

"My husband is away most of the time, working in construction sites and

making no more than 30,000 yuan ($4,840) a year. I work as an hourly worker

sometimes. The rent of our apartment is expensive. One more child means one more

burden," Yan said.

Speaking about how she plans to achieve her dream of becoming a teacher, Xi

said: "I will not give up on my dream easily, though I know it may be difficult.

When something becomes difficult, it only makes me want to try harder."

期盼已久的军训终于到来了，我们兴高采烈的换上了迷彩服，开始了小小军人的生活。列队整齐后，一位教官走了过来，他个子不高，黝黑的皮肤，英挺的眉毛，不大的眼睛却很有神，整张脸给我们的感觉就是威严，他对我们说：“你们守纪听话，我对你们是很好的，我的网名就叫‘恰似你的温柔’，但如果你们做得不好，那就不要怪我。明白没有?”这几句话，响度不大却铿锵有力，令我们一下子严肃起来，不再嬉皮笑脸。

一天下来，最大的感觉就是：好累啊!但我觉得，我们这些90后正需要经历这些磨砺才能够改掉自我娇惯的坏毛病。相信：以后的几天，我们会一步步爱上这里，爱上“规矩”。

“流年未尽，夏日已亡”。这个夏日将要结束了，“竟涌出一股淡淡的惆怅，就像毕业时的那次离别。一直盼望着赶快结束，可真的将要离开了却有万分的不舍，好象生命中最重要的东西将要离去。我想我已经喜欢上这种训练了 也许，你会认为我神经错乱，但我是真的喜欢上这次的军训了，我都很怀恋。

“人生就像波浪一样，总有起起落落”。重要的是，我们究竟该怎样去对付稚拙。要么像个男子汉那样，像个像样子的团队那样，不仅仅是用我们的脚，更是用我们全部的心，在这几百米的走道上，用我们的汗水和热情，去走出属于我们的胜利和光荣。要么，就像一个个落荒而逃的溃兵一样，在各行其是，稀稀落落的脚步声中，在旁观者的嘲笑声中结束你们人生中仅有的一次军训。 “有些人会一直刻在记忆里的，即使忘记了他的声音，忘记了他的笑容，忘记了他的脸，但是每当想起 他时的那种感受，是永远都不会改变的”，希望你们能够记住这次军训！让它成为一生中最美好的回忆……”

往事如烟，快乐的时光如流水一般一去不回返，一个星期的军训生活过去了，可是，这一此军训生活像扎在我的心上，令我终身难忘。

记得那是一个风和日丽的星期一下午，我们排着整齐的队伍站在操场上，等待教官的到来。我站在那里，正在想体育老师教的一些动作时，一声“同学们好!”

把我拉回了现实。抬头一看，一个矮矮的、瘦瘦的军人，站在我们的面前。介绍了几句，就立刻入正题。“第一项，站军姿，首先，要挺胸抬头，收下巴，好了，站十分钟军姿。”教官刚劲有力的声音一落，同学们便笔直的站好了，教官在我们的身边走来走去，时而说一说这个同学、时而纠正几个同学的错误、时而在远去端摩、时而又调正一下队列。

一分钟过去了，两分钟过去了，时间就像一只蜗牛一般，在表盘上慢慢的蠕动着，同学们热的直流汗，从额头流遍全身，教官还是在队列中左右走动，可是，就不喊一声“停!”

“停，大家休息一会儿。”这时，教官终于喊了出来，我们在原地扭着脖子，伸伸腿，抖抖胳膊，才奔向饮水处。

不一会儿，教官又叫我们集合，便开始了第二项。‘第二项，报数，这个很简单，只有三个要求，报的数要准确，，报的声音又大，扭头要快，好!第一排报数!”“1”崔常琛大声的喊了出来，体育委员就是体育委员，三点都做的很认真。“2”第二个是孙君太，他使出了吃奶的劲，大声的喊了出来，和崔常琛不分上下……轮到我了，我的心“咚咚”直跳生怕报错了，“8”我也大声的喊了出来!耶!顺利过关。

第二天，教官给我们教了转向练习，只有两个要求。教官简单一说，就开始发口令了，“向左——转”“啪啪”我们整齐的转向一个方向，“向右——转”“啪啪”咦!黄思雨怎么和我面对面，肯定使她错了。“哎!黄思雨，你做错了”

我小声所谓对她说。“不对，你错了!你看他们”我环视了一下四周，哎呀!我错了!我赶紧调整过来，可是晚了，教官看到我了，我只好打了一声报告 。

几天过去了，我们虽然晒黑了，但是，我们依然认真的对待每一个动作。

军训汇操表演结束了，我们班还取得了第一名得好成绩。

啊!军训，它不但锻炼了我们的身体，还让我们学会了什么叫持之以恒，这一此军训，让我久久难忘。

Time flies like an arrow, the sun is like a boat, in the winter holiday is coming. Have just walked out of the busy nervous final exam. To meet is relaxed and free winter vacation.

Although the winter holiday is very short, but we cant play because of the winter vacation short and follow ones inclinations, should be playing at the same time not forget to study combining exertion and rest.

Gorky once said that "books are the ladder of human progress" in peacetime because learning busy and have no spare time to read reference books. Winter holiday is coming now, we just can use the time to read reference books.

光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼之间寒假来临了。刚刚从忙碌紧张的期末考走出来。迎接的是轻松自由的寒假。

虽然寒假非常的短暂，但是我们不能因为寒假的短暂而随心所欲的玩，应该劳逸结合在玩的同时不能忘记学习。

高尔基曾经说过“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”在平时因为学习的忙碌而没有多余的时间看课外书。现在寒假已经来临，我们刚好可以利用这个时间看课外书。

“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”所以我决定利用这个假期多看看古今中外的名着。不但如此我还要巩固这个学期的知识点，预习下个学期的知识。希望下学期百尺竿头更进一步。为下一学期的学习打下基础。

在空余的时间完成老师和家长布置的作业，多看看新闻关心关心国家大事。在春节的时间不仅要观看春节联欢晚会，还要吃年夜饭，拜访亲友。

过完春节要将自己散漫的心收一收了，要开始把自己的心放在学习上，不能继续玩了。要把老师和学校布置的作业检查检查是否已经完成了。再把下一学期学习需要的资料和练习题都要准备好。

这就是我的寒假生活，我的寒假我做主。
