为期五天的军训生活，结束了。

尽管在过程中，有许多苦和累，有许多抱怨和不满，但，所幸，我们都坚持过来了，完成了这次蜕变。我们变黑了，变瘦了，心也变的更强大了，更坚毅了，更成熟了。军训刚开始的不适应已经消失，习惯真是强大，我已经习惯了这种豪爽快意的生活，可以大口喝水，可以快步奔跑，我习惯了风雨和炎日。

这五天，是我高中三年的开端，是我拼搏的开始。真庆幸，我坚持下来了，真庆幸，我做到了。不曾说放弃，不曾去逃避，在这个九月，又一次完成了青春的蜕变。苦难、阻碍、困境，一切阻挡我前行的障碍，我都会闯过去。

军训最累的是齐步走。是的，不是站军姿，不是跑步走。如果说，站军姿最考验人的毅力，那么齐步走最考验团队的默契。因为不是第一次军训，所以站军姿对我来说并不难，但，新的班级，团队之间的默契还没培养起来，每一次齐步走，排面是最大的问题。教官很无奈，我们一遍一遍练习。原地不动摆臂，一令一动，为了看起排面，我们长时间举着一只手臂，我的胳膊每次都会颤抖，手臂酸的像是不是自己的一样。多想放弃啊，只要一声报告，我就能放下手臂，就能活动一下。可，用余光看周围的同学，他们的脸上也写满痛苦，他们也和我一样在咬牙坚持，没有谁，向摆臂认输。我用牙齿咬了咬下嘴唇，痛觉呼唤回我徘徊不定的意志，帮我暂时夺得了手臂的指挥权。烈日下，有那么一群少年，他们绝不认输。“2”教官的声音是那么动听、悦耳，仿佛将我从天边拉了回来。汗水未断，但心境已变。

教官们也很苦，最后的会操表演彩排时，教官的声音已经沙哑了，但是教官依旧坚定的喊着“一二一，一二一”。尽管训练时他们是不苟言笑，严肃严厉的，往往注重纪律，精益求精，像是长辈一样训斥着我们；但在休息时，教官也可以是羞涩亲切的，这时候的教官更像是比我们大几岁的哥哥一样，使人感到轻松舒适。

这五天，我们像是坐在马背上，每一刻都战战兢兢，心里的弦绷得紧紧的，但当下马时，我们才发现我们已经走了那么远，也已经无法再回到马背上去体验。

There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

1、审题：审题是做到切题的第一步。所谓审题就是要看清题意，确定文章的中心思想、主题，并围绕中心思想组织材料。

2、进行构思，列出简单的提纲，打造文章之骨架：审好题、立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好几件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。

3、扩展成文：根据字数多少扩展成篇。扩展的内容一定要紧扣主题，千万不要写那些与主题不相关的内容。展开的方式包括：顺序法、举例法、比较法、对比法、说明法、因果法、推导法、归纳法和下定义等。可以根据需要任选一种或几种方式。

在这一步骤中还需注意三方面问题：

1)确保提纲中段落结构的思路与各段主题句的一致性。只有这样，才能保证所写段落不偏题、不跑题。

在扩展的过程中也有些窍门，以下几点可供参考：

1)在整篇文章中，避免只是用一两个句式或重复用同一词语。英语中存在着极为丰富的同义词，准确地使用同义词可以给读者清新的感觉。同时要灵活运用各种句式，如倒装句、强调句、省略句、主从复合句、对比句、分词短语、介词短语等，从而增加文章的可读性。

2)使用不同长度的句子。如果一个意思用一句话写不清楚的话，通过分句和合句或用两句、三句来表达，增强句子的连贯性和表现力。

3)改变句子的开头方式，不要总是以主、谓、宾、状的次序。可以把状语至于句首，或用分词等。

4)学会使用过渡词。

(1) 递进furthermore，moreover，besides，in addition，then，etc

(2) 转折however，but，nevertheless，afterwards，etc

(3) 总结finally，at last，in brief，to conclude，etc

(4) 强调really，indeed，certainly，surely，above a11，etc

(5) 对比in the same way，just as，on the other hand，etc

5)确定文章用第几人称写，基本时态是什么。使用人称时人物不能张冠李戴或指代不明。

时态要尽量保持一致。

4、检查修改：要检查复核，不要写完了事。

要留时间通读全文，修改可能出现的错误。检查上下文是否连贯，句子衔接是否自然流畅。检验的标准主要是句子是否通畅，该用连词的地方用了没有，所用的连词是否合适，是否有语法错误，主谓是否一致，动词的时态、语态、语气的使用是否正确，词组的搭配是否合乎习惯，是否有大小写、拼写、标点错误等，还有就是注意卷面整洁。

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

军训的日子虽苦，却像咖啡一样可以品尝出浓浓的滋味。我原先认为不行的，它却考验了我并告诉我要坚持到底，胜利终将属于有信念的人。每天的军姿站立，我知觉的时间已不在是时间，纵然两腿发酸却换得一身挺直。每次的坚持到底都会让我超越自己的感受。有过斜风细雨的洗淋却没有潮湿我火红的心，有过炎炎夏日的直射，却没有像晒黑皮肤一样，晒着我的执著。如果没有这种训练，我都不止到片刻的休息都会成为一种施舍，与平时休闲时间相比，那叫做真正的“奢侈”。

军姿展现的是军人的风采，也展现出的义愤从容之美，坚定之心，硬骨傲苍穹，笑傲风霜雪，你会觉得有股浩然正气贯长虹。如果青春是精品，那么军姿就是美丽。

也是军训让我体会到了军人的感受，当身边响起“说句心里话”时，我的眼中蓄满了泪水，我想当兵的人多少个日日夜夜听到这首歌也会黯然落泪吧。他们放弃了家的温暖，亲人的怀抱。这不能不说是伟大的业绩，他们是和祖国的星星一起，熠熠闪耀在我们上空的云层之上。我已经没有理由抱怨生活的枯燥与乏味。每天要过得充实有意义，有益于别人，有益于自己。因为有这样一个群体肩负着比我重十万倍的责任。因为有种生活比我艰苦十万倍。我也应该以军人的姿态展现在诗人面前。

9月1日，是我开始走进新集体的第一天，9月26日是我军训的第一天，这我体会到了在外面生活的辛苦。

一直听长辈说：“部队是一个纪律严格的地方，军营非常艰苦，在他们那个时候，光站军姿就要练七八天，真正要做到站如松、坐如钟的境界”。说实话，虽然我们的军训时间比较短，我还是觉得像是魔鬼训练一样，让我不知不觉开始想家，开始哭了，也开始明白什么叫做‘‘身在福中不知福”了。不过，我觉得虽然军训很苦，但是苦中有乐，自己也得到了锻炼。像不会洗衣服、睡懒觉等等。都在这里有所改正，一向比较懒的;有喜欢拖延时间的。我在这里得到了极大的锻炼，这次军训真的让我变了一个人，改正了很多缺点，更重要的是让我知道互相帮助，团结友爱的重要性，从不认识到认识，短短时间让我结识了许多的朋友，我很开心，教官对我们很严格，但也很关心我们，立正稍息我们练了很长时间，但也在无形中改掉了我喜欢驼背的毛病，我开始相信姐姐的话，当兵的看似很威风，但他们付出的汗水是我们根本无法想象的。当他们有成就时都会很怀念过去，也会珍惜现有的成果，所以当我觉得很苦很累时时，当教官对我严格要求时，我振作起来，因为我知道教官也是由当兵开始苦出来的，他们付出更多的汗水，我们这些小小的苦又算得了什么呢?我觉得自己应该做得更好，虽然我常会因为没有做好被批评，但只要是我努力做了，无论被批评还是被表扬都是值得的。

俗话说：“十年寒窗苦。读书尽管辛苦，可当兵的比我们更苦、更累，所以这些苦算不了什么，不是说失败是成功之母么?不是说先苦后甜么?不是说没有最好只有更好的么?所以我会尽量做到最好。我也深深的知道教官的辛苦，通过这次军训我知道自己长大了，懂事了，让我知道自己不再是一个小孩子，不应该向家长撒娇了。

有人说：“人生下来第一件事就是哭，没有笑的”，上帝也许是不公平的，但他给了我们公平的时间和大脑，他注定人必须从苦到乐，不付出哪来的收获?正如农民伯伯种田一样，春天播种，然后施肥，治虫等等，经过一系列苦活，累活之后，秋天才会有收获。所以，我们一定要不怕苦不怕累，只要扛过去就能让自己受益一辈子，你努力了，你收获了，别人不能占什么光，但你没有收获，别人就会看不起你，你就苦一辈子，所以我们一定要努力付出，付出越多就会越多的收获，所以军训虽苦，但收获是不可估量的，也能为我们在人生道路上打下良好的基础。

军训生活到来了，我充满了期待和好奇！

炎炎夏日，太阳散发着火辣辣的光芒，照的人睁不开眼睛。各班找好自己的位置，首先是进行队列的基本动作训练。训的第一课就是排队形站军姿，抬头、挺胸、收腹，双腿并拢双手十指夹紧贴于裤缝，双脚微分呈外八字型。老师做着标准的姿势，喊着口令让同学们跟着一起练，反复练，我做起来也真是难受。有的个别同学由于不集中精力听口令而动作都跟不上。老师训斥着，操场上似乎只有嘹亮的口号声和同学们一次又一次重复的动作，一直坚持到下课，腿脚都不由得酸痛。

原本一直对军训充满期待的我以为军训只是像平时上体育课那样简单轻松，可是看似简简单单的军姿却把我弄得连膝盖都直不起来，来来去去都还是重复那几个动作。一遍又一遍枯燥的动作，一堂课的军训让同学们十分劳累，咸咸的汗水，酸痛的四肢，和各式各样的表情。这就是军训对我们身体素质的考验。军训这几课下来，我们学到的不仅是站军姿，练队形，向左、向右、向后转，而是在磨练一种吃苦的耐力，一种坚持的精神，一种团结的意识！

这次军训生活唤醒了一个懒散的我，改正了我的一些陋习，让我昏沉的大脑瞬间清醒，颓废的精神得以重新振奋。让我认识到新学期已经开始，初中要加倍努力学习了。而且这次军训也让我知道我们不能做温室娇嫩的花朵，要尽快成长为参天大树，迎接风雨的洗礼。

我的军训生活是劳累的，也是美好的，他将给我留下一个美好的回忆，使我感受颇深！
