Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

Hello, everyone. My name is Andy. I am from England. I am 13. I am tall and thin. I have short hair. I live with my family in a small town by the sea. My mum is an Art teacher. My dad is a doctor. I have a sister and a brother. Every day, I go to school by bus. My favorite subjects are Math, Art and Science. I love my school because the teachers are all very friendly. My dream is to be a scientist. I am sure it .

I have a pet and it is my dog .In my eyes ,he is my closest friend in the world .He is loyal and cute.When I am alone,he can play with me.When I feel sad ,he always touches my foot with his claws.

Mostly after that ,I always feel better and more happy .It is all because of he.So,I love my dog and we are best friends .

Yesterday is my six-year-old birthday. It is important to me as I can go to

primary school after my birthday. It means that I grow up. I got up very early

at that day. My mother just smiled at me and said nothing. I felt a little down.

But I recovered with excited soon and then I went out to play. Everything in my

eyes is so beautiful. When I got home about five o’clock, my mother gave me a

surprise. She prepared a party for me and invited all my friends. She also gave

a lovely schoolbag to me as my birthday present. I’m so happy that day.
