我们在这里天天都要上课。从宿舍走到教学楼需要一个钟头。而我们每天要走3个来回，所以想减肥的人来参加这个夏令营一定能减肥成功!我们上课是外教和一个助教上的。上课的形式很灵活，一会儿玩游戏，一会儿单词接龙，一会儿听老师讲故事。我们上课也很随便，外教不会要你坐得整整齐齐，我们喜欢干嘛就干嘛，可以到处乱走，可以下位同其他同学进行英语交流。因为外教喜欢自由，所以也让我们自由。

在这里，我认识了许许多多的朋友，同她们在生活上互帮互助，一起学习，一起聊天。每当我无聊时，她们便会讲笑话给我听;每当我作业不会做时，她们便会一题一题地讲解给我听，直到我会为止;每当我生活上遇到困难时，她们会尽自己最大的力量帮助我;每当我伤心时，她们会安慰我;同她们在一起，我觉得时间过得飞快，觉得十分开心!

在这里十分辛苦，要自己洗衣服、晾衣服，还有许许多多的事情需要自己做主。晚上，洗完澡后，便要自己将衣服洗干净。洗衣服非常辛苦，有时怎么搓都搓不干净，直到搓得双手红通通的，才搓干净一小部分。好不容易搓干净了，接下来是扭干衣服。衣服很重，我费了很大的劲才扭干，此时我已经累得气喘吁吁了。但是还要将衣服晾上去，晾衣服的那根竹竿太高了，我又太矮了。所以我只好请宿舍里的两个高二的姐姐帮忙。

I read the Chinese version of “Camille” a few years ago. At that time I was deeply moved by the main character Marguerite Gautier. “Camille” or “The Lady of the Camellias” by Alexandre Dumas, fils, is the story of Marguerite Gautier, a young courtesan, or kept woman, in Paris in the mid 1800s, and how she falls in love with a young man, Armand Duval, and then tries to escape from her questionable past. She felt used, abused and unloved, until the gentle Armand Duval came into her life and showed her that he loved her as a person and not for what she could do for him. It must have taken great courage for Marguerite to leave the life she had lived for so long, knowing all along that it was probably too good to be true and would not last indefinitely. And it also showed that Marguerite really loved Armand Duval for she could even change herself for him.

However, happiness didn’t last for long. When M. Duval, Armands father, came to her, pleading for her to leave Armand to save both Armands reputation and that of his younger innocent sister, Marguerite saw a way to become pure of heart, if not in body. She felt that it was her duty, because she loved Armand so much, to do this even though it meant giving up her own happiness and hurting Armand temporarily. She reluctantly returned to her former life, knowing that some day Armand would forgive her. Sadly, she died in debt and basically alone, except for her one female friend, Julie Duprat, who helped her during her illness. She had her journal sent to Armand after her death, explaining why she had made the choices she had. I think Dumass last few lines about Marguerite being the exception, not the rule were quite true, and I also agreed with his view that while her lifestyle could not be condoned, we as a society assume that all of these type of women are cold and heartless, while this may not always be the case. A person can make the wrong choices in life when they are young, and try to redeem themselves, but sometimes past situations prevent them from changing their lives, even though they desperately wish to do so. This applies to both men and women in many different types of circumstances: involvement in crime; drug or alcohol abuse; gambling; prostitution; financial problems; poor marriage choices; etc. And this is the fact, which exists in the whole society.

As far as the other characters in the book, I think Marguerite was right in saying that no one truly cared about her, but only wanted something from her, the only exceptions being Armand and Julie Duprat. Of course, the Comte de G. and Comte de N. wanted her body and appearance. The Duke needed to “wake up and smell the coffee” and realize that she could never replace his dead daughter. If he truly cared, he could have helped her leave her lifestyle without “keeping” her himself. And lastly, Prudence was a blood-sucking leech who used Marguerite almost worse than the men. 就这样，为期一周的军训落下了帷幕。

现在想来，军训也没有很苦，记住的都是欢笑。尤其是和自己一个寝室的同学们都互相了解熟悉了，每天吵吵闹闹，过的都很充实。

每天早上五点半起床，趁着人少赶快洗脸刷牙，大概还没睡醒，有时候会原地站着发呆，等吹了六点的起床哨后会啊的一声尖叫猛然惊醒，这才手忙脚乱的换衣服梳头发穿鞋。早操回来有半个小时空闲，把卫生打扫好，只要教官不在，我们寝室里几个女生就坐在床上聊天，聊什么的都有，不过大部分时间是控诉教官。

上午下午的训练分别有一段二十分钟的休息时间，这是最大的盼头，眼睛死死盯着手表就等着到点好坐下休息。其实训练的时候最痛苦的不是那些正步走啊跑步走，是站军姿。腿疼得要死要活的还不能动，只能趁教官转身的时候悄悄弯一下腿，然后再龇牙咧嘴的站直。

军队的伙食不怎么样这是有目共睹的，盛到盘子里的都是菜汤tat.

还好我们每天都能洗澡，就像把全身的疲惫连同汗水一起冲进下水道一样，很爽。

晚上等教官训完话回到寝室里都已经九点半左右了，十点熄灯。所以要在半个小时之内在拥挤的水房内争得一席之地洗完衣服再跑到楼下晾，然后洗脸刷牙，换睡衣，整理寝室，关灯，睡觉。

八个小时过去，又是新的一天了。

军训前三天天气都很凉快，根本找不到太阳的影子。不过往后几天天天艳阳高照，地面烫得能烤肉了，汗顺着衣领往下滑，眼睁睁的看着自己的胳膊一天比一天黑，欲哭无泪。

一周过去，离开部队我也没有任何不舍或者如释重负的感觉，也就那样吧。

9月1日，是开学的第一天。也开始了我人生中的第一次军训。第一次离开家参加军训，让我体会到了在外面生活的辛苦……

我听姐姐说：部队是一个纪律严格的地方，军营非常艰苦，在他们那个时候，光站军姿就要练七、八天，真正要做到站如松、坐如钟的境界。说实话，虽然我的军训时间比较短，我还是觉得像是魔鬼训练营一样，让我不知不觉开始想家，开始哭了，也开始明白什么叫做“身在福中不知福”了。不过，我也觉得虽然军训很苦，但是苦中有乐，自己也得到了锻炼。像不会洗衣服、睡懒觉等等，都在这里有所改正，一向比较懒、有喜欢拖时间的我在这里得到了极大的锻炼。这次军训真的让我变了一个人，改正了很多缺点，更重要的是让我知道互相帮助、团结友爱的重要性，从不认识到认识，短短的时间让我结识了许多的朋友，我很开心。

教官对我们很严格，但也很关心我们。立正稍息我们练了很长时间，但也在无形中改掉了我喜欢驼背的毛病。我开始相信姐姐的话。当兵的看似很威风，但他们付出的汗水是我们根本无法想象的。当他们有成就时都会很怀念过去，也会珍惜现有的成果。所以当我觉得很苦很累时，当教官对我严格要求时，我振作起来，因为我知道教官也是由当兵开始苦出来的，他们付出更多的汗水，我们这些小小的苦又算得了什么呢?我觉得自己应该做得更好，虽然我常会因为没有做好被批评，但只要是我努力做了，无论被批评还是被表扬都是值得的。

俗话说：十年寒窗苦。读书尽管辛苦，可当兵的比我们更累、更苦，所以这些苦也就算不了什么了。不是说失败是成功之母么?不是说先苦后甜么?不是说没有最好只有更好的么?所以我会尽量做到最好。我也深深的知道教官的辛苦。通过这次军训我知道自己长大了、懂事了、让我知道自己不再是一个小孩子，不应该向家长撒娇了。

Once， when I was a teenager， my father and I were standing in line to buy tickets for the circus. Finally， there was only one family between us and the ticket counter.

This family made a big impression on me. There were eight children， all probably under the age of 12. You could tell they didnt have a lot of money.

Their clothes were not expensive， but they were clean. The children were well-behaved， all of them standing in line， two-by-two behind their parents， holding hands. They were excitedly jabbering about the clowns， elephants， and other acts they would see that night.

One could sense they had never been to the circus before. It promised to be a highlight of their young lives. The father and mother were at the head of the pack， standing proud as could be.

高一的军训的生活已经结束了，这次军训让我受益匪浅，它让我明白了团结就是力量以及让我学会了顽强不屈的精神。军训仿佛就是一次沐浴，它让我们脱胎洗礼，变得成熟了，变得懂事了。它是对自我的一次考验，同时也是对自己能力的一种提高。军训，意味着我们已经不再是懵懂的小学生，而是一名富有活力的初中生，它让我们在今后面对困难时，多了一份耐心，与坚强。使我们在今后的生活中能够更好的面对挫折。

在这次军训中，我们学会了站军姿，走正步……在学习的过程中经历了许多困难，但是都被我们解决了。现在想起来，还回味无穷。在我们解决的问题中，最让我难忘的就是我们班展示我们的军训成果。

在即将结束我们的军训生活的时候，教官告诉我们，我们在第二天的闭营仪式上要展示我们的军训成果，其中要展示我们走的正步和齐步，而且这两个交接要自然。我们听了以后，立刻认真的跟教官学习这个新的走法。我们一步一步地走，确保每一个动作都正确。尽管我们这样刻苦的练习，但是很多同学在两种走法切换的时候，都做还是不对。于是我们的教官又真对这个地方，手把手地教我们。我们一点一点地学，教官也一点一点地教，终于，我们全班的这个问题都搞定了。可是这个搞定了，下一个问题又迎面而来了。这个问题就是我们的口号声不够嘹亮。由于我们之前已经在太阳下站了一个小时了，所以这时的我们都很疲惫，声音喊出来有气无力的。经过一次又一次的“有气无力”，教官终于怒了。我们不希望教官因为我们而发怒，所以一个个鼓起精神，尽自己最大的力喊了出来。虽然喊声不是很大，但是我们尽力了，看着老师露出笑容，我们更加努力了。

一遍又一遍的喊，引得其他班的同学纷纷回头看我们班的同学。

第二天，我们举行了闭营仪式，在仪式上我们超常发挥，嘹亮的口号声以及整齐的踏步声，征服了所以校领导的心。于是，我们班获得了“展示一等奖”。记得当我们的教官知道我们得了一等奖后，笑得好开心，好开心。

军训的前一天，与已分别的初中同学在qq上聊天，听到他们说军训累死人了，每天需要站在炎炎的烈日下训练是多么的遭罪。虽然这并不是我第一次参加军训，心中的恐惧却油然而生。当我第一次见到教官，他那黝黑的面庞上严肃的表情，让我变得更加不知所措。心里想着希望早点离开这该死的鬼地方。第一堂的训练课便是看似简单的站军姿，酷热的天气每个人都仿佛要崩溃，可教官却依然严厉的指导我们每一个细节，休息的时候，教官不再板着脸，让人望而生却，领着我们一起游戏唱歌，和我们谈天说地。当他讲道，他是怎样由一个在家和我们一样娇生惯养从不做家务的孩子，变成一个堂堂正正的军人时，我被他的一字一句深深打动，接下来的日子，教官并不像刚开始那样的严厉，而更像一位亲昵的朋友，经常和我们谈心。他的嗓子渐渐哑了下来，每次嘴中都含有含片，听着他那沙哑的声音我们的训练也更加地刻苦，即为了夺得第一，也为了回报教官为我们的付出，不经意间，八天的日子一晃而过，不像刚开始那样难熬，最后一天的比赛虽然我们班并没有达到预期的目标，只得了第二名，但这一切并不重要，临行前，教官用那依然沙哑的声音哽咽地叮嘱我们：“回到学校一定要听老师的话，不要再顽皮.........”班里的每一个人几乎都是泪雨滂沱，一一与教官拥抱，当教官点名的时候，都大声地喊了一声“到!”坐在车上我们与教官挥手告别，直到他那“高大”的身躯消失在我们的视线中......

初中毕业之后，和我要好的同学渐渐离我远去，我们不得不各奔东西，我也因此变得格外孤寂，八天的军训让我拥有了新的友谊，每当回到寝室，我们便坐在一起开着玩笑，因为我的生日排行十二，所以他们都亲切的叫我“小十二”。我们坐在一起一遍一遍的唱着《生日礼物》，还把我们这个组合命名为1527(因为我们寝室一班有五个二班有七个)。我也因此不再那么孤单，仿佛是久旱逢甘露，当下车时，与其他人一一告别，此时让我懂得了“自己身边的位置只有那么多，总会有人进来，有人不得不离开。”

八天的军训让我懂得了很多很多，以前那个顽皮而稚嫩的孩子，被我留在了逐渐向后奔跑的时光中，我也真正从失力的阴影走出，明白了做事要持之以恒，虽然看似简单，并常被人挂在嘴边，但真正做起来要付出无尽的汗水。冬天已经来了，春天还会远吗?我定会为属于自己的春天，而扬帆起航，抵达想要的彼岸。

初入高中，我并没有感受到学习的紧张，生活的压力，分数的苦恼。而是体会到了军训的苦累。

军训说到底，我只能用两个最能体现我现状的字来说，就是：苦与累。

当然，如果没有军训，我不知道什么是苦的内涵;如果没有军训，我也不知道什么是累的蕴意。我并不承认自己是什么超人，我也是一个平凡的人，虽然可以一次次的坚持下来，但能在别人的唉声叹气中找到自我的心理安慰，我已经很满足了;虽然我不会喊到：“天呀!地呀!圣母玛利亚!上帝耶和华!李白!亚里士多德!莎士比亚!快救救我吧!”之类的话，但我还会期待着下一次哨子的响起，那短短的10分钟休息;虽然我并没有在训练时偷懒，但我还是希望教官的眼睛少往我这里看，可能会不知不觉中因某种原因而被罚;虽然我不知道什么叫“痛苦并快乐着”，但每次训练的时候我却很高兴，可我不认为是脑袋里的某根筋坏了。

看着被汗水打湿的衣服，拖着筋疲力尽的身体，我无怨无悔;当用着已经麻木的双脚走完又一轮正步后，我终于知道我已经很累了……

军训的生活很短暂，但在这短暂的时光里我却学会了很多。军训即将结束，我不知道会不会控制不了自己的情绪而抱着教官痛哭，当然我敢肯定我会十分、相当以及very very的难过。因为，他是我的高中，我的军训生活里的第一任教师!

在我国，当我们去上初中的时候，我们必须参加军训。到部分的学生都害怕军训，因为训练通常是在炎热的夏天进行。夏天，天气炎热难熬。但是，学生必须一整天都呆在外面。另外，训练还很辛苦。学生们必须像士兵一样。他们必须遵守很多在日常生活中无需遵守的规则。而且，教官对学生很严厉。他们像老师一样耐心照顾我们。但是，军训也是一种锻炼学生意志的好方法。它对学生的生活很有帮助。因此，军训对学生是很必要的。

When I went to middle school, it was hard for me to adjust the new

environment at first, because there were so many subjects to learn, I fell

behind other students. I did not know what to do, I just wanted to get away from

school. I talked about my annoyance to my friend, she told me that I got too

much pressure and she suggested me to take relax and made progress step by step.

She said everything would be better someday. Now I have made progress and when I

look back on the passed days, it was just a small problem for me. I got over the

hard moment and become a strong person.

来到这里，一种莫名的紧张气氛在我血液里飞快地加速流淌，心中七上八下——因为来到这里，我便是一名小军人。

教官的严厉是我磨练意志的动力，肃穆的军训场地是我坚持不懈的力量!运动对我并不是件很难得事情，但经过这一天艰辛和运动量并重的的训练之后，军训这个词在我的心里已经经过了一次翻天覆地的变化。今天，教官主要训练我们的速度、自制力和坚持，从深蹲就可以看出我的体力还不是太好，但我脑中一直回响着两个字：“坚持”。吃得苦中苦，方位人上人，我咬紧牙关，一挺就过去了，那些运动员、军人、成功人士，哪一个不是为了成功付出艰辛和汗水，才走向成功的?所有的成功都不是天上掉下来的，就算真的发生了，这样的事情，也要有力量接住它。军训就是一个天上掉下来的馅饼，把握好它，就能看到成功的曙光，因为军训就为我们塑造了一切成功的基础，我要牢牢的把握住这次机会。

“向右看齐!”、“队列报数!”、“稍息!”……动作练习完成后，我腰酸腿痛，不停地喘着气，甚至有想放弃的念头，但操场上那些激动人心、催人奋进的的标语，让我们坚持了下来。整个下午，空气中都充满了汗的味道和蚊子飞扬的场景，但我不怕，我认真的完成每一项教官的任务，规范地做好每一个动作。虽然，一天下来特别累，可我觉得很值得。

Generally, there are two tesons for the spam epidemic. On one hand, due to the face that text message is a comparatively cheap channel, many companies take advantage of it to advertise their products or servies. Whether people are willing to receive the message is neglected. On the other hand, those holding lots of imformation on cell phone users sell the information and make money our of it.

To solve the problem of spam message, people should make joint efforts. The government should set up laws to severely punish the illegal advertisers and those who disclose information. Cell phone researchers and developers should upgrade the products and enable them to delete the spam automatically. Should people ace together, they will be free from the spam message.

书面表达历来是英语教学中一个难点，要想在限定的时间内写出一篇质量上乘的文章，非一日之功。纵观几年来的高考书面表达，我们可以看出，高考英语写作越来越重视情景的设置，要求考生总结自己的感受和见解，给出自己的观点。书面表达又是全面衡量学生英语综合水平的一种测试形式，因此，我们不得不重视。

第一步，写作的内容，要求做到两点— 内容完整、相关。这两点只要考生不粗心，基本都能做到。比如陕西考区的题目，要求写暑假的安排，是一篇正反观点类的议论文。必须注意题目的要求，第一要提出讨论话题，Recently there has been a heated discussion about what the students should do during the summer vacation.(这是一个经典的模版开篇句型)。第二要写出一方面的观点，然后是另一方面的观点，最后提出自己的看法，根据要求缺一不可，否则就会被扣掉相应的分数，这就是完整。再比如，2005年广东考区的成语寓言故事，不仅要描写整个守株待兔的过程，还应该根据要求点名寓意，否则也是不完整，这点只要在课堂上强调，学生是很容易做到的。所谓相关，也就是不要过多出现文中没有的信息，不能过分发挥，一般学生犯此类错误的较少。

第二步，写作中的语法。在阅卷中，一般三个小的语法错误会被扣掉一分，一个大的语法错误(关于谓语的错误)会被扣掉一分。所以，学生应该尽量避免犯语法错误。我在课堂中会强调，对于语法基础薄弱的同学，除了加强自己的语法功底外，就是去背诵我给出的50个最高频用到的句法结构。这些结构不仅正确，而且一定是高考中的有效得分点，即使语法偏弱，记住这些句子然后在考试中使用也能避免学生自己造句中的语法错误，一举两得。比如，倒装句在考试中就很少有同学主动启用，但是一旦正确启用就会收到意想不到的效果，所以我会给出四组倒装句，然后让学生加强运用和练习。这些句子包括：

1、Only when we realize the importance of environmental protection, can we solve the problem of pollution.

2、So precious is time that we can’t afford to waste it.

3、Diligent as he was, he failed in passing the exam.

4、By no means should teenagers get into the habit of smocking.

第三步，连接词的运用，使文章连贯、流畅。我把这些词分为8类，叫做“畅词”，往往学生由于中西方语言的差异，会忽视这一点，所以在授课中会通过大量的练习巩固和加强学生的印象。而且不仅要写，还写出高水平的畅词，因为高考是选拔性考试，要做到“人无我有,人有我优”。比如，“首先”这个表示次序的畅词，一般同学一定想到的是firstly 或者first of all。可是我建议学生启用to begin with, 或者initially (这个是建议水平较好的启用)。“然而”，绝大部分启用but, however，我建议学生采用on the contrary 或者oppositely。

第四步，也是整个课程的核心部分，要强化“复杂、高级”两个概念。为什么是核心呢?因为学生在这一部分没有正确的认识，在平时的学习中老师也没有有意识灌输和训练总结。大部分学生以为只要写出来、写正确就可以拿到高分，其实80-120个单词包括大概10个句子，如果全部是简单的词汇和句型没有办法达到最高档作文的要求。因此，我们强调高级的词汇和高级复杂的句型，不是说全部必须高级，而是必须出现一些才能符合高考作文大纲的要求。在这一步中，我总结的“高分词汇选择原则”、“简单句到复杂句的瞬间转换”、“高分句子写作策略”以及“钻石得分50句”，通过这些理论和实践结合的讲解，学生会感觉成绩的快速提升，效果明显。

这一次我们又要去军训了，一共去了三次，我每一次都有参加，而且这一次是我在小学的最后一次军训，希望留下小学里最美好的回忆。虽然去过几次，但我还是很兴奋，军训的前一天晚上，我花了半个小时去买零食，半个小时去整理背包，然后带着激动的心情躺在了床上。在我的床上，我闭着眼睛幻想着这一次军训会发生的事，至于是在想些什么，我是绝对不会说出来的。

第二天，我奇怪的没有睡懒觉，六点钟就精神饱满地起床了。用的妈妈的话来说就是：起得比闹钟还早。（我家的闹钟是七点准时响的）穿好了衣服，准备好一切，已经可以去军训了。一看表，才六点半。我后悔了，可是又睡不着了，只好等到七点五十分去军训。到了学校，我激动地遇见了我们的教官，我们排队坐车来到了园山社会实践基地，（我们军训的地方）然后晒太阳！穿着难受的军服，接受着教官恐怖的折磨训练，我在心里暗道：可恨的教官，在学校是谁说自己脾气好来着？

经过教官长达一个上午的折磨，我激动的心情被折磨没了，下午，我每当我累得受不了的时候，就会望着同学们，然后在心里想：他们都能挺住，我怎么能倒下呢？接着，我就又坚持下来了。

晚上，是军训最有趣的时候，同学们兴奋地聊着天，可把我吓坏了，我一直以为很淡定的几个同学竞然那么八卦！第一天，大家兴奋得不得了，一直谈到了四点（凌晨）。我觉得他们超无聊，实在太八卦，所以早早地就睡了。

第二天，教官魔鬼式训练依旧，折磨得我们腰酸背痛。我恨不得把教官给把教官给吃饭的时候，也不让我们安宁，教官们在周围巡视，看你不顺眼，就说：站着！出去！不许吃饭！让同学们听了很难受，有时我恨不得把教官给吃了

这天晚上，大家不再那么吵了，昨天因为太吵，全宿舍被拉出去罚站，终于能早点睡觉子，昨天那些八卦的宿友们可是吵了我一宿。

第三天，也是军训的最后一天了，我又在教官的魔爪下坚持了一个上午。下午，开始了昨天和今天上午不知道排练了多少遍的结营仪式。说到这个，我一直很讨厌这些人，一个结营仪式都要虚伪成这样呀！

随着一声结营仪式正式结束我的心就象掉进了蜜罐子里，终于结束了，终于逃出教官的魔爪了！当然，这话我可不敢说，王宏彬，就是因此被教官连打带骂了一餐。

长达三天的军训终于结束了，虽然我很讨厌，但这是我最后一次和小学同学们这样在一起了，肯定要来啦！其实军训有时也真的挺开心，大家尝试一下也没关系，只不过我真的、真的、真的不想再试一次了！
