夏令营闭营式开始的时候，我恨不能把闭营式的‘闭’换成‘开’。我忘不了夏令营时那些愉快的事。第一天的开营式我们分小组、编队歌、画队旗、设计队徽、喊口号、选队长，进行了破冰。我在脑海里 想破冰是什么意思？问了老师才知道：破冰原来是开始的意思啊。值得回想的活动太多了，有参加陶瓷博物馆、足球博物馆、周村大街、动物园、篝火晚会、游艺晚会、西瓜晚会、跳蚤市场、赛歌会等 等等等。为什么我最感兴趣的是嘟嘟城呢？因为嘟嘟城让我们体验了大人的社会，我们会合理地使用人民币，这样我们就不会让那些不讲价格的人欺骗了。我们还在篝火晚会上表演了爵士舞和兔子舞， 兔子舞的节奏是左左、右右、前、后、前前前，可有趣了。

最主要的是这次夏令营让我体验了住校生的独立生活。我必须把衣服、鞋子、浴巾、睡衣等归类放好，计划衣物要配合场合。晚上洗澡的时候要迅速，不然大姐姐们很快就来占地盘了。早晨起床还要自 己整理床铺，刷牙洗脸梳头发。蚊帐的用法呢，也难不倒我。我先把蚊帐塞到床垫子下面，用夹子夹好四个角，然后封上露馅的地方也用夹子夹好。这样就不会进蚊子了。你可要记得进蚊帐之后先把蚊 子赶出去哦！

这就是我开心的夏令营生活，明年我期待还来参加！

放暑假了，妈妈给我报了夏令营，让我独自出门锻炼，出发的这一天，我又高兴也不开心，高兴的是我能出去玩了，不开心的是要离开妈妈十天。

妈妈送我的时侯，看着妈妈担心的样子我心里也很难过，还忍不住掉眼泪了呢。可是到了夏令营以后，那里的辅导老师和营员都很好，因为我最小，都对我很照顾，我也把我带的零食都分给大家吃，大家玩的非常的开心，就是晚上的时侯会想妈妈。

在夏令营的十天里我学会了军体拳，还学会唱军歌《团结就是力量》《打靶归来》，叠军被，学会了要和营员们团结协作，互助互利才能共同达到目标。我也有决窍的啊，为了晚上紧急集合的时侯能最快的集合完毕，我们同室的洗完澡后就把衣服都穿着睡觉，这样集合的时侯就不用穿衣服耽误时间了，不过后来辅导员知道批评我们了，很有意思吧。

我这一次去玩，是去清远铁溪小镇。

第二天，我们一起去茶园里采茶叶，一到茶园门口时，就闻到了淡淡的茶叶香，好像好多瓶淡香的绿茶，我们来到茶田，看见茶叶田好像一片绿色的汪洋，我开始进去采茶叶，一走进茶田就听见了许多小鸟叫声，好像小鸟们在唱歌，我们采完茶叶就开心的回去了。

第三天，我们来到花生地，我看见绿色的以为是花生，原来花生是长在地下的，然后我们一队一队的进去，我们队是第一个进去的，我们一把一把的拔出来，我们拔完了，结果我们拔的装不下，只能自己拿回去了。

第四天，篝火晚会开始了，我们跳起篝火晚会的专属舞蹈，并每个队都有专属歌曲和舞蹈，每个队都表演很好，表演的节目有：极乐净土，街舞，卡路里……最后还有人过生日，我们吃了很多蛋糕，并且开心的回去睡觉了。

这一个夏令营让我回味无穷，真想再来一次啊！

一眨眼暑假的一半就要过去了，就在7月30日的时候许诺告诉我他爸爸工作的东晋博物馆有夏令营，而且我妈妈已经给我报名了，我真是开心呀！

今天一大早我就起床了，我把该准备的东西都准备了一下，吃完饭外公就骑着电动车送我到了东晋博物馆。“哇！好多人呀。”这时候许诺看见了我，急急的跑过来把一件绿色的T恤给了我说：“你是和小李阿姨一个对绿队的，快点把这件衣服换上。”“小李阿姨？”我一边想一边换衣服。“这件衣服好大呀！”我一边换一边叫道。“没办法，这件是最小的了。”许诺说。换好了衣服，我们给我们的绿队起了一个名字叫“四叶草对”。很快我们都准备就绪出发了。

首先，我们来到了介绍人类进化史的地方。在那儿我们了解了我们南京直立人和牛首山的历史，接着我们到了4D电影院去观看东晋博物馆新出来的“疯狂复活夜”的电影，这个4D电影真是逼真呀，我都要吓死了。然后我们吃了午餐睡了一个午觉后就是我最喜欢的蝴蝶展了。

我们来到了2F的展厅，哇！好多种蝴蝶呀，真是数都数不完。一位来自东南大学的哥哥向我们一个个介绍了翅膀巨大并有猫头鹰眼睛花纹的“猫头鹰碟”，上翅长10cm的`中国国蝶“金斑喙凤蝶”……突然，一只闪闪发亮的蝴蝶吸引了我的目光，原来这是海伦娜闪碟，它的翅膀从下看是紫色的，从上看是天蓝色的，从左或从右看是紫色和蓝色的渐变色，真是太漂亮了。那位哥哥说这样的闪蝶有几种十分著名，分别是：月亮闪蝶（俗称月亮女神），太阳闪蝶（俗称太阳女神），还有欢乐女神，梦幻闪蝶（俗称梦幻月光）……，它们都是巴西的国蝶，真是好看呀！之后我们有观看了马来西亚的国蝶……

7月7日，我怀着一颗迫不及待，兴高采烈的心情，来到青少年宫。路上的人们，猜猜我们要干什么呢？哈哈，他们一定猜不到，我们要去半天的夏令营。预想不到吧，世界上就是会有一些“奇葩”的事。

我眼前突然出现几辆大巴车，上面还贴着大大的A、B、C、D。从爸爸嘴里才知道我们是坐B号车。说实话，我觉得这些车就像那种热带雨林探险队的车，因为车上的陌生人，搞得比那些探险员还要牛一样。

“上车，上车，要出发了，快点呀，不然时间就来不及了。”一位装着黄色衣服的阿姨大声地喊到，好像是主办这次夏令营的人。人山人海一下子分散到大巴车的每一个座位上，车上一片骚乱，好一会儿才安静了下来。车开动了，大家异口同声地说：“出发啦！”

过了一会儿，“呦”的一声，我们在车上玩“起床”、“碰”、成语接龙、词语接龙、脑筋急转变。

一眨眼，就到了目的地——农场。就像《中国卡通》里面的《影子行动》农场差不多，规模可能会大一些。

“拍集体照、拍集体照啦！家长让孩子们集合一下，快快快。”黄衣阿姨又在提高嗓门叫喊到。

我们站成四排，POSE自己喜欢的样子，让家长们拍照，搞得我们像模特儿一样，但若真是当一名模特也挺好的。拍完了集体照，大家到了农业科技楼，大家东瞧瞧，西看看，南观观，北望望，还是看不到什么新鲜事。有一位叔叔把我们带进了一个很大的教室，不对，是会议室，这是在执行开幕式呀。台上陆陆续续坐了几位爷爷，个个精神抖擞轮流给我们讲话。我们听得汗流浃背，我想肯定有人和我一样想吃冰激凌。后来，又看了20分钟的农场视频，我才知道这个是什么农场，面积有多大，种了什么花草果实。

我们终于前往第二站，观赏金花茶苑，路上我们看见了各种各样的美丽金花茶，还有密密密麻麻的漂亮“红掌”花儿。

第三站，观赏香草园，香草园的薄荷超“臭”，特别是日本薄荷和胡椒薄荷，真是你闻香，我闻臭。有太多的香草类了，我独爱“到手香”。手轻轻一摸，“三天不洗手”都感到香。

第四站，到百果园观赏台湾水果，我发现一颗小小的芒果树，居然长了几个很大很大的芒果，地上还掉了一个不大不小的芒果。我和吴逸伦、李镇宇一起在这颗芒果树下，组合成为“芒果少年”。

最后一站，是观赏鸽子的，我们看见了：法国黄卡奴鸽、美国白王鸽、法国红卡奴鸽……我最喜欢美国白王鸽，它超好看。听完了养鸽叔叔的介绍。我们就回家了。

在这半天时间里，我过上一个特别短暂的夏令营，真是开心呀！

7月4日，我拉着旅行箱，挥手告别爸爸妈妈。跟着石头哥哥，小溢姐姐和许许多多小伙伴来到舟山，成为了夏令营中的一员小海军。在这短短的五天中，却有很多很多的“最”值得我记录：

夏令营之最辛苦

既然是小海军夏令营，自然没有一般旅游那样地轻松，五天中，我们真正体验了一把军营生活：出操、站军姿、体能训练……最辛苦的就是体能中的扛圆木。教官一声令下，我们十几个“娃娃兵”使出吃奶的劲，才把圆木抬起来。再一声令下，圆木举过头顶，这时我们的小脸已经成了“猪肝色”，我真害怕哪个伙伴坚持不住，那木头会把我们全体“砸晕”。但最痛苦的是抱着圆木做仰卧起坐，重重的木头压在肚子上，快把早饭都要压出来了，可我们整组小伙伴都咬紧牙关，一起努力，“一、二、三……”教官的任务被我们顺利拿下，团结和坚持的力量真的很强大。

夏令营之最美味

作为一名吃货，美食是最让我记忆深刻的东西。夏令营的第二天，我们坐上了渔民的渔船，在广阔的大海上航行。没错，我们出海捕鱼，用自己的双手打捞起了大大一网小海鲜，有螃蟹，有蛤蜊，有小鱼，有许多叫不出名的海螺……放进锅里一煮，不加任何调料就鲜得眉毛都会跳舞，平时在家吃到的根本没法与之相较，现在回想起来还会流“哈喇子”。为了这美味，我真希望自己能成为一个舟山人。

夏令营之最尴尬

这个”最尴尬”说来还真有些不好意思。为期五天的夏令营，每一天活动丰富，心情欢畅。可到了第四天的晚上，我们睡在帐篷里露营，别的小伙伴都在给爸爸妈妈打电话，我才想起来这四天都没跟妈妈联系过，妈妈肯定在念叨我这个“小没良心的”出门玩的都忘了家了。我赶紧借了潘教官的手机，拨通了妈妈的号码。“你终于想起给妈妈打电话了，夏令营好玩吗？吃的习惯吗？……”听着电话那头的妈妈一连串的问题，我的嗓子像堵着块石头，什么也说不出来，接着就“哇”一声哭了出来，把自己都吓了一跳“妈妈，我想家了，我想回家……”很多人都来安慰我，那场面真是尴尬，其实我并不是脆弱，毕竟第一次离家那么久……咳咳咳……对吧！

捧着“优秀营员”和“优秀团队”的奖状，翻看着记录五天点点滴滴的照片、视频，这五天，值得我记忆的还有许多许多……小伙伴们，我已经迫不及待想约下一次了！

Lu Xun is my favourite writer. He is one of the most famous writers in China. He wrote a lot of literary works.

He was thin and not tall. He always wore a long old coat in that time. At first, he wanted to be a doctor and save people s lives. thank you so much for bringing up! thank you so much for raising me. i know

昨天，我有幸参加了学校组织的夏令营活动。当天下午，爸爸妈妈把我送到和畅堂校区后，就要走了，我有点担心，想：爸爸妈妈走了，所有事情都要靠我自己，平时衣来伸手、饭来张口的我可怎么办呢？

就在我发愁的时候，老师说：“小朋友，我们先去一下宿舍，放好了包，跟着老师一起去大礼堂里参加开营典礼。”开营典礼结束后我们吃完晚饭、洗完澡后回到了宿舍，大家在宿舍里谈天、做游戏、玩金鸡独立……真快乐！有的同学还爬到别人的床上嬉戏，真有趣！有的同学在床上吃东西，真贪吃！还有的同学在地上翻跟头，真厉害！大家在宿舍里说说笑笑，晚上睡觉也不觉得害怕，因为宿舍里充满欢乐。

这次有趣的夏令营活动使我尝到了独立自在的欢乐。我多希望以后这样的集体活动多参加几次，可以离开爸爸妈妈的管束，在自己的小天地中自由自在地飞翔！

太阳悬在天空中，向大地肆意挥洒着热量，万物都被这无情的烈日烧灼，我顶着酷暑，参加了由莫愁湖街道关工委组织的青少年科技夏令营。

第一天，我在青少年活动中心听取了关于“努力使自己更优秀”青少年心理健康讲座，使我受益匪浅。随后，在老师的带领下，我们制作飞机模型并亲手将它放飞天空，当模型飞向天空的那一刻，我无比兴奋。

最开心的是在第二天，我们乘坐大巴前往青少年社会实践基地。在基地里，我们了解了战士们日常的生活和训练，对于从来没有接触过军旅生活的我来说，既新奇又兴奋。在这里，我学到了很多在日常生活中学不到的知识，虽然我还很小，很多知识暂时可能用不到，但当我长大以后，这些知识可能就能用到日常的生活和学习当中。

最让我开心的是，我拿到了一个战舰的模型。我是一个军迷，非常喜欢军事装备，能够得到一个模型我非常开心。我会好好保管它，这是我参加此次科技夏令营最大的收获。

在夏令营中我不仅认识了很多好朋友，收获了友谊，而且收获了知识。最后，我要感谢莫愁湖街道关工委组织的这次活动，同时也要感谢兆园社区的工作人员给我这次参加活动的机会。

like to use Ofo so much. I can take exercise and enjoy the scenery. But the news

peoples bad behavior hurts publics interest. I believe that most people will

protect the bikes and they return them on time. It is everybodys duty to

天空阴沉得不能再暗，两边白杨树的叶子落下了一大半，可是“染”依然没有轻举妄动，依然坚守右边，在最前方的“宇”急得冲回来。“嘉”以迅雷不及掩耳之势冲到了中后卫的前面。过了中后卫“杰”就真的没有人能挡得住“嘉”了。这时，“嘉”使出一招“蜻蜓点水”，带着球从“杰”腿下穿过又使出“凌波微步”，快到连影子都追不上人。“染”一个箭步冲上来，而此时“嘉”的前面只有守门员“江”了，真是过五关斩六将啊!必须抓住来之不易的好机会。“染”使出了“佛山无影脚”，在“嘉”使出绝技“致命虎啸”之时，“嘉”的身后出现了一只黄黑相间的大老虎，样子十分凶猛。“江”吓得不敢动弹，都快逃出球门外。但他也使出“绝对防御”，准备硬接下这一球。

电光石火之间，“染”挡住了“嘉”的身前，用自己的心脏挡住了闪着金光的足球。

刹那间，天空更灰蒙蒙了，风刮得更大，快下雨了，太阳仿佛被猛虎吞掉，一片死黑，“染”倒在了地上。

最后，这一球守住了，“染”被担架抬下场。之后，“染”的队友像打了鸡血一样。接连发动快攻，在球赛最后几分钟，将球传给了前锋“宇”。“宇”使出浑身解数，一个“倒挂金钩”，将球踢了进去，欢呼声阵阵，他们赢了，6：0，赢得十分体面。

阳光出来了，“染”也已经康复，但那场比赛值得所有人铭记于心。

Are professional success and a fulfilling personal life mutually exclusive? Probably not, although it is more difficult today to achieve both.

Undeniably, todays professionals must work long hours to keep their heads above water, let alone to get ahead in life financially. This is especially true in Japan, where cost of living, coupled with corporate culture, compel professional males to all but abandon their families and literally to work themselves to death. While the situation here in the states may not be as critical, the two-income family is now the norm, not by choice but by necessity.

However, our societys professionals are taking steps to remedy the problem. First, they are inventing ways such as job sharing and telecommuting to ensure that personal life does not take a back seat to career. Second, they are setting priorities and living those hours outside the workplace to their fullest. In fact, professional success usually requires the same time-management skills that are useful to find time for family, hobbies, and recreation. One need only look at the recent American presidents-Clinton, Bush, Reagan and Carter- to see that it is possible to lead a balanced life which includes time for family, hobbies, and recreation, while immersed in a busy and successful career. Third, more professionals are changing careers to ones which allow for some degree of personal fulfillment and self-actualization. Besides, many professionals truly love their work and would do it without compensation, as a hobby. For them, professional and personal fulfillments are one and the same.
