国家把鲸认为保护动物了。现在日本人还是要捕鲸。如果日本人不把鲸捕来吃，那国家就放心了。我们该怎样让日本人不捕鲸呢!这就让祖国担忧了。

我想：和日本人讲和，不行，他们还会捕鲸的。还是就让他们捕鲸，不行。我们暗中保护鲸呢，不行。跟日本人总统谈条件，不行，不行，都不行。

我们只能眼睁睁地看着鲸被日本人捉去吃了吗!我们中国人一定会想尽一切的办法拯救鲸的!
