So I think it necessary to forbid shops and supermarkets from offering free plastic bags. When shopping, we can use cloth bags or baskets instead of plastic bags as we used to.

Environmental protection is not a new question for us, our government has put forward clear governance objectives. As every ordinary people in real life, although not may be directly engaged in environmental protection work, but we can starts from the minor matter, starts from me.

您最近身体是否很健康?工作是否顺利?最近雾霾天气相当严重，您别忘了出门前要及时戴上口罩，以免影响您的身体健康。

为什么最近雾霾天气会如此频繁呢?原因有以下三点：

1.在水平方向静风现象增多。城市里大楼越建越高，阻挡和摩擦作用使风流经城区时明显减弱。静风现象增多，不利于大气中悬浮微粒的扩散稀释，容易在城区和近郊区周边积累。

2.垂直方向上出现逆温。逆温层好比一个锅盖覆盖在城市上空，这种高空的气温比低空气温更高的逆温现象，使得大气层低空的空气垂直运动受到限制，空气中悬浮微粒难以向高空飘散而被阻滞在低空和近地面。

3.空气中悬浮颗粒物的增加。随着城市人口的增长和工业发展、机动车辆猛增，污染物排放和悬浮物大量增加，直接导致了能见度降低。

我想，这三点因素一定就是雾霾产生的原因了。我们小学生不仅要知道雾霾产生的原因，还要注意自我防护，像：雾霾天气少开窗、外出戴口罩、多喝桐桔梗茶、适量补充维生素D、

饮食清淡多喝水等。

让我非常惊讶的是，石家庄在中国空气质量指数排行榜仅仅排名第97位。这令我十分难过，没想到从小生活的城市空气质量那么差!不过更惊讶的是首都北京竟然是排名“倒数第三”，太可怕了。

我认为，地球三大生命要素是：空气、水、土壤。只要这三种少了一种，人类就会灭绝。所以保护环境是非常重要的。环境是人们所在的周围地方与有关事物，一般分为自然环境与人文环境。人文环境保护好了，自然环境就会好。

我们目前是小学生，虽然我们还没有办法保护祖国的环境，但是我们有能力保护好校园的环境、社区的环境以及街道的环境。

从小做起，从我做起。保护环境，人人有责!在这里，我提议：

1. 利用电视台向全国人民发起倡议，在自己生日当天种下一颗树。

2. 提倡汽车单双号出行，可以严重减少尾气排放、

3. 工厂搬出市区。

4. 拆掉小锅炉，采取集中供暖。

Secondly， the city government must have a tight control over rural people entering cities to engage themselves in trade or do various physical jobs so as to lessen the pressure on the city caused by the increased population. Finally more and more people suggest that living blocks with shopping centers， schools， hospitals as well as cinemas and theatres round them or even satellite towns should be built in city suburbs or the countryside round the cities. In this way city citizens will be encouraged to move there to live and work. If these three proposals are well carried out， the city population will be greatly reduced.

“以前我们家里用水自家挖个井就可以了，可现在村子里绝大多数地方打出的井水有发白的，发黄的，发黑的，发臭的，已不能拿来吃了，新区里的许多人家现在已经不得不买水吃了。”

“现在村里生病的人多，而且有不少人生的是比较严重的毛病，这和我们周围的垃圾乱倒、厂里废水乱排是有一定关系的。”

我从书本上了解到，农村垃圾的危害主要有占用士地，损伤地表；污染土壤、水体、大气；危害健康。大人们常说“身体是本钱”，可他们为什么还会这样做呢？长此以往，是不是会影响大家平安的生活呢？

同学们，我们是明天社会的主人，改善环境，营造平安的生活环境，也是我们的责任和义务。

平安在我们手中，多参加环保活动，多植树，多种花，使我们永远生活在拥有蓝天、碧水、绿地的美丽家园。

地球是我们人类共同的母亲。这个和蔼可亲的生命的摇篮,是多么的艳丽缤纷，是多么的七彩阳光；是啊，潺潺的黄河是祖国的血脉在流动；是啊，滚滚的长江是中国伟大的历史见证……而现在，地球已身经千灾百难，身上已千仓百孔。因此，环境保护已刻不容缓。环境保护要从我做起；环境保护要从身边的一点点、一滴滴做起；环境保护要从身边的小事做起；一滴水，能换来一片生机；一度电能换来一次温饱；一粒粮，能换来一份收获；一棵树，能换来一米阳光。所以我们要珍惜每一粒粮、每一滴水、每一度电、每一张纸……

珍惜资源，保护地球，人人有责。同学们，地球上的资源是有限的。如煤、天然气等资源都要经过几百年，甚至几亿年的积累才能形成的。而自私的人类却为了自己的利益而去大肆开采不可再生的能源。正如《只有一个地球》中一文说到：“矿物资源不是上帝的恩赐，而是经过几亿年的地质变化才形成的。地球是无私的，它慷慨地向人类提供矿产资源。但是，因为人类的不节制开采，现在地球上的矿产资源已经快消失殆尽”。因此，珍惜资源已刻不容缓；珍稀资源保护地球，刻不容缓。

水是生命之源，更是万物之本。而人们常常会认为水是取之不竭，用之不尽的，在这里我要认认真真地告诉你们这一观点明显是错误的。目前，世界上已有百分之八十的国家缺水，我国已有32个城市严重缺水。我还听说过一个更荒唐的新闻。新闻上说：“西方国家一级严重缺水，而有人却看到了一个商机——去卖水，那个人花费大量金币，把南方的水运倒西方国家去卖。”你不要看地球表面有那么多蓝色，但其实水只有总数的三分之一。因此，保护水资源已刻不容缓。

环境保护，人人有责；环境保护，刻不容缓。环境保护必须从我们身边的点点滴滴做起。只有人人都懂得环境保护，我们的天才会更蓝，山才会更绿，水才会更清。
