期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

不会用英文写作文是绝大多数学生的通病。作文是由句子构成，一个正确的句子需要用正确的句型、正确的词组，正确的时态构成。训练学生的答题技巧和书写方面的好习惯。写好作文，没有诀窍，只有多写多练。

在今后的教学中，我们将继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功;引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力;培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题;讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语;在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。在培优辅差上下功夫，大面积提高学生的优秀率和合格率。

强姓是中文姓氏之一，强姓起源有十一个说法：一说是强姓来自禺彊的后代;一说是强姓来自强鉏的后代;一说是强姓来自公孙强的后代;一说是强姓来自斗强的后代;一说是强姓来自子强的后代;一说是强姓来自彊梁的后代;一说是强姓来自魏武子的后代等等。强姓在宋版《百家姓》中排名为第一百三十六位。

强氏是一个典型的多民族、多源流的古老形式群体，在当今姓氏排行榜上名列第二百零五位，人口约五十六万六千余，占全国人口总数的0.035%左右。

强姓起源颇广。同时为炎帝和黄帝的传人。在中国的历史舞台上，五胡十六国相继出现，使得中华民族日益庞大茁壮，时日一久，当时的所谓汉人与胡人，在传统文化的共同薰陶之下，再也不分彼此，亦分不出彼此。一手造成这个局面的是苻坚。大家都知道，他是氏族人。随着他扬名显世，他的族人也自此出人头地，在那一段日里扮演十分重要的角色，而我国的强姓，便是当时氏族的一个主要姓氏，苻坚的后代就姓强。关于强姓在1000多年以前与氏族的这段渊源，有《名贤氏族言行类稿》上的一段记载，可资说明，该稿是这样说的“……秦录有强永、强帛、姚秦录有强越、强斌、西阳强京，并略阳志也。”从以上的述说，大家也许会认为强氏是一个源自氏族的姓氏，实际上这种想法大谬不然，我国强氏的源远流长，他们的历史可以远溯到大约3000年以前的春秋时代，只是在南北朝之时，氏裔的强氏特别的表现出色罢了。那么我国最初的强氏又是怎样来的呢?这一点，《性苑》一书有着很明确的记载说：“左传郑大夫强鉏之后，望出丹阳。”这一支强氏的始祖强鉏，在春秋时代的郑国，也是一位风云人物。由此看来，我国的强氏是有两个主要的来源的，一支出自春秋时代的郑国大夫强鉏，一支则出自南北朝时表现出色的氏族。前者的主要繁衍地区是安徽省境内(古之丹阳)，后者则活跃于陕西省境内，算起来都是源自我国北方一个姓氏。唐朝末年天下大乱，再度造成了我国民族的大迁徙，一向活跃于北方的强氏，也在此时播迁到南方各地，宋明之际、江、浙一带的强氏纷纷崭露头角，其中又以宋代浙江钱塘的强家，最为锋芒毕露。
