但我相信一句话，“世上无难事，只怕有心人”，我再次做起了仙草冻，我吸取了前两次的教训，开水少放了一点，又过了2个小时。

Times flys. My summer holiday is coming to the end. My holiday is just so so. It is not too much difference as before. At the biginning of the vacation, I was doing my homework. 一天下午，我带着小水桶、小塑料铲和手把小网来到雕塑园海边，海潮刚刚退去，正是抓螃蟹的最好时机。一群大人和小孩都穿着泳裤，光着膀子，聚精会神地在抓螃蟹，我也迫不及待地参加到他们的队伍中。凭着几年积累的经验，我也算是抓螃蟹的高手了。螃蟹都藏在石头底下的沙子里，只要搬开石头，总有三至五只螃蟹往外跑，或急速钻进石头缝里，或急速钻进沙滩里。抓螃蟹时不能贪心，你想一下子抓住两只螃蟹，你就会牢牢记住“痴心妄想”这个成语了。眼疾手快是基本功，只要看准一只，赶紧用小网挡捞，倘若捞不着，看清楚它钻进的沙堆，然后用小铲子轻轻一拨，螃蟹就会露出马脚，任你用手抓或用小网捞了。螃蟹的爪可厉害了，一不小心，就会把你的手扎得直流血。
我不停地抓呀抓，爷爷提着小桶也不停地跟在我身旁。每当我抓到一个大螃蟹时，爷爷总是乐得合不拢嘴，我也异常满足。
太阳在西边只露个半脸，这时我才直起身来，一边看着水桶里挤得满满的螃蟹，一边观赏着海边日落的美丽景象，我的心情格外高兴，爷爷像小孩似的在沙滩上蹦来蹦去。
