第二天，上午去码头赶早市买海鲜，我们发现渔民伯伯们起的很早，很辛苦。早市结束，我们来到一个位于洞穴里的餐厅学习做点心，我做的萝卜团子可好吃了，回家之后，我要做给妈妈尝尝！吃完午饭，我们开始学习制作渔船，这是我很喜欢做的事情，虽然锤子差点砸到手，但是我们都不怕，我们期待乘坐自己制造的船下海呢！

第三天吃完早饭，我们继续制造未完成的渔船，在小伙伴的努力和老师的指导下，我们终于把渔船制造好了！我们的辛苦没有白费，明天就能下海远洋喽！好激动呀！下午，我们在刚刚退潮的海滩上进行滩涂大战，我玩的满身满脸都是泥巴，哈哈，妈妈要是看到我这个样子，一定会抓狂的！

第四天上午，我们乘坐自己造的船下海远洋，我站在船尾，觉得自己是个小水手！下午，我们来了一次耐力的极度挑战，我们要沿着公路、翻过小山，毅行到达目的地。天气很热，我们每个人脸上都流着汗水，我走在最前面，因为我是队长，全队的同学一起完成任务是件快乐的事情。晚上，这个篝火晚会最热闹，带队老师们播放了《大王叫我来巡山》、《感恩的心》、《青春修炼手册》、《大梦想家》、《浪花一朵朵》等等歌曲，我们都兴奋的跳起舞来！

第五天，也是这次夏令营的最后一天。早上，我们在一家饭店里做醉泥螺，这瓶醉泥螺可不是只给我自己吃的哦，这是我带给爸爸妈妈的礼物呢！五天的时间一眨眼就过完了，队友们和我不在同一个学校，不知道我们以后还会不会见面。午饭之后，我们相互写了一封信，我一定要把这些信好好收藏。

我人生中第一次的夏令营结束了。虽然刚开始我有一点点害怕，但我还是勇敢的完成了每一次活动，做了很多从没做过的事情！我感觉在这次夏令营中我长大了，爸爸妈妈也称赞我很棒！我会越来越勇敢的！多么难忘又有意义的象山花墙夏令营啊！

今天，妈妈带着我和哥哥去科技馆参观。科技馆的人把我们带到后面的二楼，那里有几个大学生和工作人员，工作人员先把我们分组，我、哥哥和其他两个人分在一组，剩下的人又分成了三组，叫几个大学生做向导带我们走。工作人员给向导一张纸，让我们点菜，我点了一盒扬州炒饭。

向导们带着我们下楼，从前门走进去。

我们走了许多地方，看了许多东西，如“魔灯”、“没有源头的水”等。但最吸引我的是“魔灯”和3D电影，还有“投篮”。我们在一楼看到了一些玻璃球，我走进去一看，里面只是一个小小的球和一些电丝，我把手指放上去，一根电丝就像粘上了你一样，除非你的手指离开玻璃球。3D电影也很有趣。向导把我们带进一个黑黑的房间，里面有一个大屏幕。向导从柜子里拿出几副眼镜，我拿了一副戴上。它的框架和其它眼镜没什么两样，只是镜片是黑色的。屏幕上出现了电影的题目：龙卷风、冰雹。电影开始了，屏幕上的东西一但向我飘来，就像真的飞过来一样。我们继续走，来到了二楼。

我走过去按一下旁边的一个键，一个圆形的东西就出气来，使气球飞上天，我缓缓地移动，那个圆形的东西将球扔进了篮里。今天，我们玩得很高兴。

第一天的快乐旅程结束了，但第二天很快来到了。早上老师要求我们6.30分起床，但是我们太兴奋了，第一天晚上根本就睡不着，早上5.00就起来了，吃了早饭我们就来到了湖滨大道。

说是湖滨大道，我一看这条路只有一点点长，怎么就成了这里的重点游玩场所呢？一开始就看见几个外国人迎面走来，越到后面人越多，突然，前面有几个人站在那里用水枪喷射我们，老师也发给我们一人一只水枪反击他们，原来这是夏日水狂欢。来到一个象蹦蹦床一样的游乐场，这里是水枪擂台，在这里是一个团队对一个团队的激战，我们的对手是“移动手机”的团队，他们拿水弹（气球装上水）砸的我们裤子，衣服全都湿了，粘在身上好难受。过了这一关，前面还有个彩虹水桥，有七彩的铁栏杆，从栏杆里会有水喷射出来，象桥一样，每个人都从这走过，又弄得浑身上下都是水……

夏日水狂欢真好玩，炎热的夏日来和冰凉的水亲密接触一下，好凉快啊！！

在这个暑假，我和黄成灿、桂正熹几个好朋友一起去参加了军事夏令营。

这是我第1次独自参加夏令营，背着沉重的行囊，与妈妈分别坐上大巴车后，我的心情忐忑不安，心中出现了无数个念头：那些教练会不会很凶呢？那儿的训练会不会很累呢？我能不能做得好呢……正当我胡思乱想时，不知不觉，我们到达了目的地。

这次的军事夏令营一共有8天。我一开始很害怕，担心什么也做不好。但是，慢慢的，我开始熟悉这里，事情越做越好。从困难到轻松，从陌生到熟悉，我都有了很大的变化。

其中，让我觉得最好玩的就是去坐两栖越野车了。在一个晚霞满天的黄昏，我们穿上了神气的军装，排着长龙般的队伍，来到了小河边，只见两辆像装甲车似的水陆两栖越野车，早已在岸边等着我们。教练让我们5人一组轮流上车。我站在后面，迫不及待地等待着。盼星星盼月亮，终于轮到我了。我整理一下军装，拿起了威武的冲锋枪，仿佛我瞬间就成为了一个手握钢枪，准备奔赴前线保家卫国的战士。坐在我对面的李炫也一脸的兴奋，抱着枪，爱不释手。教练在平地上开车转了几个圈，一个急转弯，来到了小河旁的渡口，突然又缓缓的后退，紧接着一个猛冲，好像飞出去似的，我们进入了小河。前一秒还在陆地上飞快的跑的越野车，一转眼就在水里飞快的“游”了起来。我们坐在车上，发出一阵阵欢快的笑声。这条小河里长有许多高高的芦苇，仿佛是一个迷宫，我们的水陆两栖车就像一条活泼的小鱼，在这个迷宫里来回的穿梭。教练开的速度极快，感觉就像在坐过山车一样，整个人都快被甩出去了。教练时不时就来个360度旋转或者急转弯。我们在车上兴奋的叫着。刚开到岸上时，我的脑袋晕晕乎乎的。这次真是太刺激了！

后来，我们还玩了捉了蚂蚱、参加了泼水节，做了许多好玩的事。直到第8天结营仪式后，我们才依依不舍地离开了这里。这次的夏令营非常有意义，它让我学会了坚持，学会了独立，学会了勇敢，它让我懂得了自己的事自己做！这真是一次难忘的夏令营啊！

My father is a typical man, who is not very talkative. When other fathers

say how much they love their children, my father just keep quiet. He barely says

sweet words to me. But he will never miss every important moment for me, like

the performance in school. He is always one of the audience and watch my

i’ve just been out of hospital for a couple of days. right now ，i am really fine, but without your support, i wouldn’t have got better so soon.

you know, the traffic accident gave me a very hard blow, both physically and mentally. in the first two weeks after my injury, i almost lost my confidence in my future life. it is the doctors’and your encouragement that rendered me much strength and determination。

anyway, i learned a lot from this unfortunate accident. i’d neverrealize how important your friendship was to me. i can’t say anymore to show my gratitude for your taking turns keeping me company,and getting me through the blue time.

暑假，我参加了一个夏令营，我们学着独立生活，并和小伙伴们合作完成一些事情。

到达基地第一天，吃过午饭，我们就开始了训练，火辣辣的太阳炙烤着大地，我们练习站军姿，汗水流到我们的脸上，最后滴到地上。看着教练严肃的神情，我们没人敢去擦。晚上，我们举办了篝火晚会，真是一片欢乐的海洋，小伙伴们个个才艺了得，唱着跳着，好不热闹，我们瞬间放松了心情。

第二天，我们进行了一场丛林枪战，我们戴上头盔，拿着机枪，钻进了丛林中。我连续击败了许多“敌人”，心里特别激动。后来，我也不小心被“敌人”击倒了3次。正当我打得起劲时，另外一对队的队员穿着我们队的衣服，伪装成我们的队员，他们成功迷惑了我们，最后我们组失败了，真可惜。随后，我们还玩了攀岩、摘火龙果、夜观天象……这几天短暂又充实。

夏令营里，我们不能与父母联系，只能与宿舍的舍友、队中的队友沟通、交流，学会自己的事情自己做，学会独立生活。

快乐的暑假又来到，我怀着兴奋的心情参加为期三天的夏令营。

在这快乐的知识之旅，我学到利用“燃烧饼干”来分辨哪一种饼干的热量高，如果烧得比较快的，表示油脂比较多，热量就比较高。我们也学习测量空气中的氧气，还做了化学魔术：用香皂水写字，再涂上柠檬汁，字竟然不见了！酸物质的变化真是神奇。

让我印象最深刻的是做纸飞机，利用不同角度的折法，竟然可以改变飞行的速度！有的纸飞机一射出去，马上“倒栽葱”，有的人好厉害，飞得又高又远。我的纸飞机一下子飞得远，一下子又飞不动，我的心情也像坐飞机一样，七上八下。最后老师说要请大家吃“大碗沙冰”，我们高兴得又叫又跳。

参加夏令营真快乐，可以学到许多知识，下次我一定还要来参加。如果也办冬令营，那就更棒了！

夏令营的经历虽然短暂，却让我发生了蜕变。但细细想来，让我真正完成蜕变的关键，或许就是那次连旗的交接……

刚到连队时，我们每个人都个性十足，但教官似乎不以为意，很快，我们就在他的“魔鬼训练”下变得服服帖帖。然而教官依旧可以找到“练”我们的机会，眼睛乱瞟，双手贴裤缝贴得不够紧，随时都能让你做一顿俯卧撑。

一次偶然的机会，我被教官安排成为连队的旗手。从教官手中接过连旗的那一刻，我忽然感觉到一股强烈的使命感，仿佛它在告诉我，从这一刻起，我已经不再代表我一个人。

从那以后，我竟然再也没有被教官罚过。我一直都觉得这很神奇，普通的一面旗帜，难道就有这么大的魔力？后来想想，与其说是连旗的魔力，不如说是“旗手”这个称号带给我的改变。

我时常观察其他连队的旗手，发现他们也都十分规矩。没错，旗手是一个队伍的标志，他代表的是整支队伍的形象，如果旗手没有做好示范，整个连队都会受到影响。手中的旗帜不仅代表着荣耀，它也象征着责任和担当。我想，这，或许就是我一直没有被罚的原因吧。

感谢这次夏令营的经历，强健了我的体魄，磨炼了我的意志；更加感谢这次旗手的经历，让我学会了勇于担当。

I watched television late last night so I woke up late. My mother asked me

上午8：30分，我们三年级全体少先队员排着整齐的队伍，来到了五生活区的一个小广场。少先队总队辅导员穆主任对我们说：“同学们，随着人们生活水平的提高，人们的环保意识越来越强了，更多的人都知道保护环境的重要性。但是仍有个别人为了一时的方便，随手扔垃圾。所以，我们今天要用实际行动，争做一位名副其实的‘环保小天使’，为保护环境出一份力！”

穆主任的话音刚落，我们便按照老师的分工开始行动了。同学们有的清理绿化带的垃圾，有的清扫卫生死角，连一个烟头也不放过。你看，我们班的一名男同学正在寻找垃圾，他仔细地搜寻着地面上的“可疑物”。突然，他看见了一个香蕉皮，便急忙跑过去，把这名“罪犯”放进了垃圾袋，将它“绳之以法”。接着，他又开始寻找下一个目标。

远处的一位女同学手拿一根小棍，试图从湿漉漉的草地里挑出一个白色的脏塑料袋，谁知那可恶的垃圾好像故意和她作对似的，怎么也不肯出来。于是，女孩不管三七二十一，用手一把抓住塑料袋，便将这个“顽固分子”放进了垃圾箱，然后，脸上露出了胜利的微笑。

我也不甘落后，瞪大眼睛望着地面，唯恐遗漏每一个角落。一旦发现垃圾，便快速上前，抢先一步，将垃圾“占为己有”。不一会儿，我便收获多多，捡了满满一大袋垃圾了。看着垃圾袋里的塑料杯、废电池、水果皮等，我的心里有说不出的高兴。

经过一个多小时的辛勤劳动，小区的环境终于焕然一新。这次活动，不仅让每位少先队员感受到了劳动的快乐，更让我们明白了：保护环境，要从每个人做起，要从每一件小事做起。只有这样，才能使我们生活的家园变得更加美好！

你一定会问，我真的这么好吗?我有时候有些固执、贪玩、爱哭……。是的，父母也知道你有一些小缺陷，比方有一阵子你迷上了游戏，你承认了自已贪玩，有点操控不住自已，不过经过与你的交流，你很快就知道到了自已的不对，很快就不再沉迷，只是有控制的在星期六、日学习之余玩玩，你的这份诚实与改动不良习惯的决计也是你的长处，还有上面说到你孝心、责任心、爱心都是你的长处。

父母也逐步了解到，教育孩子是一门学识，由于每一个孩子都是一个独立的个体，我们需求不断学习，不断探索。教育孩子的进程，实质上是我们与你共同生长的进程，在这个进程中，咱们需求有耐性、恒心，更需求起到表率作用。亲爱的儿子，在往后的日子里，父母期望能与你一同逐步克服身上的缺陷，每天前进一点点，使我们的家庭愈加调和高兴，一起父母期望成为你心声的倾听者，让咱们共同努力哦!

经过这次夏令营，你会在急救、求生、了解自然、露营技巧、性情、团队精神、感恩、交流、首领、自信心等综合素质得到进步，特别是你独立日子的才能会得到进步，父母相信同事期待再次见面时展现在我们面前的是一个愈加明理，愈加刚强，更有自制力的儿子。

爷爷奶奶回老家了，爸爸妈妈送我去托管班，刚好碰上托管班组织去汤峪夏令营，经不住我的再三苦求，爸爸妈妈终于同意我去了。星期三的清早我们大家背着要带的东西，乘坐三辆车跟着老师出发了，先到的农家乐，分配了房间后，我们一起去小溪里玩水，在水里我发现了好多的小动物，比如金蝉、小鱼、水蜘蛛，还有一些我叫不上名字的水生物。我还在水里摔了一跤，全身湿透但我却快乐无比。

晚上我们跟老师一起烧烤，一起玩捉迷藏、老狼和小羊、转转转和小马过河的游戏，我们的欢声笑语弥漫在田野间，连工作人员也快乐起来，我还为大家演唱了唐诗歌，赢得了老师和同学们的掌声。

第二天大清早，我们去爬山，山的坡很陡，只要一踩石子就会滑下来，很多同学害怕不敢向上走，山中有知了的鸣叫，山间还有白蘑菇和各种野花野草，在临走的一点时间里，我把每个角落都看了，我要记下它，这是我第一次离开家人，盼望下次夏令营快到来。

七月底的一天，我早早地醒来，因为我太兴奋了！我将和道馆五位男孩一起到第二少体校参加“翼起成长”夏令营。这可是我第一次离开父母，独自体验集体生活。

同学们，你们知道我们的营长是谁吗？他的来头可不小，他是2016里约奥运会男子举重69公斤级冠军石智勇。他像邻家哥哥那般亲切，跟我们分享他的成长经历，告诉我们坚持就是胜利，越努力越幸福！

报道后第二天，我们身穿绿底迷彩服，怀着紧张又兴奋的心情等待着和教官初次见面。“稍息、立正、敬礼”在教官的指导下，我们个个把动作做得有模有样。内务整理也是军训的必修课程之一，通过培训，我能把被子叠得整整齐齐，有棱有角，真是看在眼里乐在心里！

接下来的三天里，基本都是白天训练，晚上做陶艺和绘画，做到训练艺术两不误。闭营前一天妈妈来探营，正好赶上我们的纳凉晚会。我们自编自导自演了一组节目，队友们的默契配合，得到了大家的好评。我非常荣幸被评为优秀营员，冠军哥哥亲自为我颁发证书和奖品。

此次夏令营让我收获满满，不仅提高了我的自理能力，还让我接触了一些新鲜事物，如军训、陶艺、攀岩等等，感谢教练员和辅导员的一路相伴和辛勤付出。

There are many rules in our school.

From Monday to Friday，we have to get to school before 7：00 in the morning.

We must wear school uniforms，and I think it is good for us because uniforms can

make us look smart. We must listen to our teachers carefully in class and finish

our homework after school. We are not allowed to use mobile phones in class. I

think the rules are very strict but useful，and we should follow them. However，we

have so much homework that we have little free time to do what we love to

do.

In my opinion，we should have more free time to take part in all kinds of

activities and improve our abilities.

I went to visit my grandparents last August. They lived in a small village far from Shenyang. I was born there ten years ago. I remembered it had been a poor place before.

去年八月份我去看爷爷奶奶。他们住在离沈阳很远的一个小村庄。十年前我就出生在那里。我记得以前那是一个穷地方。

But when I got to the village, I found that great changes had taken place there. The villagers became richer. They looked happy and healthy. A lot of new buildings were built.

可是当我到达村子之后，我发现那里发生了巨变。乡亲们变富了，他们看起来又快乐又健康。许多新楼兴建起来。

As the winter vacation is drawing near, I have a plan about my vacation. Im going to do what I want to do. Im going to study harder in order to get good grades in the following term. After finishing all my homework, Im going to enjoy myself in the sea of knowledge. Reading must be a good idea. Im going to keep fit at the same time. Ill get up eary in the morning everyday and play sports. I really love sports. Besides that, Eating a balanced diet is also good for my health.
