但此事留给我的心理阴影是永远无法弥补的。下来时，我仿佛是七八十岁的老太婆一般，被同学搀了下来，两条打颤的腿一刻也没停过。

后来我们又玩了几个游乐设施，一天就这么结束了。真是难忘这欢乐的夏令营啊。还有恐怖的跳楼机。

这周，我去昌平参加了一次非常有意义的夏令营。

第一天

第一天，有一位文质彬彬的男老师给我们将讲座——刘老师。他给我们讲的主题是《汉字》。首先，他告诉我们：“汉字已经有5000多年的历史了，其先后顺序是甲骨文、金文、篆书、隶书、楷书、草书、行书这7个阶段。”其次，便介绍这些书型的特点，比如：金文的特点就是“字形圆转，大小均匀”；隶书的特点就是“蚕头雁尾，一波三折”；楷书的特点就是“形体方正，笔画平直”；行书的特点就是“行云流水，飘逸意识”……又举了几个字分别用甲骨文、金文、篆书、隶书、楷书、草书、行书表示出来，看看符不符合这些特点我开始有些不服气，但是经过老师的分析，终于心服口服了。最后，老师告诉我们：“从甲骨文、金文、篆书、隶书、楷书、草书、行书的演变过程，我们可以发现：汉字字形的总体发展趋势是由繁到简，每一种新字的出现，都改变着前一种字形的难写、难记的特点……”听到这里，我不由得松了一口气，因为，我们现在用的字体是超容易写、容易记的，但我更希望后人能够写出更简单的字体，把7大阶段改为8大阶段！加油吧，少年！

第二天

第二天，我们去爬蟒山，天气很清爽，很适合爬山，我便兴奋地跑了起来，不过不一会儿就累了，老师告诉我爬山要走“S”型路，要是直接往上走的话，当然会累了，我照老师说的方法走，果然比直接往上走轻便多了，走的也更快了，我想：原来爬山也有学问啊！突然，我的小心脏又开始“嘭嘭嘭”地“跳”，我明白了小心脏的意思了——蟒山里有蟒蛇，尤其是眼镜蛇，但又转眼一想，要是有蟒蛇，老师还会带我们来吗？突然，什么东西落到了我的头上，我吓得哇哇大叫：“蟒蛇——！蟒蛇——！”“这孩子犯什么神经？”旁边的初中大哥哥说。我把脑袋上的东西拿下来，原来是一个虫子，我交给老师，老师举起那个虫子对我们说：“这是蚕虫，也就是蚕的幼虫，在夏天的郊区里，处处都有蚕虫，生长周期是——蚕卵、蚁蚕、蚕蛹、蚕蛾，大概活50到60天不等，蚕给人类贡献的非常多：蚕茧里的蛹，可以榨油，蛹也可以炒食等等。”我又想到了品社课上品社老师给我们讲“桑基鱼塘”——桑基鱼塘是种桑养蚕同养鱼相结合的一种生产经营模式。在池埂上或池塘附近种植桑树，以桑叶养蚕，以蚕沙、蚕蛹等作鱼饵料，以塘泥作为桑树肥料，形成池埂种桑，桑叶养蚕，蚕蛹喂鱼，塘泥肥桑的生产结构或生产链条，二者互相利用，互相促进，达到鱼蚕兼取的效果。不知道大家知不知道李商隐的名句“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡烛成灰泪始干。”

第三天

第三天，是夏令营的最后一天，也是我最盼望的一天。因为今天要做很多有意思的项目：猜扑克、往返跑接力赛、穿越电网和用榫卯拼车。

夏令营一共有10个班，一个班一组，共有10组，在猜扑克和往返跑接力赛中，共有3次机会。猜扑克中，我们班分别获得了第3名、第4名和第1名的好成绩。往返跑接力赛中，我们班以优异的成绩夺得了年级组最佳奖。

穿越电网是有很多红色的光（射线），像蜘蛛网一样，你不能碰到这些红色的光，否则就得重新来，所以只有身体敏捷、灵便的人才有可能成功。当我开始时，同学们屏住气，但过了一会儿，同学们大叫：“腿腿腿，收起来！”一会儿又说：“往下压——！”“脚，都快碰到线了！”“喂，你的手！”“……”……我的脑袋都快爆炸了，我的汗从头上流下来，我变成了“斑马”。终于，功夫不负有心人，在我经历了重重困难之后，到达了“成功的彼岸”。

一个学期又结束了，爸爸妈妈为了增强我的自理能力，建议我可以参加夏令营试试。于是，我选择了青少年宫为期四天的“舟山拥抱大海”夏令营。

到7月23日，正式出发。我背上昨晚收拾好的行李，在爸爸妈妈的陪同下顺利的登上大巴车。当汽车缓缓驶向舟山方向时，由于起床太早，到达舟山时我还在打瞌睡，结果不知从哪冒出一个身穿军装的女教官，我吓了一跳，瞬间睡意全无。女教官姓潘，向我们宣读了将来几天的行程和项目体验……第一天行程结束！

在The Right Word at the Right Time的“序言”中，编者对词语选用的重要性作了一个很好的比喻：“Using the right word at the right time is rather like wearing appropriate clothing for the occasion：

显然，说话或写文章时用词适当比穿着适当难度大得多，因而也具有更大的重要性。在我国，古人写文章时常为一个词语的选用具思苦想，因而有“语不惊人死不休”的说法。

第一场，红队打蓝队，我们红队通过齐心协力把蓝队打得不敢开枪。第二场，攻占对方的阵地，我们队一些强壮的兵拼命往前冲，留下几个弱小的兵守护阵地。蓝队的兵狡猾得像只狐狸，神不知鬼不觉地从我们的后方绕过来，把我们队的那几个弱兵打败了，我们就这样被打败了。第三场最过瘾，是单人吃鸡模式。经过前两场战斗，我更有经验了，我趁敌人不注意的时候，偷偷绕到敌人后方，“呯”的一枪，把一个高大威猛的男兵打死了，“呯”的又一枪，把一个柔柔弱弱的女兵打死了。

时间又过去了两天，结营的时候到了，我们必须通过教官的“魔鬼关”才能回家。所谓的“魔鬼关”，就是教官把我的身体狠狠地按在地上，让我爬到终点去。我像只蜗牛背着重重的壳一样慢慢地往前爬，好不容易爬了几米，教官又把我拖回原处。天气炎热，我们顶着烈日，汗水与眼泪交加，咬着牙朝终点爬去。

教官一次又一次地对我说：“肖怀猷，你放弃吧！你是过不去的，你不行！”

我大声喊道：“我绝不放弃，我能行！”挣扎了一翻，我终于爬到了终点。在终点处，教官把一个奖牌郑重地挂在我的脖子上，我做梦都没想到能拿奖牌。

半个月的军训结束了，我挂着沉甸甸的奖牌，坐着大巴车高兴地回家啦。通过这次夏令营，我认识了许多朋友，学会了叠被子、洗衣服，最重要的是我学会了独立。

这个暑假我参加了宁夏青少年军事夏令营。

来夏令营前，我非常开心，可一到营地，看到那么多陌生人，我有些紧张，但很快就又开心起来，因为不仅领到了帅气的服装，还学会了站军姿、叠被子等技能。

在军事夏令营里，每天学习的内容都不一样，有一些最基础的稍息、立正、蹲下、起立，还有一些重要的齐步走、跑步走、转体等。除了训练，还有很多活动，比如打真人、踢足球、拔河、看电影，教官几乎每天都给我们讲安全知识，有网络安全、食品安全、社交安全等。

如果让我总结夏令营，我想应该是：第一天紧张、第二天相识、第三天想家、第四天开心、第五天期待、第六天兴奋、第七天舍不得、第八天离别。此刻，我又想到了认识的那么多好朋友，经过天相处，离别时，难免会感到悲伤。不舍的，还有夏令营里刻苦的训练、有趣的活动、可口的饭菜和敬爱的教官。

不知什么时候，一阵足球风“蹑手蹑脚”的来到我们的学校，我们年级的大部分男生都被他慢慢的感染了。所以，操场总是那么火热，每次都可以看见有人在疯狂踢足球。我呢，也在被这阵足球风感染，也不知不觉人融入在其中了……

一天，我们班的足球队--“功夫小子”队，和2班的“金蛇狂舞”队准备大干一场，比出高下。我们毫不犹豫的答应了。对我们来说，这样的好机会哪能轻而易举的错过呢?

于是，我们两队激动的走到了操场。开始争球，我来抛硬币，正面我们发球，反面他们发球。我的手指使劲一弹，硬币便腾空而起，又急速下降。我们队一看，哎，反面，没办法，只能把球让给他们发。他们的守门员抛起球，一脚使劲踢过去，球乖乖的飞到了场中央，我作为左前锋，不能辜负了大家的希望。他们队的球员马上跑过去，我也不甘示弱，迎面而去，把球抢到了，我便使用出吃奶的力气，把球往他们那边射，里门框就只有那么一点距离了，正好，我队的一名前锋在那里，他刚好接到了我射的球，使劲向对方的门框踢过去，不偏不倚，正中球门!我们队的队员们，相互抱了一下，表示欢呼。

他们队看见我们赢了一分，有点生气。队长便鼓励他们：“别灰心，继续努力!”他们的队员开始认真了，我们的后卫，守株待兔，等球自己过来，我也知道了他的用意，所以尽力把球抢到脚。老天有眼，好像是故意把给我似的，我也接受了，把球踢过去给我们的后卫他把球一射，进了门。我们队欢呼：“耶!”我们就这样轻而易举的得到了两分。

我们和他们踢很久，最后把比分拉成了9:5.他们的队员也渐渐体力不支，而我们呢，却精力旺盛。他们的队长也只好认输。我们安慰说：“没事，下次加油哦!”我说着，便和他们的队长握了手。“再见!”大家说。

怎样，我们的“功夫小子”队还可以吧!

你好，这是妈妈第一次给你写信，写在你长大后第一次真正离开家的前夕。

虽然这仅仅是一次夏令营，时间也不长，但是毕竟是你要离开爸爸妈妈独立的在外面生活几天，没有我们在身边喋喋不休的提醒和如影随形的协助，一切需要依靠自己的努力去完成。这是一次很重要的尝试，我想无论结果怎样，对你未来的成长是大有帮助的。

爸爸妈妈之所以会为你选择这次夏令营，也是希望你能真正体会一下独立生活的滋味儿，放弃哪种凡事依赖的思想，去检验一下自己一个小男子汉的能力。虽然你顾虑很多，但是我们相信你能行，因为你的确长大了。虽然有时候连我们自己都不愿意去承认你长大的事实，但是你每每带给我们的惊喜和变化让我们看得出你真的长大了，象羽翼日渐丰满的小鸟，即将展翅飞向蓝天。而我们再也不能处处包办，时时呵护，这样无形中会抑制住你，让你停滞不前，让你认识不到自己的能力。

举个例子来说吧。从你刚上学之后，原本是习惯了一个人独自睡觉的，你适应的很快，让人没怎么费心。但是最近你却被惯坏了，我陪你睡了一段时间之后，你就再也离不开人陪了，需要人陪你才能入睡，半夜醒来也不能一个人睡着，而是悄悄潜入我们的房间，把我叫起来去陪你。每每你半夜像个幽灵一样的来打扰我们的美梦，害得我们很久不能入睡，弄得我们苦不堪言。你爸爸因此说你现在还没有“断奶”，其实我也反省，也许是妈妈同样也没有“断奶”。妈妈总是认为你还没有长大，所以一味地迁就你、纵容你，反而害了你，让你习惯了依赖，习惯了被呵护。

我想，通过这次夏令营，你我都该“断奶”了。你已经是一个小男子汉了，需要经历点磨练，不能总是过别人给你安排好的生活。你要相信自己的能力，就象你每次在围棋比赛或期末考试中所表现的那样，总是给我们带来惊喜，让人刮目相看。凡事都要迈出第一步，尽管开始有点艰难，但是后面你会发现路越走越宽，风景越来越美。爸爸妈妈都相信你，你不会让我们失望的!

在这次夏令营中，我需要提醒你的’有以下几件事，你一定要记住并尽量遵照执行：

一、首先要注意安全，不能做危险的事情，凡事按照老师说的去做，不让做的事情坚决不能做;

二、遵守纪律，象一个军人一样，在部队里形容纪律是铁的纪律，可见它是多么坚不可破，因此一定要严格遵守;

三、生活上有什么问题，一定要告诉老师，必要的时候请老师协助，不要不好意思，因为谁都有个第一次，没什么丢人的;

四、要跟小同学好好相处，不管认识的还是不认识的，大家既然在一起，就是缘分，就是一个整体，所以要团结友爱，别忘了好好照顾你们班的两位女生，你们是男子汉，一定要表现出男子汉的风度，有困难互相帮助;

五、自己的用品一定要注意保管，不能随手乱丢乱放，不好好保管无异于扔钱，不仅浪费，而且也影响使用;

六、如果觉得生活上很苦，或者想家，一定要咬牙坚持下来，想想那些生活困难的孩子们，你们那点苦根本算不了什么;

七、每天一定要写日记，把你认为有意义的事情记录下来，或者你认为好玩的事情都可以写下来，跟妈妈分享一下，让我过后也能知道你们都做了些什么;

八、记住一定要多喝水，定时大便，这两件事情是我最担心的，因为你从小就是个上面不爱进、下面也不爱出的家伙，连这些小事也需要大人时时在一边提醒，不然自己是万万想不起来的，这次没人提醒了，完全依靠自己，你一定要记下大便的时间，最多间隔不能超过2天。

今年暑假，妈妈给我报了一个夏令营，这是我第一次参加夏令营，第一次，自然是非常激动，非常珍惜的。

在一个空气清新的早晨，我高高兴兴地坐上了去夏令营的大巴车，在车上我认识了几个好朋友，一路上我们说说笑笑，不知不觉就来到了目的地。

到了目的地，待我们领好装备，放好行李，集合完毕，就开始了一系列精彩有趣的活动，有不可思议的鸡蛋飞行器，还有精彩绝伦的挑战大魔王……其中让我印象最深刻的当属高空独木桥了。

高空独木桥的活动是在第二天中午，午饭刚一吃，我们就来到了高空独木桥下。我抬头一看，独木桥有近十米那么高，虽然有安全绳索，但我心里还是忐忑不安。

就在这时，几名队员已经上去了，我一动不动地注视着他们，只见他们灵活自如，在上面身轻如燕，不一会儿就到了独木桥的另一面。

轮到我上了，我既激动又紧张，像一个马上就要奔赴前线的战士。当我登上独木桥，才发现并不是那么简单。我低头看了一眼地面，简直是头晕目眩，两腿不由自主地在发软。

这时，我听到了大家的加油鼓劲声。一步两步，我屏住呼吸，向前走去……快到头了，我更紧张了。于是，我放慢脚步，一分钟、两分钟、三分钟……

终于走到头了，到达地面后，我长长地舒了一口气：总算结束了！

高空独木桥是夏令营的一个缩影，在整个六天五夜的夏令营活动中，类似的项目很多，我参与其中，克服了许多困难，还懂得了团结协作，最重要的是，我成为了一名独立勇敢的小小男子汉。
