今年暑假，我和同学一起参加了班级夏令营。在我们的满心期待中，8月8日下午我们终于乘坐高铁前往目的地：西安。一路上，我们欢快的歌声伴随着高铁一起，驶过漫长的轨道。我们趴在窗台上，看着眼前不断变化的风景，不时地发出惊喜的呼声。

告别了西安，我们到了中卫。这里的美景很多，其中腾格里大漠是我国的第四大沙漠，占据面积就达4·3万平方公里。在这片大沙漠中，通湖草原就是腾格里大漠中的绿洲。在这片草原上，可以骑马和骑骆驼，感受草原风情。还有更刺激的沙海冲浪车，从坡度80米的沙山上滑下来时，风中便到处飘荡着我们充满惊喜的尖叫声。当我们站在高高的沙山上远望时，仿佛所有的一切都是那么的渺小。

随后，我们又抵达了《爸爸去哪儿》节目的拍摄地。一下车，展现在眼前的是一大一小两个湖。沙子和湖水的边缘交际在一起，在阳光的照耀下，显得十分美丽。湖水是那样的深，又是那样的清，深得看不见湖底，清得又能看见岸边沉积的沙粒。大湖边生长的芦苇丛和湖水在一起，就像在茫茫沙海中偶然遇见的绿洲。

在美丽的宁夏，一座座高山上长满了各色野花，清新的泥土气息扑鼻而来，让我们忘记了所有的烦恼。在山下的枸杞园里，我们亲手摘下枸杞，酿制了枸杞酒。在西部影视城里，我们还换上了古装，特意拍摄了一部微电影呢！在电影里，我扮演的是一名侠客，我自己感觉演得还是不错的呢！

欢乐的几天时间一晃而过，很快，夏令营就在我们的欢乐的笑声中结束了。这一次难忘的旅行，将会成为我童年美好的回忆！

这个暑假里，我参加了夏令营活动。出发的前几天，我就早早的准备好了自已所有的一切必备用品。穿的`衣服，换的鞋子，洗的用品，等等…我的心情感到格外的紧张和激动。因为我从小到大，没有离开家，也没有一个人单独过独立生活，这次妈妈给我去的目的也是想让我锻炼一下独立的生活。

出发的那天，我拉着行礼箱，心里也很担心，我到底能不能胜过这几天。因为第一次离开爸爸妈妈，家里所有的一切都是由爸妈给我一手操办，今天我得自已做了，但我想，这么多的小朋友去，他们行，我也行吧！我们上车了，跟爸妈说了再见，一颗心也就马上沉了下去，还好，我们在车上一起有说有笑的，也就忘记了一切。大概开了二个多小时，就到了杭州驻杭部队营房目的地。

一下车看到有许多的同学，都早早的到了。我们就寝后马上穿好军装，中午吃好饭后，在炎日的阳光下站军姿，守军规，遵军纪，值军岗，住晋军衔，住军营，像解放军一样训练自我控制能力，自我管理能力，像宇航员飞行员一样训练注意力，在紧张有趣的活动中，安排了游泳，烧烤，还有CS真人游戏，素质拓展游戏。

通过这次夏令营活动，我懂得了做任何事要一丝不苟，不能马马虎虎。学习也是一样，只要刻苦学习，对自已有信心，培养自己的自我控制能力和自我管理能力，一定会提高自己的成绩。

六天的仪仗队生活，犹如一首激动人心的交响曲，苦与乐构成了它的主旋律，值得回味，难以忘怀！

那铁的纪律，严酷的训练就是我们的“军训”。我们不断的进行着枯燥的训练，有时在太阳底下站军姿，站得脚软头晕，眼冒白光。每一次训练都是接受汗水的洗礼，每一天生活都在进行意志力的抗争。但即使这种魔鬼般夏令营再苦再累，我们也要挺过去。这种钢铁般的意志，遍布了整个操场。

第一天，立正，稍息，向左向右看齐，向左向右转，重复着这些简单的动作，我觉得不怎么一回事，容易极了。可是一到下午，动作都变了，我们要练齐步走，正步走，我们见识过真正军人的步子，他们踏着整齐的步伐，抬头挺胸，目视前方，那是令人多么振奋的步声。于是，许多同学也学了起来，但是，每位同学要不脚没抬平，就是没有绷脚尖，甚至连站都站不稳。一个下午就把我们的腿酸的站都站不稳。我们有点动摇了，想过放弃，但是我们克服了软弱，始终坚持着。两天后我们微微地适应了军人的生活，我们面貌一新：不但身体强壮、充满活力，而且我们的意志也得到强化，个个有着钢一般的毅力。这对于我们这两年的仪仗队学习和生活有着重要的意义。

Santa, you are a magical person. Although I have never seen you, I can

imagine what you look like. On December 24, you ride in a sleigh pulled by 12

reindeer and drop presents down chimneys from house to house. You will satisfy

every childs Christmas wish.

I also have a Christmas wish this year. I want Avang and Darky back to me.

Awan is a dog that my grandfather picked up. Awan was no ordinary dog. It has

the blood of the Wolf, so it is a Wolf dog. Not long after, Awang became

pregnant and gave birth to The paparazzi, Xiao Hei. As a mother, Awang loves her

son, Xiao Hei, very much. I also very painful small black, a little bump all

dont let, more wont let others bully it.

When Xiao Hei was nearly five years old, my grandfather suddenly had a

stroke and was unable to take care of himself in the hospital bed. Little Hei

was afraid of thunder since he was a child. The other day I went to see grandpa

in the hospital. It was thundering and thundering outside. Grandma was at my

sisters house, and I was afraid to walk home alone. So I was in the hospital

waiting for my mother to pick me up and go home with me. But mom cant come to

pick me up because of something.

今年我也有一个圣诞愿望。我想让阿旺和小黑回到我的身边。阿旺是我爷爷捡回来的一条狗。阿旺不是一条普通的狗。它身上有狼的血性，所以说是一条狼狗。没过多久，阿旺怀孕生下了狗仔小黑。做了母亲的阿旺非常疼爱自己的儿子——小黑。我也很疼小黑，一点磕磕碰碰都不让，更不会让别人欺负它了。

在小黑快五岁的时候，我的爷爷突然得了中风，躺在病床上不能自理。小黑从小就怕打雷。那天我去医院看望爷爷。外面雷电交加，风雨大作。当时奶奶在妹妹家，我一个人又不敢走回家。所以我在医院等妈妈过来接我一起回家。可是妈妈临时有事不能来接我了。

所以一咬牙我就一个人冲进了大雨中。雨太大了，我一路飞奔。朦胧中，我看到两个移动的黑点在朝我跑过来。我很开心，肯定是阿旺和小黑来迎接我回家。可是我太高兴了，忘了前面是红灯，冲了出去。说时迟那时快，阿旺跑到我面前替我挡住了汽车迎面而来的撞击。

车主下车一看，原来撞到的是条狗，没说什么就驱车离开了。我非常无奈，很想找他拼命。可是阿旺的命更重要。想到这，我立马抱起阿旺跑到宠物医院。

医生说“不用做手术了，基本上没救了。”听到这，我不由自主地放声大哭。医生看我实在太伤心，建议给阿旺安乐死。我只能忍痛答应，我不想让阿旺临死前那么痛苦。

I think its very important and necessary for kids to do some housework at home.

Firstly it is because they just spend too much time doing homework without having any rest. Doing housework not only help them rest but also do some body exercise. Secondly, kids should learn how hard-working their parents are and thus learn to be grateful.

For me, I can do lots of housework. For example, I can do the dishe, I can cook, I can sweep the floor, and I can also water the flowers. Whats more, I can set the table and so on.

第二天吃过早饭，老师对大家说：“今天我们要做太阳能实验，” 大家一听都非常兴奋，迫不及待地跟着老师来到大厅，急忙找个位子坐下来。老师先给我们讲了一些太阳能的知识，然后老师给我们每个人发一盒太阳能玩具，里面有好几种拼装图纸，想拼什么就可以选自己喜欢的图纸拼。

我选的是太阳能电动小狗，我兴致勃勃的先把太阳能板和电动机连接，再小心翼翼地装上其它小零件后，终于做好了。我急忙把小狗放在太阳下，小狗的尾巴竟然摆动起来了。哦！我明白了，原来这就是老师开始讲的，太阳能电池板吸收太阳光被转化为电能，再通过电线的传播转化成动能后，又推动齿轮转动，从而使小狗尾巴摆动起来，大家说是不是很神奇啊？

接下来，老师又教我们做石膏实验，我们第三小队先来做，我们用石膏粉加上水搅拌成粉糊后，每个人选一个模子，我选的是一个QQ宠物企鹅，老师帮我们往模具里倒石膏，倒完石膏我小心的端着模具，不一会儿石膏变硬了，在老师的帮助下把模子拿下来，哇！我的扣宠物企鹅终于诞生了，我真是太高兴了！

吃过午饭后，同学们又来到了宽敞明亮的大厅，要给我们的作品涂上颜色，老师把五颜六色的颜料早已准备好放在桌子上了，我先把企鹅旁的心涂上火红火红的颜料，小企鹅涂成黑色和白色，最后老师帮我修改一下就大功告成了，看着我做的石膏像越看越喜欢，让我爱不释手，这可是我忙了大半天杰作啊！今天也真正让我体会到了艺术家的乐趣，太过瘾了！

不知不觉到了晚上，今天的收获很大，我们玩的也特别开心，盼望着明天有更好玩的等着我们。

暑假开始了，我参加了学校组织夏令营-------海南，见到了许多有趣的事情，但最有趣的还得数在大东海游玩。

七日下午，我们来到了大东海，下车一看，真是好一个大东海，真不愧为中国海南的名胜风景。我们脱下鞋，光着脚，走在沙滩上，感受那软软的细沙。这时，李老师说：“你们去玩沙子吧！”只见同学们都奔跑了起来，只有我站在那儿没底气的问：“李老师，可以脱衣服下海吗？”李老师犹豫了一下说：“可以，一定要注意安全。”我马上把这个好消息告诉了同学们，只见同学们都一蹦三尺高，快速的换好了衣服，然后找了个地方摆放衣物。大家一起张开双臂边跑边冲向大海边喊：“可以下海游泳了！可以下海游泳了！大海，我来了！”

我们下了海后，只见碧蓝碧蓝的海水涌在我身上，感到无比凉爽、惬意。这时，我一个不留神，一个大浪打了过来，让我呛了一大口水，我尝到了苦和咸的味道，我想：难道这就是人生的味道吗？呛了一口水后，我们的玩耍真正开始了，我敞开胸怀，准备迎接海浪，“啪”地一声，一个巨浪又打在我身上，把我拍倒了；我刚要站起来，却又被一团沙子击中，“可恶”，是谁弄的？我抹掉沙子转过身，发现是刘科文向我宣战了，我也不是好惹的，于是向他展开了反攻。然后，我们俩又召集了男生，一起对女生展开了攻击，用沙子、海水浇到她们的身上、背上，她们只要一靠近水，我们便会攻击着把她们赶到岸上去，搞得女生们都不赶下海了，男生们又开开心心的进行海水大战。就这样，我们互相打斗、追逐着玩得好开心。最后，由于校长伯伯怕我们出事，才让我们停止了战斗。

这次去大东海，虽然只玩了一下子，但我们都很开心！

暑假，我来到了横店，参加了一次有趣的军事夏令营。在这个活动中，我们不仅仅训练，还玩了许多游戏，观看了许多表演。

第一天，我来到了国防科技园，这里就是这次夏令营的主基地。到这里时，已经中午了，大家和教官一起，吃中饭。我们的教官姓程，是程教官。吃完饭，我们大家由程教官带领，分了队，开始了训练。我们进行的是队列训练。教官先教我们站军姿。“两眼平视前方，腰板挺直，双手紧贴裤缝，脚呈外八字。”教官仔细地给我们讲解，我们聚精会神地听着，并认真严谨地站着。接着还练了转体、敬礼礼毕、踏步等。

第二天，我们学习了生存常识，知道了如何自护自救。军营里包扎用的一般是三角巾。假如是头受伤了，把三角巾中间的那个角朝下，绑在头上。再将那个向下的角翻上来，拉到后面，和之前绑在头上的那两个角扎在一起，就大功告成了。假如是手臂受伤了，直接把三角巾在手臂上绕个几圈，然后直接绑个结，就好了。晚上，我们还练了军歌团结就是力量，来了一次拉歌PK。

第三天，我们来到了红军长征博览城重走长征路。在行程途中，我们亲身体验了红军长征时经过的种种难关。其中，走过泸定桥时，我几乎吓破了胆。因为，桥下是7米深的水，再加上桥比水面又高出了30多米。所以，过桥时，桥身摇摇晃晃，我心惊胆战，都不敢往下看一眼，生怕看一眼就会整个人掉下去。

第四天，一大早我们就出发了，去广州街香港街。在那里我们观看了两出话剧《大话飞鸿》《怒海争风》一起协助了香港警察队，打败了海盗。晚上，我们去了梦幻谷。可惜去的不是时候，当时下起了暴雨，我们没有办法游泳了，也没有办法玩室外的游乐设施了。不过，还有室内的，我们同样还是玩的不亦乐乎。我们还有幸看到了海豚表演。只见它们在水里游来游去，还不时跃出水面，像是在跟我们玩捉迷藏，真是可爱极了。小海豚还现场给我们大家做了几道算术题。我们先出了一道加法题，没想到，他居然答对了。于是，我们又出了一道减法题，终于把它给难倒了，小海豚一连好几次都没想出来。把我们大家都逗得乐开了花。

第五天，我们又来到了明清居民博物馆。我们首先拍了一个名叫《举起手来》的微电影。我们女生演的是老师和学生，男生演日本鬼子和八路军。这是在抗日年代，日本鬼子侵略我们，最后被八路军消灭。我们认真地演着，仿佛穿越到了那个年代，完全沉浸在剧本里。就连导演都夸我们动作快质量好。

第六天，也就是最后一天，教官带我们穿上了军装，举行闭营仪式。穿上了这身衣服我们就成为了一个真正的特种兵，英姿飒爽。教官还分别给我们发了证书和奖章。

就这样，我们度过了在军营的这六天五夜，有辛酸，有汗水，有歌声，也有欢笑，每个人都收获满满。最后都依依不舍地乘着大巴，回家喽！

7月12日，我们学校举行了“放飞梦想，扬起风帆”的小记者夏令营。

早上，同学们来到学校，首先，举行了开营仪式。校长为我们讲开营词教室里鸦雀无声，我同样认真地聆听着。接着，我们坐上车，开开心心地向熙信培训中心出发。

一到“熙信”培训中心，我们就开始了小主播的培训。首先，张老师说：“当好主播必须学会控制气息，气息是人体发声的动力和基础。在播音和主持时，气息的速度、流量、压力的大小与声音的高低、强弱、长短有直接关系。”我们接下来练习绕口令。我们每个人都发到了稿子，我看着一大串密密麻麻的字，就像小蚂蚁一样，我一下子怔住了。心想：这么多字，肯定一口气读不下来。我心里对主播油然升起一股敬佩之情。“这么难，我还是慢慢地读好。我在心里默默地想。我一个一个慢慢地读，仔细地指着。生怕出了什么差错。可是，时间越长，我越觉得无趣，便开始尝试快读，可是不知怎地，一快起来，舌头就像打结一样，结结巴巴。我脑袋里的思绪像乱麻一样缠在一起。开始露出为难的情绪，但是又想起开营时老师说的话，我坚持了下来。

张老师开始让我们体验当主播上镜的感觉。我专心地读着稿子，在心里不时地提醒自己背要挺直，不要紧张。看着别人神情自若的，我的心里才慢慢平静下来。终于，轮到我了。我小跑进演播室，坐上椅子，猛地深吸一口气。我开始声情并茂，绘声绘色地把稿子读完。我的心里紧张得像揣了只兔子一样。小主播体验完了，老师夸我讲得不错，知识网络要把头抬起来面对镜头。我虚心地接受建议，心想：以后一定要记住。

我们又去芭蕾舞厅体验跳芭蕾舞，看见橱窗里美丽的舞裙，看见教室里同学们高雅地舞姿，看见同学们压腿时辛苦的身影，我想芭蕾舞演员优雅的舞姿背后，付出了多少辛勤的汗水。

随着时间的飞逝，夏令营结束了。这一次我渡过了一段美好的时光，我不仅体验了当小主播的乐趣，还懂得了：只有有梦想，就要克服重重困难，努力去实现。

自从把你送到仰口后，老爸老妈就有了一项重要工作，那就是每天晚上看你们的活动照片，看到你与伙伴们友好相处，每天那么快乐，我们也很高兴。我们还经常收到教练的短信，他说你在活动中表现积极，特别是培养了克服困难的勇气，老爸老妈感动啊!

教练夸你是一个善良的孩子。的确，从小到大你从不欺负小朋友，你关爱父母和师长，你仔细照料着家里的花草和小乌龟，给受伤的小麻雀疗伤，善良的孩子朋友多，看到你和夏令营伙伴友好相处，老爸老妈很欣慰。

教练说你是一个坚强的孩子。积极参加各种活动，本来唱歌演讲是你的弱项，但这一次你鼓足勇气展示自己确实让我们惊喜，可能你对自己的表现还不满意，也可能你对自己能不能站到众人面前也有过犹豫，但你毕竟站出来了，能站出来比得第一都重要，因为你有了面对困难的勇气。有了第一次,当你第二次再走上舞台的时候,是不是感觉就自信多了?也没有那么紧张了?所以只要你对自己有信心,只要你心中认定自己能行,就没有克服不了的困难.

教练建议我们多给你一些信心和鼓励，这建议让老爸感到难为情，因为老爸知道，在学习上对你最欠缺的`就是耐心和鼓励了，当你的作业没有按时完成，你的书写不整齐，你的练习出现错误时，你最想得到爸妈帮助的时候，迎来的却是我们严厉的批评。有时你渴望你用努力换来的进步和老师对你的夸奖能让我们高兴，我们却把你的成绩看的一文不值，现在想来，我们的做法真的伤害了你，我们希望你能处处优秀，但我们的方法错了。看到你在教练的帮助下中表现的快乐和自信，老爸老妈也会改正自己的作法。

儿子，新学期你就是初中学生了，在新的学校你会有新的老师和新的同学，爸爸妈妈希望你像在夏令营对待教练和学员一样，与新学校的老师、同学相处，一起讨论学习，一起克服困难，一起快乐成长。

Dear Mr Pan:

It has been a long time since I wrote the last letter. Nowdays, people write letters less and less, instead, they make a call or send a SMS. However, it is still a good way for us to communicate with each other by sending a letter.

Its my honour to get the chance to write to you. "Approachable" is my first impression of you, because you always keeps smiling. Students may fear the teachers that are serious both in and out of class. Smile makes a teacher popular with his students, you are a teacher of this very kind.

You always arrive at the classroom ahead of any of the students, from which we could imply that you are a diligent man with regular habit. Before the class, you like to talk to us, at this very time, you are more a friend than a teacher. To be honest, I was surprised in the first class when I learned a teacher at your age could speak English in such a fluent way.(I didnt mean you are old, youre young at heart.) Moreover, you know well how to keep your class attractive. Youve got such an active mind that you can keep talking during the whole class without a pause. I always appreciated your ideas and enjoyed listening to you. In your class, I learned not only the writing skills but also the presentation skills as well as much knowledge of other areas. Thanks for your excellent teaching.

Ive got some suggestions for you. It seems that we students have got few chances to participate in discussion during the class time. Most of the time, we are listening. Seldom did we express our own ideas. I suggest that teachers should interact with students more frequently in the class. Besides, Id like to practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?

昏暗的高照灯，没有一丝亮光的黑色的天空，站满了一个操场的我们。

这是我在夏令营中，最深刻的体验——蹲马步20分钟。

没有太多的前奏，在家长与教官的注视下，我们被迫绑上了眼睛，围成一组组小圈，"握拳伸手，脚与肩宽，蹲！"

这是一个不可能的任务，怎么能这样！同学们心中多少堵塞着绝望。一首《逆战》在耳边回响，伴随着的是教官的喝声：“你不知道自己能做到什么，你更不知道自己能做的怎么样！当你觉得撑不住时，抓住旁边同学的手，咬住牙，大叫‘加油’，你们的家长在看着你们，看着你们的优秀，你不能放弃，因为所有的同学都还在坚持！”

双眼被绑上了粗布后，我紧闭两眼，世界是那样的昏暗一片，却有几十位同学伫立着。高照灯仿佛突然变得闪亮，操场也似乎化为了金殿堂……我们在坚持。颤抖的睫毛滑出滴滴汗水，但立刻被粗布吸去。水已浸透了白色的校服，顺着手臂流到握拳的掌心，再滴落。两腿在抖动，好似那打桩机。整个人也跟着上上下下，我紧咬着牙。

不知何时，我嘴中涌起了《岳阳楼记》：庆历四年春……我身旁的同学也与我一起：滕子京谪守巴陵郡……渐渐的我们小组11个人一同诵着：先天下之忧……我们绷紧着自己，仿佛歇斯底里的叫着，《醉翁亭记》、《小石潭记》、《小幸福》。我们全操场的同学，一同用自己的方式勉励着自己，鼓舞着他人。

一哨惊天，20分钟到！我们拔下眼罩，烂泥一般瘫在地上，我抬起头，操场上那唯一还能亮的一盏高照灯并没有眼中的金殿堂那般明亮，却是那样的耀眼，照亮我心房中的每一个角落。它告诉我：坚持与坚强。

在我们小组员的中间，是十几滴汗水，在我们拳头的下方，那是我们的方式，记录我们的团结与坚持。

今天我读了一个学会生存的小故事，故事的内容是这样的：赵小锐和同学们利用客假到森林中参加生物夏令营，他看什么都感到新鲜。突然，他发现一只美丽的大蝴蝶，他想也没想，抄起捕虫网就追了过去。也不知到跑了多长时间，当赵小锐如愿以偿地抓到那只大蝴蝶时，他周围已经找不到一个同学了，也听不到一点同学们的谈笑声，甚至连那条森林中的小路也不知去向了。他迷路了。这时，他想起老师说过的话：“在森林中迷路时，千万不要惊慌，一定要冷静。”想到这，小锐做了几次深呼吸，平静了一下心情，开始为如何走出困境思索起来。不久，他就制定了一套方案：他先是回忆起自己离开队伍的时间，然后仔细观察附近的地形地貌，找到自己跑来时踩出的脚印，接着根据万同沿着脚印一步步慢慢地走，终于走回到来时的那条小路。沿着路没走多久，就听到了老师和同学们的呼喊声，小锐激动得都要哭了。

通过这个故事，告诉我们：遇到困难，不要紧张，要认真思考，想出合适的办法。希望每个同学都能学会生存。
