今年暑假和往年一样，我参加了我最喜欢的夏令营，叫做Southampton Summer Day Camp。我觉得这个夏令营特别好玩，也很大。它有各种好玩的活动，比如游泳，攀岩，钓鱼，骑马，滑索，足球，网球，乒乓球，垒球，曲棍球，舞蹈，田径比赛等等。这是我第三年来到这个夏令营了，一起参加这个夏令营的也有很多我认识的同学和朋友。时间很快，八周快乐的夏令营就结束了，就像刚刚开始一样。

今年我最喜欢的活动是攀岩，我喜欢攀岩的原因是因为有挑战性，而且到顶的时候就会有一种成就感。我的夏令营总共有十二个攀岩墙，我全部都完成了。在整个夏令营里只有四个人成功地把十二墙都爬完了，我就是其中的一个，我还获得了攀岩比赛第一名。

我也很喜欢钓鱼。在夏令营的河边你可以钓鱼或者坐小船。我基本上都选择钓鱼。每钓到一条鱼，就能拿到一颗糖。有一天，我抓到了十五条鱼。我真是太开心了。

今年是我最后一年参加这个夏令营了。因为我满十二岁了，明年我就可以参加出国的夏令营。很期待明年不同的夏令营。参加了三年的Southampton Summer Day Camp，我都很开心，而且学会了踢足球，打网球，垒球，曲棍球等很多运动，也认识了很多新老朋友，而且我们这个夏令营的午餐也是很不错的， 还有我喜欢的salad 和sushi， 时间很快，暑假很快就过完了， 我很开心地渡过了又一个愉快的夏令营。

暑假，我和来自全国各地的小伙伴们一起参加了在江西婺源举办的我是牛仔成长营地（丛林猎奇）夏训营。为了这个夏令营，妈妈给我准备了一个40升的大背包。你知道40升的背包有多大吗？都可以装下一个三岁的小宝宝了！暴力装了衣服、零食、书、鞋子等夏令营需要的东西，背包背在背上就像一块大石头一样沉。但是，我还是自己背起来了。

爸爸送我去高铁站和教官汇合，一起出发。我们到了婺源营地的时候，天已经黑了。教官给大家分发了营服，还发了一个可爱的小猫本子，毛绒绒的。随后分配了房间，我和在高铁上认识的陈衍序、豆豆三个人一起住。夏令营就算正式开始了，心情好激动。

我们这期营一共有40多人，最小的只有7岁。营地有中国的教官，还有从美国来的5位教官。我和其他6个小伙伴组成了“猎鹰队”。我们队有个全能的队长HANZHI，一位参加过很多期我是牛仔营的老营员。她不仅英语说得非常好，还会挠痒痒术。反正教官交给我们的任务，她都能带领我们完成。因为我是队伍里最小的，所以队长和大家都很关照我。在沙场点兵的活动中，我为我们猎鹰队争夺第一名立下了汗马功劳。回家前，队长在我的赏识卡上写着：虽然大部分时候你帮不了太多的忙，但你帮的一定是非常重要的事情。

在夏令营的10天里，我们每天自己按时起床。如果迟到，会被奖励健康大礼包。我们每天要自己洗衣服，我第一次学习做弓箭、射箭；第一次在大河里游泳，可不是游泳馆哦；第一次自己采茶、炒茶、泡茶；第一次造纸；第一次露营，看见北斗星；我们去古驿道徒步，我们学习救治伤员，我们自己去菜地摘菜、切肉、生火、砍竹子做竹筒饭……反正非常好玩，虽然也会经常想妈妈。

夏令营里我印象最深刻的是露营。我和上四年级的任友容一组，一起搭帐篷。晚上我们俩在帐篷里聊天，看星星，一起想妈妈。我的水杯找不到的时候，他还把自己的水给我喝，他像哥哥一样照顾我。不过，蚊子可真多，咬了好多包包！露营的第二天，我们一起采茶叶。我们发现了一片没有人发现的茶树，赶紧摘啊摘，等别人过来的时候我们的茶篓都快满了。后来，我们跟着一位老爷爷学习如何炒茶叶，了解茶叶的加工过程。回到营地，茶艺师阿姨教我们如何泡茶。我们还把自己做好的茶叶，带回家送给爸爸妈妈，并给爸爸妈妈泡上一杯香香的茶！

在夏令营期间，白天我玩的非常开心，晚上就开始想家。然后白天又很开心，晚上又开始想妈妈。就这样，不知不觉夏令营结束了。下个暑假，我还想再参加一次我是牛仔成长营地的沙漠穿越营。

时间飞逝，转眼离开北京夏令营一个星期了，因为暑假作业很多没写，请老师谅解。

今天天气阴，我怀着思念的心情写下我在夏令营的感受。

我很幸运被夏令营活动录取了，我也是第一次去北京，在这天7月29日，我和我的爸爸早早起来就准备等北京的车。9点才坐上车，因为堵车下午3点才到，到了是田老师接的我，田老师让我认识了新的朋友。但我仍有一些不熟悉的面孔，老师让我们互相了解，互相帮助，不一会我们渐渐的熟悉了成了好朋友。

第一天，老师让我们去了奥林匹克公园里玩寻宝游戏，这天很热，但是我们很高兴，老师早早就给我们准备好了，食物和水，虽然天气很热，但是他也不能阻挡我们大家一起到奥林公园寻宝。下午我们又去了科技馆，老师是让我们了解是中国的科技发展，让我们对科技的热爱，但是我们了解中国的科技发展，让我们对科技的热爱，但是我第一次来北京看到什么都好奇，而且玩一天，四点，我们才回到营地，大家很累但也很快乐。

第二天，天气还是很热，但是我们去的地方是国家野生动物园和爬长城，我们乘坐大巴车向动物园开去，凶猛的东北虎和他的同伴正在睡觉，威武的狮子在丛林里散步，经过了猛兽区，我们下了大巴来到猴山看了猴子、山鸡、孔雀、斑马、长颈鹿从没见过的动物，老师让我们休息了一会，便坐了车，去往长城，到了长城我们开始了爬长城的活动，老师们和志愿者各带一个孩子，我们手拉手往上爬。有的同学很勇敢有的手脚并用，还是坚强向前爬了一段时，有的同学体力不行，不想爬了，老师为了鼓励同学，喊：“同学们加油”！我们一共爬了182个台阶，站在长城高处远望去，景色真的好美。

第三天，我们又去了天安门和故宫，这天和前两天一样，吃了早饭，老师又给我们准备了食物、水、水果，我们到天安门门口拍了照，然后我们瞻仰了毛主席，又去了故宫。故宫又大又美，可是因为天气热，我们一到有阴凉的地方就想休息，这天是我们最辛苦的一天。

第四天，我们又观看了颐和园，颐和园好大好大，风景多种多样，让我无法形容，是我以来没有见过，回来我们又到清华大学门口拍了一张照片，就回营地了。

第五天，老师让我们在营地活动（读书会，美术课，外教课，做寿司）我从来没见过寿司，也没吃过，也没做过，在老师的教导下，我第一次没有做好，第二次还行吧。

第六天，我们去了民族园、鸟巢，我也第一次到这么大的场面，我有一种好奇和兴奋。在这天我能学到一点知识也让我大开眼界。

而最后一天，我们隆重举行了结业典礼，大家欢天喜地，高高兴兴包了饺子，吃了午饭，我就等车回家了。

在这次的夏令营中，遗憾的是我爸爸的身体不好都没有玩一天，就在营地待着，等我回家。

暑假开始了，能干点什么呢？学校有一个正合我意的夏令营——机器人夏令营，我毫不犹豫地第一个报了名。下面就和我一起体验拼插机器人的乐趣吧！

第一天上午8点，我兴致勃勃地来到学校，跨入高级班的大门。给我们上课的是孙老师，等人到齐了，便让我们拿一套零件，按书上的步骤拼搭RCX小车（RCX是机器人的大脑）。我先把两个马达固定在一起，安上轮子，再把马达和RCX连接在一起。唉，两个轮子都在后面，前面怎么办？我一时慌了神，看到赵天宏已经插好了小车，走过去问：“赵天宏，我有个地方不会拼，你能帮帮我吗？”赵天宏仔细看了看我的小车，在RCX底部加了个圆滑的零件，支撑了一下，小车就能走了，我连忙道谢。

吃过午饭，我把小车改装成三轮车，和同学进行比赛。我把前轮卡在一条地隙里，一声令下，三辆车同时冲出起点，跑着跑着，一辆车撞墙了，另一辆车也被我甩在后面。我的三轮车第一个冲过终点，我欢呼雀跃起来。

下午，我把我的冠军三轮车拆了，按孙老师的投篮机器人组装我自己的“姚明”，我紧张而有序地进行这项任务。终于拼完了，出去试一下吧，唉？“姚明”怎么只顾往前跑，不投篮呢？噢，原来是没有编程的关系。时间飞逝，第一天过去了，我还意犹未尽，默默地期待着第二天学习编程。

穿上防弹衣、带上大头盔、端上重机枪，万事俱备，只欠命令。随着哨声的响起，我带领着队伍首先埋伏在一个让对方难以找到的地方——土山后面。然后大家商议对策，那就是我作为队长，主动出击，抛砖引玉，吸引敌人的注意力，这时候队员们看好机会打败敌人。我跑出山包，对着天空就是一枪，敌人发现了我全部向我包围过来，他们有的抱住我，不让我有抵抗的机会，有的对着我的射击点猛射正当他们打得不亦乐乎的时候，我的队友乘机转移到了大帐篷里，打开透明窗来对着敌人射击，（大帐篷是可以抵挡红外线和激光的，这样我们既保护了自己不被敌人打到，也可以在不被敌人发现的情况下射击到敌人），此战术大获成功，我们的队员发出一阵阵胜利的欢呼声，对方的阵地里则是阵阵惨叫声。

哨声响起，战斗结束。经过老师数据分析显示，我们队里所应当是这场战斗的“大赢家”。

今天早晨，我们排着队去晨练。我们从旅馆出发，来到了一个路口，又往右边跑了一段，然后返回。我边跑边看着日照市美丽的风景，心里非常舒服。

我们到了一个广场，排好队，就开始军训。练的第一个动作是“立正”，第二个是“向右看齐”，第三个是“向右转”……

军训完了以后，已经是中午了，天上正好开始下大雨，我们一阵风似的跑到旅馆，开始吃午饭。吃完美味的午饭，就开始睡午觉。我不习惯睡午觉，躺在床上睡不着，一直等到吹哨老师说下午要游泳。我在身上抹了防晒霜，又穿上了游泳衣，就到门外站队。

走到了海边，我迫不及待地下了海，开始在大海里游泳。大海里有很多海浪，一个大浪袭来，我纵身一跳，就跳过了一个海浪。我跳过了一个又一个海浪。如果海浪更大，我就会从海浪中钻过去，我也钻过了很多海浪。

大海真是好玩儿呀！我喜欢大海！

I watched television late last night so I woke up late. My mother asked me

to go to the market to buy some eggs for her. When I played with a little dog on

the street, I dropped the eggs on the ground. They were all broken. My mother

was very angry with me when I went home. I am very unhappy today.

昨晚我看电视看到深夜，所以醒来晚。妈妈让我去市场买了一些鸡蛋给她。当我在街上的跟一只小狗玩的时候，我把鸡蛋扔在在地上。他们都被打破了。当我回家的时候，我的母亲是我很生气。今天我很不高兴。

Every city has many theme parks, the local people like to go to the park for a walk or take some exercise. In China, most parks are free, people can go there without charge, but still some other parks need to charge. People urge that all the parks should be free, while I think it will do harm to the park.

每个城市都有很多主题公园，本地人喜欢去公园散步或者锻炼。在中国，大部分公园免费，人们无需给钱就可以进入公园，但是仍然有一些公园需要付费。人们要求所有的公园应该免费，然而我觉得这样会对公园有害。

One the one hand, opening the parks for free encourages people to go to the park for entertainment. Most people have the habit to take a walk after dinner, so it can help them to keep their bodies healthy. The children can have fun with their friends, too. The parks provide people so much fun, so it is good for people to go to there for free.

一方面，免费开放公园鼓励着人们去公园娱乐。很多人有饭后散步的习惯，这样有助于让他们保持身体的健康。孩子们也可以和他们的朋友找乐子。公园给人们提供了很多的乐趣，因此免费开放公园对人们是有好处的。

On the other hand, too many people go to the parks will do harm to the environment. Some people will throw away their trash away, the environment will be polluted. What’s more, the crowed people will make people have less space for them to have fun.

另一方面，过多的人去公园会对环境造成伤害。一些人会随处扔垃圾环境会被污染。而且，成群的人会让人们享有很少的空间来娱乐。

For me, I think it is not good to open the parks for free, it needs to control the number of people, so we can protect the environment.

对于我来说，我觉得免费开放公园是不好的，要控制人群的数量，这样我们才能保护环境。

夏令营的第三天，我们迎来了五年级点球大战。

球场被围得水泄不通，小射手们都已准备好了，却迟迟不见他们动脚。原来，球门前还少个守门员。

这时，一名黑人外教在两名助教的陪伴下姗姗来迟。黑人老师浑身是黑，他咧嘴一笑，白白的牙齿露得特别的醒目，在阳光下闪闪发亮。

一不留神，黑人老师便已站在球门前，摆好了抵御“飞来足球”的准备。嘿！那架势还真像一名训练有素的专业守门员：弓着腰，双手张开，双膝微曲，眼珠子却在左右转动，寻找着足球飞来的方向。

我们班的陈凯上场了。虽然看上去有点小小的紧张，但脸上透露着一种自信：这球，我进定了！

黑人老师面对小射手，却也不怠慢，他在左右两边快速移动，不让陈凯有可趁之机。这时，陈凯一个箭步，全身的力量都仿佛聚集于脚尖，他甩开大脚，用力一扫——我看见球贴着草尖飞过，连小草都吓得抖三抖。

耶！我好象听见了全班同学都在心里欢呼。

我紧张地望着疾飞的足球，欢呼声已做好冲出喉咙的准备。

可就在这时，我只觉眼前一花，一道黑色闪电在我面前急速闪过，我反应稍一迟钝，就看见刚刚还在左边的黑人老师已经扑倒在右边的草地上，手中还抱着那只足球！

欢呼声已经卡在了喉咙中，我目瞪口呆地望着黑人老师，心中不禁疑问一片：他，他是什么时候跑过来的？

男生一个球都没能攻破黑色门神的十指关，只好指望女射手了。

轮到朱希阳时，男生们一半加油一半起哄地喊着：“暴力！暴力！”可朱希阳的发挥实在太差，一脚踢去，球根本是贴着草地在缓缓地溜达，黑人老师微微一笑，从容地走过来，不费吹灰之力将球捡了起来。

“切！”男生中一片嘘声。对此，朱希阳只能抱歉地笑笑。

而那黑人老师又凝神站在了球门前，如一堵黑色的墙。哎！那黑色门神的能耐不可小视啊！

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there the sky was turning grey little by little the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries then suddenly in the faraway horizon golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon so big and so red it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

On Christmas morning, the children wake up very early. Some even turn on the light at two oclock, and most of them are awake by six oclock, and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared. At about one oclock in the afternoon, the Christmas dinner is brought in. The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten. Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it. The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas holidays comes to an end.
