昨天是7月30日，那是一个另我难忘的日子。我参加了昂立.英博外语学校组织的暑假夏令营。

玩了了约摸2个时辰的水，大家感到有点饿了，老师就让大家开始吃饭。

吃完饭，大家开始自由活动，这时，夕阳渐渐西下了，天边一道道美丽的晚霞将我们笼罩在血色的黄昏里。

夜幕降临了，我们便开始了篝火晚会，借着淡淡的月光，同学们纷纷展示他们的才艺，有的唱歌，有的跳舞，有的表演台拳道，还有的表演小品相声。篝火晚会在大家的欢声笑语中将此行的夏令营进入高潮。

晚会结束后，施校长郑重宣布“昂立英博外语暑假夏令营圆满结束了!

回到车上，我们才感到很疲惫，可心里却感到非常开心，虽然这次夏令营时间很短暂，但是给我带来了许多快乐。

领队老师看出我们的心思，告诉我们除了这些，还能看到害羞的羊驼，美丽的孔雀……我的心稍微放松了一些。

就这样，顶着烈日，我开始了第一天的训练项目——站军姿。在我看来这简直是个“下马威”，刚才还欢欣雀跃的我们，这会儿顶着太阳公公炙热的笑脸严肃地站了20多分钟。我清楚感到汗水像小溪一样顺着耳边流进脖子里。周围几个小朋友，脸蛋像极了爸爸在电视上指给我看的“甘肃洋芋蛋”！时间久了，有很多事变得模糊，只记得，站完军姿后的第一顿饭特别香。

我猜军训的目的，是把我们这些城里孩子训练得接点“地气”，平时不让地上爬，这里不但要爬，还要特别踊跃；平时不让爬高上低，这里让你过足瘾；平时不让打打闹闹，这次真枪实弹地打个够！在高空攀岩的训练中，我真感觉自己是个“胆小鬼”，哆嗦着腿，恨不能骑到教练的肩膀上去！我听到了自己没出息的“哭腔”，咬牙在心里说服着自己！心一横，松开了教练！

就这样，我从一个“胆小鬼”一步步融入了各项训练，CS的“战斗”中，我消灭了28个“敌人”，脸上抹满油彩的我，不但不嫌脏，反而得瑟地像个真正的“特种兵”！

晚上的活动是篝火晚会，做游戏，输了的表演节目。我们队里有几个小姑娘比我还害羞，推推搡搡得上不了台。可能我看急了，轮到我的时候，就大大方方走上去，礼貌地给大家鞠了一躬，跳了一段新疆舞。没想到受到了教练大大的好评，我还因此荣幸地成了“小队长”。

就这样，我们和教练从陌生到熟悉，从害怕他，变得喜欢他，尤其是教练和我们玩游戏的时候，居然也会学着我们的样子耍赖和撒娇，让我觉得他离我们很近。完全忘记了白天吃饭的时候，他曾因为我们坐下时发出声音，折腾我们一遍遍地起立。

7天的营期很快就走到了尾声。我忘记了我曾经的害怕和犹豫，此时只有不舍和眷恋。那些原本陌生的小伙伴，现在竟与我有了同学般的情谊。就要走上大巴车的时候，我们忍不住大哭起来，透过车窗，我看到教练也在抹眼泪。回家的路上，我一路无语……望着车窗外渐行渐远的风景，我知道，这里的一切已经刻在了我的心里……

这个暑假的7月1日，我有幸参加了永安市2019老少牵手夏令营活动。夏令营为期五天（7月1日到7月5日）当然五天中安排了许许多多活动。

第一天上午，来自永安市所有小学的100名学生都在我们巴溪湾小学的学术报告厅礼堂相聚，举行了开营仪式……接下来大家来到操场上观看由市科技举办的青少年航空航天模型表演。各种各样的航模准备起飞。在他们飞向蓝天的那一刻，我想：这次的活动一定非常有意义……

最让我难忘的是第三天前往贡川的研学活动。我带着兴奋的心情上了巴士。一路上我们欢歌笑语。很快就到了目的地，虽然还没下车，但一条古老的城墙就已出现在我眼前。城墙上长满了青苔，一节一节的，每节中间都有个方形的洞，我在想这是用来抵御外敌的吗？不一会儿下了车，我们步行先后参观了陈氏大祠堂，正顺庙，笋帮公栈等地……参观笋帮公栈时，我看见里面的桌子上放着一面镜子和一个瓶子。心想那是做什么用的呢？我非常疑惑？这时候那个导游似乎看懂了我的意思。导游介绍说，这是之前卖笋的人要把笋通过水运运到别出卖，瓶镜就代表风平浪静。这时候的我才恍然大悟。

这次夏令营，我学到了很多，见识了很多，我喜欢这次活动。

今天早晨，我们排着队去晨练。我们从旅馆出发，来到了一个路口，又往右边跑了一段，然后返回。我边跑边看着日照市美丽的风景，心里非常舒服。

我们到了一个广场，排好队，就开始军训。练的第一个动作是“立正”，第二个是“向右看齐”，第三个是“向右转”……

军训完了以后，已经是中午了，天上正好开始下大雨，我们一阵风似的跑到旅馆，开始吃午饭。吃完美味的午饭，就开始睡午觉。我不习惯睡午觉，躺在床上睡不着，一直等到吹哨老师说下午要游泳。我在身上抹了防晒霜，又穿上了游泳衣，就到门外站队。

走到了海边，我迫不及待地下了海，开始在大海里游泳。大海里有很多海浪，一个大浪袭来，我纵身一跳，就跳过了一个海浪。我跳过了一个又一个海浪。如果海浪更大，我就会从海浪中钻过去，我也钻过了很多海浪。

大海真是好玩儿呀！我喜欢大海！

盼望着，盼望着，终于迎来了我们期盼已久的夏令营。在那里，我们收获友情，收获亲情，收获快乐，收获着前所未有的感情。

到了夏令营的前一天，早就等不及的我在学校坐立不安，心不在焉的。晚上回到家，我为第二天的夏令营做了充分的准备，便早早入睡了。

第二天来到学校，操场上一排校车整齐的排列，等待着我们。于是，我们便开始了夏令营之旅。经过了近二十分钟的车程，我们终于来到了梦寐以求的实践总校：一座座高楼大厦拔地而起，笑着脸欢迎我们；一排排杨柳随风飘动，像是在向我们招手；宽敞的柏油路向我们张开怀抱。老师带领我们分好宿舍，随后准备第一项活动，跳兔子舞，当然，这种舞蹈也不是十分容易的。一开始大家缺乏默契，一不小心就会撞到或踩到前面同学。但是功夫不负有心人，渐渐的，我们变得心有灵犀，不发越来越整齐划一。通过我们的不懈努力，终于成功了。这让我们明白了，在集体中，只要大家团结一心，就一定会收获颇丰。

在那之后，迎接我们的是一节感人肺腑的心理课堂，在进入教室之前，一位中年女教师带领我们玩了游戏，仅仅一个小游戏，却让我们有了温暖，爱和家的感觉。进入会议室后，大家瞬间被这里的气氛所感染：大屏幕上显示着几个大大的红字“相亲相爱一家人”，播放着《感恩的心》这首歌。大家坐好位置，然后老师采用各班比拼的方式问了同学们关于父母的几个问题，比如：父母的生日，父母年轻时的理想，父母穿多大码的鞋，父母的爱好，父母的优点……面对这些问题，我低着头，陷入了沉思。顿时，我眼眶里盈满了泪花，心中惭愧万分，对于父母的一切，我竟浑然不知，本以为很了解父母的我，在这一刻也只能戛然。要结束的时候，老师让我们闭上双眼，放起了感人的歌曲，在脑海中回忆起雨父母的一点一滴，同学们纷纷潸然泪下。这堂课让我们懂得了父母的良苦用心，懂得了感恩父母。

就这样，我们伴随着一天的劳累和感动安稳入睡。

时间飞快，转眼间到了第二天晚上，迎来了大家最期待的篝火晚会。最先出场的是我们班xxx同学二胡演奏《赛马》。上场前他深呼一口气，然后走上台端坐在舞台中央，开始演奏。几分钟后，他的额头上有星星点点的汗珠，可以听出，这首曲子很难，可见他为此付出了很多。

天渐渐暗了下来，六位班主任一齐点燃篝火，天上的星星一闪一闪的，仿佛也在同我们一起欢呼。我们班还有一个压轴节目，两位同学的合唱，高潮时，大家一同举起手中的荧光棒欢呼；结束时，台下想起雷鸣般的掌声

再美的风景也会过去，到了第三天，我们吃完午饭便上了车，和这里的一切说再见。

一次篝火晚会，展现才艺，带来快乐；一次心理课堂，热泪盈眶，在心灵深处懂得感恩父母……这次夏令营充实，多彩，有趣，使我受益匪浅。

亲爱的孩子：

夏令营就要结束了，老爸老妈恭喜你又一次打破了独立在外生活的时间记录。

自从把你送到__后，老爸老妈就有了一项重要工作，那就是每天晚上看你们的活动照片，看到你与伙伴们友好相处，每天那么快乐，我们也很高兴。我们还经常收到教练的短信，他说你在活动中表现积极，特别是培养了克服困难的勇气，老爸老妈感动啊!

教练夸你是一个善良的孩子。的确，从小到大你从不欺负小朋友，你关爱父母和师长，你仔细照料着家里的花草和小乌龟，给受伤的小麻雀疗伤，善良的孩子朋友多，看到你和夏令营伙伴友好相处，老爸老妈很欣慰。

教练说你是一个坚强的孩子。积极参加各种活动，本来唱歌演讲是你的弱项，但这一次你鼓足勇气展示自己确实让我们惊喜，可能你对自己的表现还不满意，也可能你对自己能不能站到众人面前也有过犹豫，但你毕竟站出来了，能站出来比得第一都重要，因为你有了面对困难的勇气。有了第一次，当你第二次再走上舞台的时候，是不是感觉就自信多了?也没有那么紧张了?所以只要你对自己有信心，只要你心中认定自己能行，就没有克服不了的困难。

教练建议我们多给你一些信心和鼓励，这建议让老爸感到难为情，因为老爸知道，在学习上对你最欠缺的就是耐心和鼓励了，当你的作业没有按时完成，你的书写不整齐，你的练习出现错误时，你最想得到爸妈帮助的时候，迎来的却是我们严厉的批评。有时你渴望你用努力换来的进步和老师对你的夸奖能让我们高兴，我们却把你的成绩看的一文不值，现在想来，我们的做法真的伤害了你，我们希望你能处处优秀，但我们的方法错了。看到你在教练的帮助下中表现的快乐和自信，老爸老妈也会改正自己的作法。

儿子，新学期你就是初中学生了，在新的学校你会有新的老师和新的同学，爸爸妈妈希望你像在夏令营对待教练和学员一样，与新学校的老师、同学相处，一起讨论学习，一起克服困难，一起快乐成长。

夏令营就要结束了，孩子你肯定会满载而归，代老爸老妈向教练问好，感谢他们这些天对你的陪伴和指导，代老爸老妈向你的伙伴问好，感谢他们对你的关心和帮助，代我们邀请他们到我们这里做客。

今年我参加了蓝军一号夏令营，夏令营有许多“之最”，令我回味无穷。

最有趣的

这次夏令营里最有趣的是“真人CS”。第四天上午，我们参加了“真人CS”大比拼，我们分成两组，手持水弹枪，瞄准目标，扣下扳机，哈哈，对方被射中了，我们高兴得手舞足蹈。对方也不甘示弱，立即瞄准我们，开始反攻。就这样，你来我往，激烈地搏杀，互不相让。谁知道，此时沈希泽做了大叛徒，他居然和敌方一起来攻打我们组，我们恨不得把他驱除出队。

最可怕的

对于我来说，夏令营就是魔鬼训练营，有好多可怕的事情，不过最可怕的是晚上我一个人睡觉时，会担心好多可怕的事情，这时候，我就不敢睡觉了。为此，在我来夏令营前，妈妈和我想出了一个办法：如果睡不着就看课外书，所以我带了好几本课外书去。到了晚上8：30，我就开始看书了。这时，水晶老师来了，她轻轻地拍拍我的背，就像家里妈妈拍我那样，我不知不觉就睡着了。我想，水晶老师的手一定是有魔力的手，因为这双手，最可怕的事情居然一次都没有出现。

最佩服的

我们连里有一个年龄最小，个头最小的小朋友，但我最佩服他。别看他个头小，年纪小，做事一丝不苟，军姿站得十分标准。你看，他一脸严肃认真的表情，双手并得紧紧的，贴着裤缝，两腿站得笔直笔直，两脚分开60度，真像一棵屹立不倒的小松树。难怪他得到了最高荣誉——战狼勋章。

此外，夏令营里还有“最好玩的”、“最酷的”、“最累的”……夏令营“之最”说也说不尽，写也写不完。我每天躺在床上都会回忆这段“最”时光。

我有一个忙碌的周末.星期六我在早上六点起床，七点吃早餐.我在十一点吃午餐.下午，我洗碗碟和拖地.在星期日，我七点起床，八点补习.我在十一点回家.在下午和晚上，我写我的作业.真是一个忙碌的周末! I have a very busy weekend.
