面试英文自我介绍简单大方（精品20篇）

自我介绍是面试中的一项“例牌”活动，时间往往也不长，2分钟到5分钟不等，很多时候，在实际的招聘过程中仅仅是被当作了正式面试的一个前奏而已，未得到应有到重视。然而，实际上，如果面试考官能够用心，那么是可以在应聘者的自我介绍中发现更多的有价值的内容的。至少我们可以从以下几个方面给予考虑：

一．听他说了什么？自我介绍中的内容分析

1．工作vs生活

一个人在介绍自我的时候，所选择的内容不会是无缘无故的，一定是某种心理活动的外部投射。面试之前的自我介绍往往是一种开放式的问题，选择什么内容来介绍自己应聘者有很大的自由。有的人会在整个的自我介绍中只进行工作相关的介绍而没有其余；有的人则会选择工作之外的内容，比如个性特点、生活经历来介绍自己。这有什么不同么？对于前一种人，或者可以认为他的生活重点只有工作，是个事业型的人；范文中国§fanwencn。com或者也说明他的生活也许有些单调；也许是急于表现自己的工作成就而忽略了其它。当然，对于工作相关内容，每个人都会有一些说明，毕竟是来面试找工作的，但在工作之外介绍了什么，却往往在不经意之间暴露出内心生活的重点。比如，一个不断介绍自己个性特点的人，可以推知他可能是一个注重内心体验的人；而一个介绍自己如何与人相处经历的人，往往是一个人际交往比较擅长的人；一个介绍了自己到出身、自己的爱人孩子的人，往往是一个家庭观念比较强的。在工作之外的自我介绍，实质上是强调了面试者个人的生活重心。

2. 业余爱好

每个面试者或多或少会有一点自己到业余爱好，这是人之常情，但世界上没有无缘无故的爱，他到兴趣与所爱往往也是他自己人性的展示。比如，一个人介绍自己是一个排球爱好者，自己曾以排球队长的身份带领球队取得了某种成绩。这能说明什么呢？是表明他身体健康吗？绝对不仅仅如此。其实在这种爱好背后暗示出他个人的人际关系水平，试想，排球是一个团体项目，没有队员之间的良好沟通和协作是很难取得什么成就的。而在这样到活动中，面试者能成为一个组织者，并取得了成就，至少说明了他在人际交流与沟通中的高能力。反之，如果一个人爱好的是不是排球是铅球，他个人的组织协调能力就值得考虑了，毕竟这种运动是一个人的活动，缺乏人际互动。在我们国家，在排球项目中出现了一些领导官员，但在铅球和举重等运动员中，出领导的可能性就寥寥了。

不过需要说明的是，爱好本来没有高低贵贱之分，在面试中所展现的个人爱好关键在于能否和所应聘的工作相匹配。比如说，爱读书、思考，这种爱好应聘一个报社编辑应该是合适的，但应聘一个人情往来比较多的公务员职位可能就不大适合了。

3. 个性特点

通过自我介绍，我们可以了解更多的是一个面试者的个性层面，从他的自我介绍中，可以从以下几个维度进行内容分析：

现实vs浪漫。有的人在自我介绍中，通篇的东西都很实在，说到观点的时候也愿意摆事实讲道理，无疑，这会是一个比较现实的人；而有的人，则会采用另外一种方式，比如讲一个小故事来介绍自己；或者通过一段诗词来介绍自己，那么这些人就属于浪漫型的人物了，他们往往情感丰富，有人情味，但有时候会沉迷于自己的世界显得与现实脱轨。

事实vs空洞。在说明一件事情的时候，有的人愿意高屋建瓴，从理论高度去阐述；而有的人则愿意举实际的例子，让事实来说明。比如说，同样是说自己有团队精神，务实的人会讲一个现实生活中的例子，谈自己是如何搞好同寝室关系的；而务虚的人则会从理念出发，说自己坚持了一个什么信念，又采用了几大策略，还奉行了几个坚持等等，说一些正确无比却又毫无实际操作意义的话。注意后一种人，这种人做一些宣传工作尚可，但要做实际工作的话有让你头痛的时候。

积极vs消极。一些乐观注意者，在做自我介绍的时候，说哪个方面都会加一个褒义到用语。比如介绍自己为人父，则会说自己是个“好”父亲；说自己为人子，也会说自己是个“好”儿子，虽然他不见得真的如此，但天生会透露出一种乐观精神。相反，另外一些人，会有意无意谈及自己的不足，即使这个不足面试考官并没有发现，他也会谈出来。比如是，有的人会强调自己到经验有限，外貌不佳，其实并不一定表明这些人不好，只不过说明他时常会将自己的目光聚焦到自身的缺点上，有的时候也不表明这些人消极，也有可能这只是一种对自己现状不满的表现。说自己丑的人不见得是真的丑，更多的是表明其对自己外貌的不满意，仅此而已。

正经vs玩笑。面试是一个比较庄重、严肃的场合，大部分面试者会一本正经的进行自我介绍，但也会有的人在这时候哪自己或者别人开玩笑。这是什么人呢？有几种可能，一是他是个生性幽默的人，什么时候都会显露出自己的幽默本性；二是他是一个有创造力的人，试图在这种场合内出奇制胜，给考官留下一个特别的印象；三是他仅仅是玩世不恭而已，对什么事情都郑重不起来。但究竟什么原因，还要具体问题具体分析。

My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.

Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm.

By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.

It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too.

In the second semester, I joined the workshop-schedu ling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.

The schedu ling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances.

To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Schedu ling method based on hybrid Petri Nets.

The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.

I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.

Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.

I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem.

This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.

In my senior year, I met Prof.

Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.

These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth .

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D.program.

My future research interests include: Network Schedu ling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

面试技巧

我拥有双重性格，好的时候，可以将自己聪明、细腻、能干、温情、幽默、有内涵等优良品质完全外展，此时我显得如此完美，光芒四射，并且可以表现得非常外向、健谈，容易与人打成一片。而一旦状态不好，便会变成另一个人，甚至非常窝囊，一事无成，不过通常此时我都躲了起来，不会让人看见。正因我深知自己这样的性格，理智的我选择了在状态好时多做事，多活动，多完成些人生目标，因为我无法确知何时糟糕的状态会到来，甚至有时为此不得不推迟自己的计划，或出现让人难以理解的行为模式。这种状态的变化表现在人际交往上特别是恋爱中便是忽冷忽热。因此，我需要绝对的安全感，这是一种说不清道不明的东西，反正就是不会让我感到不舒服，易诱发糟糕状态的感觉。很多时候，安全感来自于他们独有的私人空间。总之，状态好时，我是大众的宠儿；状态不好时，却是世界的逃兵。

我的这种性格让爱我的人感到委屈和无助，我的情绪善变。也不仅仅是多愁善感一词可以概括，很多时候我会莫名地陷入悲痛和自责中。在冷时，我最希望躲进自己一个人的世界里，独自在孤独和冷漠中调整自己的情绪，等心事已了时再走出来。然而世界并不我而转，很多时候我要面对很多实际的琐事，这时的我便不得不在冷中面对周围世界：要么说话做事很不自然，有做作的痕迹；要么便极度冷漠和被动，对谁都不理不睬。其实我很清楚自己现在的样子，但我无力改变和控制自己的情绪，只能选择疯狂地逃避一切。我想的是：与其很不自然地面对你，尴尬地和你说些无关痛痒地话，或是因和平时反差太大而被人说成表里不一、性格怪异，还不如先躲一阵子，等调节好了以后再出来。所以，在与人交往中，我只会和不得不交流的人或是完全陌生的人交谈，而和熟悉的朋友反而疏远。你在他心中地位越重，我躲得你越远。特别是你，我只会让你感觉到我的存在，而不让你触碰到我或是见到我，若即若离的感觉。原因很简单：我只想给你一个最好最完美的自己，而不愿让你看到我无助脆弱的一面。所以请记住，有时我对你冷，绝不是你说错做错什么，这是我正常的生理现象，我只是不想让严寒和冰霜伤害了你（可事实上这种做法已经伤害了你）。你不必难过，因为我在乎你，我的内心比你还要难过、自责和内疚！我所能做的，只希望快点调整好情绪，回到你的身边。

我有时便会表现出非常另类的行为和思维模式。我的性格也很多来源于此：不喜主动，不善交际，不爱表现，不喜抛头露面。

我并不很爱干净，但却要求整洁，我更多的是井然有序，不喜欢别人破坏我所整理和布置的“完美”格局。一般说来我绝不花心，忠诚是我的代名词。异性关系多，很可能是我需要确定一个好人缘和自己有魅力，来反击那些普遍观点。一旦找到心中真爱，我会呵护你一辈子，只要你能给我安全感，我永不背叛，心中眼中唯你一人。寻花问柳，红杏出墙这些事与我绝缘（一是责任感所致，二是怕麻烦）。

不是创意非凡，也不是计划周密，我更多体现的是智慧。细腻、理性、好学加上一流的洞察力和最强的逻辑思维能力，我想不聪明都难。很多纬纱我一眼便能看透；别人也休想跟我玩什么心计他们玩不过我的。我没理也可找出理，甚至找出不止一条理来，但你除外。我是永远不会吃亏的。不过很奇怪，有时我会经常刻意地表现出很单纯很愚蠢很好欺负的样子，原因只有我自己心里清楚。

我很纯真，但绝不单纯，我内心复杂得让人难以想象，很多不经意的事可能都是我精心布置的。我也总在纯洁和好色之间徘徊，这一点最难说清。不过我真正的内心是极其善良的，宁可自己苦也不愿伤害任何人，心灵如水晶一般晶莹剔透。

都说我冷若冰霜，缺乏幽默。多和我接触吧，你会体会到什么是冷幽默，什么是真正的幽默，而并非品位低俗的搞笑。

别看有时你和我说某些提议时我半天才反应过来，在你说好的一瞬间，我脑子里可能已经转过五六个你这项提议会造成的后果（通常是消极后果了，我总是想得太多，绝非想得太慢。）

我的自私绝不是种惟我独尊，也不是以自我为中心。我正因为是无私的，所以显得自私。（能够理解吗？）因为我不想伤害任何人。

由于我性格上的因素，我通常会显得压力很大。当周遭的事物已无法掌控，或是自己的情绪无法调节好时，我会疯狂地逃避，堕落自己，这种状况通常对别人无害，却是伤害自己，让所有我的人感到心碎。不过不用太担心，过一阵子我自己会好的，我天性的自我批判精神很快便会起作用。我一般不会彻底堕落，堕落前可能都已留有余地，只是在等待着希望的来临。甚至有时堕落都是做给别人看的。

我有涵养这一点是肯定的。在成长中不断吸取教训，不断学习，取人之长来丰富自己的内涵。因为我感觉到情绪无法把握，而这些是自己可以踏踏实实做到的，将来一定有帮助。这是我所追求的完美主义目标。

我守护着自己圣洁的王国。我是一个纯洁而善良，谨慎而怯懦的人，且有节癖，不喜欢别人乱动我的东西，侵犯我的生活空间。但有时我如果过分坚持，别人会认为你很小气，心胸狭窄，因一点小事，便大动肝火，殊不知是冒犯了我的禁忌。由于我过度洁癖，凡事想得太完美的缘故，我眼里容不下一点污秽或丑陋的事情。尤其是当有人亵渎了我圣洁的王国时，一定会被我逐出国境，并对他发一顿脾气，令人莫名其妙哭笑不得。另外，我的自尊心极强，非常自负。我又具有对事物具有敏锐的的洞察力察力、正确的判断力，所以对人，对事总喜爱批评一番，而且往往一针见血，丝毫不留余地，这样难免会得罪一些人，加之我对人颇不以为然，使你多少有些受到排斥。但如果我不大肆抨击其他人或事，应是受欢迎的。

我天生纤细的心思，我向来是个“为人服务的”，这个特质，使得我的人缘虽不见得好到那里，却也不会多差。我大概有是最严格自制、最修养到家的，但我习惯性的“自我批评”常使人误会我有一自制，有点冷漠。而完美主义者的个性有常使我身边的人喘不过气来。

我十分看重枝微末节，常为了小地方的完美而忽略了大局。我工作勤奋、重实际，我不仅慎重且具有乐于助人的天性，我具有服务精神，并充分享受施予的乐趣。因为有一股来自精神的力量支撑我行动力，所以我看起来总是忙得团团转，但却乐在其中。问题是我很难放松心情去享受休闲生活，要我停下来休息，受困扰的情况就像别人遇到难题一般。我特别对人体的健康和卫生感到兴趣，也会对日常饮食力行节制。
