Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before。 As we know，

massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even

poses a great threat to mans existence。 Indifference to these problems will

mean mitting suicide。 Therefore， effective measures should be taken and laws

passed to conserve environment。 Otherwise，man is certain to suffer from the

serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living

surroundings。

I have got a problem and I need to ask for your help. I feel I am a little too fat. What’s worse,I am putting on weight all the time. I am very worried about my figure and how I look. I even fear that some of my classmates call me names.

At one time, I tried to work out in a gym two or three times, but I finally gave up just because I had no time for it and always felt very tired after doing exercise. Once I tried going on a diet. However, after about a week, I could not go on because I felt so hungry that I was not able to continue my studies. Then I bought and took weight-loss pills in secret. This is my day. Im very busy, but very happy. I got up at 6:45. I had

breakfast at 7:10 with my parents. I said “Good morning!” to my parents. My

parents smiled. I went to school at 7:30. I said “Hello! Good morning!” to my

friends. I had English class at 8:40.At noon, I had lunch. In the evening, I had

dinner at 6:30. I did my homework at 7:00. I went to bed at 10:00.This is my

Spring Festival Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .In

Its really a tiring day today!

As usual,all of us gathered at the square at 7 oclock.But as soon as I get there,I felt the air temperature is higher than yesterday.I think itll be a very tough day!
