由于最近我非常的烦闷苦恼，就在昨天，我狠下心来充了一个冷水澡，感觉非同反响，我感觉人家特种兵或者武警都练抗寒，在冰天雪地里的雪上，总比这个冷水澡要冷上好几倍吧，我就鼓起勇气，心里想这点冷算什么?

鼓起勇气开始冲冷水澡，从头顶开始冲，就是有种感觉，你不仅仅是冷，而且有点呼吸困难，如果你从你身体上抗寒能力比较强的器官，比如说脑袋手脚的时候还行，但你要是全身冲了冷水澡，你就感觉会非常的非常的有点呼吸困难，导致自己实在无法坚持下去，看来冲冷水澡还是有点难度啊!所以呢，千万千万不要尝试，因为你尝试一次，现在还不是政治下属的时候，如果是特别热的时候，可以试一下。
