I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

暑假生活就象一只万花筒，异彩纷呈。暑假中我所做的事，已成了一张网中的记忆。那张网捕捞着生活中的各种大小事情。其中有一种，到现在还时时萦绕在我的脑际，使我感觉当时的甜美、情趣。

暑假的一天清早，我来到姐姐家，看见她手里正拿着一个红色的鸡蛋。姐姐对我说：“你信不信，这只鸡蛋会跑。”我笑着说：“鬼才相信你的话呢。”姐姐说：“不信你瞧着，”说完，她把鸡蛋放在水泥地上，在没有任何外力的作用下，那个鸡蛋竟真的滚了起来。鸡蛋怎么会滚呢?我迷惑不解。我把鸡蛋拿起来放在耳边一听，里面有沙沙的声音，这声音着实让我吃了一惊!我问姐姐：“这里面有什么东西?”姐姐一脸严肃地说：“这是神蛋，是我家母鸡下了10天10夜才下出来的。说不定这是哪路神仙下凡，投错了胎。”我更是吃惊了，这神话里的事，难道是真的?我不相信，问：“不会吧，快说，到底是怎么回事?”姐姐笑了，说：“看把你急的，这里头装的是一只虫子，虫子一爬，鸡蛋也就滚了起来。”“你也帮我做一个，行吗?”我央求她。姐姐说：“行”。到了我家，我按照姐姐的话，找了一个一蛋，又捉来了一只虫子，姐姐把鸡蛋的一头挖了一个小洞，把蛋黄蛋清倒在碗里，又用水把里面的地方清洗干净，并用吹风机吹干，然后把虫子放进去，用一张纸把洞口糊住，然后，用红墨水染红，“滚蛋”就做成了。往地上一放，蛋竟然真的滚了起来。两个蛋一前一后得滚着，太好玩了，连爸爸、妈妈也赶来凑热闹……

屋里不时地传出我们一家欢快的笑声……

一个偶然的机会，我读了一则有趣的童话(小鸡和鸭子)，故事生动有趣的情节把我吸引住了。这个故事描写了小鸡看见鸭子在河里游泳，很嫉妒，就也要下水游泳，鸭子劝它不要跳下来，小鸡不听，固执的跳下了水，但是它不会游泳，很快就沉下去了。鸭子忙把小鸡救了上岸，告诉它：鸡是不会游泳的，鸭子天生就会游泳，鸡如果跳下水，是会有生命危险的，小鸡不好意思的点点头，又蹦蹦跳跳的去捉虫子了。

这个故事虽然生动有趣，但背后却隐藏着一个深刻的道理 ：一个人如果太固执的做自己做不到的事情，反而会让自己陷入困境。就像文中的小鸡，它看见别人的好，就想强加在自己身上，结果差点送命，每个人有自己的优点，何必一定要去模仿别人呢？

在我小时候，也吃过模仿别人的苦头。我有一个青梅竹马的好朋友叫杨晓芸，她从很小的时候就开始学芭蕾舞，她跳得好看极了，像一只旋的蝴蝶，我看得入了迷，我下定决心也要学芭蕾舞，当我请杨晓芸教我跳芭蕾舞时，她不相信地说：“学芭蕾很苦的，你坚持得了吗？ ”“你等着瞧好了！”我赌气地跑回家。

老师平日里“易守难攻”的地盘——讲台，被我们拿下了。第一轮，老师刚刚发令说：“立正。”我们都造反了，全部稍息，没人下场。哈哈，全部与老师做对着干了。第二轮：“左手抓右耳，右手抓左耳。”这个口令有点难，听到后，马上要思考怎么相反呢?嗨，一下子有三人闪亮下场了。第三轮、四轮，“导弹”又有人“光荣牺牲”了。到倒数第三轮的时候，就剩下了我们兄弟俩——哼哈二将喽!倒数第二轮时，老师让我们两兄弟大笑，我刚刚还很可笑呢，突然要转为大哭，有点哭不出来，弄得我哭笑不得，只好被众人“轰”下了台。柳依一竟然演假哭和真哭一模一样!真是个十足的演技派啊!我算服气了，佩服!我被老师赶下了台……

最后结果：第一名是柳依一，第二名是我，第三名是段高玥、孙赫晨。

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

In the morning, we see a new friend. Although I don’t know his name, I meet him. And I think this boy looks like Edison. He is handsome. Later we make up some short plays and my group also show our play. Our story talks about a magician helping some fishes. And we got No.1.

In the afternoon, we play a game. It is so much fun!

Although the class is still boring, I think, in our life, we still can find some happiness!

放暑假是每一个学生最快乐的事，因为不用一大早就起床去上学，也不用每天写作业，更没有课业压力。可以看看电视、玩玩电脑，过着优闲的生活。

今年的暑假，我报名参加学校举办的游泳、桌球、书法育乐营，又报名参加文化杯小提琴比赛。这些活动让我感到最快乐、最喜欢的就是参加桌球育乐营。

参加桌球育乐营的时候我都很早起床，上午八点一到，我就迫不及待的拿着球拍前往学校的地下室打球。虽然天气炎热，每次打完球都汗流浃背，但我还是乐此不疲。在教练苦口婆心的教导下，我的球技日渐进步，再加上同学们互相切磋，更加强了我的实战经验，对于以后参加比赛一定有很大的帮助。

今年的暑假生活让我的球技、泳技、书法以及琴艺有明显的进步，真希望以后每年暑假都能像今年一样，过的既充实又快乐。

谈起暑假趣事，嘿嘿，我还真有一件想与你们分享，别急，待我娓娓道来。

暑假的一天下午热的叫人心烦，知了不停地鸣叫着，小狗伸出舌头喘着粗气，屋外却传来叫喊声：“缪於桐，快出来，看我买什么了!”原来是我哥哥买龙虾回来了，那些龙虾活蹦乱跳的，也许互不相识，你夹着我，我夹着你，可好玩呢!我知道，今晚又有口福咯!

有了材料就缺大厨了，我的嫂子就是迟迟不到，让我看着这满盆的龙虾直流口水，我恨不得将龙虾直接生吞，简直就是度秒如年啊!

这时我突发奇想，人家经常遛狗，我为什么不能遛龙虾呢?于是我开始了挑选龙虾的工作，经过层层筛选，我终于找到了一只龙虾中的“战斗虾”，它浑身黑黝黝的，那钳子又大又壮，当它被我拿出来的时候还不停的挥舞着自己的钳子，仿佛在跟我下战书：“来呀，我不怕你!”“就它了!”我喜出望外，迅速找来一根长绳费力很大的力气才绑在它钳子上。只见它眼巴巴的看着我，一幅可怜样。嘿嘿，本大爷不想惹你，谁叫你长得这么壮!准备工作完成，我给他取名叫“参谋长”!

我耀武扬威地带着“参谋长”在家里走着，叔叔见了和我开玩笑：“缪於桐，你又有新宠物了吗?”我连连摆摆手“不，这是我的‘参谋长’兼‘保镖’，我蹲下来挠挠它，没想到它也挥舞两下钳子表示同意，真是令人哭笑不得。

弟弟看见了也找来一只龙虾向我下了战书。战斗开始前，“参谋长”直接冲上去，拿起钳子就夹，似乎要一决高下，对方也使出浑身解数来了个“剪刀手”，只见它夹住了“参谋长”，用劲一甩，虽然没有被甩出去多远，难免有点小受伤，但仍然保持进攻的状态。就这样，你一打，我一闪，持续了足足五分钟，最后它们没有两败俱伤而是和平解散，两只龙虾握握钳，我和弟弟都开心的笑了。

我的“参谋长”最后还是沦为了我嫂子的铲下之物，我和弟弟斗龙虾的笑声还一直回荡在我耳边，平常的生活中只要你愿意发现，就总能找到属于自己的快乐!
