Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

完美的心

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming1) that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large crowd gathered, and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a flaw2) in it.

Suddenly, an old man appeared and said, "Why3), your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine!"

The crowd and the young man looked at the old mans heart. It was full of scars. 这句话是我们语文老师在课上说的。

对于很多自恃过目不忘的同学，老师语重心长地建议道。

我一直很喜欢这位老师的课，而他的这句话我也真心赞同。

我想，世上有过目不忘天赋的人毕竟是少数，随时提笔记下自己的所思所想所学，终归是最好的。

看到老舍先生的语录中，也有一句和语文老师此话相差不多的：如果不随时注意观察，随时记下来，哪怕你走遍天下，还是什么也记不真确，什么东西也写不出。

当初看到这句话时，我就特有同感。

前一阵子，和家人去旅游的时候，看到沿途的风景真的是兴奋异常，当时心里就蹦出了不少奇思妙想的好句子，想着要写一篇关于这些美景的文章，然而，随着接下来几天旅途的劳累，渐渐地消磨了我的写作热情。

另外，黄校长还用七句话给我们总结了出简报的准则。我在此特作摘抄，留作学习。刊头设计形成系列，统筹组稿适时装满，拟定标题变换字体，控制字数及时增减，统一版式疏密有致，图文并茂以文为主，书面校对复制有方等。

总之，出好一份简报是一门学问，而且还是门大学问。

更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

我明白了，当好一名教师，不需要你是一名专才，而需要你成为一名全才。以后，要努力的方向多了。

my daily life

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to

it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my

country. I get up at six o’clock every day. after I wash my face and brush my

teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock. after

school is over, I return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then I

begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before i go to bed.

我的日常生活

虽然我的日常生活十分单调，但我却竭力设法去适应它。为什么?因为我打算做一个好学生，希望将来为国家服务。

我每天六点起床、洗脸刷牙后，就开始复习功课，七点钟我就去上学。

放学后，我就回家了。我们通常在七点钟吃晚餐，之后我就开始做家庭作业，希望在睡觉前把它做完。

8.00就集合。所以我也马上起床了。开始晨练，我们围着大操场跑了一圈，迎着太阳跑过一圈后身体就开始疲惫了。接着，我们进行了队列练习。终于到了吃早饭的时间，虽然一天都吃馒头的饭菜并不可口，但是累了一个早上的大家还是狼吞虎咽地吃了起来。

早饭过后，我们又开始了为时4.5小时的练习。这一上午不仅头顶上有太阳的曝晒，而且天气也是十分的闷热，刚刚站了10分钟的军姿就已经要体力透支。而后，我们又练习了齐步走，一个摆手的动作、抬脚的动作都要练习几十次以上。汗水慢慢地顺着头顶流淌下来，大家都精疲力竭了，可是训练并没有终止。直到一声号令“12连休息10分钟”。瞬间，大家的眼睛都放出了光彩，即便是仅有10分钟，大家也都很知足。休息时，我们已经累得说不出话了。

午休后，我们一直练习齐步走。开始时，我们不是排面不齐就是立定时脚不用力。终于，功夫不负有心人，经过了一下午的刻苦训练，大家能做到摆臂整齐、排面整齐、落地整齐了。

这一天，很苦。但大家的辛苦换来了效果。
