80年前，为了驱逐黑暗、争取光明，为了祖国的独立和富强，一群意气风发的青年用热血和生命谱写了一曲最壮丽的青春之歌，绘就了一幅最宏伟的青春图画。

如今，“五四”运动已作为光辉的一页载入了中华民族的史册。然而，“五四”绝不仅仅是一个历史事件，它是一种精神，表现出青年人对我们民族炽热的爱，对国家前途和命运的关注，表现着青年人的责任和使命。

今天，我们这一代青年人有幸生活在改革开放的大好时代，有幸站立在世纪和千年交汇点上。我们是幸运者。面对新世纪，我们责任重大。我们回顾发扬“五四”精神，认真思索着，自己应该拥有一个怎样的青春，怎样的人生。记得，最初开始认识“五四”是从小学的历史课开始的。那时，老师讲到“五四”运动，向我们讲述帝国主义列强对中国的种种欺凌，讲述青年们为祖国不惜献身的种种壮举。当时，我们虽然还不能完全理解其中的深刻道理，但有如一丝曙光照亮蒙昧的荒原，我们幼小的心田中已播下了爱国的种子。渐渐地，我们长大了，我们成为风华正茂的青年，我们更加深刻地懂得了五四的传统和精神。想想那些曾经与我们差不多大的五四青年吧!他们稚嫩的肩上早已承当起一份救亡图存的重任，而今天建设祖国的重任将别无选择地落在我们这一代人的肩上，我们是否应该为祖国的更加繁荣昌盛而奉献我们的一切?

是啊，我们不小了，我们不能永远停在父母宽大的羽翼下避风躲雨。今年的五月四日，我们将参加成人宣誓仪式。那意味着我们将要同父辈们一起，共同撑起一片蓝天。

长辈们常说我们这一代人是蜜罐里泡大的孩子，少些紧迫感，也少些责任感。的确，与他们相比，我们的生活更舒适，更安逸。但这决不意味着我们可以放松身上的努力，减轻肩上的责任。

人们每每谈到我们苏北老区总是感慨万分。苏北大地，是一片美丽而神奇的土地，我们盐阜地区也曾在中国革命史上留下过光辉的一页。戎马倥偬的年代，这一方热土，曾经为中国的革命付出了多么昂贵的代价。新中国成立后，这里的人们用自己的双手，凭着苏北人的勤劳和智慧，使自己的家乡发生了翻天覆地的变化。说起这一切，我们心中总是充满自豪。但是，我们也应该看到，这里与祖国的其他发达地区相比还有着很大的差距，这里个别地方的贫困还有待于进一步治理。这里的整体经济还有待进一步的腾飞。我们，作为苏北青年，首先应该感觉到的是什么?责任，感到的应该是责任。“生我是这片土地，养我是这片土地。”我们爱着脚下的这片热土。我们就要承担起建设家乡，繁荣家乡的责任。

在我的家乡，有一位与我的父亲同龄人。他就是全国闻名的身残志坚的农村科技铁人姜德明。他立足农田，孜孜不倦地研究着小麦、棉花如何在家乡的土地上能够有更高的总产量。当他的研究取得了初步成果时，癌症又一次地向他袭来。他没有倒下，拄着拐杖依然风里雨里地留在田头，走访在农户家中。不懈的努力，他培育出的优良品种得到了推广，种植技术得到了普及，粮食总产量大幅度提高，农民的双手欢迎这样的农技员。把他誉为“农技铁人”。他是我们老区青年的好榜样。去年，他在我市青年成人宣誓仪式上谆谆告诫我们，为老区经济的腾飞，要努力学习，掌握科学文化知识，立足本职，捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去!我们记住了这位铁人的话，我们意识到了自己的责任，我们盐阜老区的青年们都会努力的。

是的，责任放在我们每个青年的肩上，放眼新世纪，振兴中华，建设家乡，我们是不会退缩的。

李大钊曾在《青春》一文中写道：“冲决历史桎梏，涤荡历史之积秽，新造民族之生命，挽回民族之危机。”今天的我们虽然无需面对国土的沦丧，无需承受战火硝烟，但我们面前的任务同样艰巨。我们应该努力成为鲁迅所说的“创造人类历史上从未有过的第三代。”“位卑未敢忘忧国”，以天下为己任，青春热血献祖国，顽强地努力，无私地奉献，为祖国的繁荣昌盛贡献自己的全部智慧和力量。我们今天是桃李芬芳，明天是社会的栋梁，要掀起中华腾飞的巨浪。

Winter holiday is coming,my class mates has their plans,so do i.First, i will study hard during this holiday. I will finish my homework as well as possible.Secondly,i will do some exercising ，Because exercising is very important and good for health，i will do outdoor activities with my friends like fly a kite.Its fun!then,I will do some things to relax。I think listen music is a good way to relax，but i prefer watching TV，i think Its more interesting than listen music!Finally，i will go shopping with my sister，shopping is my favorite activities!

第一节比赛还是我带领一队上场，南小的每一个人都比我们高，可是我们灵活，虽然跳球时她们把球打到了我们的防区。但是被眼疾手快的小杨抢到了。一下子抛给在篮下的我，我转身投篮，进了!就因为我们小巧，把比分拉到了10：2。第二节是小丁带领二队上场，二队全是6年级的，个子高些，而南小的二队却是5年级的，虽然我们在身高上占优势，但是南小的却利用我们一队的战术，把比分拉到了12：10。接下来是该三队上场了，是由我、小丁、小杨、小唐、小李上场。这次打得太激烈了，大家都在争分，小丁因为中暑了，所以下场，缺少了她，我们的势气大大减弱。副校长走过来对我说：“你们队长中暑了，你是副队长，必须坚持到最后!加油!”队长又走过来对我说：“我看好你，别让我失望，别丢脸。”听了这些，虽然我的手受伤了，还流血了，但我没给他们说，我想争光!我又重新分配战略，让她们努力奋斗，最后我们把比分拉到了30：20。“耶!我们赢了!”我和队长紧紧地抱在一起，共享着胜利的喜悦!

我们终于赢了!

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

尤其对学困生进行专门辅导，布置一些作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体会学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

7、作业布置要做到数量适中，批阅及时，对出现的问题要跟踪矫正，认真讲评，尽量面批面改。提高练习质量，要精选资料。

六、教研课题

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

I like drawing. It does bring me happiness. As a kid I was keen on those

lines and curves drawn on paper made into animals and scenes.

It really could show beauty to people and express my feelings. And then I

took a course so that I could get close to it and see it well.

But at that time I just did it for fun. Years went by I got into a long

period of time filled with pressure in study. And I found it so good a way to

relax.

It did not any longer play an unimportant role in my living but bacame my

friend. Since that time I have felt it like a nice person deep in my heart who

can talk with me with true words and make me happy with life.

This is my hobby not just a hobby but also a true friend.
