教官姓齐，开始对他的感觉挺好的，看见他穿着教官的服装，不得不让我想起以前在雨花营地带我们的张教官，一张怀念的感觉涌上心头，教官给我的感觉难免会有一种亲切感。可是，军训的时候，真的很苦，太阳公公当头照，第一天就差一点把我照成非洲人了，别人都说这个教官这里不好那里不好没有人道什么的，慢慢的好像也影响了我?朋友在我旁边说来说去，一不留神，自己也在说了，心理作用吗?

其时教官不是同学说的那么坏拉，有时候我也感觉他挺不错的，至少他长得虽然很……可以说是严肃，但是散发出来的就是一种任何人都学不出来的军人气质，什么是军人气质?想了想：严肃、认真、又亲切这大概就是他们特有的招牌吧!有些军人，就算是不穿军装，有些人一眼就能看穿的，教官严肃中散发出来的亲切感，让我们不知不觉得就靠近了他一步。

班主任王老师我还是蛮喜欢她的，太阳这么大，我们在这里刻苦的训练，其实她完全可以避开这炎热的太阳光的，去办公室吹风扇吹空调，可是她没有，她一直;陪着我们坚持到最后那一刻，从来没有停过!别的班主任也是，我想，班主任为什么有权限能当上班主任，一定有其中的道理：有责任心、甘心付出、不怕苦累。嗯!我心目中所有的班主任，都是这样的!

军人就是要有毅力!像我以前教官说过的，他们以前训练的时候，站军姿一站就是几个小时，只给我们站五分钟算是跟我们大打折扣了!不得不佩服!

我在《士兵突击》这部电视剧里面看过，他们军人每天天不是很亮就起床，教官一吹哨，不管怎么样，他们都快速的叠被子穿好衣服，整整齐齐的下去集合。他们每一个动作都做的十分到位，有些人就是想打哈欠都不敢在队伍里动一下，因为那里的教官比齐教官严多了啊，哈哈，没有想到，我也会来像军人一样的训练场地。

因为我有以前的训练，两次军训!我站军姿站十到十五分钟都是没有问题的，可是，这么久都没有训练过了，突破十五分钟什么的，脚就会开始好麻，动都动不了了，想想看，原来我有这么久都没有锻炼了呀!

这次高中军训，我有很大很大的收获!团结、友谊、奋进、毅力、勇气!团结是我们会操时得了第三名，友谊是我们和教官，我从来不认识的同学交上了朋友，奋进是我们不断努力，毅力是我们这五天都停了下来，勇气是我们已经学会面对一切!这次军训，我永世难忘，铭记在心中!

8月11号上午多云下午暴晒

还以为是上午去篁边，所以一大早就起来换一个包，后来回到二中才知道下午才去--害得我早起了几分钟。

上午的前三节课我们的状态似乎都不怎么好。第一节站军姿的时候，隔壁班的教官不停的教训班上的一个肥仔，引得大家发出阵阵笑声，可是，那毕竟不是我们班的教官，他们笑并不代表我们也可以笑，所以正当我们想发出第二声笑声的时候，教官便严厉地制止了。如果就这点诱惑就算了，最可恶的是17班竟然唱起了《对面的女孩看过来》，《明年今日》，《好心分手》等多首在军队看来是难登大雅之堂的歌，这分明是挠我们的心口嘛，所以班上的一位女生发出了如果我们也能唱就好了的感慨，不幸的是又被听力绝顶的教官听到，之后发表的一系列言论让人觉得苦不堪言。

在第三节课的时候，其他班已经在进行拉歌和表演的环节了，可我们仍然在训练，因为跑步与立定是我们的弱项。教官讲的时候异常严肃，一个劲地告诉我们这是最后的训练时间，希望我们要珍惜。而这时的我竟然涌现出一种难以言状的感觉：我要训练，明天我要表现得很好，以至没有一点责怪教官的意思；看看身边的战友，心情似乎也和我一样，往日的牢骚没有了，取而代之的是一个个坚定的表情，刚毅的面容。我知道，也相信我们可以做到最好！

下午的拉练是一场磨练人意志的考验，特别是由于队伍长而让我们一会跑一会走一会停的时候简直比我参加校运会跑1500还要辛苦，大家的牢骚似乎也一下子爆发出来，感觉也是越走越远。当终于到了白庙的时候，眼前为之一亮，同行不知是出自真心还是其他，竟异口同声地说江门最美的地方也许就是这里了！但漂亮的地方通常停不长，沿着西江江畔走了好一段时间，我一直忍不住有跳下去游泳的冲动。再经过一场汗流浃背后，我们来到了目的地--武警训练基地！

到了那里，还要参观，可大家都没心情，走到一半就又折回来，直到到了草坪上休息时心情才高昂起来。我知道大家都累了，我也累了。

后来回程的时候我们做了打头，走起来也脚底生风，渐渐超到了前面3班的位置。每到一个标志性的建筑物时，大家的感觉都异常兴奋，还伴随着叫嚷之意。后来到了一个小卖部大家纷纷停下脚步去买水，竟出现小店断销的景象--看来，我们还是为经济做了点贡献！回去的时候感觉快了好多，而且路上行人相对去的时候也少了许多（其实主要是少了看猩猩的人）。当我们看到新一佳的时候，大家集体欢呼起来，士气也达到了高潮，一路小跑回到了一中校内。

点名后我的脚开始出现抽筋状，左脚尤甚。当成功回到家后，已是8点，而左脚是再也伸不直了，这才知道当瘸子的感觉原来是那么痛苦。更痛苦的是回家时饭已经被消灭干净了。原来我爸准备请我去吃西餐，从6点等到7点半，实在熬不住，所以吃掉了所有的饭。好饿啊！

晚上的时候，脚已经痛到碰一下都要叫好久的地步，我在梦里哭泣，在梦里祈祷明天我能顺利站起来。

军训已经过去三天了，也是初三军训的第三天，这次军训苦与甜交织，我们看到了教官的开心的一面，也看到了教官怒的一面，这次军训真是段难忘的记忆。

第一天是下雨天，上午基本上没干什么，因为雨下的太大了，到了下午，雨渐渐停了，军训也步入正轨，第一天我们十分听话，可是一位同学却不听话，不打报告就乱动，王教官就让他加入了“飞虎队”，飞虎，就是跑得很快的老虎，他整整跑了八圈操场。

第二天，我们松懈了，不听话了，王教官生气了，这时来了一位看上去就不太和善的刘教练，正是昨天的飞虎队队长，这位刘教练比王教练严多了，看不顺眼，就让他蹲下，蹲可不好受，那一天之后，我们听话了许多。

第三天下午我们有一个活动，首先我们两组各上两班进行表演，我们上了一组和我们八班，王教练为这次小会操准备了一下午。再接着就是拉歌，二组那边玩的正开心的时候，我们一组突然袭击，向二组发起挑战，那气势就像要打群架，二组老半天才反应过来。

第四、五天，军训接近尾声，各班都在准备第四天的会操，第四天最热，我手晒脱皮了，胳膊有防晒，还好，头却没那么幸运，我头也晒伤了。第五天的会操我们打起十二分精神，却只得了一等奖，有点失望。

这五天有着特殊意义，必定是难以忘记的。

An unforgettable experience

My mom used to say that I was born to swim. But the truth is that I didn t know how to swim until the last year of my primary school!

Mom always said that I could swim in the basin when I was only two months old. I was surprised at the amazing fact. If this was true, then why was I afraid of water? I went to swim every summer, but I didn t make a little progress. I was worried and blamed myself several times. When I watched people swimming freely, how I wished I had learnt to swim!

The story of how I learnt to swim is dramatic. One hot summer afternoon, my father and I went to the swimming pool to swim. While my father was changing his clothes, I was roaming along the bank of the pool. Suddenly I heard a voice, Look out! and then came a big noise and beautiful splashes. Just when I was admiring the swimmer s skills, I slipped into the pool! I was so afraid that I shouted at once! But the water kept coming towards me and I drank a lot of it. I was moving upside down and trying to reach the bank. I was struggling very hard to keep my head above the water.

A minute was like a hundred years to me. To my surprise, I was able to keep the style! Just then, my father, saw me and he seemed to be shocked. He then said, Calm down, just wave your arms and legs like this. Right! And I got it! I finally learnt to swim! You can t imagine how happy I was and I wanted to jump for joy!

当我离开大连国防教育基地时，不时回头看看，因为我太舍不得离开那儿了，在那里的感想实在是太多太多了。

那一排排队伍犹如大树般站立在操场上，那一声声响亮的口令回荡在每一个人耳边。这是一种考验，这是一种磨练。在军训期间，教官曾说过一句话“流血流汗不流泪!掉皮掉肉不掉队!”这句话说明了一个军人应该严格要求自己，一切以集体为主，要有吃苦耐劳的精神，战胜困难的勇气。

我将把这一切运用到平日的学习当中去。如果我在学习当中遇到不懂的问题，我绝对不会轻易放过，我会仔细琢磨，反复思考，直到把问题弄清楚为止，正所谓“万丈高楼平地起”，我绝不允许有任何差错。如果我在生活当中遇到困难，我绝对不会轻易退缩，相反，我会去克服它，去战胜它，生活中的点点滴滴对我来说都是一种考验。无论做什么事情，都要有一股不服输的劲头。

以前，要是我遇到一点小问题，我就会退缩，逃避，但现在我不会了，我在军训当中学会了自立自强，自己的事情自己做。困难，算什么，咬紧牙关就过去了。在军训的过程中锻炼了我们吃苦耐劳以及独立生活的能力。通过这次军训增强了我们的爱国意识，也让自己多了一份责任感。

记得出发之前，自己还是那么的兴奋，因为终于可以体验自己盼望已久的军营生活了。心里有一种说不出来的喜悦。

记得军训的时候，天气特别炎热，像呆在蒸笼里一样。正午的太阳，火一般燃烧在我们的头顶上，我们还没有开始训练，便被滚烫的地面烤的汗流浃背了。我们班连续有几个人病倒了。训练的要求也很难，时间越长就越坚持不住了，但到了最后种种困难也被我克服了。

四天下来，我们的皮肤都晒得黝黑黝黑的。每次训练完我们各个都像才从桑拿房里出来一样。但这样才有一番军人的韵味嘛!而我们的教官上课的时候对我们也十分严厉，可下课却跟我们说说笑笑的，还教我们唱军歌，“一二三四，一二三四……”原来枯燥的军训，现在又增添了许多乐趣。原来教官也不是那么严厉啊!虽然白天很累，但是晚上大家却可以相聚在一起看电影，有说有笑的，彼此互相交流。从陌生到熟悉，从熟悉到朋友。

但是这几天来也有让我失望和遗憾的地方，就是我与同学发生的小矛盾，这是个人的事，可怎么能连累集体呢?我想对那个人说：同学之间遇到事情不能只想着自己，还应该考虑集体。解决集体生活中遇到的矛盾，这样集体会更加团结、和谐，每个人也会变得更加成熟。那一夜，我偷偷地哭了，因为我很委屈，也很想妈妈。可是转眼一想，我已经不是小孩子了，我应该慢慢的自己学会与同学更好的和睦相处。

这次军训，让我受益匪浅，我学会像军人一样拥有铁一般的纪律，学会像军人一样拥有钢一般的毅力。在接下来的生活中，我会认真地做好每一件事，调整好心态，以更好的面貌去迎接明天的生活，去挑战自己。让自己的人生过得更精彩，更有益。留给自己一个美好的回忆。在这次军训中，我长大了!军训的感想将牢牢的记录在我的人生长卷上，永不会丢失，永不会忘记。

The cousin pushed us out of the room and hid things by herself... After a while, the cousin came out with a smile and said, "hide it, you cant find it!" We swarmed in, and I thought: the easiest place to hide is probably the most secluded place. 今天已是军训的第四天,也是最后一天.前三天发生的一切事情还记忆忧新,就好象是刚才发生的事情.现在我已习惯了军训的生活,也习惯了苦和累,记得刚开始军训的时候感觉很辛苦,还有几次晕倒了.可现在我不怕苦不怕累,只有个心愿,就是希望我们班在今天的军训比赛中获得第一.

上午的训练严格来说是比平常更辛苦一些,因为下午就要比赛了,教官只好严格执行了.好在上午是阴天,老天爷给我们创造了一个很好的训练环境,就这样,一大早就是复习前几天训练的内容,中午也就是吃饭睡觉,转眼间就到了下午,就要开始比赛了,我十分紧张,生怕自己在比赛中一不小心做错动作而连累我们班的荣誉,更担心我们班得不到奖.这种忐忑不安的情绪一直延续到比赛开始.

前面几个班的同学表现都很好,可是世上毕竟没有完善美,每个半豆油一些差错.终于轮到我们班表演了,教官的口令,同学们的精神面貌,评委门和其他班的同学门都看得很清楚,依据移动都将会被口风.同学们容光焕发,配合社教官的口令,做出一系列标准的动作,照相机的镜头也对着我们闪光,那时侯真有一种自豪感.不知过了多长时间,终于表演完了,我们昂首挺胸,踏着整齐的步伐回到草地.

这次的军训表演使我了解到,有志者，事竟成!
