今天是我们校新生开始进行军训的日子，对高一新生进行军训暨纪律教育，是校领导集体研究决定的，得到了市青少年体训大队领导的重视和支持。在此，我代表校委会，对市青少年体训大队领导给予的关心支持表示衷心感谢，对各位教官表示欢迎和崇高敬意，对参加这一活动的老师和同学们致以诚挚的问候。

新学期也是高中生话中的第一次军训。在五天短暂而又难忘的日子里，我们欢笑、崩溃、兴奋、不舍都写在满是汗水的脸上，与教官、老师、同学等等生活很开心很丰富。

那是到军营的第一天，我们拖着行李来到宿舍。疲惫的心还没平复，只见教官严肃的走进来教怎么叠被子，我们都看的目不转睛。也许是因为在家里没有这么认真叠过被子吧，还算蛮开心的。下午的训练，终于见识到军训是什么感受，在太阳下一暴晒就是半天的时间，以我的性格真的是很难办到，可是就这样一天一天的克服，强烈的心理斗争。突然发觉在太阳下站几小时不是一件很痛苦的事，就算脚再酸腿再麻，想着大家都平等待遇，他们都可以一动不动的坚持下来，为何我不行？我们不会轻易认输！只要想着有一个高一（11）班的集体就会不懈的坚持下去。

在军营的第三天发生了一件另我们至今还感到歉疚的事。因为我们的不认真、不努力、不配合，要另换教官训练我们，这令我们很不安。大家都明白教官对我们很好，处处关心我们，然而我们却把关心当作一种放纵。那天下午教官没来，是总教官来代训，对我们讲了一些语重心长的话，看到大家有的都红了眼眶，就明白这段教诲没白费。

自从这件事以后，我们训练更加认真、刻苦。一眨眼五天的训练已经到第四天，那晚的文艺表演上，我们班的表演引来一阵阵欢呼。快乐很快结束，第二天就是演练，那天晚上永远不会忘记我们互相转告“明天比赛要认真！声音要最大！我们一定要拿到第一！”互相给予鼓励，五天的艰苦训练，好坏就在明天见分晓。果然不出所料，我们班光荣的获得第三名。虽说只是第三，但这张奖状是用三十几位的同学辛苦、教官的苦心训练换来，这最珍贵！

在临走的那天中午，我再次被同学们的真心所感动。教官那天身体不舒服，被我们看在眼里，大家就纷纷拿水和杯子给教官，但被教官拒绝。当时心里有着说不出的感受。终于要走了，心里又开心又不舍，开心是因为马上能过舒坦的生活，不舍是要离开教官。五天的军训说长不长说短不短，多多少少有点感情。我们的不听话让教官失望，我们的努力成果令教官开心。一切的一切将成为美好的回忆。

在五天与同学们的相处里我发觉我们班是最团结的，我们高一（11）班在外人看来什么都是差劲。但我们做的一切只是想证明：特长班在学习和实践都不会输给其他人！

时光像柔软的棉花糖，香甜而又让人迷惑，当操场上再次跃起新一届高一新生军训的身影，我仿佛感受到了消散在去年那个九月的酷热，以及我曾有过的欢笑和泪水，挑战和感动。

空旷的天空里只流着几片灰色的云，九月里最肆虐的阳光全部集中投放在学校的田径场上，已开始接受军训的我们，立正在烤笼般的地上，身体已在摇摇欲坠，眼角的余光里只有一杆五星红旗独立而歌。此时，四周寂静极了，连平时最令人烦闷的虫鸣也没有了。我的信念与体力在进行极力激烈的争斗，我叹了一口气：今夏的炽烈与热情全被这魔鬼般的训练给抹杀了，我有些愤怒与不满地看了一眼教官。

军训早已过去，再回想起刚军训时教官说过的那句话，依旧清晰，依旧给人鼓励：“再苦再累，咬咬牙，挺一挺就过去了。”是的，很多时候多坚持一分钟，就战胜了自己，我相信军训带给我们的不仅是苦与累，更多的是锻炼了我们的意志，让我们学会了生活。

也许军训只是高中生活的一段插曲，但七天的军训生活将会在我记忆的流年里永远熠熠生光，因为我明白了：坚持，就会有奇迹！

如今，高一已经是下半学期了。期待下一届学弟学妹们的到来。估计教官也是同样期待，期待狠狠的“操练”他们啊!

整个下午，我们就像木偶一样，在操场遗失的一个角落里杵着。听我们教官说，这是“拔军姿”。呵，还别说，整个操场密密麻麻都是“拔军姿”的高一新生。还挺有军营中的气氛。可整个下午都这么站着，铁打的脚掌也受不了啊!收队后，大家一起蹲下对着教官画圈圈。

军训的第一天，很辛劳。虽说并没有太多的练习内容，也许是大家不太适应吧!上午到学校领取军训时的迷彩服，下午带来六十元服装用度，就像做生意一样。上学就是做生意，生活也是。谁能说不呢?

作为一名已经透露着成熟气味的高中生，我觉得军训有一点好处。军训了，我就不会由于无聊而花钱往上网打游戏，省下来的RMB就可以往买我喜欢的牛仔裤。

在此，我觉得有必要阐明一下什么是军训。“军训”就是军人的练习。说白了，那就叫“操练”。至于操练何解，就是往日教官在部队里受的累，以往吃的苦，一次性还给新兵。也可以说是“媳妇熬成婆”。他曾经的苦累，如今我们全盘接收，个别人还会加“俩菜”。隔壁班一男生，站队不老实，诶教官发现，然后，操场十圈。实在，十圈也就半个小时左釉冬教官不在乎。大家不约而同向导一句话：“兄弟，节哀。”

以后的几天都是艳阳高照。前方的人，在强光的折射下，显得有些弯曲。可我们仍然在联系那该死的姿势。大家对教官的态度，又厌恶了几分。在众多的姿势中，要数“蹲下”这个动作是最难受的了。

军中的“蹲下”与平时的不同。首先右脚后退半步，前脚掌自然着地，臀部坐在右脚跟上(膝不着地)，双脚分开约60度，手指自然并拢放在双膝上，上身保持竖立。用我们教官的话来说，半小时的“蹲下”，是莫大的享受啊。军中每次都要蹲2~3个小时。回宿舍都要互相扶着。但我们还是祖国的花朵啊。身体素质差的兰兰，很不性冬她，晕了。

军训期间值得留恋的，那就是嘹亮天际的军歌了。

当“我们都是飞行军，每一个子弹都消灭一个敌人……”响起时，我们豪情万丈;当“军港的夜啊，静静静……”响起时，我们心神向往;当“冷风飘飘落叶，军队是一朵绿花……”响起时，我们感慨万千。军人为我们付出了那么多，难道我们连小小的军训都应付不了吗?努力，努力在比赛上的第一。

相比之下，“坐下”应该是比较舒服的了。双腿盘起，双手自然放在膝上，上身保持竖立。我想：要是每人再配上一瓶冰红茶，我们就该放声高唱：“我自得的笑，我自得的笑……”

比军操，是我们练习成果的证实，可我们班没有拿奖。不能怪我们做得不好，以我们的实力，那评委老练的目光，安慰奖是志在必得的吧!可是，我们的教官也太紧张了，有一项竟然被他忘记了。十分啊，就这样say-bay了!真验证了我哥们那句话：“啊!郁闷啊!”

军训结束大会上，每个教官都选出了自己所带班级的七名优秀兵。很不好意思，我和教官关系不错，我也挂上了一个名额。这不算左后门吧!牵强点，也只能说是教官给我开后门，还逼我走进往。听说优秀兵考军校可以加五分。呵呵，感觉不错!

军训已经结束，但是生物钟作祟，还是会在早训的那个时间早早醒来。动一动还有些发酸的胳膊大腿，差点习惯性地强迫自己起身，却又猛地想到，军训已经彻底ending。立马松了口气，怀着解脱的满足感，又美美地睡过去。再次醒来，突然发现过去十多天紧张而有规律的日子一下子变得空荡荡的，一种纠结矛盾的感情便油然而生。

过去12天的军训，说不累是假的，但没有自己想象中的那么辛苦。多谢上天的厚爱，三分之二的日子不是雨天就是阴天，剩下的日子虽然也有热情的阳光，但是阳光总是“突然间爱上了下雨天”，突如其来的阳光雨，给我们带来了丝丝凉意，也带来了美丽的晚霞妹妹。于是那些天晚训的前半段时间，总是我们欣赏晚霞的黄金时段，在队列里偷偷拿出手机往天上拍拍，偶尔被教官捉到，也只是被数落一番，不影响大伙一起看美景的心情。军训快结束时和妈妈通电话，在被问到我们有没有做一些匍匐前进爬摸滚打之类高难度的训练时，我才意识到这些天来的军训其实挺轻松的，无非是那几个规规矩矩的队列动作。但是训练过程中却不觉得轻松还处处想着偷懒：站军姿的时候不是自觉地挺胸收腹双手紧贴裤缝还经常闭目养神；无法克制的小动作常常在教官身后发生；流汗了总是要打报告用手去擦还认为理所当然；跟教官讨价还价休息的时间长短……这些，让即将和教官分别的我们觉得惭愧和后悔。

“电信之花，ｅ气风发，青春无悔，戎装最美。”这句属于我们七营21连3排的口号，本以为可以在阅兵仪式上响彻嘉定田径场上空。但是由于整个二团因为喊口号听不到乐点而乱了步伐和排面，被军训旅旅长批评我们本末倒置，最终集体取消了这16字口号。我们承认嘉定二团和本部一团有差距，但是他的那番话明显把一团和二团处于对立地位，火药味极浓，我们怒了。“没有营连之分，没有一团二团，我们只有一个名字叫作同济。”“我爱同济，不是我爱四平路也不是我爱嘉定，是我爱同济。”事后看到大家转发的这几句话，深深地被这种强大的凝聚力感动到了。

30号下午阅兵结束，正如之前连长说的：“等到操场上再也看不到一个教官，好像人间蒸发了，那个时侯我们就离开了。”没有任何告别，走得悄无声息。这个夏天，他们整齐地出现在我们面前，迎接着他们的是我们怀疑叛逆的目光。12天后，他们又整齐而匆匆的离开了我们，送走他们的是我们的钦佩和不舍。没有期望哪一位教官能够记得我，也不奢求人生再有交集，只想对他们真诚的道声谢谢，只想对他们说，他们是最可爱的人。

我没有非常细腻的情感，记性也不好，曾经发生的事情真正令我怀念的并不多。初中和高中的军训已经在我的记忆中被马赛克掉了，而大二的这段军训时光，却有她独特的魅力。不管是休息时间的拉歌和游戏，还是和板报小组的同学们连续几天一起奋斗到深夜，每一次作与息都值得留念；不管是三排同志洒泪留住三排长一事，还是“大呆小傻”二三排长被起哄着“牵手”时的囧样，还是雷达连长把我们的脑袋比喻成雷达时的集体笑场，每一个泪与笑都值得回味；也不管是在美丽的嘉定湖边的大合唱和首长乘着小艇驶过进行检阅时的场景，还是联欢晚会时隔壁连的排长亮哥过生日被大家集体祝福的温馨场面，还是每次开饭前集体在食堂门口喊番号唱军歌时傻傻的模样，每一种气氛都让我有种身处集体的归属感。

说到我们训练成果的功臣,最大的功劳还是属于教官的,这六天的训练,他和我们一起训练,而且我们的陈教官都把嗓子给喊哑了,其他教官也都很辛苦.而且通过他们的动作和肤色,就可以想到他们在太阳底下晒了多少个小时,训练了多少个小时.听排长说,训练我们的这些教官,只在一起训练了三个月;九九大阅兵就练了一年的时间.

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

I have to say that music really has a strong attractiveness to me.

炎炎夏日，什么是凉爽的？对大多数人来说，吃着冰棍，吹着空调，大概是非常惬意的事。尔对我来说，穿着迷彩服，站在烈日下喊着“一二三四”就是惬意无比的事。

坐着车来到军训基地，入目的是青山环绕。训练场上时不时走过的军官，无不彰显着大气。我的心情也因此澎湃。接下来就是分寝室，整理内务，换军服……后来站在训练场上，接受总军长的训话，然后开始分教官。我们的教官姓尚，很年轻，有点矮，看起来不太严肃。

现实总是比想象要残酷的多。迎着烈日，强烈的紫外线无情的射在我的皮肤上，汗水从头顶流过额头，眼睛，脸颊，下巴，又顺着脖颈流入衣内，眼睛被刺得睁不开，可我们必须得坚持，因为教官正站在我们的正面监督着我们：“那个男生，不要乱动，再动就让你们都站十分钟。”大概过了五分钟，脚后跟传来了刺痛，我们不禁有些左摇右晃，“不要晃，站直，再多站十分钟。”心中得苦水顿时漫了出来，我听见了旁边的女生低声地咒骂，我抿抿唇，汗水流入口内，酸酸的，咸咸的，这种滋味似乎会永远烙印在我们的心中

军训中虽然很艰苦，也有让我们快乐的事。当老师过来对我们说下午要出去参观，我们是神采飞扬，高兴的跳了起来。

下午乘车来到海滨乘游轮观海。排了很长时间的队，终于轮到我们啦。踏上甲板，船启动了，离岸越来越远，大有一种壮士不回头的气概。轮船慢悠悠地在海面上晃着，发出“轰轰”的声响。船身与海面激起白白的水花，向远处蔓延，变成一层层涟漪。靠着围栏，看着不远处的码头，高高的架子，不断来往的集装箱，左右移动的吊车，看起来是那么的宏伟。回去的途中飞来了几只海鸥，它们一会儿扑打着海面，一会飞向空中，那么的自由。淡淡的，含着咸味的海风拂过，吹去了我们心中的烦躁。

时光如白驹过隙，短短的四天时间结束了。夕阳懒懒地挂在天边，我的心情也逐渐放松。坐在车里，这里的一切，也随着车子的行驶而消失在我的眼中。

军训犹如一股清泉，在炎炎夏日中，滋润着我的心房；军训犹如一绺清风，在炎炎夏日中拂去我心中的焦躁；军训犹如一抹彩虹，在炎炎夏日中，给人种种不一样的滋味。

漫长而又愉快的暑假生活终于悄无声息的走了，这意味着我即将要踏上高中的门槛，心里有种莫名的喜悦单。想到自己就要成为独当一面的大人，想到自己终于可以摆脱过去九年的“群居”生活，走向自己的“独居”生活，十分开心。

一直以为，能够实现“独居”生活的人才是一个长大了的人，但，接下来十天特殊的课程却完全否定了我曾经幼稚的想法。

来到学校的第三天便开始了我们大一新生为期十天的军训生涯。不可否认，当听到我们军训的时间只每天四五个小时，而且都避开了太阳的猛烈之时时，我在心中窃喜了良久，轻叹一口气，“侥幸逃过一劫，真好啊!”以为这十天可以轻松玩过去，良不知，这一劫，我仍旧没逃过。

军训所教的动作与高中时相仿，唯一不同的就是——气氛。对，就是气氛。高中时，大家都抱着一种玩耍的心态去参加军训，那时的教官也是对我们温柔有加，想到这里，我只能用“魔鬼”来形容如今的教官。教官对我们真的很严格。我记得教官常说的一句话是：你们要记住，这就是一个整体，所以别在里面搞个人的小动作，只要有一个人犯错，你们就得全体受罚……自此，“集体”这个词就在不知不觉中走入了我的内心。

不是不知道集体荣誉感，而是很少把它当作一回事。以前，搞得最多的就是个人主义。可是现在，当总是因为个人犯错而集体被受罚时，就不得不把它当作一回事了。因为被罚可不是一件好玩的事。

别以为站着累，蹲着就舒服了，蹲了以后，你就会后悔的。真的，蹲着的时候整个身体的重量都落到了右腿上，短时间还可以，要是时间长了，腿都麻了。不过，在蹲下时，耳朵倒是接收到了很有益的信息——听到一个教官再说：“你们要忘记你们的右腿，你们的右脚不是你们自己的!”这句话真的很有用，我试着忘记右腿，效果真的不错，慢慢地，就忘记了累。其实，这也是一门不错的课，也就是说，很多东西，看起来似乎很难，永远都不能达到目标，但真正实践了，就会发现，其实再难的事做起来也会变简单，即：凡是都要有勇气走出第一步。俗话都有说：“车到山前必有路，人到桥头自然直”.因此，今后不管是在学习上，还是已踏入社会，我们在面对困难时都不能退缩，只要踏出了第一步，也就等于成功了一半。

也许对于真正的训练来说，我们的军训是微不足道的，但这十天我们的收获也是不少的。十天，让我知道集体的感念，知道团结的重要性。当然，今后，我们也要记得要有吃苦耐劳的精神，不怕苦，不怕累…… 军训已经结束了，但我们的大学生活才刚刚开始，今后，还有很多挫折在等着我们，我将牢记这十天的课，并将所学运用到生活的每个细节，勇往直前!
