There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

English has become an international language that people can communicate with

each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well, we

could get more chance of success.

However, it is well-known that there are many methods for us to learn

English well. There are some tips. First, we can study in a group to improve

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

On Sunday morning, my parents took me to the zoo. We dint go there for a long time.

Last week, my classmates told me that the zoo added some funny entertainment facilities. I was very curious. So, I asked my parents to took me there and they promised to. We got there at 9 oclock. There were many people. Most of them were parents and children.

We first went to see the animal. I like parrots most. And then we saw the animal shows. Elephants, tigers, lions and monkeys did wonderful shows for us. People were happy, especially the children.

After that, we went to experienced the entertainment facilities. My mum was too scared to be with us. So, only my dad and I played. It was so exciting, but I was a little dizzy. However, I was very happy.

It was a great day.

2. 军训感想

虽然我没有军训，但也想说说这个暑期的感受。

从初中升高中，这个年龄段的变化意味着我们变得更成熟，已经是小大人了。有时候，我躺在床上想：我的梦想是什么，将来该干什么，我该怎样朝这个方向努力。为了美好的未来，这是个值得深思的问题。现在我的身份是学生，我的任务就是要好好学习，但学习的同时也要学会锻炼自己，以后走上社会光是学习好是没有用的，其他东西不会就是书呆子。

8月20日，这个令我盼望已久的日子终于来了。身着军绿色的迷彩服，挺立于偌大的操场上，我们将面临初中生活的第一次挑战——军训。

站

军训的第一天，我们的任务是“站”。挺胸，抬头，下颚微收，手贴裤缝，双脚叉开60度，站好了不能动。没想到，简简单单的军姿都有这么高的要求。操场上，同学们整齐地站着，组成了十个方阵，这是校园里一道靓丽的风景。太阳光无情的将矛头直指我们，那汹汹的来势又岂是薄薄的云盾可以阻挡的?我们伫立在烈日下，当我站着军姿，几丝热流飘过脸庞，留下的是一颗颗闪亮的汗珠。我向上瞟了一眼，那可恶的太阳刺的眼睛好痛。而军姿一站就是半个小时，整个身体早已麻木，膝盖处发酸，脚底下如一团火在不停的燃烧，背、腰、肩如针扎一般疼痛。老师在一旁提醒着：“如果挺不住，可以向教官报告……”渐渐地，头晕忽忽的，“To be or not to be”两种想法在我脑里争执起来。最终，我选择了坚持。

50分钟过去了，同学们已是汗流浃背，可军训不就是这样吗?再苦再累，都得继续。只有努力学，认真做，达到标准，才能休息。一撇一捺，才是“人”，写起来容易，做起来难。人生的道路本就曲曲折折，起起伏伏，虽然走起来辛苦，但它却通向幸福。

走

又是一个骄阳似火的日子，太阳毫不保留的散发所有光芒。而我们将进行军训的第二项内容：走。先是齐步走。经过反复的摆臂练习，我们在跑道练习走步。我们时快时慢，步子时小时大，教官在一旁，反复地讲“注意排面”……好不容易可以休息了，坐在地上是火辣辣得烫。练习跑步时，更要集中注意力，步伐整齐。 “跑步——走，一二一，一二一……”操场上回荡着一遍又一遍的口令。唉，军训真累。

依然是站 依然是走

第三天，太阳似乎没有一点消停的意思，依然全力地照射着大地，照射着我们。而今天的任务依然是站军姿，齐步走，跑步。汗水一滴一滴地往下淌，教官的要求一点一点地高，同学们的抱怨声也越来越大。可教官却视而不见。一旦发现有同学违反纪律，便叫出来做俯卧撑。单调沉闷的训练还在继续，可我已经学到很多。成绩是自己的，好坏系在自己手中;生活是自己的，未来在于自己掌握。虽然训练很苦很累，虽然烈日下的风寥寥无几，但我相信我们能坚持下去。军训是一项考验毅力的课程，它教会了我在逆境中要坚持不懈，勇往直前的道理。

军训三天，站了三天，走了三天，想了三天。突然发现，自己变了很多。学会独立，学会不轻易地说放弃。明白往往在狂风暴雨过后，会有一片灿烂晴空。刺目的阳光还在眼前闪烁，我会对自己说：“坚持下去……”

今天上午我们练习齐步走，总是走不好，教官好像有点失望。他让我们停了下来，给我们讲，他说，学习好并不重要，重要的是各个方面的知识都要全面。他又讲起了历史说了一大堆，我们都忘了，他又问，使夏朝结束商朝建立的战争是什么战争，我只记得有个牧野之战，他又问谁是历史课代表，我有点胆怯的的举起了手，他又问了一遍，我不敢说，后来他说出了答案，竟然就是牧野之战，我有点懊悔。他又问是什么时候发生的，我真不知道了，不敢看他，转移了视线。他又说出了答案，我直接懵了。什么嘛怎么那么陌生，好像从来没听过似的。他还告诉我们一句名言：别人身上的不足，可能就是你存在的价值

过了一会，又开始练了。我的前面又成了孙静，所以，我又顺拐了，哎呀！教官看见了停下来教我，他告诉我不要看别人，自己走行了，顺拐了也要抬高手臂。

我照实做了，终于不顺拐了。真高兴！过了一会，我们休息了一下，老师给我们讲了个关于“太太啰嗦”的笑话。把我们逗笑了。还给我们讲了一个关于“一瓶水和半瓶水”的故事。让我们明白了许多。

下午，我们站了老长一段时间等军官。可是左等右等还是不来，好不容易来了让我们活动了一会儿，再训练了一会儿，就又跑去管别的班了，我们十分无奈地继续站着……

突然，教官的声音又响起：八年级六班向后转，齐步走。于是，我们就被“唤”了过去。一看，原来是走给七年级的看啊！到了终点，有几个男生还挨了揍，惨啊。又过了一会儿，我们又转了回去，再走回去。终于停了，我们不知又站了多久。

他终于想起我们了，不过，我们又重走了一个来回。我们都很不满，什么嘛！他是不是我们的教官？都不要我们了。

最后，终于要教我们了。这次教我们正步走，我们学了好一会儿，终于有点模样了。后来，他又让我们走不过他喊的是齐步走，有些人没反应过来，还正步走呢。

正步走不容易顺拐，所以我也没有再顺过，不过孙静依然顺着。最后休息的时候，我们都坐下了，教官叫我们伸直腿，让我们用手掰脚尖，起初有点疼，不过我还是坚持下来了，感到不大疼了。

今天总体还是好的，要加油呦！

仿佛就是弹指一挥间，7天的军训已经结束了，我们也终于回到了“文明社会”。可是当我躺在舒服的床上，竟开始怀念那张十分爱叫的碎木板拼凑的床，呼吸间有着抑制不住的哀伤，仿佛有着无限的不舍，无限的思念，无限的眷恋，还有，无限的怀念。

7天，168个小时，10080分钟，604800秒，就这样在不知不觉间度匆匆溜走了，可是有那么几个人，已经深深的刻在了我16岁的记忆中。是我们的陈志鹏教官，是我们的陈飞连长，亦或是我们的小二黑王飞营长。我们收获了坚强的意志，顽强的体魄，而他们留下的，只有一段深深的回忆。

一早上，我们都在练习这些东西。军衣上，军裤上，头上，全是湿淋淋的一片，一身的汗，好似我们刚跳进了水塘。 本以为就这么完事儿了，可没想到的是——“再跑5圈!”啊!我们的哀怨声络绎不绝。我们在心中抱怨：这简直是魔鬼训练营嘛!可是却不敢不服从。跑的过程中，我们就跟七旬老太一样，以龟速前进。五圈下来，还挺轻松。可是——“重跑!保持队型，加快速度!喊口号!步伐要一致!”我们晕了过去。只好重来了，别的不说，就说加快速度那一条。可把我累得够呛!前两圈，勉勉强强撑了过去;从第三圈开始，我渐渐不行了，体力开始透支，脚上就像灌了铅似的，每一步，都是那么的艰难。阳光不停地考验我们的意志,手酸了,脚僵了,简直就跟十八层地狱没什么两样,让人有股想一下子跑回家享受空调的荫庇的冲动。并不很多的路程,如今却比孙悟空的十个跟头还要远,双脚踩在跑道上却像是踩在棉花上,脑中一片空白……但是，当我看到旁边的同学们也依旧在奋力奔跑，我的心中顿时充满了希望，身上充满了力量。我一咬牙：拼了!坚持下去!坚持就是胜利!总算跑完了，一屁股坐下去,汗珠不停地滴落,见证了我的苦和累.

正午时分，我们拖着疲惫不堪的身子回家了。半天的军训虽然短暂，但却给我留下深刻的印象。它磨练了我的意志，锻炼了我吃苦耐劳的精神，让我在劳累中收获快乐，在努力中懂得超越，在拼搏中懂得了坚强。未来的人生道路上，面对艰苦环境时，坚强将成为我拼搏的动力，作战的实力!

The Huang Mountain is a place of interest. here are lots of tourists seeing sights every day. Years ago, some of them paid no attention to environment protection.
