我们来到大海边，大海美丽的身影，让人流连忘返。最让我兴奋的是出海捕鱼。

登上了大轮船，轮船上有两位渔夫………船开了，载着我们的梦想扬帆启航。“万平公主”轮船在水平如镜的大海上飘动，而小浪花很调皮，时不时地拍打着轮船，让船儿摇摇晃晃地，增添几分惊险感。瞧！渔夫撒网了。渔网像一个听话的小朋友，慢慢地飘向远方。“这网能捕到鱼吗？”“瞧！那里有几个破洞，鱼儿不会钻出去吗？”“这网会不会飘走呀！”各种疑问都像海上的浪花一样奔涌而来。可这两位渔夫神态自若，大概对这些疑问熟视无睹。

四处搜寻，可这位“大仙”捕了半天还是竹篮打水――一场空。

见鱼蟹捕不着，便开始了挖水渠的道路。一开始，只有小朱，小锃和我三人。万事开头难，我们在中间挖了一个大坑，作为“主基地”，可离“能源站”――水源有好几十米，我们便商量了一下，我和小锃同学各开辟一条通向水源的道路，而小朱继续向前延伸。可我们发现这样的进程很慢，像蜗牛一样，所以我们聚焦在一个地方挖，果然如猎豹一样快，真是“人心齐，泰山移”呀！不一会儿，两通道便挖好了。过了十分钟，大队伍便一起来帮忙了，小渠的变化也芝麻开花节节高，一个令人惊叹不已的辉煌“巨著”便大功告成了……

我们放好了行李，来到大礼堂集合。

江教官拿出，两块大席子和一条小被子，教我们叠方块被教官叠好后，真相一块方方正正的豆腐，我们佩服极了！我们开始叠自己的小被子啦！这时教官对着我们叠不好被子的吼，谁要是叠不好，晚上就没有被子盖。我们都有点害怕，开始了万分认真的叠被子，可是我的被子又大又松又软，特别难叠，在这紧要关头一个摄影师朝着我使劲的拍照，使我浑身上下不自在。终于在我的努力下，我把方块被叠好了。

清早，我隐隐约约听见妈妈在说：“起床啦！去夏令营啦！”以前我总要在床上赖一会儿才起床，今天我却破天荒地一下子坐了起来。穿上衣服，飞快地刷完牙，洗完脸，龙卷风一般扫荡完了早餐，爸爸妈妈把我送到了少年宫。

和爸爸妈妈告别后，我走上大巴车，和几个好朋友坐在一起，一边说说笑笑，一边吃着零食。时间就这样从我的眼皮子底下溜走了。

临近中午，我们终于到达了目的地——杭州国际洞桥营地。

一到达目的地，我们就去吃午饭。这里吃饭的方式和自己家有点不一样，大家吃的都是相同的饭菜，吃完还要自己洗盘子。饭后，我们换上军装，个个成了神气十足的小军人。

下午，我们先去玩攀岩，我用力往上蹬，突然遇到了两块扁扁的、滑溜溜的石头，我实在没地方下脚，只好灰溜溜地下阵了。

之后我们去玩了爬网，我很轻松地爬了上去。

后来我们又玩了射击，晚上还有热闹的篝火晚会，活动真是丰富多彩！

回到宿舍的时候，我已经是筋疲力尽了，很快就进入了甜甜的梦乡。

第二天早上六点，我们被轻柔的音乐声唤醒。洗漱完毕，吃过早饭，我们就去活动了。我们先去做了模型，教官教我们做气动火箭，先做箭体，用一根塑料管把一张长方形的卡纸卷起来，用双面胶粘起来；再做箭头，用一张正方形彩纸卷成一个圆锥形，粘在箭体下方。火箭大功告成了！教官让我们把做好的火箭拿到外面试，我把火箭放在发射台上，紧张地按下按钮，火箭如同一只展翅高飞的雄鹰，冲上了蔚蓝的天空。之后我们又进行了火灾逃生演习，还聚在一起包饺子。我们包的饺子五花八门，自己包的特别好吃，大家都吃得津津有味！

时光飞逝，转眼就到了离开的时候，这次夏令营是我第一次离开家人独自在外面生活，使我懂得了自学、自理、自护、自强、自律！

今年暑假报名参加心智夏令营，算是第一次正规意义上的进入这样一个学习的角色，曾经纠结了很多年，伴随年龄的成长与通过学习，心智模式在几年前有了一个潜移默化的改变，那就是接纳，接纳是幸福的，我爱我自己，从身体的每个构件到灵魂的深处，以及自然的万物。

在学习之中感觉最深的是家庭排列这一块，非常之深，有震憾有欣喜，让我明白了更多，在自己，他人，与情景的模式中，更明白了只有这三者都共通的时候，沟通才能真正的产生，我会在不同的场合都会接纳自己的想法，以及耵听他人的声音，去关注对方，也让对方感觉到我的存在，他的存在。

爸爸妈妈之所以会为你选择这次夏令营，也是希望你能真正体会一下独立生活的滋味儿，放弃哪种凡事依赖的思想，去检验一下自己一个小男子汉的能力。虽然你顾虑很多，但是我们相信你能行，因为你的确长大了。虽然有时候连我们自己都不愿意去承认你长大的事实，但是你每每带给我们的惊喜和变化让我们看得出你真的长大了，象羽翼日渐丰满的小鸟，即将展翅飞向蓝天。而我们再也不能处处包办，时时呵护，这样无形中会抑制住你，让你停滞不前，让你认识不到自己的能力。

举个例子来说吧。从你刚上学之后，原本是习惯了一个人独自睡觉的，你适应的很快，让人没怎么费心。但是最近你却被惯坏了，我陪你睡了一段时间之后，你就再也离不开人陪了，需要人陪你才能入睡，半夜醒来也不能一个人睡着，而是悄悄潜入我们的房间，把我叫起来去陪你。每每你半夜像个幽灵一样的来打扰我们的美梦，害得我们很久不能入睡，弄得我们苦不堪言。你爸爸因此说你现在还没有“断奶”，其实我也反省，也许是妈妈同样也没有“断奶”。妈妈总是认为你还没有长大，所以一味地迁就你、纵容你，反而害了你，让你习惯了依赖，习惯了被呵护。

我想，通过这次夏令营，你我都该“断奶”了。你已经是一个小男子汉了，需要经历点磨练，不能总是过别人给你安排好的生活。你要相信自己的能力，就象你每次在围棋比赛或期末考试中所表现的那样，总是给我们带来惊喜，让人刮目相看。凡事都要迈出第一步，尽管开始有点艰难，但是后面你会发现路越走越宽，风景越来越美。爸爸妈妈都相信你，你不会让我们失望的!

在这次夏令营中，我需要提醒你的’有以下几件事，你一定要记住并尽量遵照执行：

一、首先要注意安全，不能做危险的事情，凡事按照老师说的去做，不让做的事情坚决不能做;

二、遵守纪律，象一个军人一样，在部队里形容纪律是铁的纪律，可见它是多么坚不可破，因此一定要严格遵守;

三、生活上有什么问题，一定要告诉老师，必要的时候请老师协助，不要不好意思，因为谁都有个第一次，没什么丢人的;

四、要跟小同学好好相处，不管认识的还是不认识的，大家既然在一起，就是缘分，就是一个整体，所以要团结友爱，别忘了好好照顾你们班的两位女生，你们是男子汉，一定要表现出男子汉的风度，有困难互相帮助;

五、自己的用品一定要注意保管，不能随手乱丢乱放，不好好保管无异于扔钱，不仅浪费，而且也影响使用;

六、如果觉得生活上很苦，或者想家，一定要咬牙坚持下来，想想那些生活困难的孩子们，你们那点苦根本算不了什么;

七、每天一定要写日记，把你认为有意义的事情记录下来，或者你认为好玩的事情都可以写下来，跟妈妈分享一下，让我过后也能知道你们都做了些什么;

八、记住一定要多喝水，定时大便，这两件事情是我最担心的，因为你从小就是个上面不爱进、下面也不爱出的家伙，连这些小事也需要大人时时在一边提醒，不然自己是万万想不起来的，这次没人提醒了，完全依靠自己，你一定要记下大便的时间，最多间隔不能超过2天。

“金色的沙滩，可爱的海豚，银色的军舰，神奇的导弹……”哇，真令人赞不绝口。夏令营活动虽然结束了，可激动人心的欢笑声仍在耳边回荡，那令人心动的情景时常在我的眼前浮现。

7月8日，我们一路欢歌，乘着车直奔美丽的海滨城市——青岛。

经过一天的颠簸，第二天上午，我终于看到了向往已久的大海。它比我想象的还要美：湛蓝的海水，明净的天空；海天相接，无边无际；碧波相连，涛声阵阵。“好美呀！”我不禁赞叹道。许多同学还来不及脱去鞋袜，就随着人流涌向沙滩。一阵海风吹来，清爽、新鲜，身上的疲劳和燥热一下子消失得无影无踪。

转眼间出发了，我们在车上有说有笑。这时，一位体型微胖的中年大叔上了车。他拿着扩音器，说：“各位同学，大家好，你们知道我是谁吗？”“戴教官！”有人大喊。“不对，人家呀，可是美貌与智慧并存的戴教官！”戴教官幽默地说。“哈哈哈……”车上的笑声回荡在路边。

夏令营这五天里，我认识了温柔美丽的林教官、幽默搞笑的唐教官和戴教官。这五天里，我们玩了水上拓展、陆地拓展、激光枪等项目，还举行了联欢晚会，还去南京旅游了……然而，最令我在记忆中抹不掉的经历就是水上拓展中的项目——飞夺泸定桥。

泸定桥主要是由五条铁索和两条红绳子组成的。那五条铁索横跨在河面上，红绳子在铁索的上端。老师先示范给我们看，只见他侧身站在铁索上，扶着红绳，脚也跟着往前走。同学们都跃跃欲试，而我却很害怕：这么深的水，万一掉下去怎么办？轮到我了，我慢慢往前走一步，看着那幽深的河水，像是要把我拉到水里，我赶紧退了回来。这时，老师和其他同学一直在喊：“加油，加油，你能行！”对，我能行，我给自己加油打气。我鼓足勇气，慢慢地把双脚放在铁索上，随即用双手紧紧抓住红绳子，然后脚小心翼翼地往前挪动。一会儿，我发现这并不可怕，便大步大步地往前走。我开始相信自己了，不一会儿，我就到达了终点，这时我感受到了从来没有尝过的成功的喜悦！

夏令营给我带来了无尽的欢乐，磨炼了我的意志，增强了我的勇气！夏令营之旅，令我永生难忘！

My best friend is --- He is 15 years old. We are both in the same class. He

works very hard. He is never late for school and he does well in all his

lessons. He is always ready to help others. My math is very poor, so he often

helps me with my math after class. His parents are both teachers. They are very

busy, so he often helps do the housework at home. He is a little shorter than me

but he is very strong. He likes playing football very much at school. We often

play football together and he plays it pretty well, He gets on well with us,

everyone in our class likes him.

It is known to all that today the environment has been badly polluted.

Though many action have been taken to protect our environment, it still has a

long way to go. Two years ago, I went to middle school, and the first moment I

saw the environment, I found that trees were very small, and many workers were

busy planting trees. Now, when I looked around our school, the trees were taller

than people and they grew so fast. People always talk about planting trees but

less of them can take action. If they plant trees immediately, then there would

be more green scenery. Protecting the environment is not just words. We should

take action right now.

传说，你会坐着满载礼物的驯鹿车，拉着雪橇，为每位小朋友送礼物。我还知道，你会穿着圣诞服，戴着红色的圣诞帽，悄悄地把礼物放进小朋友的圣诞袜子里。

所以每个小朋友都非常喜欢过圣诞节。这是一个充满了童话色彩的节日。

每年的圣诞节，我们都可以实现自己的一个愿望。今年的圣诞节，我有一个愿望。圣诞老人，你可以帮我实现吗?我身上有一个坏习惯，那就是做事写作业都很慢。圣诞老人，你可以帮助我把这个坏习惯改掉吗?如果我可以改掉的话，妈妈不用再盯着我做作业啦!那样一来，妈妈会很开心的。

我被强行送往广州“南阳英文中学”的夏令营旅途中。幻想：“我以为广告为实，谁知到那一看...凉风一吹，背后一颤。差一点就晕了。无语中。什么学校忠旨：“花钱买苦，无怨无悔...等。忽悠人的话。

我住在最边那一栋楼，最上面一层楼，最后一个房间。邪…。我和宿友一开始绞尽脑汁的想逃出魔鬼地狱吖。后来我们就：“既来之则安之”，不过我的娘吖，才给了我50元，（RMB）用来买日用品和零食，本人懒但有爱钱，天天抱着发财梦，在那又挣不到一个籽。郁闷吖。

头天晚上我和宿友误把宿友的红内裤看成红鬼的眼睛。虽然说回家的的日子一天一天的到来，痛苦一天天的减少，不过真正的痛苦才开始。每天的十二个小时，在上英语课。我们哪来的生活老师吖，衣服也是自己洗，郁闷吖。不过这也锻炼了我，让我茁壮成长，洗澡才白痴，一层楼的人到一间厕所内洗，才5个房洗，汗......

不过宿友还是挺好玩的，明知自己怕鬼还说鬼故事，晚上把他们自己和我也下坏了，没点自知之明，我的朋友还陪我宿友坐了一晚上，吓得我们至少12点才死睡。

吃饭方面就更恶心，饭勺还有一粒粒的粘在饭勺上，我还好没吃...菜里也有一样的物质一日三餐没一顿好的，我每天回宿舍都要吃了一斤，不过我一天天的与这里磨和了。

我才带50RMB，问问朋友他们，带了我的4倍之多，（火影忍者的秋道一族的倍化之术一个概念，要是能倍钱我“怎么了都要学”（死）不吉利）

回来时我睡了一小时，因为思家之情过盛，一路睡不着郁闷...大饱了3小时农村风景...回到家就如几年不在家。我非常高兴。我从此悟到了：“身在福中不知福了”的意思。我现在要好好珍惜每一天

一眨眼暑假的一半就要过去了，就在7月30日的时候许诺告诉我他爸爸工作的东晋博物馆有夏令营，而且我妈妈已经给我报名了，我真是开心呀！

今天一大早我就起床了，我把该准备的东西都准备了一下，吃完饭外公就骑着电动车送我到了东晋博物馆。“哇！好多人呀。”这时候许诺看见了我，急急的跑过来把一件绿色的T恤给了我说：“你是和小李阿姨一个对绿队的，快点把这件衣服换上。”“小李阿姨？”我一边想一边换衣服。“这件衣服好大呀！”我一边换一边叫道。“没办法，这件是最小的了。”许诺说。换好了衣服，我们给我们的绿队起了一个名字叫“四叶草对”。很快我们都准备就绪出发了。

首先，我们来到了介绍人类进化史的地方。在那儿我们了解了我们南京直立人和牛首山的历史，接着我们到了4D电影院去观看东晋博物馆新出来的“疯狂复活夜”的电影，这个4D电影真是逼真呀，我都要吓死了。然后我们吃了午餐睡了一个午觉后就是我最喜欢的蝴蝶展了。

我们来到了2F的展厅，哇！好多种蝴蝶呀，真是数都数不完。一位来自东南大学的哥哥向我们一个个介绍了翅膀巨大并有猫头鹰眼睛花纹的“猫头鹰碟”，上翅长10cm的`中国国蝶“金斑喙凤蝶”……突然，一只闪闪发亮的蝴蝶吸引了我的目光，原来这是海伦娜闪碟，它的翅膀从下看是紫色的，从上看是天蓝色的，从左或从右看是紫色和蓝色的渐变色，真是太漂亮了。那位哥哥说这样的闪蝶有几种十分著名，分别是：月亮闪蝶（俗称月亮女神），太阳闪蝶（俗称太阳女神），还有欢乐女神，梦幻闪蝶（俗称梦幻月光）……，它们都是巴西的国蝶，真是好看呀！之后我们有观看了马来西亚的国蝶……

看完了国蝶，时间正好停在了5点，要说再见了。回想起这一天的博物馆之旅真是学习了不少的东西呢。
