我觉得作者很善于反思，每次遇到挫折都会去分析背后的原因、自己的心态。我同意她说的“不要让恐惧来为你做决定”。有时候一件事还没开始我们就放弃了，可能就是因为害怕失败的恐惧在作祟。还有她说要像傻子一样去坚持，不要计较是不是能很快看到成效。她也说不要和别人比，因为人外有人，要和昨天的自己比，看今天的自己是不是有进步。这些信念支撑着她一步一步走向了成功。
