How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 三、苦但快乐着

四、火辣辣的太阳、火热的心

与其说是怕军训，不如说是怕太阳。难熬的不就是几天的日晒吗?这时候的太阳的确只能用一个字来形容“辣”。有许多同学被太阳打倒了，这除了要有一定的体力素质外，更需要精神上的支持，不能存在想逃跑的想法，要端正自己的态度。今天在烈日下训练，的确很难受，这意味着什么?这意味着平时我锻炼少了，但我幸运的是发现了这点，我会以胜似骄阳的热情来征服这次军训。

军姿站好了，谁也不能够乱动，即使汗流进了眼睛也不能擦汗，严厉的教官又一次发话了。此时的我，正站在刚开学时认为很美的大操场上受着魔鬼式的军姿训练，我心里的那个后悔啊。

在站军姿时有很多人坚持不了都晕了，毕竟都是大城市里的孩子，个个都被父母宠着、保护着，谁受过这种苦啊，但是却不知为什么，每次想倒下的时候都咬咬牙挺过来了，好像心底有个声音在对我说，不能输你可以的，既然来了，就不能在认输了。

教官总是一副恨铁不成钢的样子看着那些倒下的学生，然后又说：这就是祖国未来的花朵、这就是祖国的希望，真不知道现在的90后能不能肩负起保卫组国的重担。教官像是在自言自语，又像是在对着我们说，不过声音不大，但是站在他身边的却听得一清二楚。

突然，心里有了一种奇怪的信念，我绝对不能就这样倒下，不管多苦多累我都要熬下来，我要向教官证明，我们90后不全都是养在温室里的花朵，他们可以做到的，我们也一定行，我们90后，不输给任何人。我们也有信念，我们也有坚持，我们90后也是最棒的。

军训的项目不仅仅只有站军姿，还有稍息与立正、停止间转发、蹲下与起立……但是站军姿却是这中间最重要的项目。

眨眼间，军训生活已经过去了三天，没日没夜的训练，中途难免有很多学生受不了，然后退学了。来时白皙的皮肤在这军训期间也变得黝黑的了，每天在太阳底下训练，有的皮肤都晒得通红，我现在是深知农民伯伯夏天在太阳下耕种是有多辛苦了。有很多同学抱怨过、哭恼过，都被教官的一句：流血流汗，永不流泪，你们是祖国的希望、祖国的栋梁，你们不能就这样被打倒，要是你们在规定的期间里学不好军训的内容，我不介意多陪你们训练几天。教官的话很有气势，很多哭闹的学生都吓呆了，也有很多学生在认真思考教官的话。

流血流汗，永不流泪。我觉得教官的话给了我不小的启示，也让我在接下来军训的时间里，都咬咬牙坚强的挺下来了。

时间飞快流逝，七天的军训很快就过去了，心中再也没有了被表姐的一番说辞后留下的阴影，有的只是对军训的喜爱、对教官的不舍。

七天说长不长，说短不短，但却让我学会了很多。军训让我学会了坚强、学会了忍耐、学会了勇敢的面对困难。让我知道了面对挫折不能在选择逃避，俗话说，躲得过初一，躲不了十五，该面对的迟早要来。

更让我明白了作为一个中国人的责任，我们不应该是被父母保护在爱的港湾里，养在温室里的花朵，我们对于回报祖国，有着不可推卸的责任，我们是90后，但我们却不输给任何人。

今天是军训的第二天，我们班的同学们早早的来了集合场，火红的太阳照耀着大地，绿茵茵的草地和深蓝色的迷彩军装交相辉映，让同学们显得活力十足。

男兵铁骨铮铮，我们的女兵也是巾帼不让须眉。敬礼教官一声令下，整连齐刷刷的做好了敬礼姿势，女兵们反应迅速，整齐划一，实显女兵英姿飒爽之风采。教官还说到：今天的训练不是太累，虽然有点热，但这确实锻炼了我们的意志，对我们今后的生活帮助很大。

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

今天是军训的第一天，早上7点30分我们齐聚在学校操场举行军训开营仪式。负责此次军训教学任务的武警浙江总队警勤中队的官兵们早已列队整齐。

开营仪式由政教处副主任诸杰锋老师主持，首先是升旗仪式，战士们挺拔的身姿，标准的姿势给同学们留下了深刻印象。随后，学员代表和教官代表依次发言。学员代表发出铮铮誓言，决心不怕吃苦，不怕流汗，保证高质量完成军训所有任务，努力在军训中锤炼意志，磨练毅力，争取交出高中阶段第一份漂亮的成绩单。最后，陈雄副校长宣布最新高一军训开始。

今天的训练科目是站军姿，立正，跨列，稍息等等，站军姿时必须保持纹丝不动，立正稍息动作必须干净利落，一个摆臂的动作常常要练习几十遍甚至几百遍，对于暑假在家宅了三个月的我们来说，头顶的烈日真是有点让人吃不消，但是同学们选择咬牙坚持，实在撑不住就到休息处喝点食堂叔叔阿姨准备的绿豆汤、金银花茶，稍作休息马上又回到班级队伍中参加训练。班主任老师个个都是陪练员，顶着太阳，站在离我们最近的地方，给我们加油鼓劲，手中的相机不停记录着我们最英姿飒爽的风采。

军训的第一天就这样过去了，晚上躺在床上，脑海中不断回忆着军训的片段，耳边回响的是同学们响亮的口号，眼前浮现的是他们坚毅的目光，晶莹的汗水。我想，这就是青春最好的见证。

如果人生是一本书，那么，军训就是书中最美丽的彩叶;如果人生是一台戏，那么军训便是戏中最精彩的一幕。的确，这短短的五天军训便给我留下了美好的回忆.......

军训的第一天早上八点，我们学校的二十多个班，一千多人站在了操场上。同学们相互议论着：教官严厉吗?教官长什么样呢?这时，我们班的教官来了，又黑又瘦，没有我们想象中的那么帅，大家开始交头接耳。

“不许说话，动之前要打报告，今天，我们学习‘立正’、‘向右看齐’和‘原地转法’。”教官洪亮的声音想起来了。虽说教官的声音比较洪亮，但是听起来却有些好笑，听他的口音，不是本地人，说的话我们也根本听不清楚。

有的同学竟笑出声来。教官的声音再次响起：“不许笑!立正，抬头，挺胸，收腹，两腿挺直，两脚并拢靠齐，两脚尖分开成60度角，两肩稍向后弯曲，大拇指放在食指第二关节，中指放在身体左右两侧的裤线上，身体略微前倾。以这样的姿势站1个小时。”

在烈日下，我们一动不动地站着，汗水不断地从我们的头上滚落下来，浸湿了我们的衣服。时间在一分一秒的走，我们坚持着，这时，有的同学晕倒了。幸好教官不那么严厉，我们只站了短短的半个小时，教官就让我们原地休息了，休息了15分钟，又接着练站立。一上午下来，同学们的身体个个像散了架子似的.......五天训练下来，同学们个个都晒黑了，有的同学脚磨出了水泡，但是同学们都咬着牙坚持了下来.....

在第五天的下午，当我们班以标准的正步通过学校领导的检阅时，同学们欢呼着，五天的汗水没有白流。

五天的军训结束了，时间虽说很短，但是这次特殊的经历，在我们成长的道路上留下了深刻而又难忘的一笔。
