Because of their admiration for Chu Yuan， the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons.

Although they were unable to find Chu Yuan，their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival.

铃铃铃”电话响了，我拿起电话，一阵熟悉的声音从电话里传 来， 是读小学时的老班长陆亚洋打来的， 听完电话， 我一骨碌爬起来， 打开衣柜，找了一套漂亮的公主裙穿上。然后来到梳妆台旁拿起化妆 品往脸上涂了又涂。在拿起喷发油往我那长长的似金子的卷发上一 喷。就急匆匆的下楼了。到底是什么事情让我这样忙呢?原来是我要 去参加老同学的二十年聚会。我情不自禁感叹到，时间不等人呢!这 已经是 2033 年了。

我来到楼下，驾驶着我的宝马车，坐在车上，我的心久久不能 平静，一幕幕情景在我脑子浮现：“老师在课堂上为我们耐心的讲知 识，和同学们在学校的追逐打闹!啊!光阴似箭日月如梭，二十年过 去了，不知同学们都怎么样了呢? 经过一小时的长途跋涉，我们来到一个海滨小公园里，我迫不 及待地打开车门， 只见一片空地上摆着一张桌子， 桌子上摆满了食物， 周围一棵棵参天大树上挂满了彩带， ，周围也挂满了气球，摆满了鲜 艳的花儿。

“滴滴”只见一辆宝马车进入了我的视线，车门渐渐的打开了， 从门缝露出一只粉红色的运动鞋，车门渐渐打开了，她，身材苗条， 身穿一条粉红的衬衫， 一条牛仔裤， 大约一米七左右， 显得清秀高雅。

我慢步走上去，微笑着说：“你好。”还没等我说完，她抢先一步， 说：“你还是像当年那样可爱，乖巧。”我疑惑不已，弄得我不知该 怎么办才好。她见我疑惑的样子，便说：“不记得我了，咱们以前可 是很要好的朋友。”我灵机一动，握住她的手说：“唉，变了呀，变 了呀!二十年不见了，王雅洁你变得越来越漂亮了，老朋友了，这二 十年来我每时每刻都在想念你呀!”我和她紧紧地拥抱在一起。

仅仅两天的在校军训虽然不算很长，但也足以让我们体验一把军人的滋味。骄阳伴着热雨，满地绿茵，我们随着口令，认真努力尽量做出最标准的动作，我们用最坚定的步伐践行着自己一个简单的愿望——绿衣下的军人。

军训，其实是对我们人生难得的考验和磨砺，它不但能培养人的吃苦精神，更能磨练人的意志。

两天来的军事训练内容看似非常简单，不过是原地转法、正步、立定、齐步这些基本的动作，这些动作平时看起来非常简单，而现在做起来却没有那么容易了。第一天下来，我们就累得半死，全身都疼。回到家手脚早已无力，连台阶也迈不动了。第二天的训练，教官比第一天更加严厉，当吹哨休息的时候，大家都一下松懈下来，教官又发出“起立”的命令，可真是让我们措手不及。反反复复十几遍，可算是可以坐下好好享受仅剩几分钟的休息时间。但是直到最后大家没有一个人退缩，都坚持到了最后。让我深深体会到了“坚持就是胜利”的真正含义。

通过拓展训练，我深刻的理解到了什么叫“团队”。在困难和挑战面前，大家都能凝心聚力，充分体现了挑战自我，熔炼团队的精神。如果没有团队精神，这次所有的拓展项目都无法完成。正是大家严格要求自己，注意细节、一丝不苟，才能顺利完成。

我很感谢能通过这次的训练活动有这样一次深刻的体验和有意义的经历。

National Day is coming,and we can have a seven-day.My family are going to

Hainan.Its a good seaside city.We are staying there for a week. We are going to

the beach and going swimming in the sea.Were visiting Tianya Haijiao,Wanquan

River and many other beautiful places.I think well have a good time there.
