天终于放晴了，抬头望去，一块晶莹剔透的蓝天，似一张丝绸手帕，蓝天上停留着一片又一片细碎而洁白的云块儿，像刺绣的一朵又一朵的花儿。阳光从密密麻麻的枝叶间投射下来，操场上印满了大大小小的粼粼光斑，时不时还有阵阵凉风，使人头脑清醒，心情舒畅。

今天学习的是脱帽与戴帽。脱帽共分为4步，第一步双手扶于帽檐，第二步顺势摘下帽子，第三步左拉右推，将帽子放于左手小臂上，第四步立正站好。戴帽共分为5步，与脱帽的动作相反，只是多了一个翻帽的动作。

时间可真快呀，转眼间，又要放学了。虽然每天放学都汗流浃背，但却收获满满。

这个暑假，我参加了诚忠跆拳道馆组织的龙翔军事夏令营，为期10天。

这是我第一次单独离开家长达10天，从第一天晚上起，我就特别想家，躺在床上想着想着，就不知不觉睡着了。第二天，我起得很早。夏令营期间每天都要6点半之前起床，前几天我还有点不习惯，后面几天就慢慢习惯了，而且起得比教官都早。

夏令营期间组织野炊活动，我自告奋勇要求洗锅。我将锅放在洗菜池里，先把锅面洗干净，一摸锅底发现也有点脏，接着我打开了水龙头，一边冲一边用洗碗布擦，洗干净后我就将它放在升火台上。有的学员在帮忙做其他的事，有的洗菜，有的切菜，有的切肉……这时，我看见教官在切西红柿，他切得像花儿一样美丽，我羡慕极了……终于开饭了，餐桌上有西红柿炒蛋、蒜苗炒肉、炒空心菜……炒了十几道菜，其中的道肉炒丝瓜味道好怪，那是因为教官错把醋当成了酱油，后来为了盖醋的味道又加了好多的糖。

在跆拳道训练中，我发觉体能内容比精英班还要强，我们都觉得累，劈叉时我觉得好痛。但我练得还是很开心，因为我知道只有把地基打牢了，房子才能建得高！

这十天，我学了好多东西，叠被子、洗衣服、站军姿、搭帐篷……虽然有时我会想家，但我还是过得好开心，最开心的就是得到了“优秀士兵奖”。

七月底的一天，我早早地醒来，因为我太兴奋了！我将和道馆五位男孩一起到第二少体校参加“翼起成长”夏令营。这可是我第一次离开父母，独自体验集体生活。

同学们，你们知道我们的营长是谁吗？他的来头可不小，他是2016里约奥运会男子举重69公斤级冠军石智勇。他像邻家哥哥那般亲切，跟我们分享他的成长经历，告诉我们坚持就是胜利，越努力越幸福！

报道后第二天，我们身穿绿底迷彩服，怀着紧张又兴奋的心情等待着和教官初次见面。“稍息、立正、敬礼”在教官的指导下，我们个个把动作做得有模有样。内务整理也是军训的必修课程之一，通过培训，我能把被子叠得整整齐齐，有棱有角，真是看在眼里乐在心里！

接下来的三天里，基本都是白天训练，晚上做陶艺和绘画，做到训练艺术两不误。闭营前一天妈妈来探营，正好赶上我们的纳凉晚会。我们自编自导自演了一组节目，队友们的默契配合，得到了大家的好评。我非常荣幸被评为优秀营员，冠军哥哥亲自为我颁发证书和奖品。

此次夏令营让我收获满满，不仅提高了我的自理能力，还让我接触了一些新鲜事物，如军训、陶艺、攀岩等等，感谢教练员和辅导员的一路相伴和辛勤付出。

我们先到了集合地‘沙田学校’，等人到齐了，大家就乘着巴士，来到了浙江宁波开始了夏令营三日游，在我们参加100人的夏令营活动中慢慢地拉开了序幕。我们先来到大厅，举办了开营仪式，老师又教我们制作‘美篇’，然后是分房间，我和一个高年级的大姐姐住一间房。吃好饭后，我们去了一个博物馆，学了很多知识；第二天，我们吃好早饭，就去了方特东方神话乐园，认识了52个名族，又去看了一部影片，然后和女娲娘娘一起补天，玩得可高兴了！吃午饭时，我们每个人都盼望着接下来的游戏。接下来去的是在我们心中等待已久的游泳。哇！我们一看游泳池，恨不得现在就跳进去。我们玩得开心极了，有的在戏水，有的在抓人，有的在大型水龙头边冲洗，每个人都沉浸在自己的世界中，玩的不亦悦乎。时间过得真快，又到了回去的时间，我们换好了衣服，依依不舍地回到大巴。在大巴上，我的脑海里时而浮现出游泳时的情景高兴极了！晚上还举行了军事游戏，有藏牌、抓荧光棒、拼图等等，我们中队虽然没有得到出色的成绩，但是还是玩的很开心；第三天，我们举行了闭营仪式和美篇制作奖项就回家了。

转眼间，炎热的暑假就过去了一半。我盼望已久的运动夏令营在七月的最后一天开营了。那天早上，我匆匆忙忙吃完早餐，在爸爸妈妈的陪同下，兴致勃勃地来到了营地——金华体育中心。

我们四号寝室住四个男生。咦，怎么有五张床？原来一张是王老师的，王老师和我们住一起。我和王老师等了好久好久，同寝室的小伙伴才慢慢吞吞地到来，哎，妈妈平时老说我磨蹭，他们才是名副其实的小磨蹭呢。哈哈，我还遇到了奥数班的同学黄成帅！

入营仪式后，我们就开始了陌生而有趣的夏令营生活。爸爸妈妈再也管不着我了。虽然每天课程差不多，但我们也没觉得枯燥无味，因为每天都有不同的运动在等着我们。接下来的几天，我们体验了很多有意思的运动，如击剑、网球、羽毛球、高尔夫、篮球，游泳可是每天都有的。

我们寝室里的人都比较活跃，小书虫黄成帅、爱哭鬼何涛衡、大铁头余听容和王老师都成了我的好朋友。有时候，我们三个在寝室里嬉戏打闹，快乐无比，黄成帅竟然还在那里看书，真是名副其实的小书虫。嘿嘿，想家想妈妈的何涛衡都哭了好几次鼻子呢！

8月6日是大家很期待的日子，这一天我们的爸爸妈妈都要来参加夏令营的亲子运动会。第一个项目是拔河比赛，家长也要参与其中，我可是使出了吃奶的力气，结果我们班还是输了，有的同学都伤心地哭了。接着是搏击和攀岩，两个班轮流。攀岩我和爸爸都遥遥领先，得了第一名。爸爸妈妈那天很晚才离开营地，有爸爸妈妈的陪伴，这一天我可开心了！

夏令营不仅有各种各样的运动课程，还安排了文化课和航模课等，学习知识与趣味运动一样都不少。夏令营结束，我荣获了“运动小达人”的光荣称号。啊，我参加的运动夏令营真有趣！

今天是夏令营的第二天。老师带我们到了一个小房子里面。老师说：“今天我们来一场比赛，看看哪个队能获得第一名！”说完就开始向每个小朋友分发小水管。20个人一个球。老师示范了一下，只看到老师先把球放到了水管的顶端，然后一个一个的向后滑，但是要一个水管接着一个水管，目的是要小球不被掉到地上。这个考验的反应能力和团队合作精神！

我们开始比赛了，一次二次三次——最后还是0：0，老师让我们又自由拼，可是结果还是0：0。看来我们的动手能力还是太差了！

老师找来了两个工作人员又给我们示范了几次，可是太难了，我们又有观看的份了！

再说说今天的重头戏“军体拳”吧。一套拳法下来，各种动作看得我们眼花缭乱，暗暗咂舌。刚开始起手的动作相对简单，大家的状态还都不错。越往后拳法越是复杂，许多连贯性的动作需要费心琢磨并反复练习才能完成。就这样反反复复，一遍又一遍地不断练习，我终于掌握了拳法的前半部分，还真是不容易啊！“功夫不负有心人”，等晚上回家我再多观察练习，应该能够打出一套漂亮的军体拳了。

夏令营的第五天，我们坐车又来到了一个叫舟山的地方，那里是一片茫茫大海，放眼望去，大海一望无际，我轻轻的把海水捧在手里，一滴滴海水碧蓝碧蓝的，像一颗颗晶莹剔透的蓝宝石。接下来我们的活动还有很多，比如扛车胎比赛，拔河等……在大海妈妈的怀抱里，我们自由自在地欢笑，奔跑，跳跃……最有意义的是，我握着我国自主发明的九五式突击步枪，在一粒粒金子似的沙滩上匍匐前进，感到无比的自豪！

七天的快乐时光过得太快，让我深深地体会到了时间的宝贵，结营了，我拥有了属于自己的金胸章，上面刻着“不辱使命”，它在阳光下闪闪发光！？
