关于坚持

现在最新的成功学都提到了一件事，就是专注加坚持，尤其是坚持。我们中大多数人的努力其实都没有达到需要拼天赋的程度。什么时候才是拼天赋的时候?梅西和C罗那个层次，天赋才可能会起到决定性作用，不要忘记C罗是一个极度自律的人，他走向人生巅峰绝对于此不无关系。

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。

吃完粽子后，爸爸带我去看划龙舟比赛，这里人山人海，车水马龙的可热闹了!比赛开始了，各个队伍都蓄势待发，随着一阵枪声一条条龙舟飞快地划过水面，犹如一支支箭向前飞去。在场的观众们兴奋喊道着加油加油，在为参赛者加油鼓励，参赛者们听了心里充满了信心使劲地划桨，水花到处飞溅。各条龙舟你追我赶的，最后，落后的一号终于追上了遥遥领先的二号第一个冲过了终点，观众们不禁欢呼起来，到处都是一片欢乐的海洋。啊!这真是我最难忘的一天了。

After eating zongzi, my father took me to watch the dragon boat race. There

are lots of people here, and the traffic is very busy! The race started, and

every team is ready to go. With a burst of gunfire, each dragon boat flies

across the water like an arrow. The audience cheered and shouted, cheering and

encouraging for the contestants. The contestants listened with confidence and

strove hard to paddle, and the water splashed everywhere. Each dragon boat

chased after each other. At last, the laggard No. 1 finally caught up with the

far ahead No. 2. The audience couldnt help cheering. There was a sea of joy

everywhere. Ah! This is the most unforgettable day for me.

The annual winter vacation is always rich and colorful and most memorable. At this years winter vacation, Ill experience a I very unforgettable things, until now think of it in my mind, I also fear after the meeting.

Remember that is a great year 4 day, home to the adults go out, at home with my friends and I together playing firecrackers. Inside the district are immersed in the atmosphere of joy, we all play firecrackers also play of very happy, but gradually we all are so sick of playing. So someone to ask do you want to play some new tricks. All of us to find some empty bottle and then put the point after the gun fire in the bottle cover, inside soon after firecrackers lit will blow of the bottle is very high. We try a new style, are all very happy. But different moment is a thrilling and exciting things happened, scared us all in a cold sweat! After I put the firecrackers bottle cover, bottle fly special high, nearly blow to my head. Afterwards listen to mom and dad said that this game is very dangerous, we stopped the new play.

This winter holiday is really thrilling ah! Also good was not injured, but this time I really got a big lesson.

每年的寒假总是在丰富多彩也是最难忘的。在今年寒假，我就经历一件我非常难以忘怀的事情，直到现在想起这件事情我的脑海里还会后怕。

记得那是大年初四的一天，家里面的大人都出去了，家里边只剩我和我的小伙伴们一起在玩鞭炮。整个小区里面都沉浸在欢乐的气氛之中，我们大家玩鞭炮也玩的很开心了，可是渐渐的我们大家也都玩儿烦了。于是有人提出来要不要玩一些新的花样。我们大家找来一些空瓶子然后把点炮点燃之后放入瓶子里面盖上盖子，不一会鞭炮点燃之后就会把瓶子给炸的很高。我们大家尝试着新的玩法，都很开心了。可是不一小会就发生了一件惊心动魄的事情，吓得我们大家一身冷汗!我把鞭炮放瓶子盖上盖子之后，瓶子飞的特别的高，险些炸到我的脑袋。后来听爸爸妈妈说这种玩法是非常危险的，我们大家也就停止了这种新的玩法。

这个寒假过的可真是惊心动魄啊!还好没有受伤，这次我可是真的收到了一个大大的教训。

为了要把寒假生活的丰富多彩，杨老师要求每位同学去回民街品尝陕西的特色小吃，感受古城西安深厚的文化底蕴。

这天阳光明媚，我和妈妈便来到这西安的美食文化街区——回民街。回民街的街区由北广济街、北院门、西羊市、大皮院、化觉巷、洒金桥等数条街道组成。街道两旁大量的美食店铺，有近300多种特色小吃，每样都让人垂涎三尺，欲罢不能。我和妈妈是从北广济街进去拐到西羊市，再转到大皮院，最后再拐到北院门街。现在就让我由南向北开始陕西特色美食之旅吧。

首先来到北广济街南口的“文吉锅贴馆”，这儿的口啤一直很好，一大早好多坊上附近的人都来他家排队吃锅贴，他家在做锅贴时特别讲究要求，每个锅贴皮都擀的薄如纸，馅料更是讲究牛肉配韭黄，包好锅贴个个都像江边飘荡的竹筏，放在大大的平底锅中慢慢地煎等两面都煎成金黄色就可出锅了，轻轻咬一口外酥里嫩特别好吃。

沿着大皮院向东走有家“小贾八宝粥店”听店主说：“八宝粥一词源于中国南宋文人周密撰《武林旧事》说：”用胡桃、松子、乳覃、柿、栗之类作粥，谓之腊八粥。“这家的粥味香香甜甜，糯糯稠稠的，里面加了好多食材，大枣、山楂、百合、莲子、长寿果、葡萄干、花生碎、瓜子仁、杏仁，不但营养丰富吃起来还有一股淡淡的玫瑰香味。

继续向东就来到陕西吃货介绍的彦斌元宵店。这里的元宵纯手工制作，种类有芝麻的、玫瑰的、五仁水果的，各种馅料都切成小方块，他们会根据顾客的需求现场制作，只见他们将切好的馅料倒在圆形的筛子里撒上白白的糯米面粉，不停滚动不一会就滚成一个个圆圆的大元宵。无论你是吃现煮的、还是炸的都有，圆圆的汤圆轻轻咬一口，甜甜的馅便流出来特别好吃。

走到这里我已经吃的很饱了，可回民街却只逛了一小半。妈妈又买了一杯”酸梅汤“递给我说：”喝了消消食“。说起这酸梅汤在回民街也算是一道特色美食饮品，它颜色黑紫、口味酸甜很好喝。再往前走还有很多有名小吃如：定家小酥肉、刘纪孝腊牛肉、老米家泡馍老铁家胡辣汤东南亚甑糕、红红酸菜炒米、等，虽然还有这么多好吃的而我只能过过眼瘾了。我们边走边看，还不时地去询问当地一些美食的做法和典故。

通过这次美食体验，不仅让我过了足嘴瘾而且更加深了对回民街历史的了解。心想今后我要多出去走走看看，用自己的双眼去观察和发现我们古城西安的美，并用自己的语言和行动去传播这种美，让全世界都能感受到我们古城西安魅力不仅是食美、城美、这里的人更美。
