一大早，我妈去菜市场买饺子皮，猪肉，青菜。我一回到家，家里就开始忙碌起来。我妈用炒肉机把我买的猪肉青菜砸了，而我是我妈的小助理。很快，青菜煮好了，我妈在锅里炒，我们家就开始包饺子了。
爸爸先示范了一下，把饺子皮平放在手上，用筷子在饺子皮中央放一点肉，然后慢慢一层一层地把饺子皮包起来，像折扇一样。让我惊讶的是，爸爸的动作那么熟练，好像饺子皮就像他的心肝宝贝一样，很听他的话。
