在这严厉的训练中，并不是每一个人都能坚持到最后的，看着那些体弱的同学因为身体的不适应而逐个退出训练，我想，这就是我们因为肯定与赞同“身体是革命的本钱”这句话的时候了，开始更加认真的对待教官为我们付出的一分一秒。叫苦叫累的同学更是不计其数，也许是因为两个月的假期让我们过的太懒散了，而对这些在行动上限制了自由的训练有些不习惯，但绝大多数都是因为体力不支而终止了训练的。

孟子曰：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。”的确，现在的我们都是父母的心头肉，他们哪里舍得让我们吃苦啊，我们这些小皇帝在家没受过什么苦，所以现在的锻炼是必要的。

一天下来，那样阳光的我们全部都变的面黄肌瘦，软弱无力，但是每当我一想到那尽力参加会操比赛的我们与我们超越自我的表现，那些苦，那些累全部都荡然无存。这一切都要归功于教官，不是他，原本懒散的我们怎么会团结起来，共同努力，向会操的成功又迈出了一步呢?

去军训这五天，我学会了很多东西，而且懂事了很多。经过这五天，我从一个“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的大小姐，变成一个会自理自立的小女孩。

在这次军训里，我们经历了很多事情，有开心、有伤心。特别有两件事情最让我难忘的。

第一件让我难忘的事情是我们的拔河比赛。这次拔河比赛，我们用尽全力去拔，连手都拔红了，最后争取到了决赛的机会。在决赛上，我们一开始不够南庄三中的同学拔的，但我们看到老师和同学为我们加油，我就想，我们不能放弃，不能让老师和同学失望。最后我们还是赢了。

第二件让我难以忘怀的事情识：在星期一那天，对别人来说是一个普通的日子，那天是我们班的小茹和林嘉浩的生日，你一定会说，他们会开开心心地过生日。但其实不是，那天小茹的父母发短信给李老师，说祝小茹生日快乐。当老师转告给她听时，小茹哭了，因为她想家了。我们听到她说这件事时，有很多同学都哭了，都开始想家了。别看我坚强的没有哭，其实我内心也在想家。每个人的生日都和父母一起开开心心地过，他们却在生日那天还要军训不能和父母一起过生日。

去军训虽然辛苦，但我们都撑了过去。内务卫生的分数，我们507宿舍比我们班的其他宿舍的分数要高点，因为我们宿舍的人虽然懒，但别人一提醒就会自觉去搞内务卫生。

这次军训，我们班还拿了拔河比赛优秀奖和作风纪律奖，我拿了团结合作奖。

经过这次军训，我知道了做什么事都要认认真真做，就像军人一样，连叠被子都不马虎。平时要懂得父母对你的好，和同学相处要团结一致。我会把军训当做一个新起点，以前做的不好的地方要改正，不能再犯同样的错误;在家里多帮助父母做家务。

这几天非常辛苦，但我们都撑了过去，连一些体力差的同学都撑过去了。这说明，虽然辛苦，但只要我们坚持，努力就可以把事情做到最好。

坚持就是胜利。在军训里我学会了自理自立，学会了坚持，并且学会了忍耐。日后，我一定把这几天军训的精神带到学习上，并且，不管做什么事也认真对待。

联系正步的时候，教官让我们控腿，一控就是十分钟，当然有教官陪伴，十分钟不到，我们已经东倒西歪了。可教官却稳稳地站在那，还和我们聊天呢。我不禁佩服他们的毅力和耐力。后几天我们学了擒敌拳，有几个教官给我们表演了跳起来再摔下去的动作，真是太厉害了。我的手都快拍麻了，无限的敬佩涌上心头。

高一伊邕，便是军训。

接过军服的瞬间心情很是特别。我从没起过当军人的念头。“男儿本应驻守边疆保家卫国”等等大无畏革命思想统统与我无关，还是留给那些血气方刚立志效国的人比较好。本着“既然开始，认真到底”的责任感，体验了一把当兵的感觉。

罩上那身墨绿衣裳，顶着帽子挺着胸膛，昂扬地面向炙热的骄阳。教官咕咕唧唧重复着要“站个标准军姿”，可气温却着实叫人难熬。热风浮动卷走清凉，徒留汗水一粒粒在体表聚集、蜿蜒，直至坠落。想想七八月围着火炉的感觉，总之不相上下。后背挺的笔直，与衣服有了间隙，汗水便如蚁虫蠕动。好不容易盼到教官将后脑勺丢给我们的空当，飞快地用手去挠一下，或是腰疼腿麻的赶紧动一把，唯恐教官一回头眼神如刀，割开内心强撑的镇定。

如此看来操场边上被藤木掩映的一条长廊简直是伊甸园。终于弄明白了所谓的幸福感都是比较出来的。你幸福，是因为有人比你过的差。而长廊上时常坐着的几乎是高二、高三的人，看着我们微微发笑，不知道心里在想着什么。

军训中偶有休息，席地而坐，喝口水，偶尔的偶尔也唱几首歌。我不上去唱，我心理素质没那么好，看的人一多就容易走调。但有的人愿意，虽然唱的不那么好，也值得为这份勇气鼓个掌。

闲时教官也挺乐意与我们吹牛侃大山。用一口并不标准的普通话扯扯部队里的事，说起当兵的艰苦，说起当兵的荣耀，说起当兵的兄弟情谊，说起当兵的娱乐方式……凡此种种，足以煽动一些人浮想联翩，神往那似笼在迷雾中的绿色军营。

“服从是军人的天职”，确是如此，训练场上教官务求我们的每一个动作都趋于完美。军姿、正步，不断完善不断调整，算不上苛求，只是单纯地想努力教好我们，仅此而已。

3月9日，我们全体同学来到“圆山军训训练基地”军训，我们用军人的方式生活了三天，我们时而快乐，时而悲伤;时而放松，时而认真;时而吵闹，时而安静。但我却喜欢那严肃认真的训练时间。

从来到的第一天，我们就开始训练了，我们练习了三种姿势，包括站姿、蹲姿和坐姿。练习站姿时要昂首挺胸，双脚要站成“小八字”;练习蹲姿时，应该在我们平时蹲下的基础上，让右腿膝盖接近地面，但不碰到地面，手要扶着膝盖;练习坐姿时，要盘腿坐，抬头挺胸，双手扶膝。教官也很关心我们的身体，毕竟我们是第一次参加军训，他不会让我们太累。他看见我们站累了，就让我们蹲一会儿，就可以练习一下坐姿了。这样既不会让我们非常的累，又可以让我们练习。

“功夫不负有心人”，经过三天的练习，在“军训结营典礼”上，我们一班获得了“优胜团队”的称号，并得到了一面锦旗，它是由我们这三天的辛苦和汗水换来的。通过这次军训，同学们互相关心，互相帮助，团结协作，增进了友谊，锻炼了我们独立生活的能力。重要的是让我明白了：再苦再累也不能轻易放弃，要坚持到底，才能取得胜利。

没有人不崇拜解放军，没有人不敬佩八一帽徽，没有人不感叹当兵的生活。虽然，不是真枪实弹的体验，不是翻山越岭的磨练，但对于小学生的我们而言，也是人生中的一次考验。前几天在字典上看到过“洗礼”这个词，我觉得这次对于军训生活的总结用这个词恰到好处。正是这次的军训生活，重新洗礼了我的人生。

总的来说这次军训生活是有意思，有收获，有感慨的。至少对我而言是这样。我们经历了四天的训练，第五天总结汇报演出。在这次军训中，每个同学都很努力。我们昂首挺立的站军姿。我们简明快速的稍息、立正。我们一丝不苟的练习正步走。在这每一项训练中，我们都是以一名军人的姿态要求自己，争取做到最好。严格的要求自己是我们最初的目标。可能大家做的还不够好，跟真正的解放军叔叔是没办法比较的，但是我知道，每一名同学都使出了百分之一百的努力。

在这次军训中，我受益匪浅。虽然每一项训练都是很累很苦的，可我觉得这个辛苦是值得的。在烈日下，我可以忍住汗水滑下额头，依旧毅然挺立。每每踢正步弄得脚心，脚跟都疼的时候我也不会偷懒，争取把每一个动作都做到位。这样我学会了不轻言放弃。因为我知道，只有有恒心的人，才会有所作为。

孟子说：“天降大任于斯人，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤”。我觉得这就是我们在军训生活中最应该学到的。磨练意识，增强耐性。锻炼身体，保家卫国。也正是因为这次军训生活，让我重新考虑了我现在的生活和学习。也正是因为有了这次军训生活，让我的人生更加熠熠生辉。

they need to figure what is right and wrong. If they follow their stars in the

wrong way, they will ruin themselves. So people need to support their stars in

the wise way.

I have a cat named mimi. Its hair is as white as snow. I often play games with it. It amuses me a lot and I treat it as a little friend. Every morning, I would say goodbye to it before I go to school and mimi would wave its front-legs to me. It brings me a lot of pleasure. But it takes time and costs money to keep the cat. My parents and I spend much time taking care of it, feeding it and cleaning it. We have to clean the house from time to time, or the cat will make them dirty and smelly.

军训，相信经历过亦或没经历过的人对它的反应都是累、苦。确实，严格的作息时间，长时间的训练，炙热晃眼的太阳……这让我们这些一向娇生惯养的人来说还真有点儿吃耐不住。但是经历过军训的人除了反应苦、累之外，相信还会另有一番体会，我就有这样的心得感想，下面让我来谈谈我的大学军训心得体会吧。

经过十几年的寒窗苦读终于考上了我理想的大学，按学校规定大学生入学需要先进行一次军训，这让我激动不已，早就盼望着能快点参加军训。军训，是一种考验、磨练、成熟性的活动。儿时的军训，纯粹是游戏;少年时的军训，仅不过是一种锻炼;大学军训截然不同，性质也得以升华。长达十二天的大学军训，让我有了不同的体会，让我明白的太多太多人生哲理，有一句话让我体会最深，一分耕耘，一分收获。军训后才真正感觉到它的内涵。

军训期间，大多时候都阳光明媚，学子们就面对阳光在站军姿。北方的太阳，晒在皮肤上是干干的，对南方的学子们来说就更是受不了。晒着眼睛都睁不开。这是我深有感触的。但无论谁都没有退缩，在跟太阳作战。在站军姿中，学子们付出努力越高就站得越好。齐步、跑步等训练都是很耗体力的活动，只要认真去做就能走齐、跑齐。内务训练亦如此，就拿叠被来说吧，压被压的时间长，被就薄;扣被扣的时间长，被就能更好成形。

那一排排的队伍犹如大树般伫立在草坪上，那一声声口令响亮的回荡在每一个莘莘学子当中。口令变了，队形也变了，这就是军训，一次有组织性的活动。

通过这次军训，我有了不同的心得体会，那就是一分耕耘，一分收获，的确如此呀，没有付出就没有收获。十二天的军训，对每个学子来说是多么的艰辛，在训练中付出的少怎能有更大的收获呢?但愿世间每个人都能体会出这其中的真谛，要做得好，得付出;要做得更好，得付出更多。

记得高中军训时，我们比这大学的军训还要苦。那时我们就十五六岁，每天早上天蒙蒙亮就得抓起来去军训一小时，然后再吃早饭，吃完饭又开始训。上午到__点，下午到_点结束，完了晚上还要自习，不说别的就军训时间就够拖累人了。而且，我们南方的气温比北方要高得多，九月份正是我们那儿热的时候。反正军训时你就别想穿干衣服。训练过程中，不时有人倒下，哭的人就更多了。但是军训结束后，整整一年，我们都特别的怀念那段生活。想想啊，和新结识的同学一起在烈日下流汗，流泪，和黑黑的、帅帅的教官在休息时瞎掰，以及时不时的捉弄一下教官：趁教官不注意时做做小动作，然后在与教官分别时哭得稀哩哗啦，扯着他的手不让他走。真的很有意思，也很感人!

现在又经历这大学军训，人长大了点或许吃苦的能力也强了吧，除了太阳猛烈了点外感觉没有以前累。但是军训时间比以前长，与同学教官建立起的感情就更深厚，特别是像我这样远离家长的学子来说，军训真的给了我们一个很好的适应过程。在军训过程中，劳累紧张的训练不仅减轻了我们的思乡情绪，消除了我们的陌生感，更锻炼了我们吃苦以及独立生活的能力。而且通过学习军事理论也让我们懂得了军训的意义，增强了爱国意识，也让自己多了一份责任感，感觉自己成熟了许多，所以特写下我的军训心得来纪念这次难忘的军训生活，为以后留下回忆。

The First Day in High School

Today was the first day of my new life. I looked at my new books and checked everything for the new school year. I was excited as well as worried.

今天是我新生活的第一天，我翻看我的新课本，检查了新学年的一切。我既激动又担心。

Entering new school, I was curious about everything, new classrooms, new teachers, new classmates etc. It would be a new start for each student. And what I was worried about is that I had no friends here. I wondered if no liked to play with me. Were the teachers strict with students?
