50分钟过去了，同学们已是汗流浃背，可军训不就是这样吗?再苦再累，都得继续。只有努力学，认真做，达到标准，才能休息。一撇一捺，才是“人”，写起来容易，做起来难。人生的道路本就曲曲折折，起起伏伏，虽然走起来辛苦，但它却通向幸福。

又是一个骄阳似火的日子，太阳毫不保留的散发所有光芒。而我们将进行军训的第二项内容：走。先是齐步走。经过反复的摆臂练习，我们在跑道练习走步。我们时快时慢，步子时小时大，教官在一旁，反复地讲“注意排面”……好不容易可以休息了，坐在地上是火辣辣得烫。练习跑步时，更要集中注意力，步伐整齐。 “跑步——走，一二一，一二一……”操场上回荡着一遍又一遍的口令。唉，军训真累。

依然是站 依然是走

第三天，太阳似乎没有一点消停的意思，依然全力地照射着大地，照射着我们。而今天的任务依然是站军姿，齐步走，跑步。汗水一滴一滴地往下淌，教官的要求一点一点地高，同学们的抱怨声也越来越大。可教官却视而不见。一旦发现有同学违反纪律，便叫出来做俯卧撑。单调沉闷的训练还在继续，可我已经学到很多。成绩是自己的，好坏系在自己手中;生活是自己的，未来在于自己掌握。虽然训练很苦很累，虽然烈日下的风寥寥无几，但我相信我们能坚持下去。军训是一项考验毅力的课程，它教会了我在逆境中要坚持不懈，勇往直前的道理。

军训三天，站了三天，走了三天，想了三天。突然发现，自己变了很多。学会独立，学会不轻易地说放弃。明白往往在狂风暴雨过后，会有一片灿烂晴空。刺目的阳光还在眼前闪烁，我会对自己说：“坚持下去……”

Almost everyone wants to live a long life, but longevity is not for all

people. It is reported that most long life people are in villages, far away from

big cities. In village, life is closer to nature. The sky there is clear and

今天像昨天一样，我依旧早起，因为今天是军训的第二天，我一定要在七点之前到校。这是教官的新要求，我们不是七点到，而是要在七点准是踏上操场开始我们的训练。因此我们所有人都要在六点五十五分在班级等教官。

今天的天气比昨天更加炎热，而由于我们的迟到，我们所有人都必须家训站军姿5分钟这就体现了军训中每个人都要有集体观念。“一人犯错，所有人都要陪着受罚。”因此，每个人都要有团体观念，不要因为自己拖累大家。由于今天天气比昨天更加炎热，才站了两分钟我的汗水就滑了下来，我尝了尝，是咸的，并且很快我的肩膀就僵掉了。在休息时我发现只要我一运动我的两个肩膀就会感觉酸痛不已。但是我觉得很值，回到家之后，妈妈都说我站起来更有精神了。这让我更加坚定要继续努力，坚持的决心!

今天在复习昨天项目的基础上，又增加了番号和踏步这两个训练。在喊番号时，由于我们的声音不够响而被营长训斥，训练了整整45分钟的番号。最后在我们教官的耐心指导下，所有的人都通过了。而在练习踏步时，我们因为没有在摆手时注意摆起的幅度，而又训练了很长的时间，导致我的手几乎全麻了。虽然我觉得很累，但是我还是坚持着。

今天还增加了昨天没有的会操练习，我在会操时做得比训练时更加认真。因为我是四连的一份子，我不能因为个人的松懈而给集体抹黑。而由于二、三、四连的水瓶都没有摆放整齐而导致了教官们替我们放瓶子，让我认识到了细节的重要性!

我明天会继续努力的!

“暑假”坐着飞机离去了、“开学”坐着火车回来了、也许我们并没有做好任何准备就要去迎接新学期的到来、或许我们还沉浸在暑假的高潮里。不知道高中是怎样的一个世界、不知道新的同学是否很好相处、不知道新的老师会不会很严厉、不知道我们的未来会不会很精彩。

又来到了这个既熟悉又陌生的学校、它还是那么富有生机、还是那么雄伟壮观、还是那么有灵气、还是那么吸引群众。来到熟悉的教学楼、却来到了陌生的教室、看到了从未看到过的面孔。在这里我要扎根三年、没人会知道这三年里我们会发生什么、会遇到什么。但我们都很清楚这三年我们都是为了一个目标而奋斗的----高考。

开学了、也就意味着我们马上就要军训了、听说军训很苦、但我们敢去挑战、敢去尝试、就算失败了、我们也不会气馁、因为我们为此努力过。

都说军训能够锻炼一个人、这句话真的有道理。在军训期间、我们哭过、笑过、想要放弃过、但我们也坚强过。我们不比任何人差、我们也很勇敢、没有人会退缩。而且军训也给了我们从未拥有过的东西----团结、也是我们四个第一次见面。

时间是不会等人的、七天时间很快就过去了、我们也即将面临跟教官说再见了、尽管我们只相处了七天、只认识了七天、只训练了七天、但我们还是有太多的不舍、对他们的感情、远远不止这七天。军训结束了、也就意味着教官他们该走了、我们留给他们的是这几天训练的成绩、他们留给我们的是军人般的毅力和坚强、还有他们亲切的微笑。感谢他们在这七天里给了我们“魔鬼般的训练”、感谢军训让我认识了他们。

经过几天的认识、我也不知道为什么、我感觉班上的童鞋特别难相处、甚至我都不知道该怎样去和他们相处、我也很害怕我会交不到朋友、但是、时间可能是我家亲戚、它让我认识了三个很特别的童鞋、而且他们三个让我有一种特别想和他们成为朋友的冲动。时间真的会说真话、经过几天的相处、我发现他们很真诚、很童真、很幽默、也很会关心人。慢慢地、我们四个人的关系越来越好、距离越来越近。我们可以一起笑、一起出去吃饭、一起喝爽歪歪。最后变成了四个好基友、四个名字里面都有Y好基友。

一.名词

写作中，学生们常把握不好名词的数、所有格以及一些集合名词的用法。

1.Hegavemeaverygoodadviceyesterday.

句中的a要去掉，因为advice是不可数名词。一些汉语概念为可数的词在英语中却是不可数的，表示数量时在要其前加apieceof，类似的词有：news,bread,work,paper,chalk,furniture,information等等。

2.Thatgirllovesreadingbook.

可数名词单数不能孤零零地放在句子里，或前面加冠词，或将其变为复数。此处最好变为books.

3.Hewentintoabooksshopandboughtadictionary.

一般表示有生命的东西的名词的所有格用’s，如mymother’scar,而此处适宜用名词修饰名词，改为abookshop.

4.MyfamilyiswatchingTV.

一些集合名词如看成一个整体，则用单数的谓语动词，如Myfamilyisahappyone.如果强调集合中每个个体的个人行为，则用复数的谓语动词。此处看电视是个体行为，应把is改为are。类似的词有：team,class,audience等。

5.Iboughtsomepotatosandtomatosatthesupermarket.

中学阶段，以“o”结尾的名词中有四个词变复数时要加es，它们是tomato,potato,Negro,hero;其余的都加s变为复数。

6.Thishasnothingtodowiththeirbelieves.（这和他们的信仰没关系。）

以f,fe结尾的词变为复数时一般去f,fe加ves，如knife—knives,

thief—thieves;而roof和belief直接加s变为复数。所以应把believes改为beliefs.

二.冠词

7.Thebosswantstohireanusefulperson.

用a还是an，取决于后面单词音标中的第一个音，如为元音用an，为辅音用a。useful的第一个音是辅音所以应把an改为a。类似的，我们说aEuropeancountry.

8.Planeisamachinethatcanfly.

plane为可数名词单数，不能单独放在句中，应在其前加冠词或把它变为复数，而本句后有amachine,因此只能在其前面加a，变为Aplane。

9.Heplayedapianoatthepartyyesterday.

把a改为the，因为乐器前用定冠词。

10.Themachinewasinventedin1920s.

在in后加the，因为表示年代用in加the再加几十的复数，如在八十年代inthe80s。

11.XiaoHongwenttoschoolbythebuseveryday.

去掉the，因为表示交通方式用by直接加交通工具。

三.代词

使用代词时请注意其单、复数，主、宾格以及形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词的用法。

定语从句的先行词是thosespeakers，为复数，因此从句中的指示代词应为复数，应把his改为their。

13.Whomdoyouthinkhasleftthelightson?

放在疑问句特殊疑问词后的doyouthink/believe/guess/imagine/suppose等都不参与句子成分。本句中去掉doyouthink后缺的是主语，应把Whom改为Who。

John和I在句中都做的宾语，应把I改为me。

15.Thesebooksaremine；thoseinthebagareher.

her是形容词性物主代词，后面应该加名词books，或把her改为hers。

四.数词

hundred/thousand/million/score/dozen等词前有具体数字时后不加s，前面没有具体数字时在其后加s和of，表示大约几百几千的概念。如two

hundredstudents（两百个学生），hundredsofstudents（成百上千个学生）。例句中应把hundreds改为hundred。

17.Theirschoolistwiceaslargerasourschool.

表倍数关系的as...as中间只能用形容词或副词的原级。因此应把larger改为large.

18.Today’shomeworkisafive-hundred-wordscomposition.

几个单词由连字符连接而组成的复合形容词中的名词只能用单数，所以把five-hundred-words改为five-hundred-word.

19.TwothirdofthestudentsinourschoolarefromAmerica.

英语表达中分数的分子用基数词，分母用序数词，分子大于一时分母后要加s，所以就把third改为thirds.

五.形容词和副词

形容词和副词容易被误用，形容词和副词的比较级和最高级也是应注意的重点。

appear在此是个系动词，其后应接形容词作表语。所以应把nervously改为nervous.

此句需要一个副词来修饰，hardly是副词，但意为“几乎不”，hard也可以是副词，表努力，因此把hardly改为hard.

more只构成比较级，而不能修饰比较级。因此把more去掉。

两者相比较时，比较级前用定冠词，三者或三者以上才用most，因此把most改为more.

表不如?...时用less加上形容词和副词的原级，因此把harder改为hard.

fairly只能修饰形容词和副词的原级，可以修饰比较级的副词或短语有：much,even,still,far,alot,alittle,abit,any,no,byfar,rather等，因此把fairly改为rather.

as?as中间的词序是as加上形容词加上a(n)加上名词再加上as，因此应改为asinterestingastoryastheone.

同样的事物才能相比较，weather和不具有可比性，因此应改为Theweatherhereisnicerthanthatof.

这个词组为wouldratherdo?thando?，因此把went改为go.

修饰anything,something,everything,nothing的形容词都要放在它们的后面。

通过军训，进一步强化了学生的国防意识，增强了学生的爱国热情。一周的军训，同学们学习和掌握了有关军事知识和技能，增强了国防意识，从小就树立起“祖国安危在我心中”，“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”的庄严使命感，认识到新一代高中生不仅要认真学习，担负起建设祖国的重任，还要努力拼搏，肩负起保卫祖国的重任。

通过军训，同学们普遍增强了体质，磨练了坚强的意志，锻炼了抗挫品质，培养了同学们的良好作风。军训最重要的目的，是要求同学们通过军训，磨练自己。通过一周艰苦的训练，逐步培养了同学们如何面对困难，如何克服困难，如何用坚韧不拔的意志来支配自己的行动的目标。

通过军训，培养了团结协作精神，形成了良好纪律观念，学会了用纪律来约束自己，用修养来规范自己。学生们懂得了齐心协力，才会取得成功;要团结友爱互助，要有竞争意识、团队意识和集体主义精神，才能把自己磨练成一个有用的人。通过军训，我们还增进了师生之间的了解和情感的沟通，较快地形成了一种积极向上的良好班风和班级凝聚力。

四、我班的军训标兵

在整个军训中，全班同学表现都很好，在学校组织的10%的优秀评比中，任宏伟，赵佳亮、刘淼、杨椿、杨维青被评为我班的优秀标兵。

军训圆满结束，我对我的学生很满意，终于可以休息两天了。
