Last Sunday， Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast， Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. And he sang songs very loudly. Though it’s very relaxing for him， it also make very noisy for neighbors. Maybe he should turn down the music. At noon， jack fed his pet cat henry. He is Jack’s favorite. Jack always play with him on the weekends. At night， he watched TV on the sofa. At the some time， he ate many delicious snacks. So he really had a great time.

At the of day， jack thought if I always have a relaxing Sunday like today. I will become the happiest boy all over the world.

外婆家附近有一个美丽的小水库，一到夏天，那里特别热闹。有一个小男孩，常常坐在水边的大青石上，无比羡慕地望着水里边那些像鱼一样欢快游泳的成年人。小小的他做梦都想学游泳呢！游泳是一件多么有趣的事啊！没错，那个小男孩就是我。

回到宁波，在我的软磨硬泡下，爸爸终于答应我学游泳了。第一节课让我记忆犹新，虽然老师只教了我们憋气，但我发现游泳没那么简单。记得上课前，我既兴奋又害怕，说不来不怕你笑话，我老担心自己会不会被淹死。就这样我怀着忐忑的心情来到游泳馆。

一起上课的有5个小朋友，老师先演示了一遍如何憋气，并把憋气的要领讲了一遍，然后对我们说：“你们至少得学会憋气十秒”。我心里想：这有什么难的？不就十秒吗，只要吸入足够的气，十秒轻松搞定！随着老师一声令下，我自信满满地吸入大大的一口气，一边紧紧抓住池边扶手，一边迅速把头钻进水中。1、2、3，我偷偷在水下伸出手指计时。没想到刚过4秒我就开始不舒服了，鼻子仿佛和池水在打架，脑袋开始不由自主地往上钻。我暗暗给自己打气：“再坚持坚持，马上就到10秒了！”然而接下来的时间，却让我感受到了前所未有的“秒之漫长”。泳池里的水仿佛变成了一堵堵坚硬的石墙，从四面八方不断地朝我挤压，我连扳手指数数的力气都没了。本能的求生欲让我“噗”的一声浮出水面。“6秒！”教练大喊一声。这时，我发现除了自己，水面上都是一个个黑黑的后脑勺。“不行，我可不能落后！”我马上调整好自己，又钻进了水里。可是不管我怎么练习，总是突破不了10秒。下课的时候，教练拍拍我的肩膀：“多练习才会成功！”

于是我开始了“憋气之旅”，每次上完课，我都主动留下来，找个角落练习憋气。回到家，脸盆、花洒都成了我的“练习工具”。有一次，妹妹正在游泳桶里洗澡，我灵机一动，这不是我练习憋气的好地方吗？从那以后，我不是在书房写作业，就是在游泳桶里练习憋气。慢慢地，我摸索出了憋气的小门道，那就是深吸的气要吐的缓慢平稳。有了好方法，再加上坚持不懈的练习，很快我就突破了自己。最高记录达到了17秒。当教练对我竖起大拇指的时候，我感觉心中的小宇宙都要爆发了。

现在的我，已经是泳池里的一条“小泥鳅”了，蛙泳，自由泳都不在话下。而我也越来越喜欢游泳。我要感谢这次难忘的经历，让我收获成长的“秘籍”：学习一项新技能，不仅要自己领悟要点，还要勤奋地练习。所有的事既没有想象的简单，也没有难以克服的困难。

Today, I went to the zoo with my father and mother.

I went to the monkey mountain, see those monkeys have to go single-plank bridge, and some eat bananas, some climbing trees ... ... they are long with red ass, black eyes, yellow body, red mouth, very cute.

And later went to the rhinoceros Museum, which has a small rhino, a large rhinoceros, a big rhino. They have a strong body, sharp sharp corners, big eyes, short legs, very strong.

Finally, I went to the Northeast Tiger Museum, there is a small tiger, it has a sharp teeth, white hair, very cute. People watching the tigers are rushing to take pictures with it.

About three oclock, I went home with my father and mother.

Before going to bed at night, I recalled today in the zoo to see the small animals, very grateful to Mom and Dad took me to the zoo to play, so I had a long experience in the summer.

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼来了暑假。妈妈决定带我去世园会，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。因为这可是我今年最大的愿望啊!

到了世园会区，我简直被眼前的情景惊呆了：气势宏伟的广运门屹立在世园大道上，像一张蜘蛛网挂在路两边。我拉着妈妈来到了我期盼已久的秦岭四宝馆观看四宝。可是人实在是太多了，进去还得排一个小时的对。看着宛如长龙的队伍，我只好硬着头皮排了。刚到我们，我就冲了进去，“别急，别急嘛!”一位阿姨笑眯眯地看着我说，我不好意思地笑了笑，然后她带着我们走进了四宝馆。第一站是大熊猫馆，大熊猫在平坦的草地上一会儿在翻筋头，一会儿倒立，一会儿像大皮球一样翻滚，就像是曾经在马戏团受过训练似的。它每做完一个动作，都看向游客，似乎等大家的夸奖。第二站是羚牛馆，第三站是朱鹮馆，我对它们并不感兴趣，但对金丝猴却有着浓厚的兴趣，它一会儿从这棵树上跳到那棵树，一会儿又从树跳到树下，一刻也不停息，动作敏捷而惊险，看得我一颗心一会儿上一会儿下。它常用一只手抓住树枝，身子猛地一荡，眼看要掉下来，突然用另一只手迅速地抓住了另一根树枝。看完昆虫馆，我觉得动物非常的机智有趣，我们应该和它们做好朋友。

这次参观世园会我发现了许多有趣的事情，整个旅程很开心，让我更加亲近大自然了。

每年过暑假都会发生一些很有趣的事情。这趣事就像一颗颗珍珠，把它们串起来都能做成一根“快乐童年”的珍珠项链了。令我印象最深的就是我到我的闺蜜——周冬艳家玩发生的一件事情……在周冬艳身上让我学到很多。因为她在家排行是老大，因此在暑假，烧饭这件事就由她独揽了。于是我们就开始了一场开心的“厨房之旅”……

中午我们想吃煎荷包蛋。只见她“熟练地”嗑破开鸡蛋壳，那蛋清和着蛋黄就迫不及待地往油锅里奔下，并发出噼里啪啦的油炸声。这时只见她迅速地往油锅里的鸡蛋上撒了点盐，并把火关小，她把鸡蛋左翻翻右翻翻，不一会儿，几个香喷喷的荷包蛋就出炉了！

晚上，我们提议吃馄饨。周冬艳可是个包馄饨的熟手，而我就不一样了，我还是第一次包馄饨。刚把馅儿放在馄饨皮上，一捏，那馅“刺溜”一下并以一道美丽的弧线向周冬艳稚嫩的脸上扑去。我和周冬艳的弟弟妹妹见状顿时哈哈大笑起来。周冬艳气得顺手拿起手里的馅儿就往我脸上抹，这一动作使我们玩性大发。我以迅雷不及掩耳之势抓起一大把馅砸向周冬艳，结果周冬艳见势不妙，往地上一蹲，不偏不倚砸在了她弟弟的脸上，逗得我们笑的前俯后仰……

这件事虽然过去有段时间了，但想起来还记忆犹新！
