learning efficiency. Second, we could listen to English songs and watch English

开学第一天，我校记者开展了民俗活动，学校邀请了常州马蛋糕店省级非物质文化遗产“麻饼制作技艺”传承人的丈夫刘华顺给我们上了一课。在孔大师和他的团队的领导和指导下，他还包好了饺子。

首先，刘先生在我们的阶梯教室给我们讲了一些过年的习俗。从腊八开始，我们谈到正月十五元宵节。我们兴致勃勃地听完了刘先生的讲话。他以他的幽默赢得了我们的掌声。刘老师问我们问题，我们基本能回答。通过这节课，我也从刘老师那里学到了很多，我们也得到刘老师的认可和表扬。

听了刘老师的话，我们排队洗手，分组，进食堂准备饺子。进了食堂，看到常州马蛋糕店的师傅已经准备好了，等着教我们包饺子呢!我们被师父围成一圈。大师说着示范道：“先把小面团压平，然后用擀面杖把它滚得又圆又平，再用肉馅包起来。最后，把皮贴在饺子的两面。注意不要让馅露出来，不然烧着就漏了。”师傅一示范完，我们三步两步就冲到了桌前。我按照老师的做法做了三个饺子。第一个皮肤太小，第二个还好，第三个比前两个好。“说?为什么盘子里站着一个带花边的饺子?看起来好漂亮!”其他小记者说。“那是龚老师包装的，好看!”我说。我把饺子送到厨房，发现我们是第三个吃完包的，好开心!不一会儿，美味的饺子就出炉了。尝尝我们做的饺子，它比蜂蜜还甜。一边吃一边笑我们包的饺子真好玩!

通过这次活动，我学到了很多，也获得了很多乐趣。下次我会参加这个活动。
